慢性 精神分裂症에서 Penfluridol이 血淸 Prolactin値에 미치는 影響

The experiment was aimed to study the prolactin response induced by long acting oral antipsychotics, penfluridol in 17male chronic schizophrenics. After one week wash out period of other neuroleptics, penfluridol was administered orally with increment of 20mg per week, and serum prolactin level was measured by the method of radioimmunoassay at the interval of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 weeks after administration of penfluridol. The results are as follows: 1)After one week washout period of other neuroleplics, the mean serum prolactin level was measured as 13.9±8.57ng/ml. 2)The mean serum prolactin levels after administration of 20mg, 40mg, and 60mg of penfluridol were 24.3±11.89ng/ml, 38.1±20.66ng/ml, and 56.1±25.47ng/ml respectively. These rapid increases of prolactin secretion were statistically significant(P<0.005). 3)The mean serum prolactin levels after administration of 80mg and 100mg of penfluridol were 63.9±27.45ng/ml and 69.4±29.83ng/ml respectively. These increases showed less higher increases than those of administration of 20 to 60mg of penfluridol. ridol. 4)The clinical symptoms were slightly improved, but those were not as much as increase of serum prolactin levels. As the above results, it was known that the penfluridol was effected serum prolactin levels for 1 week.

The present study was designed to investigate the effects of Ligustici Rhizoma on the expression of genes in the pain model induced by acetic acid. cDNA microarray (GenePlorer TwinChipTM Mouse 7.4K) was used to evaluate the gene expressions. The expressions of 32 genes were up-regulated in the Ligustici Rhizoma-treated group: they include the genes coding Casp6, Hrh3, Basp1, Sprr2h, Zfp131, Copz2, LOC432436, Itpr5, etc. The expressions of 16 genes were down-regulated in the Ligustici Rhizoma-treated group: they include the genes coding Il16, Zfpm1, Cacna2d1, Xpo7, Smpdl3b, Dscr1, Harp, etc. The conclusion is that the expressions of 32 genes were up-regulated and the expressions of 16 genes were down-regulated in Ligustici Rhizoma-treated group.

Background: The completion of the human genome project means that a high-quality reference sequence of the gene-rich portion of the human genome is now available. However, the strong influence of ethnic, geographical, and other characteristics of study populations on the frequencies of different single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) makes it questionable whether foreign SNP data should be used in domestic studies. Methods: Twenty-seven possible candidate genes of antiepileptic drug (AED) resistance were resequenced in a DNA pool from 200 healthy Koreans to identify SNPs and calculate their minor allele frequencies (MAFs). Results: A total of 98 SNPs were present in 22 of the 27 genes: 28 were in the coding regions, 34 were in introns, 23 were in 5’ near genes, 10 were in 5’ untranslated regions, and 3 were in 3’ near genes. Conclusions: The comparative analysis using the pooled DNA adopted in the present study was highly reliable in estimating MAFs and was compatible with the common disease/common variant hypothesis. The reported data on 98publicly available SNPs of genes possibly associated with AED resistance that be useful to researchers with limited availability of domestic SNP data.
복소 주파수 평면 분석법을 활용한 저주파수 대역에서 흡음 성능을 가지는 공명기 어레이 설계

A resonator array consisting of several unit resonators with different resonance frequencies is an effective sound-absorbing structure with high sound-absorption performance in a low-frequency band. However, many difficulties exist in constructing an array such that individual unit resonators operate as expected in the resonator array. This study presents a method to improve time-consuming trial-and-error in configuring a resonator array by analyzing the sound absorption performance of a unit resonator in the complex frequency plane for which the theoretical solution is unknown. In addition, with this proposed method, a resonator array with high sound absorption performance in the low-frequency band of 80 ~ 180 Hz is designed. Its erformance is verified through experiments. 서로 다른 공진 주파수를 가지는 단위 공명기 다수로 이루어진 공명기 어레이는 저주파수 대역에서 높은 흡음 성능을 가지는 효과적인 흡음 구조체이다. 하지만 개개의 단위 공명기가 공명기 어레이에서 기대한 대로 작동하도록 어레이를 구성하는 것에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이론적인 해가 알려지지 않은 단위 공명기의 흡음 성능을 수치 해석과 커브 피팅을 통해 복소 주파수 평면에서 분석하여 공명기 어레이를 구성하는데 있어 시행 착오에 따른 손실을 줄일 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 제안한 방법으로 80 ~ 180 Hz 의 저주파수 대역에서 높은 흡음 성능을 가지는 공명기 어레이를 최종 설계하고, 그 성능을 실험으로 검증하였다.
混合한 植物油를 Diesel Engine의 代替燃料로 利用할시의 最適出力에 關한 硏究

When the nixed vegetable oils were used diesel engine fuels. to obtain the optimal operation charcteristics depending on the maximum thermal efficencies, the engine performance curves and the iso-specific fuel consumption curves were studied by the results of the engine performance tests. And then each of the optimal operation curves depending on kind of oils were made by drawing a line along the deepest valley on the iso-specific fuel consumption curves. The oils used in this study were four kinds of the mixed vegetable oil purified well, four kinds of the blended oil and a 2nd grade diesel oil. The mixed vegetable oils were ricebarn+corn+soybean, ricebarn+corn, ricebarn+soybean, corn+soybean oil that could be produced easily and economically in Korea. From this study, the results was as follows. 1. The maximum brake horse power by using the diesel oil was 9.6ps at 2300rpm of engine speed that by using the mixed vegetable oil was 6.1ps on average at 2000rpm. 2. The optimal brake horse power was 8.8/2300 (ps/rpm)in case of the diesel oil, 5.3/2100(ps/rpm)in case of ricebarn+corn+soybean, 5.2/2050(ps/rpm) in case of ricebarn+corn, 4.9/2100(ps/rpm)in case of ricebarn+soybean, and 5.6/2150(ps/rpm) in case of corn+soybean. Therefore, the optimal brake horse power in case of using ricebarn+soybean oil was 45% lower than that in case of the diesel oil.3. The minimum fuel consumption estimated from the optimal operation curvs were respectively 160 g/ps. h at 2200rpm in case of using the diesel oil and 210g/ps.h at 2100rpm in case of using the ricebarn+corn+soybean oil, 238 g/ps.h on 2050rpm in case of using the ricebarn+corn oil, 224 g/ps.h on 1950 rpm in case of using the ricebarn+soybeanoil, 208 g/ps.h 2150 rpm in case of the corn+soybean oil.
