        연탄재를 충진제로한 고무배합에 있어서의 물성변화 및 그 응용에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to apply in various fields of products economically and practically using the characteristic of ash of holed briquette coal in maximum. According to the test results, the cure rate of ash of holed briquette coal is comparatively late. But it has shown nearly same level of physical properities compared with other fillers except hard clay and grey carbon.

      • 레이다 간섭기법에서 고도민감도를 활용한 지형정보 복원

        Nowadays, SAR Interferometry is actively being studied as a new technique in topographic mapping using satellite imagery. It extracts height values using phase information derived by two SAR imageries covering same areas. Unlike when using SPOT imagery, it is not affected by atmospheric conditions and time. So to speak, we can say that SAR Interferometry is flexible in imagery acquisitions and can get height data economically over wide area. So, it is expected that SAR Interferometry will be widely using in GIS applications. But, in some area occurring geometric distortion, height data are misjudged or not extracted depending on phase unwrapping algorithms. IN the case of ERS tandem data, the accuracy of height data was worst in mountain area. It is the because of the short incidence angle resulted in layover effect. Of the phase unwrapping algorithms, path-following was better in height accuracy but could not get data in layover area. In this area, we could get height data using Height Sensitivity. In concludion, we could get DEM that maintained the accuracy of path-following method and have overall data across imagery.

        In order to calculate the position of parcel boundary points, the area of the Parcel, and the length of the parcel boundary lines using a digitalized cadastral map or maps, the distortion of the map has to be corrected. The correction methods, such as the method of 2D affine transformation using 4 comer points of the edge lines, the method of tessellation into 9 subregions, the method of using the original surveying sheets, and the method of straightening the 4 edge lines, have been developed. In this Paper, the four methods were programed and applied to some sample cadastral maps and the correction accuracies were obtained and analysed. No method could prefectly correct the distortions because the distortions were irregular throughout the maps. However, it is found that tile method of straightening the 4 edge lines is the one which can minimize the distortions when the method is applied after applying the 2D projective transformation on the maps using the 4 comer points of the edges.

        근육세포 분화에 대한 TGF-β1과 OP-1의 억제 효과

        In order to investigate the effect of Transforming growth factor ${\beta}1$(below TGF-${\beta}1$) and osteogenic protein-1(below Op-1) onto the myogenic differentiation, C2C12 satellite myoblastic cell line was cultured and treated with both growth factors. At first morphological changes with microscopical examination were examined, and isolated total RNA to analyse mRNA expression of bone marker proteins, muscle regulatory proteins, TGF-${\beta}$ receptor and their ligands by Northern blot analysis. And cellular proliferative inducibility of both growth factors was also tested to C2C12 cells. Incubating the cell with $5ng/m{\ell}$ of TGF-${\beta}1$ until 4 days almost inhibited multinucleated myotube formation expressing muscular regulatory proteins, and induced decreasing Id proteins. However, no osteoblastic phenotypes was induced by TGF-${\beta}1$ in C2C12 cells. The mRNA expression of TGF-${\beta}$ receptors with TGF-${\beta}1$ was conversed after 48 hours cultured. Type I TGF-${\beta}$ receptor was seemed to play a role in negative signalling for inhibition of myogenic differentiation. OP-1 dose dependently induced ALP activity, osteopontine production and bone sialoprotein production at concentrations above $100ng/m{\ell}$ and osteocalcin production at concentrations above $300ng/m{\ell}$. The concentration of OP-1 required to induce these osteoblastic phenotypes was the same as that required to almost completely inhibit myotube formation. Incubation with above $100ng/m{\ell}$ OP-1 suppressed the expression of mRNA for muscular egulatory proteins from 2 days after incubation. Expression of Id-1, 2, 3 mRNA were stimulated by OP-1 at concentration above $300ng/m{\ell}$. When C2C12 cells were treated with both growth factors, TGF-${\beta}1$ potentiated the inhibitory effect of OP-1 on myotube formation and expression of mRNA for myogenin at 12 days. And TGF-${\beta}1$ reduced osteocalcin and bone sialoprotein production induced by OP-1 at 12 days in C2C12 cells. Both growth factor had no mitogenic effect. These results indicate that OP-1 converts the differentiation pathway of C2C12 myoblasts into that of osteoblastic lineage cells and it's not heritable, but TGF-${\beta}1$ does not and has reversible inhibitory activity on the myogenic differentiation. TGF-${\beta}1$ and OP-1 play a role in myogenic differentiation via different mechanism between them.

      • 모형비행기를 이용한 항공사진촬영과 시설물 정보의 수집

        The need of aerial photographs is increasing for small area development such as facility management, site planning, residence planning, and so on. It is not an easy task, however, to take aerial photographs using an aircraft for metric photogrammetry because of the strict regulatins of flying and also photographing in Korea, as well as the cost. As one of efficient methods to take large-scale aerial photographs, we investigated the ways of photographing by a remote controlled model plane(RC plane) with a light weight non-metric camera on board. We had examined the principles of RC planes and assembled a RC plane, And test photographing was performed. Even though we obtained reasonably good stereo-pairs for the grounds and facilities using the RC plane, we found there were yet many problems to be solved, such as difficulties of RC plane control, camera focusing, and accumulation of dust on the camera lens.

        블록체인 소프트웨어의 취약점을 이용한 OS 커맨드 인젝션 공격에 대한 연구

        Blockchain has been developed as a key technology for many cryptocurrency systems such as Bitcoin. These days,blockchain technology attracts many people to adopt it to various fields beyond cryptocurrency systems for their informationsharing and processing. However, with the development and increasing adoption of the blockchain, security incidentsfrequently happen in the blockchain systems due to their implementation flaws. In order to solve this problem, in this paper,we analyze the software vulnerabilities of Bitcoin and Ethereum, which are the most widely used blockchain applications inreal world. For that purpose, we conduct an in-depth analysis of source code of them to detect software vulnerabilities, andexamine an OS command injection attack exploiting the detected ones. 블록체인 기술은 비트코인과 함께 알려졌으며, 급진적인 암호화폐의 성장과 함께 주요 기술로 인식되었다. 블록체인을 활용하기 위한 노력은 다양한 분야에서 이어지고 있으며 지속해서 발전하고 있다. 하지만 블록체인의 발전과함께 블록체인을 위협하는 보안사고도 증가하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 블록체인의 다양한 보안 위협중 블록체인 소프트웨어의 구현상 문제점을 분석하겠다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인 소프트웨어 중 오픈소스로 개발되는 암호화폐를 보안 관점에서 바라보며 소스코드에 존재하는 취약점을 분석하고, 취약점을 이용한 OS 커맨드 인젝션 공격에 대해 알아보겠다.
