      • 李 箱 文 學 論 : 作品에 投影된 精神分析學的 要因을 中心으로 Psychoanalytical elements projected in his works

        In the paper, the writer surveyed the psychoanalytical aspect of I-Sang's works that has sur-realism, neo-psychological character based on many materials and researches by pathological method related to consciousness. The aspects projected in his poetries are as follows : First, the position of 'I' in his poetry and 'I'(ego) at the disruption of self in over-self consciousness is on the mirror. The atmosphere swirling in the poetry is dark and unrest. I-Sang's esprit is in the emancipation of 'Be in prison' with dismal faces and 'another different myself'. Second, the outstanding phase in I-Sang's poetry, sexual amusement is expressed in terrific style for instance, the sword of 'submersion', the farrel of 'muzzel of the gun' and the chocolate of 'the confession of unreasonable woman' and 'angels of performance' are the metaphorical penis. Third, the other feature found in his poetry is impetus for suicide. Though 'the canvass of suicide' is shown in his 'poetry' No 15' and 'subject that has no title', he provides suicide to the extent of 'I insert autographical obituary in my autobiobraphy on the day' in his poetry '1933. 6 . 1' The aspects which has psychoanalytical elements in his prose are as follows : Firstly, the point is that he deals with the thing beyond common sense and unconscious world rather than his literary world, daily lives, or conscious world. By examining the expression of his 'when the finger is taken prisoner of self-consciousness' or 'the secret of the last moment stretching oneself on the summit of self-corsciousness' in his first person fiction, 'all his life' , we realize that his fictions are based on his experiences, and depict the world of self-consciousness. Secondly, the heroes in his fictions, for the most part, are autism patients with their backs towards reality squeezed into themselves. The pulling over coverlet in the dark room without any outside negotiation is 'my' life in 'wings' and 'genius turned into stuffing'. All characters in the 'I' of 'Tonghae', 'he' of 'spiders' and 'I' in his essay 'Languor' are the same types. Thirdly, the other aspect searched out in his fictions is that sexual amusements are placed all over the works as in poems. The putting memorial stamp on the fiction 'bobbed hair' that means his importent erotic mind is the metaphor of sexual intercourse. This sexual amusement is expressed more metaphorically in 'spiders'. Fourth, another aspect in I-Sang's fiction in impulse of suicide as in his poetry. The last subdivision of 'TongHae' menas the thinking of suicide looking at the comedy(the man replacing his shose with another) the impulse of suicide like this is traced in 'Lost Flowers' 'Illusions' and his essay, 'The rest emotion of a village).

        실용음악 전공 학생들의 발성치료 전후 성대 및 음성 특성 비교

        Background and Objectives : Many students major in applied music singing have various difficulties in phonation when they sing or perform. But the studies about this cause are lack. The purpose of this study is whether singing voice therapy based on vocal music is effective or not to applied music singing students that have difficulties in phonation. Materials and Methods : Singing voice therapy program had been done to 8 students major in applied music singing during 7 weeks. We did laryngeal stroboscope, perceptual, acoustic and aerodynamic examination before and after singing voice therapy to this students. And we studied post examination results have differences or improvements compared to pre examination results. Results : Four male students don't have effective improvement after singing voice therapy but they shows slight improvement in aerodynamic examination values compared to pre examination values. Four female students shows improvement in aerodynamic examination values and pitch range increasing. Above all, one student's vocal nodules disappeared after singing voice therapy. Conclusion : Singing voice therapy based on music singing is very effective to the students major in applied music singing. Above all, their curriculum in applied music singing should include phonation training based on music singing before training perform and technic practices.

