남북정상회담과 사회문화교류

The exchange of visits by the performing arts groups between the two Koreas, which took place in 10 years after the PyeongChang Olympics, attracted a great deal of attention as a large-scale socio-cultural exchange project. In the inter-Korean summit, the various social and cultural exchanges including the reunion of separated families are mentioned as the main agenda. As the North Korean nuclear issue is settled and the Panmunjom Declaration is agreed, it is highly likely that the inter-Korean summit will be activated from social and cultural exchanges with relatively little political burden. However, if there is no reflection on social and cultural exchanges in the past, the problems will be repeated and the meaning of social and cultural exchanges can be discarded. More than ever, it is more necessary to establish a road map for concrete analysis of past cases and developmental exchanges. In this context, several basic directions are needed for the development of socio - cultural exchanges. First, it is necessary to construct a nation-wide community by securing common elements on the basis of recognizing the difference between North and South through social and cultural exchange. Second, social and cultural exchange and cooperation should be promoted in terms of accumulation of understanding and trust formation process. Third, the development of inter-Korean relations and the exchange of socio-cultural culture should be institutionalized. Fourth, it should be a process of expanding democracy and establishing a peace culture in the South Korean society while leading the overall development of the inter-Korean society culture. Fifth, the public and the government should cooperate under the gradual and gradual direction to realize integration in all areas. 평창 올림픽 이후 개최된 남북 공연 예술단 방문은 10여 년 만에 이루어진 대규모 사회문화교류 사업으로 각광을 받았다. 그리고 남북정상회담에서는 이산가족 상봉을 비롯한 다양한 사회문화교류가 주요 과제로 다루어졌다. 북한 핵 문제가 해결되고 판문점 선언이 합의되면 정치적 부담이 상대적으로 적은 사회 및 문화 교류를 통해 남북 정상 회담이 활성화 될 가능성이 높다. 그러나 과거 사회문화교류에 대한 반성이 없다면 문제는 반복 될 것이며 사회문화적 교류의 의미는 축소될 수 있다. 따라서 과거 사회문화교류의 사례에 대한 성찰과 앞으로의 교류의 구체적인 분석을 위한 로드맵을 수립하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 맥락에서 사회문화 발전적인 교류를 위해서는 몇 가지 기본 방향이 정립하여야 한다. 첫째, 사회문화교류를 통해 남북한의 차이를 인식하여 공통의 요소를 확보하여 국가 차원의 공동체를 구축해야한다. 둘째, 이해와 신뢰 형성 과정의 축적이라는 측면에서 사회문화적 교류와 협력이 촉진되어야한다. 셋째, 남북 관계 발전과 사회문화교류가 제도화되어야한다. 넷째, 남한 사회의 전반적인 발전을 이끌면서 한국 사회에 민주주의를 확대하고 평화 문화를 수립하는 과정으로 사회문화교류를 추진하여야 한다. 다섯째, 민간과 정부는 모든 분야에서 통합을 실현하기 위해 점진적인 방향으로 협력해야한다.

유럽政治協力(EPC)에 관한 硏究 : An Outlook

We would revisit the several aspects of the European Political Cooperation(EPC) as a new foreign policy mechanism. 1) EPC's historical background, 2) its process, 3) theoretical approaches to the EPC, and 4) the realities of Common European Foreign Policy and its limits. First, As a new styled foreign policy model, We analyzed its mechanism(the European Council, the Conference of foreign ministers, the Political Committee, the European Correspondents, the Working Groups, and so on). Second, Analyzing the documents in relation to EPC from Luxembourg Report to Maastricht Treaty, we analyzed its facets in literature. Third, theoretically, we attempted to broaden the theoretical enquiry from the traditional international theories to new ones. Last, we revisted the reality of EPC's activities from its creation to nowadays. In conclusion, We find the facts as follows: To theorize about EPC is very difficult, and the existing theories applied to EPC are only partly relevant. Especially, we bacame to be concerned about the consociational theory as well as regime theory and world-system perspective. and, It si necessary to develop a more appropriate paradigm. In reality, EPC's implementations have shown a characteristic of intergovernmentalism, not that of supranationalism (or federalism ultimately) which EC endeavor to achieve. One of the important points given attention to EPC's role in international context is inter-regional cooperation. For example, it has to bloc relations with ASEAN, the Arab League, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and the Contadora Group.

