        고령자용 저작 용이 가래떡 제품의 개발 및 특성 연구

        This study was conducted to develop easily chewable Korean rice cake (Garaedduk) for the elderly while maintaining its original form and flavor. We developed two types of easy-to-chew Garaedduk products by adding starch-degrading enzyme or trehalose, respectively. Characteristics of Garaedduk products were investigated and comparative analysis was carried out between control and experimental groups. The water content of control and enzyme-added Garaedduk was 43.55% and 44.11%, respectively, which was significantly higher than trehalose-added Garaedduk (40.30%) as free water content was reduced by the formation of hydrogen bonds between trehalose and water molecules. Due to the browning of reducing sugar produced by the decomposition of rice starch, Hunter b-value of enzyme-added Garaedduk was significantly higher compared to others. Hardness, adhesiveness, gumminess, and chewiness of experimental groups were lower than the control group. Consumer test scores showed significant differences with respect to overall liking, chewiness, and swallowing between control and experimental groups. Elderly preferred experimental Garaedduks over control and the experimental groups were evaluated to be softer, easily chewable, and swallowable.

      • SNG 생산용 공기분리공정의 공기 재 압축비에 따른 민감도 분석

        심랭식 공기분리공정은 공기를 액화시켜 질소와 산소, 아르곤 등 다양한 산업가스를 생산하며, 가스생산조건(순도, 종류)에 따라 공정 또한 달라진다. 그 중 SNG 플랜트 공급용 공기분리공정은 99.5% 이상의 초고순도 산소 생산을 요구하기 때문에 공정의 효율이 타 공기분리공정에 비해 떨어지며, 공정효율을 낮추는 요인에는 공기압축에 의한 소모동력이 대표적이다. 본 연구에서는 SNG 플랜트에 적용하는 공기분리공정의 에너지 효율 향상을 위하여 소모동력과 관련된 공기 압축 설비의 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 민감도 분석을 위해 ASPEN PLUS를 이용해 공기분리공정을 모사하였다. 모사 결과, 99.5% 이상의 산소 18.21 kg/s를 생산하였으며, 33.26 MW의 동력이 소모되었다. 모사된 공정 중 공기압축설비는 주 압축기 1대와 2대의 재 압축기가 있으며, 2대의 재압축기에서의 공기압축비 변화에 따른 고압질소, 저압산소, 저압질소의 유량과 순도에 대한 영향과 공정 내 소모동력 변화에 대해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 99.5% 산소, 99% 질소(고압), 90% 질소(저압)를 생산하기 위한 최적의 운전조건은 재압축비가 각각 0.48, 0.50가 되었으며, 재압축비 조정 후 $0.507kWh/O_2kg$에서 $0.473kWh/O_2kg$으로 소모동력도 약 7%가량 줄었음을 확인하였다. Cryogenic air separation unit produces various gases such as $N_2$, $O_2$, and Ar by liquefying air. The process also varies with diverse production conditions. The one for SNG production among them has lower efficiency compared to other air separation unit because it requires ultrapure $O_2$ with purity not lower than 99.5%. Among factors that reduce the efficiency of air separation unit, power consumption due to compress air and heat duty of double column were representatives. In this study, simulation of the air separation unit for SNG production was carry out by using ASEPN PLUS. In the results of the simulation, 18.21 kg/s of at least 99.5% pure $O_2$ was produced and 33.26 MW of power was consumed. To improve the energy efficiency of air separation unit for SNG production, the sensitivity analysis for power consumption, purities and flow rate of $N_2$, $O_2$ production in the air separation unit was performed by change of air boosting ratios. The simulated model has three types of air with different pressure levels and two air boosting ratio. The air boosting ratio means flow rate ratio of air by recompressing in the process. As increasing the first air boosting ratio, $N_2$ flow rate which has purity of 99.9 mol% over increase and $O_2$ flow rate and purity decrease. As increasing the second air boosting ratio, $N_2$ flow rate which has purity of 99.9 mol% over decreases and $O_2$ flow rate increases but the purity of $O_2$ decreases. In addition, power consumption of compressing to increase in the two cases but results of heat duty in double column were different. The heat duty in double column decreases as increasing the first air boosting ratio but increases as increasing the second air boosting ratio. According to the results of the sensitivity analysis, the optimum air boosting ratios were 0.48 and 0.50 respectively and after adjusting the air boosting ratios, power consumption decreased by approximately 7% from $0.51kWh/O_2kg$ to $0.47kWh/O_2kg$.

