        feficotorfer fyf☞ri(Hp)가 위암파 관련이 있다는 역학적인 증거는 많이 있지만 이에 대한 정확한 기전에 대해선 밝혀져 있지 않고 있으며 실험동물 모델도 적절하지 못한 것으로 알려져있다. 본 실험에서는 위암의 원인으로 알려져 있는 f, fyforf'(Hp)를 이용하여 마우스에서 위암 모델을 확립하고 만성염증과정 중에 생성되는 리0와 COX-2 등의 발현이 위암발생에 미치는 명향을 통하여 예방과 치료를 위한 점근을 시도하고자 하였다. 마우스를 7군으로 나누어서 1, 2, 3, 4군의 등물은 MNU를 증류수에 200ppm 농도로 음수병득 이용하띤 10주간 격주로 투여하였으며 MHU 음술 투여 1주 휴씩 후 배양한 f. fyrofi 를 약 109cru/rfll 로 맞춰 한 마리당 0.1ml 씩 이틀 간격으로 세 번에 걸쳐 하룻방 금식시킨 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7군기 마우스의 위장에 투입하떴다. 균 투입을 마친 후 다응 날부터 2군쏙 6군은 iNOS 억제제인 aminoguanidine(AG)을 음수병으로 툰여하였으며 3군과 7군은 COX-2 척제제인 nimesulide(NSD)를 투여하였다. 위의 종양발생양상을 샅최보면 bfNU와 Hp만을 투여한 1 관 ; (hfNU +Hp), 2군 : iNO을 inhibitor 투여군(MNU+HP+AG'1. 3군 ;CO딘-2 Inilibitor 투여군(MNU누Hp누 NSD), 4군 ,MNlf 단독투여군, 5군 ;Hp 단독투여춘, 6군 ; 러p 단독에 AG투여군, 7군 , Hp 단독에 NSD투여군의 종양발샐을은 각각 쁜.Bff(l1/16), 70.6%f12/ti), 했.9ff(7/18), 10%(1/10), Off(O/IS)0%(O/S), 0%(O/5)의 발쟁율을 보여 iNOS 억제제인 AC은 좁양발생을 억계하지 못하였으며, COX-2억제제인 NSD 는 종양발생을 유의적으로 감소시켰다. 콩양발생개수에서는 2.62±0.36, 1.41츠0.14, 0.44 르0.12, 0.10±0.10을 보여 AC와 NSD에서 유의성 있게 발생개수를 줄였다. Hp 단독투여에 의해즌는 종양발생이 나타나지 않았으며 HP+AG, Hp+ IfSD 추여군에콕 시험증료 시점에 약물에 의해 Hp의 제균효과가 있는지의 여부를 확인끓기 위하여 PCR을 이용하여 확인한 결과 모두 양성인 것으로 나타나 Hp의 제균효과에 의한 촐양발생 억제가 일어나지는 않았다. 위의 결과로 볼 때 Hp는 위암발생을 촉진하는 것으로 나타났고 딘p 감염시 매개되는 염증인자를 억제하였을 때 종양발생을 억제하는 것으로 위암 발생에서 염증매개인자는 종양을 촉진하는 것으로 나타났으며 it,705 억제제쓱 COX-』 억제제의 위알 예밭효과fl는 효과적일 것으로 사료된다 In spite of a large volume of epidemiological evidence indicating significant relationship between H. pylori infection and gastric adenocarcinoma, a doubt still exists on an elevated risk of stomach cancer by H. pylori infection due to lack of direct evidence of their exact mechanistic link. It is, therefore, essential to have an appropriate animal model for detailed analysis of the role of H. pylori played in gastric carcinogenesis. There is a wealth of evidence to support that over production of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) is involved in the pathogensis of various cancer in both rodents and humans. The aim of this study was to establish a mouse model for H. pylori-associated gastric carcinogenesis and to identify the role of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) played during the gastric carcinogenesis in mice. Eighty-three specific pathogen free, six-week-old male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into seven groups. Animals of the group 1, 2, 3, 4 were given MNU in their drinking water at the concentration of 200 p.p.m. for total five cycles of one-week regimen with one-week pause. After completion of MNU administration, they were given autoclaved distilled water for one weeks, and groups 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 were inoculated with H. pylori. After completion of H. pylori. inoculation, groups 2 and 6 were given aminoguanidine in their drinking water at concentration of 1000p.p.m. and animals of group 3 and 7 were given the diet containing 200 ppm nimesulide at 12 weeks of age. All animals were killed at 50 weeks of age. The incidences of the glandular stomach tumors in the group 1, 2, 3 and 4 were 87.5%(14/16), 76.4%(13/17), 44.4(8/18), 10.0%(1/10), respectively and the tumor incidence of group 3(MNU→Hp+nimesulide) was significantly lower than those of group 1(MNU→Hp) at the value of P<0.01. The average numbers of tumors of group 2(MNU→Hp+AG : 1.41±0.24) and group 3(MNU→Hp+nimesulide : 0.44±0.12) were significantly lower than those of group 1(MNU→Hp : 2.62±0.36) at the value of P<0.05. Therefore, overproduced iNOS and COX-2 plays an important role in mice gastric carcinogenesis. We concluded iNOS and COX-2 inhibitor have good effects on gastric carcinogenesis.

