        공원의 CPTED 실행전략에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop Crime Prevention Implementation Strategy in the park, to make the park a safe space as increased use of residents. This study searches the development of CPTED Implementation Strategy through examination of literatures and studies in the past. And for seeking the needs of crime prevention and the direction of implementation strategy, This study collects and analyzes data about the korean parks situations and criminal statistics on the quantitative - methods. Finally, based on the park crime analysis and the natural, organizational, and mechanical strategies presented by Crowe(2000), this study suggests CPTED strategies for park crime prevention, as follows. First, the Surveillance Strategy selects the park site taking into account the surrounding environment of the park, secures the visibility through planting of the landscape with night lighting, and secures an open spaces in the park. In addition, It installs and operates CCTVs around the vulnerable places and times. CCTV monitoring is desirable to be included into the existing integrated center model. Second, the Access Control places that park's walkways and public areas with high frequency apart from the vulnerable places, and makes fences in the Control Area by planting trees or using the rope, artificial structures such as wood. And also, It establishes the rules for access control and installs the guide board. Attaching sensors on the fences can increase the control effects. Third, the Territorial Strengthen sets boundaries around the contolled areas of the park and the shelter, separates spaces into compartments according to the each spaces' using purposes. Fourth, the Promoting Activities considers the improvements of the design of the park facilities and various facilities installation, and work-study programs and cultural programs developments and operation for increasing users' participation and emotional stability. In particular, developing Music-Broadcasting applying the effects of music therapy is expected to suppress criminal psychologies and opportunities. Fifth, the Maintenance and Management estimates for the support activities of crime prevention, the operation of park management department, and the effectiveness of crime prevention, objectively and periodically.

        자연자원정책의 정치적 합리성에 관한 연구 : 주민만족도를 적용하여 Analysis of Residents Gratification

        This study analysed the influencing factors involved in deciding the policy through the analysis of procedure in the policy on the natural resources in local governments. To evaluate the political consensus of decision making in policy determination as political rationality in natural resources policy, we analyzed the degree of the satisfaction from the residents. Among the analysis factors of the satisfaction of natural resources policy, the most significant independent factors were the goal and the method of the policy, the institutional conditions and interested groups, the appropriateness of the content of decision making, supervising and controlling, cooperating relations, the effect of policy, and the consistency. From the analysis of the effect and the goal of policy, we found 70.5% of residents was against the policy and only 27.8% consented, Considering the appropriateness of supervising and controlling in accordance with the process of the policy decision and its execution, the influence of local governments and institutions concerned enjoying comparatively more economic benefits was strong, however, the involvement of the residents and supervising and monitoring institutions were found negligible.

      • 저항방사열계 적외선 감지기 제조를 위한 바나듐 산화막의 전기적 특성 및 유전 특성

        For fabrication of bolometric infrared detector, thin films of vanadium oxide(VO_(X)) was deposited by r.f. magnetron sputtering from V_(2)O_(5) target in 10% gas mixture of argon and oxygen, and in-situ annealed in vacuum with different temperatures and times. Crystall structure and surface morphology of films were characterized through XRD and SEM. In order to measure the current-voltage characteristics, temperature dependence of conductance, and dielectric properties of vanadium oxide, Al/VO_(X)/Al sandwich devices structure was adopted. The films prepared below 200℃ were amorphous, and those prepared above 300℃ were polycrystalline. Above 3×10^(4)V/cm conduction of vanadium oxide is limited by space charge formed near electrode.? Conduction mechanisms above 10^(5)V/cm are due to Schottky emission and Fowler-Nordheim tunneling effects. Resistance and capacitance of grain boundary are decreased with increasing annealing temperature. Oxygen vacancy is related to the localized state and non-stoichiomeric of vanadium oxide.

      • 地方自治時代의 環境管理 戰略에 關한 硏究

        This paper presents desirable strategies of environmental management and its present problems by analyzing environmental management in lights of law, public administration, economic and international movement in local autonomy. Chapter 2 describes environmental management and the definition and significance of environmental management, analysis the relationship of local autonomy and environmental management, treats primarily Wright theory about diverse mechanics relations of inter-local government. The object of this paper is to see the transition of inter-government policy about environmental management section in the local autonomy on the base of this theoretical analysis. By operating local autonomy, positive effect of its affecting environmental management is to improve autonomy, democracy, regional suitability, responsibility and so on. The enlargement of autonomy can activate suitable environmental management in each local government having inherent authority. By citizen participating policy-making process of local government, citizen's statues and roles are enlarged. On the other hand, negative effect is an excess development-oriented policy, being the lack of ability and responsibility of environmental management in local government and local council, and being the lack of recognition about regional citizen's environmental preservation, confusion of environmental law system. These points make environmental condition worse. To improve environmental management in local autonomy ages is to prevent the regress of environmental administration, by enlarging positive effects giving local autonomy and by minimizing negative effects. So environmental management in local autonomy ages, because of making negative effects minimized is important, is regional improvement of environment system and operation. In the face of local environmental management system, making law is required and authority and organization must be readjusted. For example, The authority of environment office being a branch of ministry of environment must be strengthened and regulation of land use being used at the tools of environment destruction must be readjusted. In reality evaluation of environment impact system regulating development-oriented policy in local government must be active used, and management of gold-not-relevance happening different at the aims of environmental management between national and local government must be readjusted. In the operating face of the system environmental management, what is given the institutionalized and existing authority must be operated at the positive and future-oriented manners. For example, subjective of participation and mechanism of policy-decision at the environmental policy-decision process must be strengthened and public information opening and rearing of experts by the conduct for democracy of environmental management administration. The world nations of 21th century, perceiving the importance of environmental management and sustainable economy development, have in much efforts these days. Many sections of local autonomy for sustainable environmental management can be bringed to positive effects, but if these misuse operation, the destruction of environment will be accelerated. Therefore, relations setting between national and local government for environmental management, having inclusive authority model nation government's having an much authority about relation of hierarchy-ladder as well as local government having independent and self-control partnership model of having self-jurisdiction and responsibility and duty, can be desirable model of environmental management in the ages of local autonomy.

