        The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the curriculum goals of technical high school by its revised time, and then to develop new educational goals. First of all, the educational goals of technical high school were compared and analyzed. On the whole, in the statement of the goals, a problem is generally not stating them with a grade of rank. The contents of statement also have a tendency to accept and reflect the preceding curriculum goals as they were. Consequently, we think that when setting the goals of technical high school, a joint study with both educational viewpoints and technological ones is needed. To develop new goals for technical high school, we analyzed and arranged the preceding educational goals of technical high school, and developed the educational goals for technical high school on the basis of educational goals. The goals for technical high school set by general goals are as follows; 1. Individual demands area (1) Knowledge and information part (2) Competence development part(specific goals omitted) (3) Personality development part 2. Social and economic demands area (1) Socialization part (2) Law-abiding part(specific goals omitted) (3) Economic demands part 3. Vocational demands area (1) Career preparation and selection part (2) Job part(specific goals omitted) (3) Labor part The goals stated above would play a basic role, as a genotype, in stating the educational goals of technical high school.(Daegu Univ./Kyungpook National Univ.)

        학업흥미도 향상을 위한 패션전공교육 프로그램

        This study was conducted by the questionnaires to 323 undergraduate students in fashion related departments. Questionnaires were designed to ask total 23 questions including possibility of halfway dropouts, establishment of goals, self-improvement, entrance motives, satisfaction ratings of academic subjects, job prospects and path planning, amelioration of ways to instruct, desires for the integrated lessons and intense academic courses, wishes of field project education carrying out tasks, desired lecturers, and others. Results in this research were summarized as follows. To begin with, it was appeared that respondents with possibility of halfway dropouts showed considerable percentage (25.4%) and the reasons left out were various including joining the army, the poor economic conditions in family, a major not corresponding with one`s aptitude. Secondly, in the extent of establishing goals and improving oneself, there was the difference between people with possibility of halfway dropouts and people without that, and it was judged that the extent of establishing goals and improving oneself as good parameters could explain halfway omission. Thirdly, the ways to teach for getting classes interesting were to make instruction according to one`s capabilities, to progress systematically, and to take lessons with specific goals. Fourth, many respondents answered to want the integrated lessons, intense academic courses, and field project education carrying out tasks. Fifth, an overwhelming majority of respondents hoped instructors with a outstanding ability in business. For improvement of the ways to instruct and the role of professors, it is suggested as follows. First, students are given intelligible lessons focused on fundamental subjects fitted to their levels and also need gradual intense academic courses classified by their way directions and interests. Second, creative and individualized teaching methods depending on the majors and levels are developed to help students have strong interest in schoolwork. Third, professors are constantly to learn practical techniques and skills related to industries in step with the education goals of college. Fourth, it is desirable to adopt instructors with practical business talents rather than theoretical capabilities.

        지적재조사기획의 이론적 배경

        지적재조사는 천문학적인 경비와 수많은 인력과 시간이 투입되는 국가의 대사이다. 기획이란 계획(master plan)을 완성하기 위한 일련의 과정으로서 기획이 잘되어야 한다. 따라서 지적재조사를 시행하여 좋은 결과를 얻기 위해서는 지적재조사기획이 전제조건인 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 지적재조사계획을 위한 필수적인 전제조건으로서 기획의 원리ㆍ과정 ㆍ기획의 평가를 통하여 지적재조사계획 수립에 필요한 요소들을 제공하고자 한다. 기획의 일반이론을 토대로 지적재조사기획에서 제시하고자 하는 것은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지적재조사기획이란 국가 전체 면적을 유효 적절하게 활용하기 위해서 토지의 잠재능력을 조사하고, 지적불부합을 해소함으로서 토지정보에 대한 국민의 신뢰성을 제고하고, 토지정보 이용을 용이하게 할 수 있는 방안을 설계하는 것으로 정의 할 수 있다. 둘째, 지적재조사의 원리는 인적ㆍ물적 자원을 최대한 활용하는 방안으로 나기야 하며, 그 집행에 있어서도 민주화에 근거하여야 한다는 것이다. 셋째, 지적재조사기획의 과정은 목표의 설정, 상황의 분석, 대안의 비교ㆍ평가, 기획의 집행과 평가로 구분된다. 넷째, 지적재조사기획의 평가를 위해서 기본요건, 범위, 평가방법, 주요변수가 기본요소로 작용한다. 따라서 이러한 지적재조사기획에 따라 계획이 완성되어 집행된다면 지적재조사사업은 잘 진행되리라고 사료된다. TCadastral resurvey is a national matter that required a astronomical cost, human resources and a period of time. Planning is a series of process to accomplish master plan. So that the planning for cadastral resurvey make a precondition in order to achieve the success of cadastral resurvey. Therefor, this study provide factors that require in establishment of cadastral resurvey plan with planning evaluation, principle and process as a necessary condition of cadastral resurvey plan. The planning for cadastral resurvey based on the common theory of planning provide as follows : First, the planning for cadastral resurvey is to survey latent faculties on land in order to make efficient use of national land, to raise national reliability in land information according to the dissolution of cadastral inconformity and to formulate a alternative that can easily applicate land information. Second, the principle of cadastral resurvey make human and material resource use optimumly and the performance of it is based on a democratic system. third, the process of planning for cadastral resurvey includes goal establishment, circumstances analysis, alternative comparison and evaluation, planning implementation and evaluation. Fourth, the factor of evaluation includes condition, scope, method and variable generally. As a result of many considerations, on implementing established-plan according to the planning for cadastral resurvey. cadastral resurvey project will accomplish smoothly.

