        혈관질환 정보관리 시스템

        As medical technology progresses rapidly, there is a rise in the average age along with the Korean dietary lifestyle becoming more westernized, which leads to an increase in the number of vascular disease patients in Korea. Thus, we need to manage the medical information of a disease systematically in order to diagnose and treat constructively. However, since there has been no standardized method of man agement to date, a great deal of information could not be properly utilized nor studied. Therefore, the departments of Cardiology, Radiology and Neurology of Samsung Seoul Hospital recently got together to develop an information management system called the Vascular Data System. This program was developed to be run on win98 O/S, upper Pentium Ⅲ, and upper 128 MB Memory, and its source code is Dephi 4.0. It was configured for the user to set the configurations as well as do a variety of search and analysis. If this program were to be updated continuously, it may be used extensively as well as in various parts of clinical research activities.

        우리나라에서 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포확산

        솔껍질깍지벌레는 우리나라 곰솔림의 주요한 해충의 하나이다. 본 연구는 우리나라에서 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포를 알아보기 위하여 7개도 3개 광역시, 91개 시군구, 686 읍면동의 해송림에서 2010년 밀도를 조사하였다. 5개도 2개 광역시에서 솔껍질깍지벌레가 서식하고 있었는데 시군구별로는 조사대상의 64.8%인 59개 시군구에서 서식이 확인되었다. 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포는 남해안 전역과 동해안의 포항, 서해안의 충남 보령지역까지 분포하였다. 충북과 대전광역시 및 제주도에서는 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포가 확인되지 않았다. 부산지역은 16곳의 모든 구에서 솔껍질깍지벌레가 분포하였고, 시군 단위에서는 전남 해남군의 솔껍질깍지벌레 평균밀도가 1.713마리/0.785 $cm^2$로 가장 높았으며 읍면동 단위에서는 해남군 송지면이 6.36마리/0.785 $cm^2$로 가장 높았다. 곰솔 가지 내의 솔껍질깍지벌레 밀도와 솔껍질깍지벌레가 서식하고 있는 빈도와는 높은 상관관계가 있었다(상관계수=0.89). The black pine bast scale, $Masucoccus$ $thunbergianae$ (Hemiptera: Margarodidae), is a serious pest of the Japanese black pine, $Pinus$ $thunbergii$, in Korea. The distribution of the black pine bast scale was examined, looking overall at 686 towns (eup), townships (myeon) or neighborhoods (dong). There were Japanese black pine ($Pinus$ $thunbergii$) forests in 91 cities, counties (gun) and borough (gu), in seven provinces and three metropolitan cities during 2010. Black pine bast scale were found in 64.8% of cities or counties or borough (59) in 7 provinces and 3 metropolitan cities, and were distributed in all South Costal regions, Pohang in East Costal region and Boryeong in West Costal region. Chungcheongbukdo, Daejeon and Jeju did not have black pine bast scale. All the gu regions in Busan had black pine bast scale, of which the area with the highest prevalence was Haenam in Jeollanamdo (1.713 crawlers/0.785 $cm^2$). Songji-myeon had the highest occurrence rate (6.36 crawlers/0.785 $cm^2$) from the towns, township and dong. The density of black pine bast scale in twigs was highly correlated with percentage of the sample with scale (Correlation coefficacy=0.89).

      • 펜싱 選手의 生體리듬이 傷害發生에 미치는 影響

        This study investigated and analyzed various things about the injury when the game and training oriented on 139 players registered in Korean Fencing Association. As the result I obtained the conclusions as follows. 1) The exercise injury during exercise appeared much when rhythm condition occupies low period(f=206, 49%) and risk days(f=78, 19%). 2) The exercise injury occurrence at each rhythm appeared having injured all focusing on the foot joint when physical rhythm occupied low period(19 cases, 4.6%), sensible rhythm low and high period(19 cases, 4.6%). 3) The relation between physical rhythm and injury diary showed the attentional (p<.05) difference to physical rhythm of Biorhythm. 4) The relation between physical rhythm and exercise time showed the attentional (p<.05) difference to physical rhythm of Biorhythm. Synthesizing the results as above Biorhythm is not absolute but has some influence on the exercise injury of Fencing players.

