        워터제트직기 구동시스템의 동특성 해석

        섬유기계산업은 생산성의 극대화를 위해 고속/정밀화를 추구하고 있으며 수요자의 요구에 따라 높은 내구성과 안정성, 신뢰성을 가진 기계를 요구하고 있다 본 연구에서는 워터제트직기를 대상으로 실제 운전 시 구동계에 토크센서를 부착하여 모듈별로 직기에 영향을 미치는 부하량을 측정 및 분석하였다 또한, 워터제트직기에 대한 동역학적 해석을 수행한 결과와 비교함으로서 섬유기계의 구동계에 대한 토크와 진동에 대한 계측 및 분석기술을 개발하고, 내구성과 안정성이 뛰어난 고부가가치의 섬유기계 개발에 대한 기초자료를 제시하였다. While high speed / precision investigating for maximization of Textile Machinery business is requesting a machine which has highly endurance, stability and reliance abilities following customer request. In this research, load volume that gives influence on loom is measured and analyzed for water jet loom in real operation time to driving system adhered torque sensor to each a module. As well, measurement and analysis technology are developed about torque and vibration of driving systems for textile machinery by comparing dynamical analysis of water jet loom with gained result, basic materials about development of high value added textile machinery which has endurance and stability are presented.

        Objectives : To analyze the effect of retinoids on the differentiation in HNSCC xenografts. Materials and Methods : RA (20mg/kg) or 13-cis-RA (60mg/kg) was orally administered once in a day for 30 days in the xenograft model we prepared using athymic nude mice with AMCHN-4 and -6. We carried out H & E staining and immunohistochemical staining with the monoclonal antibody against involucrin and cytokeratin 10. Results : Both RA and 13-cis-RA were found to suppress the differentiation of AMC-HN-4. Interestingly, RA enhanced the differentiation of AMC-HN-6, although 13-cis RA did not exhibit any effect on the differentiation. These results suggest that in vivo effect of retinoids on the HNSCC growth and differentiation might be various. Retinoids-induced P450 in AMC-HN-6 might be one of the mechanisms to explain the reason why the retinoids exhibit various functions in the HNSCC.

        Top형 스핀밸브구조에서 반강자성체 두께 변화에 따른 자기적 특성 연구

        본 연구에서는 하지층으로 Mo을 사용한 스핀밸브구조에서 반강자성체 IrMn의 두께 변화에 따른 자기적 특성을 연구하였다. 사용된 스핀밸브는 Si기판/$SiO_2/Mo(17\;{\AA})NiFe(21\;{\AA})/CoFe(28\;{\AA})/Cu(22\;{\AA})/CoFe(18\;{\AA})/IrMn(t\;{\AA})/Ta(25\;{\AA})$ 구조이다. Mo 박막의 비저항은 $600^{\circ}C$에서 $650^{\circ}C$ 열처리 후 급격히 증가하였다. 반강자성체인 IrMn의 두께 변화(130 ${\AA}$까지)에 따른 자기저항비와 교환결합력을 측정하였다. IrMn의 두께가 65 ${\AA}$ 일때 자기저항비와 교환결합력은 9.65%와 337.5 Oe로 최고값을 나타냈다. 그러나 두께를 더욱 증가시킨 97.5 ${\AA}$ 일때 자기저항비와 교환결합력은 8.2%와 285 Oe로 감소하였으며, IrMn의 두께가 130 ${\AA}$ 일때 자기저항비와 교환결합력은 더욱 감소한 7.65%와 257.5 Oe이었다. In this research, magnetic properties of spin valve structures using IrMn layers as antiferromagnetic were studied depending on the thickness of the pinned layer. The spin valve structure was Si substrate/$SiO_2(2,000\;{\AA})/Mo(17\;{\AA})NiFe(21\;{\AA})/CoFe(28\;{\AA})/Cu(22\;{\AA})/CoFe(18\;{\AA})/IrMn(t\;{\AA})/Ta(25\;{\AA})$. Also, Mo film was deposited on Si substrates and the thermal annealing effect was analyzed. The resistivity of the Mo film was increased as an annealing temperature was increased up to $600^{\circ}C$. The variations of MR ratio were related with magnetic exchange coupling field of the spin valve structures for various IrMn pinned layer thickness up to 130 ${\AA}$. MR ratio and $H_{ex}$ of spin valves was about 9.05% and 277.5 Oe when the thickness of the IrMn pinned layer was $32.5\;{\AA}(t=32.5\;{\AA})$. It was increased to 9.65% and 337.5 Oe for $t=65\;{\AA}$. For $t=97.5\;{\AA}$, the MR ratio and Hex decreased to 8.2% and 285 Oe, and further decrease was observed up to $t=130\;{\AA}$.

