The most important issue in Japan"s postwar diplomacy is whether Japan chooses to be "cooperative" or "autonomous" American pressure. Although these two tendencies do not always appear consistently, the "cooperation" route characterized Japanese diplomacy, and its spirit has been passed down as the Yoshida Line. However, Yoshida Line attaches importance to America`s "cooperation" more than to anything else, trying to escape from an unequal relationship with the United States. In other words, the policy sought "independence" even though it was "formally autonomous" in the framework of "cooperation" with the United States. For Yoshida Shigeru to realize the peace treaty promptly, and Hayato Ikeda to develop relations with the United States as an equal partner, Eisaku Sato developed the Japan-US cooperative route to realize the return of Okinawa. In this way, it can be said that "cooperation" and "autonomy" are complementary and form a front-back relationship of the same act in Japan"s postwar diplomacy.
CO hyrdogenation reaction was carried out on the Ni/Y-zeolite catalyst. Temperature prorammed reduction and oxidation (TPR and TPO), hyrdogen chemisorption, transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) experiments showed that the sample catalysts had both small nickel metal particles in the zeolite cages (internal metal) and large ones outside the zeolite crystals(external metal). The apparent activity and the fraction of external metal were increased with reduction temperature(or total reduction extent). The increase in intrinsic activity of the sample having bidispersed nickel metal was mainly due to the increase in the size of external metal.
Discoloring enviroment of PVC cushion flooring for the hypocaust was examined closely by natural and artificial discoloring experiments. Color change of PVC flooring samples was measured by yellowness index. PVC flooring samples were discolored by irradiation of light below 350nm wavelength and bleached by irradiation of light above 400nm Wavelength. PVC flooring samples were discolored appreciably by long term storage at 60℃ of severe service temperature. PVC flooring samples were discolored very much by moisture. But there was a large gap of color change according to the structure and formulation of PVC flooring samples. It was verified by concrete plates that color change of PVC flooring samples was small by heat from the hypocaust and large by moisture in the hypocaust relatively, meanwhile color change of PVC flooring samples was restricted by sunlight irradiation.
음성급 서비스 위주로 설치되어 있는 국내의 구내통신 설비는 서비스와 무관한 접지 및 본딩에 관한 제방 규정이 미비한 상황이다. 고속, 광대역 서비스용 구내통신 설비의 신뢰성 제고를 위해 구내에 설치되는 기자재의 접지와 본딩에 관한 연구 및 표준안 작성을 구내통신운용의 효율성을 도모하기 위해 꼭 필요한 분야이다. 따라서 본고는 국내 접지현황 및 문제점을 고찰하고, 이에 비교할 만한 국외의 여러 접지 및 본딩에 관련한 기술표준을 살펴 본 후, 국내의 취약한 부분에 외국의 기술표준을 적용한다. 결과적으로 건물의 신/개축 시 구내통신설비에 맞는 접지와 본딩의 국내 기술표준안을 제시하여, 신뢰성있는 시스템을 제공하도록 관련된 모든 분야에 일반성과 효율성을 부여하고자 한다. Telecommunications provisions of the interior of a country which are established only for a voice service are inefficient in various rule of grounding and bonding that are not concerned with services. It is a essential part for planning out a efficiency when employing telecommunication, researching and writing standards bout grounding and bonding of materials that are established in telecommunication to consider reliability of telecommunication equipment for a wideband and high speed service. Therefore we investigated present conditions and problems of domestic grounding and observed foreign technical standards related to several grounding and bonding. The foreign technical standards are compared with the domestic immature parts. As a result, presenting a domestic technical standards about grounding and bonding fitted to telecommunicateion provision when building is constructed or reconstructed, all parts related to this can be given the efficiency and the generality to provide system which has reliability.
A full-wave method is presented for the analysis of microstrip-fed slot antenna. The Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) method is used to perform the numerical simulation of microstrip-fed slot antenna. An analysis of microstrip feedline and the design methodology is presented. The miscrostrip-fed slot antenna was found to have several advantages over the microstrip-fed slot antenna with respect to the design process. X-Band simulated results of an optimally designed microstrip-fed slot antenna is presented, yielding a minimum return loss of -17.5 ㏈ at 10 ㎓.
Steadily decreasing prices and improved performance of power semiconductor devices have raised expectations towards the minimization of input/output filters, which is an essential step for manufacturing compact low-cost static power supplies. Three PWM control techniques that yield substantial filter size reduction for three-phase voltage source converter are presented and analyzed. First, the component value which minimize the size is calculated for three different switching strategies. And then, filter minimization is extended to a novel current controlled PWM strategies based on the current error vector control. Predicted key results are vertified by computer simulation and experiments.
