CdSiP₂Chalcopyrite의 고유치와 Raman Shift의 계산

The equations of motion of CdSiP₂with chalcopyrite structure are formulated by using the harmonic approximation method. The force constants are used to two first-neighbor central and one second-neighbor angular force constants following Bettini. With these force constants, dynamical matrix can be obtained. The secular equations constructed from this dynamical matrix are solved by software called mathematica. In this study, we calculated eigenvalue and Raman shift in CdSiP₂chalcopyrite, these are compared with the experimental Raman shifts and Bettini's. Our results explain the Raman shifts fairly good.
Vinblastine이 백서 배양 Type-1 별아교세포에 미치는 세포독성에 관한 연구

It has been reported that vinblastine, anticancer drug, is a neuroteratogen inducing various neural malformations such as microcephaly and neural tube defect(NTD), but the study on the toxicity of neuroglial cells, especially type-1 astrocytes using culture system is not well established. In order to evaluate the cytotoxicity of vinblastine on cultured type-1 astrocytes of neonatal rat brain in vitro. MTT assay and also light and electron microscopic studies were carried out. The results were as follows: 1. MTT_90 and MTT_50 in cultured type-1 astrocytes were 1×10 exp (-1) μM and 1×10 exp (2)μM of vinblastine, respectively. 2. Vinblastine was highly toxic in cultured type-1 astrocytes(MTT_50 ≤ 100 μM). 3. In a light microscopy, cultured type-1 astrocytes showed decrease of cells in number, cytoplasmic perforation, vacuolization and cytoplasmic granulation after cultured type-1 astrocytes were treated with 1×10 exp (2)μM of vinblastine for 24 hours. Cultured type-1 astrocytes damaged by vinblastine showed degenerative changes of cells morphologically. 4. In an electron microscopy, increment of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP), increased free-ribosomes, cisternal dilatation of rough endoplasmic reticulum (rER). few dense bodies and vacuoles were shown in cultured type-1 astrocytes treated with 1×10 exp (2)μM of vinblastine for 24 hours. The results indicate that vinblastine has markedly cytotoxic effect on the type-1 astrocytes of neonatal rat brain in vitro study.

This study was performed to analyze general components such as, organic acids, alcohols and minerals in persimmon vinegar made with quick fermented using deteriorated sweet persimmon and four commercial vinegars(rice vinegar, apple vinegar, brewed vinegar, traditional persimmon vinegar) purchased in local markets for quality evaluation. The pH and total acidity of all vinegars were in the range of 2.02~3.02 and 4.62~9.78%, respectively. The pH of quick fermented persimmon vinegar(A) was relatively higher than that of others. Acidity was the highest in brewed vinegar. Total sugar content was in the range of 0.45~6.43%. These contents were high in were high in traditional persimmon vinegar wherase low in brewed vinegar. Total nitrogen and amino-nitrogen were in the range of 0.025~0.046% and 0.015~0.029%. Organic acids were identified as acetic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, succinic acid, formic acid and oxalic acid. While major minerals of all vinegars were Mg, Ca, and Na, minor minerals were Zn, Cu, Mn and Fe.
Push-Pull Converter에 의한 대체에너지 발전시스템에 관한 연구