        급성기 중풍 환자의 중풍발병시간에 따른 제속성 비교

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to provide basic background information on stroke by evaluating various etiological factors on the basis that the onset time of cerebral infarction varies according to its cause. Methods : We studied hospitalized patients within 4 weeks after their ictus who were admitted at Kyunghee OMC, Kyungwon OMC, or Donguk Ilsan OMC from [month] $1^{st}$, 2005 to June $30^{th}$, 2007. We compared the general characteristics of acute stroke patients according to onset time. Results : Regardless of the onset time, the distribution of cerebral infarction patterns showed high SVO. The onset time did not show significant difference for average age, height, weight, BMI, waist measurement, hip measurement, or waist/hip ratio between onset during sleep and awakening. Patients whose stroke occurred while awake were more likely to have a past history of HTN, DM, ischemic heart disease, or atrial fibrillation but did not show significant difference according to their onset time. Conclusions : The above results show that the overall tendency of acute stage cerebral infarction patients varies according to their onset time. This study was carried out on the basis of previous findings that cerebral infarctions that occurred during sleep were more likely to have been caused by cerebral thrombosis, and strokes that occurred while awake were more likely to have been caused by cerebral embolism. However, there were no statistically relevant results, so a larger study group is needed to research the tendency of stroke patients.

        정도반의어 ‘있다/없다’의 의미 확장 연구

        This paper analyzes the aspects of the extended meaning of the gradable opposites ‘itta’ and ‘optta’. It demonstrates that unlike other general antonyms, the contrasting pair is not symmetrical in terms of distribution and meaning. Based on the cognitive linguistic theory, subjectivization refers to intervention in the context of a speaker’s utterances and is a cognitive process engaging in expressing one’s perspective within the context. With the application of subjectivization, gradable opposites ‘itta’ and ‘optta’ are realized by extending their quantitative, hierarchical, and evaluative opposing aspects. This can be interpreted as the foreground and background principle, which is well known in Gestalt psychology. Objectivity can be a background meaning of gradable opposites ‘itta’ and ‘optta’, and it is absolute and unbiased to anyone transcending individual prejudices. The degree in terms of quantitative, hierarchical, and evaluative aspects is reflected in the subjective attitude and belief of a speaker, and it shows that the contour is given as a meaning of foreground. The contrasting pair of gradable opposites, ‘itta’ and ‘optta’ does not have symmetrical distribution, as do other antonyms, because of neutralization, markedness, and differences in meaning areas.

        한국어 ‘있다/없다’의 의미 확장 연구

        This study has a goal to analyse the direction of the meaning extension of complimental antonym words ‘iss-ta/eop-ta’. For the goal, this study applied on the cognitive theory. Complimental antonym words ‘iss-ta/eop-ta’ has five types of the meaning extension. The types of the meaning extension are as follows ① ‘object->space’ ②’object->behavior->space’, ③‘physical position-> social position-> psychological position’, ④‘content word->functional word’, ⑤ ‘concreteness->abstractness’. The aspects of the meaning extension are divided into two; one is symmetrical (as like as type①,②) and the other is asymmetrical (as like as type ③,④,⑤) The asymmetrical type of meaning extension made another imbalance of the productivity in the aspects of compounding lexical words, functional words and markedness. In the aspect of compounding words, ‘eop-ta’ is more productive than ‘iss-ta’, but in the side of functional words, ‘iss-ta’ is more productive. And in the aspect of markedness, ‘eop-ta’ is more productive than ‘iss-ta’, this means that the domain of the meaning of ‘iss-ta’ is wider than ‘eop-ta’.

