Ciprofloxacin 제제의 생물학적 동등성에 관한 연구

국내 시판중인 ciprofloxacin 제제인 Citopcin®(250㎎ tablet)의 동등성을 검토하기 위해 제조원인 Bayer사의 Citopcin®(250㎎ tablet)를 기준제제로 하여 18명의 건강한 남성 피험자를 대상으로 500㎎ 1회 교차 경구 투여후 약동학적 성상을 분석비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 시험제제의 생체 이용율의 지표인 AUC, C_(mao), T_(max) 및 MRT들의 평균치는 백분율차이에 있어 모든 기준제제 지표의 ± 20% 이내였으며, 이들 생체 이용율 지표들은 분산분석 검정에서 차이를 인지할 수 없었다.생체 이용율 지표들의 기준제제에 대한 백분율 90% 대칭 신뢰구간 검토시 모든 경수들에서 ± 20% 이내의 조건을 만족하였으며 AUC의 경우에는 대칭형 신뢰구간으로 변환시 95% 신뢰구간에서도 동등성의 조건을 만족하였다, 이상의 시험결과로 시험제제인 Citopcin®은 기준제제인 Ciprobay®와 생물학적 동등한 제제로 판단되었다. The pharmacokinetics of ciprofloxacin was studied for the evaluation of the bioequivalence of the generic ciproflocacin products. Two single doses of 500㎎ each of ciprofloxacin(Ciprobay® 250㎎ tablet as a reference compound and Citopcin® 250㎎ tablet s a test compound) were administered orally to ighteen male volunteers in a balanced, randomized crossover design. Pek plasma levels of ciprofloxacin were observed about 1 hour after the doses and the peak concentrations of both products were similar(Ciprobay®, 3.18㎍/㎖; Citopcin®, 2.89㎍/㎖). The values of other pharmacokinetic parameter of ciprofloxacin computed for Ciprobay® are presented in that order: AUC=13.53:12.47㎍·h/㎖, T_(max)=1.28:1.14 hours; MRT=5.30:5.08 hours; t_(1/2)β=3.65:3.47 hours. No satistically significant, differences were detected when AUC and the other parameters were compared with the method of ANOVA. Using the criteria of 90% confidence interval for the assessment of bioequivalence al the parameters were acceptable. The products were found to be equivalent on the premise that no significant difference was detected when the relevant pharmacokinetic parameters were compared, and the confidence limit analysis showed acceptable results.

전력선 통신을 위한 적응형 라인 커플러에 관한 연구

This paper presents an adaptive line coupler to match input impedance of the Power line Communication (PLC) modem between access impedance of the power line. This line coupler provides maximum signal power transmiting capability, high reliability. The structure of this coupler is simple and designed to make a easy and low cost. The proposed line coupler is suitable for Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK) or Phase Shift Keying (PSK) modem. To figure out our models, the analysis of the transmitting features of power line channel is performed in the time domain at the carrier frequency. As a result of this study, we present the values of capacitors in the capacitor bank and adaptive line coupler circuit.

Alcohol Dehydrogenase의 정제 및 이의 활성에 미치는 Commelina Communis의 영향

Commelina communis is one of the most important crude drugs that have been used in the traditional chinese medicine. The present study was undertaken to investigate on the effect of Commelina communis butanol fraction on the purified hepatic alcohol dehydrogenase activity, so we used experimental animals for the subject of study. That is purified by DEAE-Cellulose column, It was tested for ability of Commelina communis butanol fraction to alter the activity of purified alcohol dehydrogenase. After pretreated with Commelina communis butanol fraction and induction of acute toxic state by ethanol the activities of ADH was increased to an extent of about 50% compared to controls. Thereby it suggests the recovery from alcohol intoxication can be prompted by treatment with Commelina communis.

Ulmus has been used for a folk medicine for a long time. There are few studies on clinical pharmacologically action of ulmus from our country. In the present work, we were separated butanol extract from ulmus and observed antipyretic, analgesic, antiinflammatory effect on the comparision of aspirin, and oxygen consumption in rat liver. After ulmus butanol extract(0.5%) was fed for rats for two weeks, the result were as follow. Ulmus butanol extract decreased the body temperature which is increased by typhoid vaccine(7.5�/�). Ulmus butanol extract postponded the time of pain threshold and decreased the edema which is induced by carrageenin(0.01%), and intestinal absorption of aspirin were increased by ulmus butanol extract, whereas little affected on the oxygen consumption in rat liver. Considering th about results, there observation suggest that active component of ulmus possess the properties of antipyretic, analgesic and antiinflammatory effect, further investigation about ulmus is need.

30% Minocycline 국소 약물송달제제의 생체내, 외방출역학, 세포독성 및 세포활성도 측정

Present study was performed to examine in vitro and in vivo release kinetics, cell cytotoxicity and cellular growth survival of local 30% Minocycline delivery. The purpose of this study was to determine the possibility of clinical use of 30% Minocycline load polycaprolactone film(Mino-Strip). The size of Mino-strip is 6.5㎜×2.5㎜×0.3㎜, Mwt: 5.7㎎). In vitro releasing test, each film showed a large initial burst effect within first one and two hours and more than 84% of Minocycline was releasing test, each film showed a large burst effect within first two and three hours. A steady state kinetics was observed for 8 days both in vivo and in vitro releasing test. In cytotoxicity test, there was no significant cytotoxic effect in Mino-strip to human gingival fibroblast. In cellular growth survival test, there was no significant cellular growth survival effect in Mino-strip to human gingival fibroblast.

It is noteworthy that most unidentified dead are unnatural and violent deaths. The accurate identification of a decedent permits certification of death and notification of next of kin. Only then may they proceed with the probate of wills, apply for disbursement of benefits and insurance, and begin to work through the grieving process. Law enforcement agencies need positive identification to pick up the leads of investigation to develop suspects, establish the corpus delicti of homicide and reconstruct the sequence of events of a crime. Agencies and a variety of consultants are involved in recognizing and developing the unique features of a decedent that lead to identification. Cooperative working relations with newspaper and other media will help in publicizing the need for persons with information to come forward diagrammatically. In this paper, 5 individual identification cases in unexpected or homicidal deaths are described. The comparison between the postmortem and antemortem records show that the victims are correctly identified.

Mouse 十二指腸 運動에 미치는 Clover Saponin의 藥理學的 硏究

The purpose of this study was to investigated the effect of Trifolium repens(Clover saponin A) on the isolated mouse's duodenum. Clover saponin A(1, 3 and 10mg/ml) induced relaxation of mouse's duodenum. Relaxing effect of clover saponin A was not influenced by regitine, propranolol, atropine, diphenhydramine, methysergide or barium chloride. Clover saponin A did not effect to the contractile response of isolated mouse's duodenum to acetylcholine. Tetracaine antagonized the relaxing effect of clover saponin A on the mouse's duodenum. From the above results, it is suggested that relaxing effect of clover saponin A on the isolated mouse's duodenum in mainly due to inhibit the depolarization of cell membrane.

전력선/무선 통합 모뎀을 이용한 Door Lock의 원격 제어 시스템

In this paper we proposed the remote control system for the door lock by the unified modem with the wireless and the power line modem. We developed the management system program between the door-lock system and the proposed unified modem. The infrared communication system was used between the Door-Lock system and the power line modem. With the unified developed modem and the Door-Lock system, it is possible to control remotely the developed system in the internet service area.