      • 알코올에 의해 유발된 진정 및 수행 장애에 대한 카페인의 반전 효과

        연구목적 : 저자들은 알코올의 진정 작용과 수행 붕괴 효과에 대한 카페인의 영향을 확인하기 위해 이 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법 : 건강한 19세에서 25세 사이의 대학생 지원자 14명을 대상으로 Epsworth Slippiness Scale(ESS), Stand-ford Sleepiness Scale(SSS), Visual Analogue Sclae(VAS), Vienna test, Multiple Sleep Latency Test(MSLT) and Breath Ethanol Concentration(BrEC)을 측정하였다. 결 과 : 알코올(1.0g/㎏)은 투여 후 5시간까지 입면잠복기를 단축시키며, 카페인(300mg)은 이러한 단축을 현저히 개선시키는 반전 효과가 있었다. 알코올(1.0g/㎏)은 투여 후 3~5시간 동안 주간 졸음과 피로감을 유발하며, 카페인(150~300mg)은 졸음과 피로감을 개선시키는 효과가 있었다. 경계력은 알코올(0.5~1.0g/㎏) 투여 1시간 후 유의하게 저하되었고 카페인(150~300mg) 투여 3시간 후부터 개선되었으며, 집중력은 알코올(1.0g/㎏) 투여 후 변화가 없었으나 카페인 투여 3시간 후부터 유의하게 향상되었고, 단기 기억은 알코올과 카페인 투여에 유의한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 기준일, 알코올 투여일, 알코올 및 카페인 투여일에서 각 변량(SSS, MSLT, 졸음, 피로감, 기분, 집중력, 경계력, 단기 기억력)간에는 일관성 있는 유의한 관계가 나타나지 않았다. 정상인에서 알코올은 입면잠복기를 단축시키고 주간 졸음과 피로감을 유발하며, 카페인은 알코올에 의해 유발된 입면잠복기의 단축을 연장시키고 주간 졸음과 피로감 및 경계력과 주의 집중력을 개선시키는 효과가 있었다. 결 론 : 카페인은 알코올의 진정 및 수행 붕괴 효과를 반전시키는 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. Objectives : The authors performed this study to identify the effects of caffeine on the alcohoi's sedative and performance disruptive effects. Methods : Epsworth Sleeppiness Scale(ESS), Stanford Sleepiness Scale(SSS), Visual Analogue Scale WAS), Vienna test, Multiple Sleep Latency Test(MSLT) and Breath Ethanol Concentration(BrEc) were checked for the 74 young and healthy college student volunteers aging from 19 to 25 years. Results : Alcohol(1.0g/kg) freduced sleep latency until 5 hours after administration and caffeine(300mg) reversed this effect significantly. Alcohol(1.0g/kg) induced daytime sieepiness and fatigue 3-5 hours after administration and caffeine(l50-300mg) improved sleepiness and fatigue. Vigilance was decreased significantly 1 hour after alcohol administration(0.5-1.0g/kg) and improved 3 hours after caffeine administration(l50-300mg) and attention was not changed after alcohol administration(1.0g/kg) but improved significantly 3 hours after caffeine administration and short-term memory was not changed significantly after alcohol and caffeine administration. On the baseline, the day of alcohol administration only, and alcohol and caffeine administration day, between each vanable(SSS, MSLT, sleepiness, fatigue, mood, vigilance. concentration, and short-term memory) did not show significant consistent correlation. Conclusion : Alcohol decreases sleep latency and induces daytime sleepiness and fatigue, and caffeine prolonges sleep latency and improves daytime sleepiness, fatigue, vigilance and attention in normal subjects. These results showed caffeine reverses alcohol's sedative and performance-disruptive effects.