        금속분말 사출성형법을 이용한 자수기용 로터리 훅 제조 연구

        Embroidery process is the last stage of manufacturing textile products by sewing thread mechanism. The rotary hook that is manufactured by several stages of precision machining is a key part of completing the knot in embroidery. The rotary hook was manufactured by applying MIM (metal injection molding) techniques techniques, which combine the advantages of injection molding and metal powder sintering technologies, to obtain high productivity and dimensional accuracy. The sintering of injection product was performed at a temperature between $600^{\circ}C$ and $1,275^{\circ}C$ in an atmosphere of Argon with a relative density of 99% at $1,275^{\circ}C$ to 99% at the sintering temperature. A product with a hardness of 700 HV was manufactured by heat treatment. All the prescribed patterns were completed without obtaining a prescribed pattern for the developed prototype. Further, the wear test of the hook body carried out using gold thread also showed a similar decrease in size compared to that of the existing product. In this study, the manufacturing method was developed by applying MIM techniques to replace the manufacturing process of the rapidly executed rotary hook that entails various stages of machining. The developed manufacturing process is expected to boost the competitiveness of Korea's embroidery industry by replacing imports and contributing to more than 30% cost savings.

        三國의 固有語 官職名語彙 小考

        『삼국사기 직관상』에는 고구려·백제·신라의 관직명이 나타나 있다. 본고는 이 관직명에서 찾아볼 수 있는 차용표기로 이루어진, 고유어 관직명 어휘를 분석하여, 이를 고대국어 어휘체계와 음운체계 연구에 일조코자 한다. 삼국의 관직명을 살펴보면, 그 어휘 형성이 대체적으로 중국의 직관과 일치하는 점이 많다. 무엇보다도 官等을 品階로 표시한 것을 비롯하여, 동일명의 관직명 어휘가 허다하다. 또한 어휘형성에 있어 접두어·접미어적 특성이 있는데, 이는 일찍부터 중국의 문물의 영향이 아닌가 생각된다. 그러나 그 반면 이러한 관직명 어휘에는 지명이나 인명에서처럼 많은 것은 아니지만, 차용표기로 이루어진 고유어 관직명을 찾아볼 수 있다는 점이다. 특히 삼국이 同軌語 관직명을 異寫表記하였는데, 이는 높은 국어의식의 발로라 하겠다. 고구려의 관직명 어휘를 살펴보면, 고구려는 일찍부터 직관이 발달하였음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 직관은 『삼국지·周書·隋書·통전·신당서』등과 같은 고기록에 보이는데, 이는 각각 등급과 명칭에 차이를 두고 있다. 관직명에는 '對盧·烏皂·兄·使者·皂衣·先人'등을 근간으로 하여, 여기에 접두어나 접미어를 사용하여 14품의 관직명을 이루고 있다. 그러나 관직명은 신라의 관직명처럼 순수 고유어명이 아니라, 한자어와 고유어의 관직명이 혼합되어 있다. 난해의 관직명은 생략하고 해독이 가능한 고유어 관직명만을 대상으로 삼았다. 차용표기된 고유어 관직명 어휘로 '相加-古鄒加-烏拙-小兄-小使者-仙人-褥薩' 등을 예거하였다. 백제의 관직명은 고구려나 신라에 비하여 비교적 단일하고 정제된 편이다. 1품인 '佐平'을 제외하고는 2-6품까지는 '-率' 접미어로, 7-11품까지는 '-德'으로 그 이하는 '督·軍·武·虞' 등의 접미어로 이루어져 있다. 차용표기된 고유어 관직명 어휘로 '佐平'을 비롯하여 '-率' 접미어 '達率'과 '德率'만을 예거하였다. 신라의 관직명은 순수고유어로 이루어진 것으로 그 연원이 오래임을 짐작할 수 있다. 대체적으로 한자의 차용표기로 이루어져 있으며, 이사표기가 많은 것이 특징이다. 특히 제3대 유리왕대에는 직관을 17등급으로 분류하고 1-9품까지는 '尺'과 '干'의 합음인 '飡'(粲)을 접미하였다. 차용표기된 고유어 관직명 어휘로 '伊伐飡-伊尺飡-迊飡-波珍飡-阿飡-一吉飡-沙飡-級伐飡-大奈麻-大舍' 등을 예거하였다. The purpose of this study is looking for official title in the three ancient kingdoms of characteristics and analyse for vocabulary. It seems that there had been lots of influence of China on the titles of official posts in the three ancient kingdoms of korea. Such influences can be seen very clearly in the titles or the terms of official ranks, especially in the characteristics of their affixes and suffixes. This probably resulted from the Chinese systematic influences for a long time from the earlier periods of Zhou and Han Dynasties down to the modern periods Sui and Tang Dynasties. However, our three ancient kingdoms must have established their own unique conceptions concerning the official post and its title