        국제청소년성취포상제 활동참여자의 목표달성도 영향요인에 관한 구조분석

        The purpose of this study was to explore determinants of the level of goal achievement of participants in The International Award for Young People(IAYP) program. A structural equation model was presented to describe the hypothetical causal relationships among external factors of participant, internal factors of participant, and their levels of goal achievements. In the model, internal factors of participant(intrinsic motivation, reflection) were assumed as variables which mediate the effect of external factors of participant(level of participant's involvement in establishing activity tasks, activity environments, youth worker-youth relationship) on the level of goal achievement. 272 youth participating in IAYP program were asked to respond the questionnairs which were conceived to obtain the measures of six latent variables(level of participant's involvement in establishing activity tasks, activity environments, youth worker-youth relationship, intrinsic motivation, reflection, level of goal achievement). After screening the data, 157 responses were used to analyze the data for this study. Lisrel 8.30 was used to analyze the data. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, level of youth involvement in establishing activity tasks had positive effects on level of goal achievement. Second, level of goal achievement was directly affected by reflection and reflection was directly affected by intrinsic motivation. It shows that reflection mediate the effect of intrinsic motivation on level of goal achievement. Third, intrinsic motivation was directly affected by all external factors of participant(level of participant's involvement in establishing activity tasks, activity environments, youth worker-youth relationship). Fourth, a series of path analysis reveal that level of participant's involvement in establishing activity tasks, activity environments, youth worker-youth relationship, intrinsic motivation, and reflection had effects on level of goal achievement. And indirect effects of level of participant's involvement in establishing activity tasks, activity environments, youth worker-youth relationship, intrinsic on goal achievement were mediated by reflection. It means that reflection mediate the effect of this variables on level of goal achievement. All this findings were discussed for youth workers and researches. 본 연구는 국제청소년성취포상제에서 활동참여자의 목표달성도에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 인과관계를 탐색적으로 분석하는데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 본 연구에서 활용된 변인은 목표달성도(종속변인), 외부요인(독립변인: 도전과제수립 관여도, 활동환경, 지도자관계), 내부요인(매개변인: 내재적 동기, 성찰)이다. 선행연구와 문헌 검토를 바탕으로 외부요인의 목표달성도에 대한 정적인 직접효과, 내부요인의 목표달성도에 대한 정적인 직․간접효과, 외부요인의 내부요인에 대한 정적인 직접효과, 외부요인의 내부요인을 매개로 한 목표달성도에 대한 정적인 간접효과가 가설로 설정되었다. 가설검증을 위해 국제청소년성취포상제에서 동장활동에 참여하고 있는 청소년 272명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 170매를 회수하였다. 이 중 분석에 적합하지 않은 13매를 제외한 157매를 Lisrel 8.30을 이용하여 구조분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 검증결과 가설은 다음과 같이 부분적으로 긍정되었다. 첫째, 외부요인 중 도전과제수립 관여만이 목표달성에 정적인 직접효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 내부요인 중 성찰만이 목표달성에 정적인 직접효과를 미쳤고, 내재적 동기는 성찰을 매개로 목표달성에 정적인 간접효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 외부요인 모두는 내부요인 중 내재적 동기에만 정적인 직접효과를 나타냈다. 넷째, 외부요인 모두는 내부요인의 내재적 동기를 1차 매개로, 성찰을 2차 매개로 해서만 목표달성에 정적인 직접효과를 나타냈다. 결론적으로, 포상제 활동에서 내부요인인 성찰이 목표달성에 있어 매우 중요한 역할을 하였다.