        Small cell carcinoma(also known as oat cell carcinoma) of the urinary bladder is an extremely rare malignancy and is derived from neuroendocrine stem cells. It is usually biologically aggressive tumor with early vascular and muscle invasion, so it has poor prognosis. Radiological findings of small cell carcinoma are similar to other malignancies of urinary bladder, therefore it is impossible to distinguish small cell carcinoma from other malignancies. Pathologic study is an only useful method for differential diagnosis of bladder tumor. We report here the case of 74th years old woman presented with painless gross hematuria.

        Widespread use of BCG has not controlled tuberculosis, and more effective vaccines are clearly needed. Although chemotherapy will remain the mainstay of antituberculosis treatment, the use of adjunctive immunotherapeutic modalitites is attractive, particularly in persons with drug-resistant tuberculosis. Administration of IL-2 or IFN-γto tuberculosis patients enhance bacillary elimination. Cell-mediated immunity is the critical protective immune response in tuberculosis. Mycobacterial antigens are recognized by T cells and that elicit production of protective cytokines are potentially important vaccine antigens. The 30 kDa antigen is secreted in large quantities by growing mycobacteria. That antigen elicits greater proliferation in lymphocytes from healthy tuberculin reactors than healthy tuberculin nonreactors. In this study, the T lymphocyte proliferative responses to 30 kDa antigen from Mycobactrium tuberculosis H37Rv were examined by using tonsilar and peripheral blood lymphocytes from PPD(+) and PPD(-) tonsilectomized persons. When cultured with 30 kD antigen, tonsilar mononuclear leukocytes and T cells of PPD(+) demonstrated more ^3H-thymidine incorporation than PPD(-) persons (stimulation index was 2.5 and 1.9, 0.8 and 1.0, repectively). Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and peripheral blood T lymphocytes were shown the similar responses to this antigen. The combination of IL-2 and 30 kDa antigen elicited a significant proliferative responsiveness in tonsilar mononuclear leukocytes and T cells of PPD(+) persons (SI was 20 and 14.1). PBMC and peripheral blood T cells of PPD(+) persons were also shown a significant responsiveness, but PPD(-) persons did not show. These results demonstrate that the 30 kDa antigen and IL-2 have a synergistic stimulatory property in mycobacteria sensitizing lymphocytes.

      • 입자상 오염물질의 대기환경기준에 관한 연구

        We provide various fundamental statistics for PM-10 based on air quality monitoring data('96-'98) operated by the Ministry of Environment. The purposes of this paper are to examine the distribution of PM-10 level computed on the basis of a reference method adapted by USEPA and to review national ambient air quality standards for particulate matter in Korea. When we calcualted the 3-year('96-'98) average of the annual mean PM-10 concentrations at 24 monitoring sites. 21 sites were not met 50㎍/m(annual PM-10 standard in USA). Especially. Duckchon-dong and Shinpyung-dong sites at Pusan were recorded the highest concentration. Also, when we considered the 3-year average of the 99^(th) percentile values, 14 sites including Ssangmun-dong at Seoul and Duckchon-dong at Pusan among 23 were classified non-attainment area exceeding 150㎍/m(24-hour PM-10 standard in USA). We suggest that the air quality standards for PM-10 and PM2.5 in Korea must be actually regulated based on scientific review and the public health.

