An eruptive vellus hair cyst is an uncommon, benign, epithelial tumor with hair differentiation. Clinically, it presents as asymptomatic, flesh-colored to yellowish, follicular papules, 1 to 4 ㎜ in diameter, most commonly on the chest. It is usually sen in children and young adults but may be congenital. Histologically, it shows a middermal cyst lined by squamous epithelium containing keratinous material and vellus hairs. It has a tendency to clear spontaneously but may be persistent. We report a case of congenital eruptive vellus hair cyst in an 11-year-old girl who presented multiple pinhead-sized brown to black papules on her anterior chest since birth. Laponite samples intercalated with $Tb^{3+}$ or $Tb^{3+},Ce^{3+}$ ions were prepared by exchange of Na+ ions in interlayers with $Tb^{3+}$ or $Ce^{3+}$ ions. Strong green and weak blue emissions under vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) excitation (${\lambda}$ = 158 nm) were observed due to the $^5D_4{\rightarrow}^7F_J$ and $^5D_3{\rightarrow}^7F_J$ emission lines, respectively. $Tb^{3+}$ ions in an interlayer of laponite mainly existed in ion pairs or clusters, as evidenced by the concentration-dependent luminescence of the $Tb^{3+}$ ions on the relative intensities of the $^5D_3{\rightarrow}^7F_J$ and the $^5D_4{\rightarrow}^7F_J$ emission lines, due to the action of a cross-relaxation process. The addition of $Ce^{3+}$ ions increased the thermal stability of $Tb^{3+}$ intercalated laponite up to $650^{\circ}C$ and quenched the $^5D_3{\rightarrow}^7F_J$ emission lines, probably by promoting the formation of $Tb^{3+}$ ion pairs at relatively low $Tb^{3+}$ concentrations.

Construction site has contributed to construction productivity improvement by utilizing information, simplification, and standardization concept. Also it has contributed to quality and productivity improvement by standardizing design and construction process, using them to a fair decision-making process by organizing diverse data in construction process. However, construction process has diverse variables and uncertain case due to particularity in construction. These parts have an effect on construction process. To use unorganic construction information and knowledge properly has become the factor to project success. Therefore, this study analyzes that D-virus of the uneasy factors has an effect on safety control of construction industry. That is to say, aim of the study is to suggest the solution to remove those after confirming for these factors to have certain effect in construction process through fact finding survey and retesting the factors of D-virus to refer in business management in a constructive position.

Gangliosides are glycolipid having sialic acid. It is present in the central nervous system and involved in multiple functions of cell membranes and nerve function. However, roles of gangliosides in the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) is unclear. Therefore, we investigated the effects of ganglioside in neuronal differentiation of adipose-derived MSCs (AD-MSCs). In the differentiated neuronal cells from AD-MSCs. we observed the expression of neuronal markers (MAP-2 and GFAP) and the high levels of mRNA expression of neuron-specific genes. Also, The expression of ganglioside GM2 and GD3 were significant increased in neuronal differentiation of AD-MSCs. In addition, this study showed that differentiation of AD-MSCs into neuronal cells significant decrease in the knockdown of UDP-glucose ceramide glucosyltransferase (UGCG) which well known as first step of ganglioside synthase and beta-1,4-N-acetyl-galactosaminyl transferase 1(B4GALNT1) gangllioside GM2 synthase. The results indicate that ganglioside GM2 and GD3 might be important roles in the neural differentiation of mini-pig AD-MSCs.
