        된장으로부터 혈전용해능을 가진 Bacillus sp.의 분리 및 동정

        Various bacterial strains that secret extracellular fibrinolytic enzyme were screened from Doen-Jang, a traditional soybean fermented food in Korea. Five microbes of them were identified to be Bacillus sp. strains according to Bergey's manual of systematic bacteriology. The culture filtrates of B. amyloliquefaciens (2.46 plasmin unit/ml) and B. pantothenticus (3.82 plasmin unit/ml) showed a level of fibrinolytic activity that was about three times higher than that of plasmin 1.0 unit and Bacillus subtilis showed the highest fibrinolytic activity (4.94 plasmin unit/ml). All of the extracellular proteases showing the fibrinolytic activity are confirmed by SDS-PAGE followed by reverse fibrin zymogram activity assay and we proposed that some of the fibrinolytic enzymes from this work are novel enzymes.

        요셉 보이스 그리고 아우슈비츠 이후 예술가의 책무: 아우슈비츠-데모

        아도르노의 “아우슈비츠 이후에 시를 쓴다는 것은 야 만적이다”라는 슬로건은 미술계에 수용되어 국제적 논 쟁을 불러온다. 2차 대전이라는 참혹한 전쟁을 경험한 세대와 냉전시대의 젊은 예술가들에게 미에 대한 고전 적 판단기준이 1945년 이후 더 이상 효력을 발휘하지 못하기 때문이다. 독일 작가 요셉 보이스는 아우슈비츠 -데모(Auschwitz-Demonstration) (1945-64) 를 통해 침 묵으로 일관된 독일사회에 아우슈비츠와 유대인 학살에 대한 기억을 상기시킴으로써 아픈 역사를 회상하게 한다. 보이스는 설치작품인 “아우슈비츠-데모”로 아우슈비츠 이후 예술가의 책무와 현대미술의 범주에 대한 역사의 식을 선사한다. 아우슈비츠 이후 미술이 표현될 수 있 는가, 나치문화정책으로 인해 단절되고 냉전시대에 분 단된 현대미술의 프로젝트가 1945년 이후 극복될 수 있는가, 보이스의 설치작품은 이에 대한 물음이자 과거 역사에 대한 반성과 성찰을 동시에 내포한다. 그의 “아 우슈비츠-데모”는 역사적 사건을 표현의 대상으로 수용 하여 새로운 경험을 현시한 작품이다. The aesthetical norms took no more effect on the young artists after 1945. Through an installation work, Auschwitz-Demonstration(1945-64), a German artist Joseph Beuys stirred the German society to retrospect the painful history of Auschwitz and Holocaust. He presents the responsibilities of artists and the historical consciousness on the category of contemporary art through this installation. As a question if an art could be expressed after Auschwitz, it connotes both the self-reflection and introspection.

        중소기업 경영자의 혁신DNA와 혁신전략에 관한 연구

        Recently, there are increasing to the interest in the organizational innovation DNA as the innovation origin and these interest mainly were approached through the case analysis of global innovative companies. The purpose of study is to investigate the applicability under the CEO of SMEs settings as global companies' cases. The research focused on the impact of innovator's DNA on innovative strategy by the empirical study that analyzed from 110 firm's data in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region. The results of empirical study, innovator's DNA has positive effects on the overall innovative strategy, especially the effects of discovery DNA are stronger than operational DNA. Included to the discovery DNA effects, operational DNA bring about negative on the product differentiation, though it has positive on the market differentiation. In terms of components of innovator's DNA, the questioning and association have strong impacts on the overall innovative strategy, and analyzing has positive on market differentiation, but specific task implementation has negative on the product differentiation. The results suggest that the logic of global innovation case is possible to the SME's CEO and need to learning efforts to promote discovery DNA for successful innovation.

        경영자 혁신DNA와 혁신 : 환경 적합성

        기업가정신이론을 비롯하여 많은 혁신이론들이 경영자의 혁신능력을 혁신의 출발로 보고 있다. 본 연구는 경영자의 혁신DNA라는 역설적 은유를 통해 혁신에 미치는 영향과 환경의 적합성 관계를 규명함으로써 학습과 노력에 의해 후천적으로 혁신역량을 높일 수 있는 구체적인 방향을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해서 대구경북 110개 제조기업을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과 혁신DNA는 혁신에 전반적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 특히 발견DNA는 실행DNA보다 제품전략에 더 강하게 작용하는 반면에, 실행DNA는 공정혁신에 더 강하게 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신DNA와 환경의 적합성에 따른 혁신의 영향의 경우, 발견DNA와 기술격변성은 상호적합성을, 시장격변성은 보완적합성을 통해 제품혁신을 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 실행DNA와 시장격변성의 상호적합성을 통해 공정혁신을 강화시키는 것으로 나타났다.

