Analyzing mode choice among transportation demand estimate procedures is complicated and understanding characteristics of travelers is also difficult. Generally, it is well known that traveler choose mode considering psychometric factors and characteristic besides socio-demographic indicators. Accordingly, many researches has investigated on methodology that can be applied in mode choice to reflect psychometric factor or specific preference. Latent Class Analysis among various studies is recognized as the theoretically potential approach. This study focuses on class segmented using latent class cluster to analyze impact that included psychometric factors and characteristics on mode choice. It also provides evidence that mode choice model for each class and mode choice model not considering latent class are different. This study based on citizen's stated preference and revealed preference on a new transit on the Han river shows that latent class cluster analysis is the potential approach considering latent preference. 교통수요예측 과정 중 수단선택과정은 적용시 매우 복잡하여, 선택자의 특성을 이해하기도 매우 까다로운 과정이다. 일반적으로 수단 선택시 선택자의 사회경제적인 요소 외에도 심리적인 요인이나 특성들도 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서, 심리적인 요인이나 특정한 선호도를 선택모형 상에서 적용할 수 있는 방법론에 대한 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 이러한 연구 중에서 잠재계층분석(Latent Class Analysis)는 이론적으로 매우 가능성이 있는 접근 방법으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 심리적인 요인과 특성들이 수단선택에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 잠재계층분석(latent class cluster analysis)을 실시하여 계층을 분리하였다. 또한, 계층별로 나타나는 수단선택모형과 잠재 계층을 고려하지 않은 수단선택모형을 비교하여 잠재계층의 수단 선택 행태가 각기 다름을 보이고자 한다. 본 연구는 한강 수상교통도입에 대한 일반 시민의 선호도 조사와 SP자료를 바탕으로 분석되었으며, 잠재계층분석은 잠재 선호를 고려할 수 있는 가능성 높은 접근임을 보였다.
상호문화적 관점에서 본 중국 현지 중급 한국어 정독(精讀) 교재 분석

This study examined how well the textbook used at Chinese universities, “Jeongdok (精讀)” (“Intensive Reading” in English), reflects the five requirements of intercultural education, such as personal focus, recognition of cultural diversity, interaction, reflection of culture, and cooperation and negotiation. The analysis results showed that, as with previous studies, textbooks developed in China reflected individual focus and mutual comparative activities, but they were only simple comparison activities that did not lead to a full understanding of recognition and acceptance of cultural diversity. Recently published textbooks, however, reflect the characteristics of interculture and use a variety of materials to guide students in conducing more specific comparative activities. Moreover, even though they originate in China, they strive to consider other perspectives as well, such as those of Asia, East, and West, which deserves positive evaluations. The significance of this study lies in the fact that it confirms how Jeongdok's content composition, questions or speaking related to the main text, writing task activities, and cultural texts and questions for thinking about cultural texts can sufficiently reflect intercultural perspectives. Jeongdok is not a culture-related course, but it contains a variety of cultural elements and is the subject learners spend the most time studying. Specifically, cross-cultural competence cannot be acquired easily, but rather internalized through various stages, which is why Jeongdok textbooks can contribute to acquiring cross-cultural competence if they are approached, developed, and utilized from an intercultural perspective. This study has limitations in that the criteria for textbook analysis and the extraction of cultural items from textbooks were based on the researcher's subjective judgment. It was also unable to present specific teaching and learning measures to enhance each cross-cultural competence. Nevertheless, this study is significant in that it was the first study to review Chinese textbooks from an intercultural perspective, and to suggest ways to improve textbooks and use textbooks from an intercultural perspective.

Periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) are multipotent stem cells derived from periodontium and have mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-like characteristics. Recently, the perivascular region was recognized as the developmental origin of MSCs, which suggests the in vivo angiogenic potential of PDLSCs. In this study, we investigated whether PDLSCs could be a potential source of perivascular cells, which could contribute to in vivo angiogenesis. PDLSCs exhibited typical MSC-like charac-teristics such as the expression pattern of surface markers (CD29, CD44, CD73, and CD105) and differentiation potentials (osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation). Moreover, PDLSCs expressed perivascular cell markers such as NG2, α-smooth muscle actin, platelet-derived growth factor receptor β, and CD146. We conducted an in vivo Matrigel plug assay to confirm the in vivo angiogenic potential of PDLSCs. We could not observe significant vessel-like structures with PDLSCs alone or human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) alone at day 7 after injection. However, when PDLSCs and HUVECs were co-injected, there were vessel-like structures containing red blood cells in the lumens, which suggested that anastomosis occurred between newly formed vessels and host circulatory system. To block the SDF-1α and CXCR4 axis between PDLSCs and HUVECs, AMD3100, a CXCR4 antagonist, was added into the Matrigel plug. After day 3 and day 7 after injection, there were no significant vessel-like structures. In conclusion, we demonstrated the perivascular characteristics of PDLSCs and their contribution to in vivo angiogenesis, which might imply potential application of PDLSCs into the neovascularization of tissue engineering and vascular dis-eases.
문화교육을 위한 교사의 전문성 신장을 위한 탐색 - 중국 대학의 한국어 교사를 중심으로-

當前, 在韓國語敎學中, 文化敎學受到越來越多的關注。但中國大學的韓國語敎學側重于語言敎學, 却忽略了韓國文化敎學。爲了今后能更好地進行文化敎學, 敎師的專業水平?需提高。本文以敎師學科敎學知識(PCK)理論爲基礎, 進一步探討了韓語敎師在文化敎學中所需的學科敎學知識, 其中包括文化學科知識、文化敎學知識、文化情景知識。敎師學科敎學知識(PCK)理論一般被應用于敎師的敎學評价中。但本文提議將其應用于敎師進行自我評价的自我檢査表中, 爲此, 按照敎學進度, 制定了文化敎學的自我檢査表。