        간호대학생의 스트레스, 월경태도, 월경전증후군이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 스트레스, 월경태도, 월경전증후군, 삶의 질 정도를 파악하고, 그들과의 관계를 확인하며, 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명함으로써 간호대학생의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 중재프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 B광역시에 위치한 일개 대학에 재학 중인 간호학생 165명을 대상으로 최종 분석하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집 기간은 2018년 4월 20일부터 5월 20일까지였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS WIN/22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과에서 일반적 특성에 따른 스트레스는 학년, 수면의 질 만족도에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 월경태도는 생리 양, 월경통 해결방법에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 월경전증후군은 수면의 질 만족도, 운동, 월경전 불편감, 월경통 해결방법에서 유의한 차이를 확인하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 삶의 질은 수면의 질 만족도에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 변수간의 상관관계에서 삶의 질은 스트레스와 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 삶의 질의 영향요인은 수면의 질 만족도와 스트레스가 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 나타냈고, 이는 스트레스 정도가 낮을수록, 수면의 질 만족도가 높을수록 삶의 질이 높아진다고 할 수 있다. To identify effects of menstrual attitude, stress and premenstrual syndrome on quality of life of nursing students. The researcher collected from the subjects, 165 of nursing students at college in B, who agree to the collection of data, by explaining them about the objective and procedure of this study. The data collection period for this study was from April 20 to May 20, 2018. Data were analyzed by using SPSS WIN/22.0. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. There was a statistically significant difference on stress on the general characteristics of the subjects for grade, satisfaction with quality of sleep. There was a statistically significant difference on menstrual attitude on the general characteristics of the subjects for menstrual quantity, method of solution on menstrual pain. There was a statistically significant difference on premenstrual syndrome on the general characteristics of the subjects for satisfaction with quality of sleep, exercise, premenstrual discomfort, solution on menstrual pain. There was a statistically significant difference on quality of life on the general characteristics of the subjects for satisfaction with quality of sleep. An analysis on the correlation among the subjects variables exhibited that the quality of life has negative correlations with stress. There was of the level of significance has been high in stress and influential factors with 18.6% of explanatory power.

        치과교정치료 초기 환자들의 치료특성이 수면의 질에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the influencing factors on the sleep quality in patients with fixed orthodontic appliances. This study intended to find out the improving measures of sleep quality in orthodontic patients. Methods : The subjects were 222 orthodontic patients in Busan. A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by the patients from June to August, 2012. Data were analyzed by SAS version 9.20 including frequency analysis, ANOVA, t-test, multiple regression analysis, and Duncan post-hoc test. Results : The quality of sleep in the patients at the initial stage of orthodontic treatment was influenced by ceramic orthodontic appliances, tooth extraction, Bite adjustment, disturbed sleep habits, and temporomandibular joint pain. Conclusions : The most important factors influencing on the sleep quality were the anxiety toward the treatment and tooth extraction at the initial stage of treatment. A more careful conversation and collaboration are needed in the orthodontic treatment.

      • 한국 노인복지관 경로식당의 급식환경 및 급식관리 실태 조사

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the current state of foodservice management practices and kitchen facilities of the cafeteria in elderly welfare center. Survey was conducted with the foodservice managers at 77 elderly welfare centers (response rate: 45%) out of 171. The results were as follows: 1. Operation duration was mostly 5~8 years and average users 200~400, 5~6 times of weekly working days, and 71~110 seats available during meal time. Two major problems encountered in current foodservice at elderly welfare centers were the registration of the institution and budget use. Most of the cafeterias in elderly welfare centers surveyed were registered public meal service but some(18.2%) operated without registration for several years. A way of fundraising to buy a new equipment over a million won, about half of the cafeterias in elderly welfare centers use their budget to buy new items from the food budgets instead of government`s support. 2. Foodservice status and kitchen environment part has complicated problems which derived from insufficiently-equipped facilities. Most of cafeterias have operated about 8 years but some remodeled to take new facilities and to improve sanitary conditions even within 1~4 operation year. Cafeteria`s kitchen ventilation systems are in poor condition to ventilate heat and extra gases. Sink tables are in danger of cross contamination using the same sink table both vegetable and fish or meat without chloride sterilization. 3. Foodservice sanitation management, facilities and structures are showed unsatisfactory performance level especially separating cooking area and preprocessing area. There are few toilet and hand wash systems appropriately equipped. Also poorly performed in cross contamination sections; separated use of kitchen items such as sink tables, chopping boards and knives. Most of all elderly restaurants do not sterilize vegetables even people eat raw.