      • 초음파 및 Phased Array를 이용한 터빈 블레이드 루트부 건전성 평가에 관한 연구

        Power plant is consisted of many component parts for the generation of the electricity, and occasionally, turbine equipment may be caused in break-down because of the damage of the blade root. Phased array ultrasonic testing system has become available for practical application in complicated geometry such as turbine blade root, tenon, disc in power industry, This research describes the characteristics of phased array ultrasonic testing signal for various type of blade roots in thermal Power Plant turbines. This application of Phased array ultrasonic testing system has been promoted mainly to save inspection time and labor cost of turbine inspection. The characteristic of phased array ultrasonic testing signal for power plant component in very simple to understand but to difficult for perform the inspection. This paper is focused on the safety of the turbine equipment by the ultrasonic measurement and phased array analysis. As a result of the test through ultrasonic and phased array method, we have concluded that the main damage in these turbine blade root parts could be generated by the concentrated stress and centrifugal force.

      • 人蔘復脈湯이 家免의 心血管系에 미치는 影響

        The present experiment was designed to investigate the effects of Insambokmaektang(人蔘復脈湯) on the blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory frequency, respiratory rate and the activity of gastromuscular system. In order to control the precise physiological conditions, the experimental rabbits were supplied with calorie limited food. The therapeutic effects of Insambokmaektang on the low heart rate and hiccups were discussed in this study. The results obtained here were summarized as follows: 1. Insambokmaektang increased the blood pressure 32.6% and 32.3% after injecting it at 5 and 10 minute respectively. 2. The drug increased the heart rate 41% and 41.6% after injecting it at 5 and 10 minute respectively. 3. The drug increased the respiratory frequency 50.9% and 76.5% after injecting it at 1 and 2 minute respectively. 4. The drug decreased the respiratory depth 7.2% and 3.6% after injecting it at 1 and 2 minute respectively. 5. The autonomic nerve blocking agents(Phentolamine, Propranolol, Atropine) did not take the effect of the drug function on the blood pressure and heart rate. 6. The autonomic nerve blocking agents(Phentolamine, Propranolol, Atropine) did not take effect of the drug function on the respiratory frequency and respiratory depth, however, atropine increased the respiratory depth and decreased the respiratory frequency. 7. The drug inhibited the activity of ventricular myocardiac Mg^2+ -Ca^2+ -ATPase and thus stimulated the cardiomuscular contraction. And the inhibitory mechanism was reversible noncompetitive. 8. The drug inhibited the total ATPasd activity of stomach smooth muscle. According to the above results, Insambokmaektang is assumed to have a curative effects for the low heart rate and hiccups.

        In this paper was studied on the mechanical characteristics of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics(GFRP) of the steel bar it is to replace The advantage of FRP such as high strength low weight and chemical inertness or noncorrosiveness can be fully exploited. GFRP bar were successfully fabricated at 10mm nominal diameters and hollow types using a pultrusion method Tensile and bending specimens from this bar were tested and compared with behavior of GFRP rebar and steel bar.