      • 中樞性 交感神經 效能藥의 體溫調節에 미치는 影響

        生體機能의 均衡을 維持하는데는 體溫調節이 重要한 役割을 하며 體溫은 體內의 體溫調節機構의 作用으로 體熱의 生産과 發散間의 均衡을 이루어 一定한 節圍로 保存되고 있다. 中樞性 體溫調節에는 brain monoamines의 濃度가 重要한 役割을 하며 中樞性 交感神經效能藥인 methamphetamine은 brain monoamines 溫度를 上昇케 하고 methyldopa는 이를 下降케 한다고 알려져있고 ethanol은 noradrenaline 또는 5-hydroxytryptamine을 通하여 體溫下降을 招來케 한다고 알려져 있으므로 ethanol誘發 低體溫症에 對한 methamphetamine 및 methyldopa의 作用을 생쥐에서 實驗的으로 比較檢討하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻을 수 있었다. Ethanol(3g/kg)의 腹腔內住射는 顯著한 體溫下降(低體溫症)을 招來하였으며 이 作用은 注射後 60分頃부터 發現되어 實驗終了時까지 持續되었다. Methamphetamine(1,2 및 4mg/kg. 腹腔內注射)은 用量에 比例하여 體溫을 上昇케 하였으나 methyldopa(1,2 및 4mg/kg. 腹腔內注射)는 對照的으로 體溫을 下降케 하였고 이 作用은 用量增加에 따라 減弱되었다. Ethanol 低體溫症에 對해서는 methamphetamine을 抗拮的으로 作用하였으나 methyldopa(1 및 2mg/kg)는 이에 影響을 미치지 않았고 比較的 大量(4mg/kg)은 ethanol 低體溫症에 拮抗的으로 作用하였다. Ethanol 前處置는 methamphetamine에 依한 體溫上昇作用을 抑制하였고 比較的 大量(4mg/kg)의 methyldopa에 依한 體溫下降作用을 增强하였다. Brain monoamines among other brain neurotransmitters play a role in thermoregulation. Methamphetamine causes increased brain monoamine levels, while the converse is true for methyldopa. The effects of drugs that may influence braine monoamines, d-methylamphetamine(1,2, and 4mg/kg, i.p.) and α-methyldopa(1,2, and 4mg/kg, i.p.) on rectal temperature and on ethanol(3g/kg, i.p.) induced hypothermia have been investigated in mice. Ethanol causes a significant reduction in rectal temperature which lasted from the time interval starting at 60min to end of the experiment. Methamphetaminecaused a significant hyperthermia in a dose-dependent manner, but methyldopa induced hypothermia, which decreased with increases in dose. Methamphetamine antagonized the hypothermic effect of ethanol but methyldopa did not affect it. Methyldopa in high doses(4mg/kg), however, reversed ethanol-induced hypothermia. Ethanol pretreatment significantly potentiated the hypothermic effet of methyldopa(4mg/kg) and it prevented methamphetamine-induced hyperthermia.

        The cable-stayed bridges are composed of cables, towers and girders. when the cable-stayed bridges are loaded, the whole structure display very complex behavior due to excessive cable deflection. Eventhough the material in the members of a cable-stayed bridge structure behaviors in a linear elastic manner. the overall load-displacement relationship for the structure will be nonlinear. The nonlinear behavior is a result of: due to the sag caused by their own dead weight and the nonlinear axial and bending force-deformation relationships for the bend members. In the construction stage analysis, some technical approaches and structure safety are needed to stimulate numerically the complicated changes of structural system during construction. In this study static and construction stage analysis is performed and compared. Static and construction stage analysis on unsymmetric Cable-stayed bridge is performed and linear and nonlinear analysis is performed to evaluate the structure characteristics. After Static analysis of final construction stage was performed, construction stage analysis was performed.

        Single Median Maxillary Central Incisor(SMMCI) 환아의 증례보고

        Anatomic abnormalities of teeth development include the presence of a single maxillary central incisor at midline instead of two central incisors. The incidence of cases with a single maxillary central incisor is approximately 1 in every 50,000 live births. single median maxillary central incisor(SMMCI) may be a integral manifestation of anyone of a number of syndromes. It has been reported an association with several midline disorders which have varied in severity. A SMMCI has also been reported as an isolated finding. But in some cases, it has been considered as an incomplete expression of autosomal dominant holoprosencephaly. So any patient who appears for treatment with a SMMCI should be referred for a detailed medical examination to exclude other associated systemic abnormalities and for mutation analysis to facilitate correct diagnosis and the provision of appropriate genetic counseling. Early orthodontic treatment is needed to minimalize emotional trauma of child. This case report was about three patients with a SMMCI as isolated finding. The purpose of these case reports was to present cases of single maxillary central incisor not associated with other disorders. Single Median Maxillary Central Incisor(SMMCI)는 상악 중절치 형성부전으로 하나의 상악 중절치가 정중앙에 위치하는 치아 발달의 해부학적 이상을 의미한다. 50,000명 중에 1명 꼴로 발생할 정도로 아주 드물며 각종 증후군 및 정중선 이형성을 보이는 발달장애와 연관되어 나타나는 것으로 보고되고 있다. SMMCI는 다른 이상과 연계되지 않고 독립적으로 나타날 수도 있으나 상염색체 우성유전인 전전뇌증(holoprosencephaly)의 경미한 발현일 가능성이 있으므로 유전자 상담이 필요하다. 또 특징적인 안모 및 구강 상태를 보이므로 환아의 바람직한 신체적,정서적 발달을 위해 조기에 교정적 접근이 필요하다. 본 증례는 다른 이상 소견을 보이지 않는 세 명의 SMMCI 환아의 증례를 보고하는 바 이다.