and term. At the earlier times in Goguryeo they developed the governmental organizations and, according to the official regulations, established the official titles of 14 ranks by adding affixes or suffixes to the five basic titles, '對盧·兄·使者·皂衣·先人'. In the Baekje they had relatively a simple and refined system in comparison with those of Goguryeo and Shilla, so they, excepting the 1st rank '佐', added suffix '-率' to the rank from the 2nd to the 6th, '-德' to those from 7th to 11th, and added such suffixes as '督·軍·武·虞' to the lower ranks. On the other hand, in Shilla they used purely their own vernacular language in expressing their official titles, which might have quite a long history. On the whole theirs are characterized by using expressions with several different characters to mean the same, mainly owing to their adoptions from the Chinese characters only in sound. Especially in the era of the third king Yuri, they divided the official ranks into 17 grade and to the ranks from the 1st to the 9th added suffix '湌 or 粲' which is a complex sound of '尺 and 干'. If we look into the vocabularies expressing the official titles in the three ancient kingdoms, there are several characteristics in common. Above all, the titles of the official posts in the three kingdoms Goguryeo, Baekje, and Shilla consist of the same orbital or level languages. presumably it is chiefly due to their sharing certain common features with each other in the cultural and lingual phenomena despite the influences of Chinese civilization.

        초등 TEE 수업에 대한 학습자 호감도, 불안감 및 학습 동기가 학생이 인식하는 학업 성취도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to reconsider prospects of Teaching English in English (TEE) by examining students’ perception on TEE. The study was conducted at three elementary schools located in Bundang-gu, Suji-gu, Gyeonggi-do and in Jung-gu, Seoul. A total of 462 students participated in the survey. The questionnaire for the research consisted of four parts: students’ background information, interest in TEE class, language anxiety about TEE class, and English learning motivation. The study results indicated that higher graders showed less interest than lower graders, lower graders showed less language anxiety about TEE class compared to higher graders, and higher graders had more external motivation than lower graders. It was also found that the higher the interest in TEE, the higher the English learning achievement score which students perceived became. The last section provides pedagogical suggestions for increasing students’ interest in TEE class.

        자수기용 로터리 훅 개발을 위한 금속분말 사출성형해석

        Among the components of rotary hooks, a core component of an embroidery sewing system, a study was conducted to apply metal injection molding to the manufacture of a hook body and a housing that was very difficult to mechanical working. The correlation of feedstock, a mixture of binder and SCM 415 metal powder, and properties of the pressure-volume-temperature interrelationship, viscosity, specific heat, and thermal conductivity were measured. Injection molds for the hook body and the housing were developed through injection molding analysis using these properties and conducted injection tests. Optimal injection gate position and number, injection pressure, and injection time were obtained through a comparison of analysis results with the experiment results.