      • Investigation of Optical Intensity Modulator Using Electrically Tunable Reflectiection Grating

        반사 에돌이발을 광병조기로 이용하는 가능성에 대하여 연구하였다. 반사 에돌이발이 전기광학적 도파로에 형성되어 에돌이발의 주기가 전기적으로 조절이 가능하다고 가정하였다. 돠로의 전파손실을 고려하여 반사 에돌이발이 대한 결합모드 방정식을 플었으며, 에돌이발에 의한 빛의 반사유로가 투과율을 여러 개의 결합 계수에 대해 유효굴절율의 변화량의 함수로 보였다. The possibility of utilizing the reflection grating as an optical intensity modulator is investigated. It is envisioned that the reflection grating is formed on an electro-optic (EO) waveguide. As a consequence, the grating period is assumed to be electrically tunable by the EO effect. The coupled-mode equations for the reflection grating are solved with the waveguide propagation loss taken into account. Changes in light reflection and transmission are presented as a function of effective index change for different coupling coefficients. The results show that the waveguide propagation loss can be detrimental in achieving a high-efficiency optical intensity modulator based on the reflection Elating.

      • B형 간염 동반 원발성 간암 환자에서의 CYP2D6와 NAT2 다형현상에 관한 연구

        The CYP2D6 and N-acetyltransferase (NAT2) are polymorphic enzymes which are expressed in the hepatocyte in a genotype-determined manner. CYP2D6 and NAT2 are known to be involved in the inactivation and activation of various mutagens and carcinogens, respectively. The activities of the two enzyme systems are associated with the genetic susceptibility of many human cancers. This study was performed to determine the genotype frequencies of the two enzyme systems in primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients and healthy controls. One hundred healthy controls and 55 liver cancer patients were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP). The results are as followings:1. In the healthy controls, CYP2D6 wild type allele frequency was 0.985 and CYP2D6^*4 frequency was 0.015, and no CYP2D6 poor-metabolizer was detected. No significant differences were found in hepatocellular carcinoma patient group. 2. Frequencies of F, S1, S2 and S3 alleles of NAT2 system were 0.725, 0.01, 0.14 and 0.125 in controls, respectively. The genotype frequencies were found to be 0.91 of rapid acetylator and 0.09 of slow acetylator. No significant differences were found in hepatocellular carcinoma patient group. 3. These results suggest that the distribution of CYP2D6 and NAT2 polymorphisms is very unique in Korean populations characterized by extremely low frequency of CYP2D6 poor-metabolizer and NAT2 slow acetylator. CYP2D6 and NAT2 polymorphisms seemed not to play an important role in the hepatic carcinogenesis in Korean population.

      • 내장형 모노폴 안테나 설계 및 SAR 분석

        본 논문에서는 여러 구조 및 파라미터 변경을 통하여 SAR을 저감시킬 수 있는 PCS, IMT-2000 대역과 무선랜 대역을 포함하는 평면 모노폴 안테나를 설계하였다. 설계를 위하여 안테나 특성 및 SAR에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 여리 가지 변수들을 고려하여 최적화하였다. 이를 통해 원하는 대역폭과 만족할만한 SAR 값을 갖는 평면 모노폴 안테나를 설계하였다. 절계된 안테나를 제작된 휴대폰에 탑재하여 시뮬레이션 하였다. 그 결과 SAR 값은 1 g 및 10 g 평균 첨두치가 0.656, 0.387 W/kg이었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 실제 측정장에서 동일한 조건으로 SAR을 측정하였다. 그 결과 평면 모노폴 안테나를 탑재한 휴대폰의 경우 0.686 W/kg (1 g 기준), 0.356 W/kg(10 g 기준)의 결과를 얻었고, 외장형 모노폴 안테나의 경우는 133, 0.812 W/kg이 나와 SAR 값이 약 50 % 낮은 걸과를 얻었다. In this paper, meander-line planar monopole antenna with PCS, IMT-2000, WLAN bandwidth for SAR reduction is designed. Resonant frequency characteristics and SAR value optimized with various design parameters are analyzed and designed. Designed internal monopole antenna attached on the handset is simmulated. The 1 g and 10 g peak average SARs of internal monopole are 0.656 and 0.387 W/kg respectively. And internal monopole antenna and external monopole antenna attached on the handset are tested on 1 g and 10 g. As a result, internal monopole antenna's 1 g and 10 g peak average SAR are 0.686 and 0.356 W/kg. And external monopole antenna's results are 1.33, 0.812 W/kg, respectively.