        회분식 반응기에서의 공정변수 변화에 의한 침강성 탄산칼슘 제조

        For the preparation of calcium carbonate particles from aqueous Ca(OH)2 slurry, carbonation reaction of aqueous Ca(OH)2 slurry was carried out by batch method the CO2 into reactor filled with aqueous slurry of Ca(OH)2. The concentration of Ca(OH)2 varies from 1.00 to 7.00wt%, reactor temperature at 20 and 40℃, and reactor pressure from atmospheric pressure to 6.0kgf/cm2. Crystal structure of calcium carbonate was of calcite, the particle size were about 0.05 ∼2.0㎛, and the particle shape was cubic and spindle. When reactor temperature was higher, particle size of calcium carbonate was bigger and particle share was varied, but reaction rate was increased. When reactor pressure was higher, particle size of calcium carbonate was smaller, particle shape was cubic, and reaction ramie was increased.

      • 분사법에 의한 탄산칼슘 제조

        본 연구는 탄산가스화법에 의한 탄산칼슘 입자 제조 공정에 있어서, 탄산가스로 채워진 반응기에 수산화칼슘 슬러리를 분사하는 방법으로 탄산칼슘 입자를 제조하였다. 수산화 칼슘의 농도(0.25~1.0wt%), 분사압력(0.5kgf /㎠~1.5kgf /㎠) 및 반응기 온도(20℃, 28℃)의 변화에 따른 생성된 탄산칼슘을 관찰하였다. 수산화 칼슘의 농도가 비교적 높으면(0.75wt%, 1.0wt%), 생성물의 pH와 전도도는 높게 나타났다. 분사압력에 의한 탄산칼슘 제조의 변화는 분사압력이 높아질수록(1.5kgf /㎠), pH와 전도도는 높게 측정되었다. 그러나, 수산화 칼슘의 농도와 분사압력의 변화가 탄산칼슘의 입자크기, 형태, 결정구조에 영향을 미치지는 않았다. 반응기의 온도가 28℃에서 생성된 탄산칼슘은 1.0㎛이하의 칼사이트 상 입자가 제조되었으며, 20℃에서 생성된 탄산칼슘은 0.5㎛이하의 칼사이트 상 입자가 제조되었다. 반응기의 온도가 낮아질수록 탄산칼슘 입자의 크기가 작아짐을 알 수 있었다. For the preparation of calcium carbonate particles from aqueous Ca(OH)2 slurry, carbonation reaction of aqueous Ca(OH)2 slurry was carried out by spouting the aqueous slurry of Ca(OH)2 into reactor filled with CO2 gas. The concentration of Ca(OH)2 varies from 0.25wt% to 1.0wt%, nozzle pressure from 0.5kgf /㎠ to 1.5kgf /㎠, and reactor temperature were set at 20℃ and 28℃. With relatively high concentration of 0.75wt% and 1.0wt% of Ca(OH)2, pH and conductivity of product-stream were observed high value. High pH and conductivity were observed at high nozzle pressure of 1.5kgf /㎠. The concentration of Ca(OH)2 and nozzle pressure, however, did not change the particle size and shape of calcium carbonate synthesized by carbonation reaction. The reaction temperature affected particle size. At reactor temperatures of 28℃ and 20℃, the particle sizes were about 1.0㎛ and 0.5㎛, respectively. Crystal structure of calcium calcium carbonate was of calcite. When reactor temperature was lower, the size of calcium carbonate particle was smaller.