Microscopic Analysis of Thermally-driven Formation of Cu-Si Alloy Nanoparticles in a Cu/Si Template

Selective thermal diffusion of Cu into a 100-nm-thick SiO2-patterned Si(001) substrate was investigatedto elucidate the spontaneous formation of Cu-Si alloy nanoparticles. Transmission electronmicroscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy provided the indirect evidence for the formationon the substrate’s surface of nanoparticles that served as a catalyst to grow SiO2 nanowiresselectively in window regions. The microstructural analysis revealed that thermal annealing causedselective diffusion of Cu into the Si matrix in window regions only and that the Cu-Si alloy nanoparticleswere formed at 900 C although the diffusion of Cu into Si was already significant at 700 C. The nanoparticles that were sparsely distributed below the surface of the Si matrix did not serveas a catalyst for growing SiO2 nanowires, and the chemical composition analysis showed that thenanoparticles at the tip of SiO2 nanowires were Cu3Si.

The purpose of this thesis is to question the issues of the Arts & Culture Education Instructor certification system, established in 2012. One positively received aspect of the current Arts & Culture Education Instructor certification system is that it provides a more systematic and formal approach to cultural arts and arts education. However, the Arts & Culture Education Instructor certification can be obtained simply by attending lectures as a college credit. In effect, this certification system is one in which anyone may be accredited, while adding an additional certification fee, which could be argued is nothing more than an additional tax on artists. It is crucial to reflect on this employment system that admits anyone with licenses and certifications to the world of art, convincing ourselves that it is fair, even, and reasonable to do so. We need to ask ourselves if that is the appropriate evaluation method. 본 논문의 목적은 2012년부터 시행된 문화예술교육사 제도가 가지고 있는 불합리성에 관한 고찰에 있다. 본 제도의 시행 주체가 긍정적으로 전제하고 있는 사안 중 하나는 ‘자격증’이라는 외피를 두른 제도적 개념과 ‘문화예술’, 그리고 ‘예술교육’이라는 모호한 직무군들의 결합인 것이다. 그러나 문화예술교육사는 단순한 학점 이수제에 의한 강의 수강 방식 취득이며, 이는 언제 누구라도 열려있는 자격제도라는 의미와 동시에 모든 이에게 공평하게 추가 교육료를 요구하는 국가 주도의 ‘예술인 과세제도’라는 인식을 지울 수 없다.

The aim of this study is to development of PZT/Polymer piezoelectric composite materials for ultrasonic sunsor application such as hydrophone and biomedical probes. The extrusion method, the processing technique of the piezoelectric composites, is introduced. The connectivity of the piezoelectric composites is the 1-3 type. d_(33) coefficient and acoustic impedance are increased with incereasing PZT volume % and thickness, respectively, and the pulse response characteristics by the ultrasonic tranducer analyzer and oscilloscope are evaluated.

초정밀 Seam Seal Welding System에 관한 연구

Seam seal welding on the semi-conductor package is a process for sealing the packages of semi-conductors, crystal parts, saw filters, oscillators with Lid plate by seam welding. This paper presents the development process of automatic seam seal welding system. In this process, the process algorithm, high precision welding current control, design of welding head, high speed and high precision feeding mechanism, user interface process control program technologies are included.

기업가지향성 및 학습지향성이 한국 방위산업체의 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 한국 방위산업체의 기업성과에 기업가지향성과 학습지향성이라는 두 가지의 전략적 지향성이 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 방위산업체들로부터 회수한 설문지를 토대로 실증적 분석을 한 결과 첫째, 기업가지향성 중 진취성만이 기업 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고 둘째, 학습지향성은 그 자체로 기업성과에 유의미한 결과를 가져올 수 있음이 확인되었다. 이러한 분석 결과에 따라 본 연구에서는 한국 방위산업체가 기업성과를 제고하기 위해 기업가지향성 중 진취성, 그리고 학습지향성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 기업 전략을 수립할 것을 제안하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze how entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation effect Korean defense industries’ corporate performance. Study results from empirical analysis based on 149 questionnaires collected from defense industries are as follows. First, only innovativeness in entrepreneurial orientation has positive effects on corporate performance. Second, it was confirmed that learning orientation in itself brought a relevant outcome to corporate performance. Based on the analysis results, this study suggests Korean defense industries to establish corporate strategies to enhance innovativeness in entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation in order to improve corporate performance.