        사설상담소의 현황과 발전방안 - 전라북도를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 상담전문가에 의해 운영되는 전라북도 소재의 사설상담소 현황과 발전방안을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 연구는 사설상담소 선정기준 설정, 웹지도 검색서비스를 통한 사설상담소 상호명 검색, 선정기준에 적합한 사설상담소 선정 및 확인, 전화로 동의를 구한 후 이메일 설문조사 및 직접 방문조사의 과정으로 진행하였으며, 참여한 사설상담소는 50개였다. 연구결과, 사설상담소는 전주시에 가장 많이 분포하였고, 사설상담소 크기는 30평 미만이, 상담공간은 개인상담실 1개가, 상담영역은 일반심리상담이 가장 많았다. 사설상담소의 인력구성은 여성 혼자 운영이 가장 많았고, 소장 이외 상담원이 없는 곳이 약 60%에 달하였으며, 사설상담소 개업 동기는 상담활동을 계속 유지가 가장 많았다. 사설상담소의 운영대상은 청소년이, 주요 수입원은 개인상담이, 수입을 위한 외부 경제활동은 학교강의가 가장 많았으며, 운영에 대한 만족도는 만족이 66%로 높게 나타났지만 운영에 대한 어려움은 불충분한 수입을 꼽았다. 사설상담소의 강점으로는 상담 전문성을, 개선점은 지역전문가 및 상담자원과 연계 강화를 꼽았으며, 운영모델은 1인 상담소장의 연합체를 가장 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 기초하여 사설상담소의 발전방안으로 논의하였다. This study was carried out to investigate the status and development plan of private counseling center in Jeollabuk - do which is operated by consulting experts. This study was conducted as a process of selecting the private counseling center selection, searching the name of private counseling center through web map search service, selecting and checking private counseling center that suits the selection criteria, There were 50 private counseling centers. The results showed that private counseling centers were most distributed in Jeonju city, private counseling center size was less than 30 pyeong, counseling space was one personal counseling room, and counseling area was general psychological counseling. In the private counseling centers, the number of people working alone was the highest, and those without counselors were 60%. The private counseling center was operated by the adolescent, the main source of income was the personal counseling, and the external economic activity for the import was the school lecture. The satisfaction of the operation was high at 66%, but the difficulty in operation was insufficient income . One of the strengths of the private counseling center was counseling expertise, and improvement was in connection with local experts and counseling resources. Based on the results of the study, we discussed the development of private consulting center.

        Synthesis and correlation between structure and photovoltaic performance of two-dimensional BDT-TPD polymers