      • 혈액투석 환자에게서 발생한 재생불량성 빈혈 1예

        Aplastic anemia is a disease characterized by pancytopenia in the peripheral blood and hypocellular bone marrow with the fatty infiltration. The causes of the acquired aplastic anemia were usually related to drugs and immune-related diseases. A 34-years old man was admitted due to general weakness. He has been going hemodialysis for 2 years because of end stage renal disease (ESRD) due to chronic glomerulonephritis. At admission, laboratory tests showed hemoglobin 6.2 g/dL, hematocrit 18.0 %, WBC 5,710mm (neutrophil 71.8%, lymphocyte 19.1%, monocyte 5.9%), reticulocyte 1.9%, platelet 93,000/mm, Fe 12.8 ug/dL, TIBC 204 ug/dL, ferritin 941.47 ng /ml, haptoglobin 0.72 g/L, vitamin B12 508.17 pmol/L, folate 24 ng/mL, total protein 6.54 g/dL, albumin 3.76 g/dL, Alk. pohsphatase 79 IU/L, AST 30.0 IU/L, ALT 39.7 IU/L, total bilirubin 0.57 mg/dl, BUN 79.4 mg/dl and creatinine 10.18 mg/dl. Peripheral blood smear showed the normocytic normochromic anemia with anisocytosis. Anemia was diagnosed but it was irresponsive to the recombinant human erythropoietin (EPO) and blood transfusion. In the bone marrow aspiration smear were there the hypoplastic myeloid and erythroid precursors. The bone marrow biopsy section showed the hypoplasia of all components (10-20%) and the fatty infiltration. We have experienced one case of the idiopathic aplastic anemia in a patient going through hemodialysis and we just report it with documentary records. 저자들은 혈액 투석 중인 환자에서 약물, 면역계 이상등의 원인을 발견할 수 없었음에도 재생 불량성 빈혈이 발생한 1예를 경험하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

      • 머리부분에 과량의 방사선을 조사받은 흰쥐 위점막 벽세포의 미세구조 연구

        본 실험은 머리부분이 많은 양의 방사선에 노출되었을 때 위점막 벽세포에 나타나는 미세구조적 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 시행하였다. 실험동물로는 체중 200-250g의 건강한 숫흰쥐를 사용하였으며, 이를 정상군과 실험군(방사선 조사군)으로 나누었다. 실험군은 3,000 rad조사군과 6,000 rad조사군으로 구분하였으며, 방사선 조사후 6시간, 2일 및 6일후에 희생시켰다. 실험군은 sodium thiopental로 마취시킨후 치료방사기(Mitsubishi Linear Accelerator ML-4MV)를 사용하여 머리부분에만 분당 200 rad씩 X-선을 조사하였다. 위조직은 통상적인 전자현미경을 시료작성법에 따라 2.5% glutaraldehyde- 1.5% paraformaldehyde혼합액(0.1M phosphate buffer, pH 7.3)에 1차 고정한 후, 1% osmium tetroxide(0.1M phosphate buffer, pH 7.3)에 2차 고정하였다. 고정된 조직은 탈수과정을 거쳐 araldite혼합액에 포매하였으며, LKB-V ultratome르로 60-70nm두께의 얇은 절편을 작성하였다. 각 절편은 uranyl acetate와 lead citrate로 염색한후, JEM 100CX-Ⅱ전자현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 방사선 조사후 6시간군의 경우, 위샘내강쪽으로 벽세포의 일부가 돌출되어 있는 것이 가끔 관찰되었으며, 미세사와 용해소체가 정상군의 것에 비하여 다소 증가되었으나 기타 세포질소기관의 미세구조적 변화는 관찰할 수 없었다. 2. 방사선 조사후 2일군이 경우, 미세사와 용해소체가 6시간군의 것에 비하여 더 많이 관찰되었다. 3. 방사선 조사후 6일군의 경우, 벽세포는 세포내세관과 미세융모가 미약하였으며 관소포구조의 막성구조가 파괴되고 세포질이 부분용해된 변성세포가 자주 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 머리부분이 과도한 방사선에 노출되면 위점막의 벽세포는 초기에는 별다른 미세구조적 변화가 없으나 6일 정도가 지나면 분비기능에 관계된 미세구조들이 큰 손상을 받게 되므로 분비기능이 매우 약화된다고 생각된다. This experiment was performed to study the morphological responses of the gastric parietal cells of the head-irradiated rats. Male rats were divided into normal and experimental groups. The head region of the rat, under sodium thiopental anesthesia. was exposed to 3,000rads or 6,000rads of X-ray radiation in a single dose, respectively. The source was a Mitsubishi Linear Accelerator ML-4MV. The target to skin distance was 80cm, and the dose rate was 200rads/min. The rats of experimental groups were sacrificed on the 6 hours, 2 days and 6 days after X-ray irradiation. Pieces of the tissue taken from the body of the stomach were fixed in 2.5% glutaraldehyde-1.5% paraformaldehyde(0.1M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3), and in 1% osmium tetroxide(0.1M Milloning's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3), and embedded in araldite mixture. The ultrathin sections stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate were observed with JEM 100CX-II electron microscope. The results were as follow: 1. The morphological changes of the parietal cells were not pronounced, six hours after head irradiation. But the parietal cells protruding into the lumen of the gastric gland were infrequently observed and amounts of the microfilaments and lysosomes were slightly increased as compared with those of the control gorup. 2. Two days following irradiation, bundles of the microfilaments and the lysosome in the parietal cells were more frequently observed than those observed in the six hours group. 3. Dramatic decrease of intracellular canaliculi and microvilli of the parietal cells were observed on the 6th day, and destruction of tubulovesicular structures and partial cytolysis or necrosis were observed frequently. Above results suggest that high dose of head irradiation induces indirect hazardous effects on the gastric parietal cells of the rat, and the irradiated animals might suffered from weak acid secretion of the parietal cell, since the large number of the parietal cells are degenerated within a few days following irradiation.
