        素問ㆍ著至敎論에 對한 硏究

        『素間ㆍ著至敎論』은 의학을 연구하려면 天文, 地理, 人事 ‘三才’가 모두 통하여야 한다는 내용과 三陽이 幷至한 病證에 대하여 論한 것으로서 黃帝를 聖人으로 존숭하였으므로 지극한 가르침을 밝게 드러낸다고 하여‘著至敎論’이라고 하였다. 本 篇은 내용에 따라 3장으로 구분할 수 있다. 제 1장은 誦·解·別·明·彰이라는 5단계의 학습법과 天文·地理·人事의 三才를 결합하여야 진정한 醫道를 얻을 수 있다는 내용이고, 제 2장은 三陽病을 예로 들어 陰陽을 분별하고 四時에 상응하여 五行과 결합되는 완성된 醫道를 闡逑하였다. 제 3장은 五臟이 損傷되어 筋骨이 마르는 것과 腎絶한 症狀를 예로 들어 醫道의 要網을 설명하였다. 그러나 제 3장의 내용은 新校正에 “이하의 文章은『全元起本』에는 별도의 한 篇으로 구성되어 있고 篇名은「方感裏論」으로 되어 있다.”고 하였고 錯簡이 있다는 것이 諸家의 通說로 되어 있다. In Jeo Ji Kyo ron (著至敎論), pathological mechanisms are explained on the basis of the so-called “Eum-Yang(陰陽)” theory. the main content of the Jeo Ji Kyo Ron (著至敎論) is the explanation of the cause why we are extensively read in doctrine on five element' motion and six kind of natural factors, paleogeography and humane shudies. Summerizing the contents of the Jeo Ji Kyo Ron (著至敎論) in reference to the contents of successive generation note, the contents were as follows; What attracts our attention in chapter I is five-step learning method which is called recitation(誦), comprehension(解), discrimination(別), definiteness(明) and application(彰). The contents of chapter II is the explanation of complete physician's skill by taking the case of disease of the three yang channel(三陽病).

      • 개에 있어서 耳根部의 Lidocaine 水針에 의한 全身 無痛覺의 誘發

        Twelve clinically healthy mongrel dogs were used to clarify the possibility of general analgesia induction by lidocaine aquapuncture to auricular root area in the present study. The experimental animals were devided into control (6 heads) and experimental groups (6 heads), respectively. Physiological salines (3 ml/kg) were injected into both auricular root areas in control group. Lidocaine hydrochlorides (3 ml/kg) were injected into both auricular root areas in experimental group. Superficial pain, the changes of vital signs and blood leukocytes, and PCV were examined on pre, 5 min., 15 min., 30 min, and 60 min. after injection in control and experimental groups, respectively. Analgesia was not detected at all in control group, however, all experimental animals were recumbent and analgesia was generally detected in the auricles, noses, dorsal parts, ventral areas, limbs and tails from 5 to 30 minutes after injection with lidocaine hydrochloride into auricular root areas in experimental group. As for the change of vital signs, body temperature showed decreasing tendency from 5 minutes after lidocaine injection in experimental group. Heart rates and respiration rates were increased on 5 minutes after lidocaine injection and then they showed decreasing tendency in experimental group. No significant difference were found among groups. As for the changes of hematological findings, the numbers of blood leukocytes were increased till 15 minutes after lidocaine injection and then they showed decreasing tendency. PCV values were increased on 5 minutes after lidocaine injection, and then they showed decreasing tendency. However, no significant differences were observed among groups. Considering the above findings, it was thought that general analgesia was possible by aquapuncture with lidocaine hydrochloride into auricular root areas and lidocaine aquapuncture didn’t affect so much to the changes of vital signs and blood.