        조직의 지식창출에 대한 학습조직의 구조적 특성 및 학습자 특성의 효과: 인지된 조직지원의 조절효과

        This paper is aimed at investigating the influence of the learning organization`s structural characteristics, learner`s characteristics, and perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational knowledge creation. also the POS is tested as a moderator on the relationship between learner`s characteristics including learning goal orientation and learning self-efficacy and organizational knowledge creation. the results are as follows. for main effect hypotheses, both connecting the organization to its environment and establishing systems to capture and share learning system representing learning organization`s structural characteristics have significant positive impact on organizational knowledge creation. the POS also has a significant impact on organizational knowledge creation. However, learning goal orientation and learning self-efficacy have not significant impact on organizational knowledge creation. for moderating effect hypothesis, POS moderates the relationship between learning goal orientation and organizational knowledge creation, which means if the POS is high then learning goal orientation has more significant positive impact on it. Based on our findings, we conclude that structural characteristics of learning organization provide organizations with an opportunity of knowledge creation. in particular, interconnectedness of organization with environment and organizational knowledge sharing systems determine the ways of behaving that are related to learning within organizations. however, learner`s characteristics did not have a significant effect on organizational knowledge creation, which could be interpreted due to the fact that employees are not motivated to create new knowledge if they are rarely required to involve challenging works, generate new knowledge, or share preexisted knowledge with others.

        Simon의 합리적 선택 행위모형으로 본 6.25전쟁에 관한 미국의 군사전략 연구

        US military strategy decisions also have an huge impact on South Korea, which faces North Korea as much as any other country in the world. There are also views that attribute the causes of the Korean War in the past to the U.S. decision to withdraw from the Korean Peninsula and the Acheson Line Declaration. The US military strategy, which has a lot of influence on the world still now, must have been decided through many analyses, and studied many alternatives to achieve the goal of protecting its territory, people, and interests. However, if we listen only to criticisms of the current military strategy as well as the US military strategy on the Korean Peninsula, it is easy to dismiss the whole strategic planning process as if the wrong strategy was established, causing chaos and war. In the process of establishing a military strategy, it is important to evaluate the strategy based on the result. But how can we establish a good strategy to achieve the strategic goal in the process of not knowing the future result? Existing studies on US military strategy of the Korean Peninsula, especially research related to the Korean War, are mostly diplomatic and political studies. There are few studies through model analysis. Therefore, this study tried to analyze the US military strategy establishment process on the Korean Peninsula by Simon's rational choice behavior model. In addition, in order to overcome the limitations such as non-disclosure of data and relatively small research achievements, which are characteristic of research in the military field, the Korean War was selected as a target study which has relatively large amount of research data. As a result of the study, it explains why the United States withdrew US troops from Korea and why US chose the opposite action to deploying ground troops which is totally different from what it had prepared and after the outbreak of the Korean War, by Simon's rational choice behavior model. 미국의 군사전략 결정은 지금 이 순간에도 세계 곳곳에 많은 영향을 미치고 있으며 북한과 대치하고 있는 우리나라에 또한 예외가 아니다. 과거 그리고 현재에도 세계에 많은 영향을 미치는 미국의 군사전략은 많은 분석을 통하여 이루어졌을 것이며 그 군사전략은 자국의 영토, 국민, 이익을 보호하기 위한 목표를 달성하기 위하여 많은 대안을 검토하고 분석하여 결정하였을 것이다. 하지만 그동안의 한반도에 대한 미국의 군사전략은 물론 현재의 군사전략에 대한 비판의 견해만 듣다보면 모든 전략 구상과정은 무시되고 마치 잘못된 전략이 수립되어 혼란 또는 전쟁이 야기된 것으로 치부되기 쉽다. 예를 들면 6.25전쟁의 원인에 대하여 애치슨 선언 또는 미군의 한반도 철수 결정 때문이라는 견해 등을 들 수 있다. 하지만 군사전략 수립과정은 결과의 내용으로 전략을 평가하는 것도 중요하지만 미래의 결과를 알 수 없는 과정에서 어떻게 전략의 목표를 달성하기 위한 전략을 수립하는가가 연구되어야 한다. 기존의 한반도에 대한 미국의 군사전략 특히 6.25전쟁에 관련된 연구는 외교적, 정치적 연구로 이루어져 있어 정책 결정과정 모델을 적용한 군사전략 수립을 분석한 연구가 많지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Simon의 합리적 선택 행위 모형을 통하여 미국의 한반도 군사전략 수립과정을 분석하고자 하였다. 6.25전쟁을 대상연구로 선정함으로써 상대적으로 많은 자료의 연구자료를 분석하였을 뿐 아니라 기존의 역사적인 외교적인 접근방법과 달리 합리적 선택 행위 모형으로 살펴봄으로서 전쟁 참전에 대한 정책 결정 연구에 또다른 틀을 제공하였다. 연구결과 미국은 합리적인 선택의 대안으로 주한미군 철수를 하였으나 이후 막상 한국전이라는 전쟁이 발생되고 나서 준비했던 것과는 달리 지상군 투입이라는 행동대안을 왜 선택하게 되는지 Simon의 합리적 선택 행위모형을 통해 설명하였다는 것이 본 연구의 성과라고 할 수 있다.

