다매체 활용을 위한 뷰티작품 연구 -로코코 시대를 중심으로-

A study on beauty work for mutimedia approach with a -focus on Rococo era- Han, Ji Sun/Yoo, Yoo Jung Regardless of the age, to adorn body or face through a decoration for all women is the method to present her beauty and the way of esthetic expression. The decorative elements and the feminine and glamorous beauty culture of the Rococo in the 18th century are the good theme in the modern, which is applied in all area such as fashion, movie, drama, music video and so on, therefore the beauty culture of the Rococo is able to be the motive of the trend to represent the modern women`s beauty. In this study, I concentrated on the dress, hair style, make-up, accessory of the Rococo, which is the most feminine and glamorous era in the middle ages of Europe, I want it to be the basic data about the beauty culture and in the beauty design area creating the new trend and mutimedia area. Therefore in this study, I classified and considered the socio-cultural background and beauty culture of the Rococo in the 18th century according to the dress, hair style, make-up, accessory. I made the work in conformity with the beauty culture of the Rococo applied to the modern beauty. The two works reinterpreting the beauty culture of the Rococo in the 18th century modernly are as follows. First, in the work Ⅰ(the hair and make-up applying the Marie Antoinette`s style), I expressed the curve of the Rococo style by lowering the Marie Antoinette`s hair style lifted high to the occipital region, the feminine glamour by using flowers symbolizing beautiful women. I also expressed the moderate ladyishness in the make-up by using a bright skin tone and the exaggerated lipstick of orange color. Second, in the work Ⅱ(the hair and patch make-up applying the Pompadour`s style), I expressed the ladyishness by fixing a pearl necklace on a neat and luxuriant hair applying the Pompadour`s style. I also expressed a bright skin tone of the Rococo and did patch make-up by using color stone on a lip like a rose. I want this study on the beauty culture of the Rococo in the 18th century to contribute to the beauty design and mutimedia area creating the diversity of th beauty arts and the new trend.

There exists a major impediment to learning electricity which may illuminate why direct presentation of scientists' ideas is too aggressive a strategy. This impediment lies in thinking that electricity is used up and in envisaging the light bulb as a consumer. This view is based on a powerful idea which summarises much of our experience; it declares that 'things get used up', 'you cannot get something for nothing', and 'intuitive thinking'. To replace this view with scientific view, we made the analogy model. It is suggested that the analogy model is more effective in teaching electricity circuits than conventional teaching method.

약물의 in vitro 투과 실험을 위한 사람의 비강점막상피세포 단층막의 일차배양

The primary culture of human nasal epithelial cell monolayer was performed on a Transwell. The effect of various factors on the tight junction formation was observed in order to develop an in vitro experimental system for nasal transport studies. Human nasal epithelial cells, collected from human normal inferior turbinates, were plated onto diverse inserts. After 4 days, media of the apical surface was removed for air-liquid interface (ALI) culture. Morphological characteristics was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). A polyester membrane of 0.4 μm pore size was determined as the most effective insert based on the change in the transepithelial electric resistance (TEER) value as well as the ^14C-mannitol transport study. The ALI method was effective in developing the tight junction as observed in the further increase in the TEER value and reduction in the permeability coefficient (P_app) of ^14C-mannitol transport. Results of the transport study of a model drug, budesonide, showed that the primary culture system developed in this study could be further developed and applied for in vitro nasal transport studies.

고령토로부터 알루미나 추출에 관한 연구(Ⅱ) : 질산에 의한 추출

The preparation conditions of alumina powder extracted from domestic San-Cheong Kaolin by nitric acid were investigated. The experimental conditions which have an effect on the yield of alumina were as follows ; the calcination temperature and time, the acid concentration, the reaction temperature and time, pH of the extracted solution, and particle size of the raw material. The aggolomeration of pseudo-boehmite precipitated by NH₄OH at pH 8 was controlled by various drying methods. α-Al₂O₃powder prepared by heating of the dried powder for 1 hour at 1200℃. Under the optimum condition, the yield and purity of α-Al₂O₃powder were 73.6 percent and 95.5 percent, respectively. The alumina particles prepared by the freeze drying method revealed narrower size distribution and less agglomerate than others. And impurities of the raw material which have an effect on the extraction of alumina were Kyanite and Anorthite.