        배추의 형질전환용 선발항생제로서 Paromomycin의 이용

        정상' 배추와 '서울' 배추의 배축절편을 선발마커로서 hygromycin 저항성유전자를 갖고 있는 pCAMBIA1301와 paromomycin저항성유전자를 갖고 있는 pPTN290으로 각각 형질 전환된 LBA4404 또는 EHA101균주와 공동배양한 후 선발배지에서 배양하면서 형질전환체를 선발하였다. 형질전환빈도는 사용된 항생제와 품종에 따라서 현저하게 차이가 있었으며, 특히 paromomycin은 hygromycin보다 효과적이었고 정상 배추는 서울배추보다 양호하였다. 가장 높은 형질전환빈도는 (0.70%) 100mg/L paromomycin이 첨가된 선발배지에서 정상배추의배축을 배양할 경우 얻어졌다. GUS양성반응으로 확인 한 결과 정상배추에서 9개체와 서울배추에서 3개체를 각각 얻었으며, 온실에서 생장한 후 $T_1$종자를 수확하였다. $T_1$ 종자를 다시 발아시켜 유식물체를 얻은 후 GUS양성반응을 확인함으로서 외래유전자가 안정적으로 발현하고 있음을 확인하였다. Hypocotyl explants of Chinese cabbage (us. 'Jeong Sang' and 'Seoul') produced adventitious shoots on Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium supplemented with 4mg/L $AgNO_3$, 5 mg/L acetosyringone, 4 mg/L 6-benzyladenine and 3mg/L alpha-naphthaleneacetic acid (SI) after cocoultivation with strains of Agrobacterium tumefaciens (LBA4404) harboring the pCAMBIA1301 and the $_PPTN290$ containing hygromycin-resistance gene and paromomycin-resistance gene as a selectable marker genes, respectively. There was a significant difference in the frequency of transgenic plants depending on antibiotics and cultivars used. Paromomycin was better than hygromycin, and cultivar 'Jeong-sang' was higher than 'c.v. Seoul' in the frequency of transgenic plants. In particular, the highest frequency (0.70%) of transgenic plants was obtained from selection medium (SI) containing 100mg/L paromomycin in c.v., 'Jeong-sang' GUS positive response were obtained 9 plants and 3 plants from the cultivars, 'Jeong-sang' and 'Seoul', respectively. They were grown to maturity in a greenhouse and normally produced $T_1$ seeds. GUS histochemical assay for progeny $(T_1)$ revealed that the transgenes were expressed in the plant genome.

        배추의 배축절편으로부터 캘러스와 뿌리 발생을 통한 안정적 형질전환

        '정상' 배추의 배축절편을 선발마커로서 paromomycin 저항 성유전자를 갖고 있는 pPTN290으로 각각 형질전환된 EHA101, LBA4404, GV3101균주와 공동배양한 후 갤러스유도배지에서 형질전환캘러스를 얻은 후, 뿌리유도배지에서 부정근을 그리고 신초유도배지에서 신초를 각각 순차적으로 유도하였다. 형질전환캘러스를 얻은 후, 뿌리유도배지에서 부정근을 그리고 신초유도배지에서 신초를 가각 순차적으로 유도하였다. 형질전환캘러스 형성은 Agrobacterium균주에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 특히 EHA101균주에 공동배양된 배축절편으로부터 최대 6.1%까지 얻어졌다. 또한 각각의 형질전환캘러스 클론으로부터 형질전환 부정근과 신초 발생은 EHA101균주에서 60.7%와 38.2%, LBA4404에서 8.3%와 0%, GV3101에서 20.5%와 85.7%까지 각각 얻을 수 있었다. 형질전환식물체는 특별한 형태적 이상 없이 온실에서 정상적으로 자라 $T_{2}$종자를 얻을 수 있었다. GUS방법으로 7개의 후대 유식물체를 분석한 결과 gus유전자가 안정적으로 발현하고 있음을 확인하였고, 배추 genome에 single 또는 multiple copy로 전달되고 있음을 추측할 수 있었다. Hypocotyl explants of Chinese cabbage (cvs. "Jeong Sang") produced transgenic calli on callus induction medium (MS salt, B5 vitamin, 5 mg/L acetosyringone, 1 mg/L 2,4-D, 3% sucrose, 400 mg/L cefotaxime, 100 mg/L paromomycin, pH 5.8) after cocultivation with strains of Agrobacterium tumefaciens (EHA101, LBA4404, GV3101) harboring the pPTN290 containing paromomycin-resistance gene as a selectable marker, and then they transferred to root induction medium (1/2MS salt, MS vitamins, 2% sucrose, 100 mg/L paromomycin, 100 mg/L cefotaxime, pH 5.8) and shoot induction medium (MS salt, B5 vitamin, 4 mg/L $AgNO_3$, 4 mg/L 6-benzyladenine, 3 mg/L alpha-naphthaleneacetic acid, 100 mg/L paromomycin, 100 mg/L cefotaxime, 3% sucrose, pH 5.8) in order. There was a significant difference in the frequency of transgenic calli depending on Agrobacterium strains. In particular, the highest frequency (6.1%) of transgenic calli was obtained from the hypocotyls cocultivated with EHA101 strains. Also, the frequency (%) of transgenic root and plants from each transgenic callus clone were obtained with 60.7% and 38.2% in EHA101, with 8.3% and 0% in LBA4404, with 20.5% and 85.7% in GV3101 strains, respectively. They were grown to maturity in a greenhouse and normally produced $T_2$ seeds. GUS histochemical assay for progeny ($T_2$) revealed that the transgenes was expressed in the plant genome, and progeny analysis from 7 independent transgenic events demonstrated that the transformants transmitted the transgene as a single or multiple functional locus.