        왕양명(王陽明) 서원강학(書院講學)의 이념(理念)과 실제(實際)

        이 글은 양명과 관련된 서원을 조사하고, 그의 서원강학활동을 탐구하여, 양명 서원강학의 이념과 실제가 무엇인가를 살펴보았다. 이상의 탐구를 통해 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 먼저 양명과 관련된 서원들은 龍岡書院·貴陽書院· 濂溪書院· 白鹿洞書院· 稽山書院·萬松書院· 敷文書院이다. 그는 이 서원들을 철저히 강학을 위한 기관으로 사용하고 있었다. 다음으로 양명 서원강학의 주 내용은 心學이다. 그의 서원강학이념의 중심에는 <인간이 소유하고 있는 본래적 도덕성[良知心體]만 발견하고 확인하면, 모든 인간은 聖人이라는 교육목표에 도달할 수 있다〉는 믿음이 놓여있었다. 곧 인간 내면에 담겨져 있는 도덕적 완성태[中:良知良能] 에 확신을 바탕으로, 이 지점에 집중하기를 요청하였다. 그러므로 경전 강학의 중심처는 良知心體였다. 마지막으로 양명 서원강학의 실제적 모습은 『敎條示龍場諸生』에서 살펴볼 수 있듯, 立志·勤學·改過·責善의 네 단계를 가르침의 조목으로 규정한다. 특히 양명은 서로가 살피고 격려해야 주어야, 학문이 크게 성취될 것이라고 요청했다. 그는 이 조목들에서 볼 수 있듯, <학습자의 자발성에 호소하는 교육이야 말로 참된 인간을 양성하는 교육〉으로 파악하고 있었다. This thesis investigated Wang Yang-Ming`s academies, his educational activities in there, and philosophy and reality in his academical education. Through these explorations, we can be summarized as follows. Firstly, academies were related to Wang like these: Longgang-academy(龍岡書院), Guiyang -academy(貴陽書院), lianxi-academy(濂溪書院), Bailudong -academy (白鹿洞書院), Jishan-academy(稽山書院), Wansong-academy(萬松書院), and Fuwen-academy(敷文書院). Wang used these academies with only the educational purpose. Secondly, Wang`s major contents in academical education were the study of mind(心學). There is the belief in center of his academical education that if one discover and realize the innate morality, he will become a Sage. In other words, he had the confidence that all men had the perfection of morality, and he focused on that. So, the center of his reading education was the innate morality[良知心體]. finally, Wang`s realistic activities in academical education were presented at Articles of teaching students in Longchang ptovince(敎條示龍場諸生). He suggested Articles of teaching students as the establishment of goal(立志), the encouragement of study(勤學), the rectification of errors(改過), and the recommendation of good deeds(責善). Especially, Wang emphasized the cooperative spirit. He comprehend the education in the true sense as the education appealed to the learner`s spontaneousness.