대출력범위의 DC-DC 컨버어터는 가변 저입력과 일정한 고출력 전압의 특성을 가지고 있다. 1KW push-pull 컨버어터 시스템이 실험을 위하여 제작되었다. 이 컨버어터는 25KHz의 내부 주파수를 가진 1KW의 전력을 처리한다. 이 컨버어터는 종래의 전력레벨 컨버어터에 스위칭 레귤레이터의 장점을 살린 것을 의미한다. 고주파 스위칭의 사용으로 DC-DC컨버어터의 크기와 중량을 감소시키게 되었다. 이러한 감소는 주파수가 증가함에 따라 필커값과 변압기의 크기가 감소하기 때문에 일어난다. 그러므로 저자는 고주파 변압기와 출력필터의 설계기준을 언급하였다. 마지막으로 연료전지 및 태양전지 발전시스템이 제시되었다. In this paper, a DC-DC converter for multikilowatt power level is described which has the characteristics of variable low input voltage and constant high output voltage. An 1KW push-pull converter system was constructed for experimentation. This converter processes 1KW power with an internal freqency of 25KHZ, which means to turn the merits of the switching regulator to the conventional power level converters. The use of high-frequency switching allows the DC-DC converter designer to reduce the size and weight of the DC-DC converter significantly. This reduction occurs because of filter component value and transformer size decrease with increasing frequency. Therefore, the authors in this paper the design criterion of the high frequency transformer and output filter was mentioned. Finally, applications for an inverter used in a fuel cell generation and solar cell generation system are presented.
생쥐의 卵子와 初期胚子에 對한 Clomiphene Citrate의 細胞毒性에 關한 硏究

In order to elucidate the cytotoxicity of clomiphene citrate, the rate of in vitro fertilization(IVF) of ova and the developmental rate of early embroys in A-strain mouse were examined. The rate of ova cleavaging to 2-cell stage by IVF was remarkably decreased(12.6%) at the concentration of 10μg/㎖ of clomiphene than that of the control(65.2%) when the ova fertilized in vitro were cultured for 24 hours in the untreated medium after treatment ova with clomiphene for 5 hrs. But there was no ovum cleavaging to 2-cell stage at 50μg/㎖ clomiphene except only a few 2-polar bodied ova. The developmental rate of mouse early embryos was decreased dose-dependently. Especially at 25μg/㎖ of clomiphene, the number of embryos cleavaging to blastocyst from 2-cell stage(41.4%) was decreased remarkably compared with that of the control(87.2%). And only a few embryos were developed to 8-cell stage at clomiphene concentration of 50μg/㎖ after 2-cell embryos were incubated for 72 hours in clomiphene-treated medium. Morphological changes such as fragmentation and fusion of blastomeres, cytolysis and developmental retardation were increased with dose-dependently. These results suggest that clomiphene has cytotoxic effect by the decrease of the rate of IVF, the developmental rate and the degenerative changes of murine ova and early embryos.

Purpose: To evaluate intracranial control after surgical resection according to the adjuvant treatment received in order to assess the optimal radiotherapy (RT) dose and volume. Materials and Methods: Between 2003 and 2015, a total of 53 patients with brain oligometastases from non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) underwent metastasectomy. The patients were divided into three groups according to the adjuvant treatment received: whole brain radiotherapy (WBRT) ${\pm}$ boost (WBRT ${\pm}$ boost group, n = 26), local RT/Gamma Knife surgery (local RT group, n = 14), and the observation group (n = 13). The most commonly used dose schedule was WBRT (25 Gy in 10 fractions, equivalent dose in 2 Gy fractions [EQD2] 26.04 Gy) with tumor bed boost (15 Gy in 5 fractions, EQD2 16.25 Gy). Results: The WBRT ${\pm}$ boost group showed the lowest 1-year intracranial recurrence rate of 30.4%, followed by the local RT and observation groups, at 66.7%, and 76.9%, respectively (p = 0.006). In the WBRT ${\pm}$ boost group, there was no significant increase in the 1-year new site recurrence rate of patients receiving a lower dose of WBRT (EQD2) <27 Gy compared to that in patients receiving a higher WBRT dose (p = 0.553). The 1-year initial tumor site recurrence rate was lower in patients receiving tumor bed dose (EQD2) of ${\geq}42.3Gy$ compared to those receiving <42.3 Gy, although the difference was not significant (p = 0.347). Conclusions: Adding WBRT after resection of brain oligometastases from NSCLC seems to enhance intracranial control. Furthermore, combining lower-dose WBRT with a tumor bed boost may be an attractive option.