      • Electrochemical Growth of Silver Nanobelts in Cylindrical Alumina Nanochannels

        <P>It is best-known in the nanoscience community that anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membrane templates have been widely employed in the synthesis of one-dimensional nanomaterials, such as nanowires, nanorods, and nanotubes with cylindrical shapes. In this work, however, we demonstrate that AAO nanochannels can be used to grow silver nanobelts with rectangular shape. The growth method involved an electrochemical reduction of the Tollen’s reagent ([Ag(NH<SUB>3</SUB>)<SUB>2</SUB>]<SUP>+</SUP>) in aqueous solution at room temperature. We found that the concentration of the reagents (Ag<SUB>2</SUB>O and ammonia) and the magnitude of the reduction potential were critical to the growth of silver nanobelts. Significantly, we were able to tailor the dimensions of silver nanobelts. The lengths of silver nanobelts were controllable by the charge transported in the electrochemical reduction, the widths were confined by the diameter of nanochannels, and the thicknesses were dependent on the concentration of ammonia. In addition, crystallographic characterization indicates that silver nanobelts were single crystalline.</P><P>We demonstrate that AAO nanochannels can be used to grow silver nanobelts with rectangular shape. The growth method involved an electrochemical reduction of the Tollen’s reagent ([Ag(NH<SUB>3</SUB>)<SUB>2</SUB>]<SUP>+</SUP>) in aqueous solution at room temperature.         This article takes the talk show "Beast Town" as an example to introduce the overall technical solution, technical difficulties and countermeasures for the combination of cartoon virtual characters and virtual studio technology, providing reference and experience for the multi-scenario application of digital humans. Compared with the live broadcast that combines reality and reality, we have further upgraded our virtual production technology and digital human-driven technology, adopted industry-leading real-time virtual production technology and monocular camera driving technology, and launched a virtual cartoon character talk show - "Beast Town" to achieve real Perfectly combined with virtuality, it further enhances program immersion and audio-visual experience, and expands infinite boundaries for virtual manufacturing. In the talk show, motion capture shooting technology is used for final picture synthesis. The virtual scene needs to present dynamic effects, and at the same time realize the driving of the digital human and the movement with the push, pull and pan of the overall picture. This puts forward very high requirements for multi-party data synchronization, real-time driving of digital people, and synthetic picture rendering. We focus on issues such as virtual and real data docking and monocular camera motion capture effects. We combine camera outward tracking, multi-scene picture perspective, multi-machine rendering and other solutions to effectively solve picture linkage and rendering quality problems in a deeply immersive space environment. , presenting users with visual effects of linkage between digital people and live guests.

        The online game market has grown rapidly in worldwide. The world game market earned 111.7 billion US dollars and online game occupies 18.9% (21.1 billion US dollars) in the world game market in 2012. Online game companies have launched a variety of free online games to online game players such as League of Legends (LOL), World of Tank, and Hearthstone. These online games provide online game with free install with online game players. Online game companies, however, sell some of online game items to the game users. For example, LOL sells Skin that is the cloth which only provides fancy effect to online game hero through the online game shop. In case of ‘Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft’, game user can purchase game card deck by cash. This study was initiated to answer the following research question called “How these online game companies get profit?” because their online games are free to play. The research upon the question mentioned above leads to the second research question called “how online game users purchase the cash game items?”. To understand purchasing behavior and attitude of online game players about cash game item, this study conducts focus group interview of LOL game player to understand purchase behavior of game players for online games items. The results of focus group interview help us to understand the relationship between attitude toward online game items and consumption values. The purposes of this study are 1) to understand online game players’ purchasing behavior for LOL luxury Skin, 2) to find out relationships among online game experience, design innovative Skin, consumption values, and repurchase intention, and 3) to draw academic and practical implications based upon the result of analysis in this study.

      • Power Converters Based Advanced Experimental Platform for Integrated Study of Power and Controls

        <P>With increasing interest in smart grid and renewable energy, significant investments have been allocated to promote related studies. Since there is a wide spectrum of topics to study, it is necessary to have an advanced experimental platform that can accommodate both system- and component-level studies, both hardware and algorithm designs, and both teaching and research. Unfortunately, such experimental platform is not commercially available. In this paper, an advanced power electronics based experimental platform is introduced. The system is consisted of one OPAL-RT real-time simulator, two one-bus microgrid testbeds, and two modular multilevel converters. The subsystems can form a multiple-bus microgrid testbed if connected through emulated power lines. The system can provide real-time simulation, controller hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation, and power HIL simulation for power systems study. Various converter topologies can be configured with the modular converters for power electronics study. Both real-time simulator and DSP control boards can be used to implement advanced control algorithms. The designs and experiences shared in the paper will benefit many researchers that are in need of such system and promote power and energy related studies.</P>
