현재의 망 관리자들은 관리 데이터를 검색하고 조작하기 위한 매우 고가의 특정 업체의 관리 콘솔을 사용하고 있다. 그러나, 점점 더 많은 시스템들이 웹 환경으로 변경되고 있기 때문에, 망 관리자들은 언제 어디에서나 시스템을 관리하기를 원하게 되었으며, 관리 정보에 대한 통합적이며, 비용이 효율적이고, 사용하기 쉬운 접근을 원하게 되었다. 본 논문은 이러한 요구사항들을 만족시키기 위하여 관리 콘솔을 위한 여러 인터넷 장비들을 지원하는 XML(extensible Markup Language)기반의 포괄적인 망 관리시스템(XMAN)의 구현에 대하여 설명한다. XMAN은 3-계층 구조를 가지며, 웹, XML 및 서버 측 자바 기술들의 확장에 기반하여 구현된다. Currently, network managers are making use of expensive, vendor-specific management consoles to view and manipulate network data. And more and more systems are transferred to web environment. Therefore, network managers want to get information at anywhere, anytime. This requires an access of management information to be unified, cost-effective. and easy-to-use. This paper presents the implementation of an XML-based universal network management system (XMAN), which supports multiple internet devices as management console. XMAN has 3-tire architecture, and the implementation is based on an extensive use of emerging Web, XML, and Java technologies.

<P><B>Abstract.</B></P><P><B>Purpose: </B> Toxoplasmosis, which is caused by the protozoan parasite <I>Toxoplasma gondii</I>, can lead to severe visual impairment. <I>T.?gondii</I> inhibits or delays programmed cell death caused by various apoptotic triggers; however, the mechanisms involved in the <I>T</I>.?<I>gondii</I>‐induced suppression of apoptosis in retinal cells have not been analysed in detail.</P><P><B>Methods: </B> We investigated the role of <I>T</I>.<I>?gondii</I> infection in H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>‐induced apoptosis in human retinal pigment epithelial cells (ARPE‐19) by monitoring the activities of apoptosis‐regulating molecules and mitogen‐activated protein kinases (MAPKs), including p38 MAPK. We also examined the gene downstream from p38 MAPK.</P><P><B>Results: </B> <I>T.?gondii</I> infection significantly inhibited the cellular toxicity of H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> (500 μ<SMALL>m</SMALL>) and increased cell viability in a multiplicity of infection (MOI)‐dependent manner by reducing DNA fragmentation and reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation in ARPE‐19 cells. Western blot analysis also showed that <I>T</I>.?<I>gondii</I> infection prevented the host cell expression of pro‐apoptotic factors, such as Bad and Bax, and the activation of caspase‐3. Infection with <I>T</I>.?<I>gondii</I> increased the expression of the anti‐apoptotic factor Bcl‐2 in ARPE‐19 cells under oxidative stress. In accordance with these findings, <I>Toxoplasma</I> infection was protective enough to suppress the phosphorylation of p38 MAPK following H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> treatment. Exposure to H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> increased the expression of heme oxygenase‐1 (HO‐1) in ARPE‐19 cells, and its expression was significantly inhibited in H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>‐treated infected cells.</P><P><B>Conclusion: </B> The protective function of <I>T</I>.?<I>gondii</I> infection against ROS‐induced apoptosis results from changes in the expression of apoptotic molecules and the downregulation of stress‐induced intracellular signalling.</P>

Schwann cells(SCs), an important component of the peripheral nervous system, intract with nerous to mutually support growth and replication for the peripheral nerve regentation. Recently, ading SCs to the lumen of guidance channel is widely tried to improve regeneration or to make regeneration possible over otherwise irreparable gaps. however, it is not easy to isolate and multiplicate SCs as much as enough to help the axonal regeneration. For the allogeneic SCs source for tubular nerve guidance, we developed a little bit improved technique of harvesting and multiplicating SCs. by culturing dispersed dorsal root ganglia in specially designed medium with growth factors and serial processing, we repeatedlly generate relatively homogenous SC cultures. Our technique was compared with other methods of literature using immunostaining methods such as GFAP, S100, BDNF and the total SC count assessment at different time interval after primary culture.

It is the plan that storage gets energy done by in structure with what thermal storage of structure changes only supply air duct among the existing HVAC system, and a basic principle coordinates the damper that it was installed makeup air in supply air duct like former HVAC system to an inside at supply and a night by day, and do makeup air supply with in ceiling space of thermal storage of structure HVAC system. This thermal storage of structure HVAC system uses the existing utility system, and energy saving can get structure of building done with energy storage, before air conditioning and peak load cut getting day heat load done.
A Survey of Broadcast Protocols for Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks

Vehicular ad-hoc networks have become the most popular application to enhance traffic safety. The traffic safety by disseminating safety messages is considered as one of the most important applications of vehicular ad-hoc networks. Broadcasting is considered as the most suitable communication mechanism to disseminate the safety message in vehicular ad-hoc networks. When an accident happens on a road, the safety message should be broadcasted to all vehicles in the area exposed to potential hazard. Broadcasting is the process in which a source vehicle sends a message to all other vehicles in vehicular ad-hoc networks. The safety message can help human drivers to enable smooth and safe driving by providing the drivers in various risk traffic environments. This paper describes a survey on broadcasting protocols for vehicular ad-hoc networks, and discusses briefly discuss applications of vehicular ad-hoc networks. Classification and comparison of broadcasting protocols are also described from their pros and cons. From the classification and comparison, this survey makes it possible to provide a variety of considerations that are required for designing a new broadcasting protocol in vehicular ad-hoc networks.

IoT(Internet of Things) 기술의 발전으로 인해 다양한 모바일 장치들과 가전들의 효율적인 구성 및 관리에 대한 요구가 증가되고 있다. IoT 환경에서는 많은 스마트 임베디드 컴퓨팅 장치들과 그들의 애플리케이션들에 대한 정보는 언제 어디에서든 획득되어야 한다. 효율적인 네트워크 관리를 제공하지 않는 IoT는 단지 Big Thing에 지나지 않는다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최신 웹 표준인 HTML5를 사용하여 IoT를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 방법에 대하여 기술한다.