        국립공고 출신 R&D 인력 양성에 대한 중소기업의 인식 조사

        This study was conducted to investigate demands and the actual status of R&D manpower that graduated from National vocational high schools so as to examine possibilities to cultivate it in SMEs(small and medium size enterprises) at the middle stage and necessities to do it through a study on awareness and demands of industrial bodies. To achieve them, total 400 copies of a questionnaire were distributed to SMEs by recommendation of the Small and Medium Business Administration and National vocational high schools. The 148 copies of the questionnaire (37.0%) were collected and 127 ones of the questionnaire (31.8%) were used for the analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, SMEs have provided manpower that graduated from high school for SMEs R&D Laboratory. And there will be lots of demands related to manpower that graduated from high school with skillful functions and technical skills. In addition, there was also SMEs' awareness about cultivation of R&D manpower based on elementary-level skills' training and high intention of the recruitment. Second, for cultivation of R&D manpower that graduated from high school, it's necessary to cultivate occupational basic abilities, skills learning abilities, and job creation abilities. For that, National vocational high schools need to set educational goals as 'cultivation of technical manpower gifted'. and it needs to develop the curriculum to get experienced major technical skills and job creation abilites. Third, to cultivate manpower demanded by SMEs, they first support and participate in it. To cultivate excellent R&D manpower, not only specialized knowledge and skillful technology but also understanding of the SMEs field, field experience in the actual industrial field, etc. are necessary. Therefore, various political efforts should be accompanied so that industrial bodies can actively participate in education. 이 연구에서는 중등단계에서의 중소기업 R&D 인력 양성 가능성을 검토해 보기위해 국립공고 출신 R&D 인력의 수요 및 실태를 조사하고, 중소기업의 인식 및 요구 조사를 통해 국립공고 출신 R&D 인력 양성의 필요성을 구명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업청과 국립공고의 추천을 통해 중소기업 대상으로 총 400부의 설문지를 배포하였으며, 148부(37.0%)를 회수하여 127부(31.8%)를 분석에 사용하였다. 이 연구를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소기업에서는 이미 고졸인력을 중소기업 연구소 R&D에 투입하고 있으며, 향후 숙련기능·기술력을 가진 고졸 인력 관련 수요가 상당 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 또한 초급 수준의 기술숙련 기반 R&D 인력으로 양성하는 것에 대한 중소기업의 인식과 채용에 대한 의향 역시 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 고교 수준의 R&D 인력 양성을 위해서는 중소기업과 중소기업 부설 연구소의 요구가 높은 직업 기초 능력, 기술 숙련 능력, 직무 발명 능력을 키워줄 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 국립공고의 교육 목표를 ‘기술영재양성’으로 설정할 필요가 있으며, 숙련된 전공 기술 능력과 직무 발명 능력을 키워주기 위한 교육 과정 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 중소기업에서 요구하는 인력을 양성하기 위해서는 무엇보다 산업체의 지원과 참여가 필요하다. 우수한 R&D 인력을 양성하기 위해서는 전공 지식과 숙련된기술 뿐 아니라 중소기업 현장에 대한 이해와 실제 산업체의 현장 경험 등이 필요하다. 따라서 중소기업을 비롯한 산업체가 교육에 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 다양한 정책적 노력이 수반되어야 한다.

        신어, 순화어 그리고 조화로운 순화 정책 방향 연구

        This paper reviews the concept of purifying the Korean language and the direction of research it is headed in as discussed by researchers of language purification. It further examines the current state of refined words in terms of their maintenance and policy. Current line of research in language purification is limited in that it is restricted to generating refined terms. In order to overcome such limitation, the need to address the fundamental questions of ‘why’ and ‘how’ language purification should take place is highlighted. Successful language purification may be achieved provided the goals of purification as well as those put forth by the policies are clear and explicit. Six steps of language purification and how they should be implemented as a policy is suggested. Finally, the paper argues that language purification as a policy must be met with close inspection and evaluation, whose findings should be reincorporated into the process of creating refined words, allowing for a purification policy that is harmonious.