        냉종 동종 이식 반월상연골의 자기공명영상 및 2차 관절경 소견 - 예비 보고 -

        Recent successful results of allograft meniscal transplantation are based on the many experimental and clinical irials. The purposes of this study are to evaluate the change of signal intensity of cryopreserved ineniscal allograft on magnetic resonance image and to demonstrate viability of the grafts. Three patients unclerwent meniscal transplantation with cryopreserved allograft and MRI of' the knee at 1 day, 3weeks, 6 weeks. 12 weeks and 6 rnonths after implantation. Tissue biopsy was done at 3 months. At immediate postoperative day, signal intensity of the implanted meniscus revealed homogenous low si nal intensity which cou]d not be differentiated from contralateral normal meniscus. At 3 weeks, high signal intensity was appeared at the periphery and it was increased at 6 weeks. The high signal intensity of the meniscus ivas decreased slightly at 12 weeks. Cellular proliferation was found at the central edge of the implanted meniscus at 3 rnonths. It can be concluclecl that in creased signal intensity at 3, 6 and 12 weeks represent vascular ingrowth and viability of the implanted cryoppreserved meniscal allograft.

      • A Case of Pseudodeficiency in a Potential Late Onset Pompe Disease Carrier, with Double Dual Variant, Each in cis Formation

        Pompe disease (PD) is an autosomal recessive genetic disorder caused by a deficiency of the lysosomal enzyme acid α-glucosidase (GAA). It is easy to hastily diagnose as patients if they have two pathogenic variants. Clinical pathologists misdiagnosed our infant and her mother as PD. Here, we report a case of pseudodeficiency in a potential late-onset Pompe disease (LOPD) carrier with a double dual variant, each in cis formation in a 3-month infant. The person who has two pathogenic variants was diagnosed as a carrier, not a patient. It was first reported in Korea. The patient had: two likely pathogenic heterozygous mutations on exon #4: c.752C>T (p.Ser251Leu), c.761C>T (p.Ser254Leu), and a heterozygous mutation on exon #12: c.1726G>A (p.Gly576Ser), also with a heterozygous mutation on exon #15: c.2065G>A (p.Glu689Lys). By presenting this case we emphasize the possibility of cis formation of genes which may cause pseudodeficiency, and potential LOPD carrier form. Hereby we suggest that thorough evaluation of GAA gene is essential among whom initially diagnosed as PD.

        동종 이식 반월상 연골의 시간적 변화 - 자기 공명 영상 , 육안적 , 조직학적 연구 -

        Vascular ingrowth is essential for the survial of the graft tissue. The purposes of this study were to evaluate any changes in signal intensity of cqropreserved meniscal allograft with time in the magnetic resonance images(MRI) and to demonstrate the viability of the grafts. Eight patients underwent meniscal transplantation with cryopreserved allcgrafts using the bone block technique. MRIs of the knee were taken at 3 days, 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 month, 6 months. And I year after the implantation. A second-look arthroscopy and a small meniscal biopsy(sized 2mm x 2mm1 at the peripheral and central part of the meniscus were conducted at 3 months and 1 year. Three days after the operation, the signal intensity of the implanted meniscus revealed a homogenrous low signaJ intensity that could not be differentiated from that of' a contralateral normal meniscus. At 3 weeks, a high signal intensity appeared at the periphery of the meniscus. This signal, which did not communicate into the joint space, fuither intensified at 6 weeks. The high signal intensity of the meniscus, though still higher than that of the normal meniscus, decrexsed slightly at 3 months and continued to decrease progressively even a year after the implantation. The second-look arthroscopy revealed that the grafts were viable and that there was no tearing or shrinking of the meniscus. Cellular proliferation was also found at the central edge oi' the meniscus at 3 months. This cellular pattern differentiated from that of a nonmal meniscus in that the d stribution of cells was not in an even, but in a clonal pattem. The cellularity after a year, however, was sirnilar to that of normal meniscus except some area with deficiency of cells. It can be concluded that increased signal intensity of' the implanted meniscus with time indicates hypervascularity caused by vascular ingrowth, similar to the high signal intensity ot>tained from normal meniscus in young children. Increasecl signal intensity in the chronological postoperative MRls demonstrates the viability of the implanted cryopreserved meniscal allograft.