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Four BDT-TPD polymers (<B>PA</B>–<B>PD</B>) were synthesized by modifying the alkylthienyl chains on BDT, placing spacer group between BDT and TPD, and installing extended conjugated side chains on the BDT of the polymer to investigate the correlation between structure and photovoltaic performance for these polymers. The molecular weight of <B>PA</B>–<B>PD</B> polymers ranged from the highest (<I>Mn</I> = 80 kDa for <B>PA</B>) to the lowest (<I>Mn</I> = 7.9 kDa for <B>PD</B>), and their decomposition temperatures at 5% weight loss were in the range 401–435 °C. PA, <B>PB</B>, and <B>PC</B> showed similar UV–vis absorption spectra; however, <B>PD</B> showed much broader absorption spectrum in the entire UV–vis region, because of the extended conjugated side chains. The HOMO levels of the polymers were −5.72, −5.63, −5.48, and −5.61 eV for <B>PA</B>, <B>PB</B>, <B>PC</B>, and <B>PD</B>, respectively, indicating very low-lying HOMO energy levels. The bandgaps of these polymers were calculated and found to be in the range 1.85–1.88 eV. The theoretical calculations clearly show that the torsional angles between the alkylthienyl group and BDT unit of the simplified dimer correlated to the π-orbital delocalization, suggesting that the HOMO π-electrons of vertically aligned conjugated side chains do not delocalize well in the polymers such as <B>PA</B>, <B>PB</B>, and <B>PC</B> bearing high torsional angles. The optimized weight ratios of the polymer to PC<SUB>61</SUB>BM were determined to be 1:1, 1:1.5, and 1:1 for <B>PA</B>, <B>PC</B>, and <B>PD</B>, respectively, and the average PCEs of the devices were 5.36%, 4.62%, and 2.74% for <B>PA</B>, <B>PC</B>, and <B>PD,</B> respectively, after optimization with 1,8-diiodooctane (DIO). A relatively small amount of DIO as an additive was necessary to reach the optimal PCEs of the devices, and the device incorporating PC needed only 0.5% DIO to obtain the best PCE. The AFM study reveals that the blend films after adding DIO showed much smooth morphologies, and the blend film of <B>PA</B> exhibited more crystalline property, as shown by the XRD analysis.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Four PBDT-TPD polymers were designed and investigated by engineering alkyl group, spacer, and side chains. </LI> <LI> The polymer with branched alkyl chain shows higher PCEs due to better morphology and excellent <I>V</I> <SUB> <I>oc</I> </SUB> (>1 V). </LI> <LI> The polymer with a thiophene spacer shows higher <I>J</I> <SUB> <I>sc</I> </SUB> due to higher planarity of the polymer backbone. </LI> <LI> The polymer with vertically extended conjugated side chain exhibits broader range of absorption. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

        하천시설 통합 유지운영을 위한 정보 현행화 및 프레임워크 구축방향 연구

        최근 기후변화에 따른 다목적 하천기능관리가 요구되고 있지만, 국내 하천분야는 국가하천과 지방하천의 관리주체가 분리되어 하천정보를 통합적으로 운영하지 못하고 있다. 특히 설계 및 건설 준공도서를 재활용한 하천정보의 작성과 갱신이 미흡하다. 또한 하천기본정보는 GIS기반의 RIMGIS 시스템의 의존도가 큰 반면, 하천기본계획 성과물에 의한 공간정보 구축으로 하천정보의 신뢰성이 저하되고 있는 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 하천분야에서 다루는 정보의 활용범위가 다양하나 하천시설물의 유지와 운영을 위한 정보체계를 대상으로 하며 현행 하천시설물 유지운영 관련 정보체계의 현황을 조사 및 분석하여 현안 문제점을 도출하고, 시범적용 사례 검증을 통해 실무정보적인 관점에서 최적의 해결방안을 제시하였다. 그 결과로 상시적으로 신뢰할 수 있는 하천 시설물 유지관리 정보체계를 구축하고 정보통합운영 방안을 검토하였다. 본 연구는 앞으로 하천시설 통합 유지운영을 위한 정보 현행화와 기술적, 제도적인 절차를 개선하는데 활용될 수 있다. 또한 하천분야의 정보구축 개선을 위한 정보프레임워크 구축 방향제시를 통하여 앞으로 타 분야와 정보격차를 해소 할 뿐만 아니라 BIM정보체계를 도입하는데 도움이 될 것이다. Recently, it has become necessary to consider climate change when managing multi-purpose river functions. However, in terms of domestic rivers, the management of national and local rivers is separated and the river information cannot be integratedly handled. Especially, it is not sufficient to collect and update information by recycling reports for design and construction. In addition, the basic information of the rivers is dependent on the GIS-based RIMGIS system, but the reliability of the information is deteriorating due to the construction of spatial information using the river basement planning results. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of the information system with regard to the maintenance and operation of the river facilities. Through the verification of actual cases, the optimal solution was suggested from the point of view of practical information. As a result, we constructed an information system for the reliable maintenance of river facilities and examined the integrated information management plan. The results of this study can be used to improve the existing information and technical and institutional procedures for the integrated maintenance and operation of river facilities. It will be helpful to introduce the BIM as well as solve to the information gap with other fields through the establishment of an information framework to improve the information construction of river areas.