화장품 유통경로에 따른 소비자 쇼핑성향, 정보원, 점포이미지에 관한 연구

The present study attempts to identify the differences in consumer information source, shopping orientation, and store image in the purchase of cosmetics in adult women at the age of 20 or more according to the distributions channels: department stores, specialty stores, discount stores and direct mails. From October 3 to 13, a survey was conducted to 1,200 adult women who visited each channel and who would understand the purpose of this study and complete the questionnaire. 300 sheets were distributed to each of the channels under investigation, and a total of 1,116 questionaaires were used in the final analysis. Using the statistical package, SPSS WIN 10.0, factor analysis, ANOVA, and Duncan's post-hoc test were carried out. The result are as follows: 1. There was a difference in the demographical characteristics of the consumers according to the distribution channels for cosmetics. 2. There was a difference in the shopping orientations of the consumers according to the distribution channels for cosmetics. 3. There was a difference in the information sources of the consumers according to the distribution channels for cosmetics. 4. There was a difference in the store images perceived by the consumers according to the distribution channels for cosmetics.

PDMS와 유리를 이용한 제한효 반응용 마이크로바이오칩 개발

최근 생화학 심험 분야에서 초미세 구조를 이용한 소형화 분야가 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 소형화의 가증 큰 이점은 적은 양의 시료가 사용되기 때문에 실험 비용이 줄어들 뿐 아니라 실험 시간이 단축 된다는 것이다. 게다가 하나의 칩으로 바이오 실험의 모든 단계가 수행되는 랩 온어 칩의 통합을 위한 가능성을 나타내어 준다, 우리는 제한 효소 반응 실험에 응용하기 위해 새로운 마이크로바이오칩을 개발하였다, 이 마이크로 바이오칩은 PDMS와 유리를 사용해 제작하였고 총 실험 반응 양의 10㎕이다, 마이크로바이오칩을 이용한 제한효소 실험은 일반적으로 행해지는 실험 방법에 비해 반응 시간과 시료 양을 단축하는데 성공적이었다. There has been a sizable growth in the use of rich media over the World Wide Web(WWW) as more individuals and institutions realize rich-media's potential in a broad range of applications, including electronic commerce, education and training, news, etc. Internet and WWW technologies provide the information of the web. Libraries are systems that carry out interactions among information and knowledge seekers. Library become more and more important for the provision of data. Total information system for books management exist in many forms. We present total information system for books management which is applied to several different sources, e.g., administrator security login, statistics about the present state of lending, printing management, and convenient GUI(Graphic User Interface) environment.

개에서 발생한 신우신염 증례

A 6 years old Schunauzer dog (7.2kg, intact female) with history of hematuria for two days was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. Complete blood cell count showed no significant abnormalities and serum chemistry profile showed increased phosphate profile. On urinanalysis, there was evidence of bacterial infection. On ultrasonographic evaluation, irregular renal contour and increased echogenecity, pelvic and uretral dilation, and thickening of urinary bladder wall were observed. Based on these finding, the dog was diagnosed as pyelonephritis. The dog was treated with antibiotics based on antimicrobial susceptibility test results, then successfully resolved after 8 weeks of treatment.

아로마 요법이 뇌졸중환자의 자율신경계와 스트레스에 대한 신체 저항도에 미치는 효과

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to determine effects of aromatherapy on the activity and balance of autonomic nervous system and on physical resistance to stress. Methods : This research is a primitive experimental design which attempts to analyze aromatherapy EKG monitoring on real-time basis. Lavender & Chamomile, each 30 drops, were blended with 100ml Sweet Almond oil. Subjects was laid relaxed, and had insides of his wrists and ankles attached with electrodes for EKG. Right after applied with essential oil onto his philtrum and parotid, started on EKG monitoring. Results : The activities of parasympathetic and sympathetic nerve were changed as time elapsed, with significant differences(p=.000). In multiple comparison, the value was significantly different (p<.05).The balance of autonomic nerve was changed, becoming close to the normal level in accord with applicable international standards(1.5)(p=.011). In multiple comparison, the value showed a significant difference(p<.05). Physical resistance to stress increased with the passage of time, but not statistically significant. Conclusions : This suggests that aromatherapy can be used as a nursing intervention which aims at alleviating symptoms related to the imbalance of autonomic nerve system such as headache, hot flashes, irregular heartbeat, nervousness, depression and anxiety.
