흰쥐 중추신경계내 난소로 투사하는 미주신경로에 관한 연구

본 실험은 부교감신경의 하나인 미주신경이 난소를 지배하는 신경으로 관여하고 있는지를 pseudorabies 바이러스를 이용하여 난소신경로와 난소주사후 미주신경절단을 통하여 조사한 연구 보고이다. 이를 위하여 Sprague Dawley계 암흰쥐를 대상으로 pseudorabies 바이러스를 난소에 주사한 무리와 난소 주사후 미주신경을 절단한 무리에서 뇌를 적출하여 pseudorabies 바이러스에 대한 면역조직화학 염색을 시행하여 비교하였다. 본 실험결과 미주신경 중추신경로내의 상위신경핵들이 pseudorabied 바이러스에 대하여 양성반응이 줄어들었거나 관찰되지 않는 차이를 보였다. 즉 적색핵, 종말판혈관기관, 줄무늬체, 침상핵과 이마엽겉질은 부분적으로 난소의 미주신경로에 관여하고 있으며 미주신경등쪽핵, 고립로핵, 최후영역, 청색반점, 팔옆핵, 코리케퓨즈핵, 흑색질 및 시각교차위핵은 양성반응이 관찰되지 않아 미주신경으로 투사하는 부교감신경핵으로 조사되었다. The mammalian ovary has been known as receiving its innervation by sympathetic and sensory neurons of the peripheral nervous system from the brain. Recently, there were several functional reports that the vagus nerves were also regulating the ovarian function, but the vagus nerve had not been identified by clear morphological evidence. A viral transneuronal tracing technique has been used to demonstrate the morphological evidence for the central vagal involvement in ovarian innervation in brain areas. Bartha strain of pseudorabies virus injection was made into the ovary of Sprague Dawley rats. In experimental group, the vagus nerve of the same injection side was removed right after ovarian injection. At five days after initial injection, all the rats were sacrificed and brains were processed for immunohistochemistry. Several central nuclei including hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus showed strong bilateral positive labelings after unilateral injection in control rats, but the positive labelings were disappeared or decreased in several hypothalamic nuclei and nuclei of the vagus nerve. I n conclusion, these results provide the morphological evidence that vagus nerve has neural connection to ovary and by which the central nervous system may maintains the state of ovulation and reproduction as a possible parasympathetic routes in mammals.

Although the Original founding of Accounting was in European Region, we must count America as advanced Region in Accounting. AAA Published the second Vol-ume as " I ssues in Accounting Education, and contains articles on issues as div-erse as application of research findings in classroom teaching to the move ment toward Professional schools of teaching in the graduate and Undergraduate cou-rse, existing curriculum of most universities, and topics accounting area, but this these is dealing with the movement diection of american accounting educa-tion. Up to date American Accounting Education is condensed with School of Accou-nting Movement. It can be traced to the late 1800's. Developing AICPA System is due to instigate changes in accounting education and generates Federation of schools of accountancy(F S A) In December 1977, an Organizational metting was held in N. Y. to form the Fe-deration of schools of Accountancy, the 21 Charter school Participants was esta-blished as revolution orienting professional accounting educating system, the main contents was to encourage and assist in the development of quality professional accounting programs extending through Post-Baccalaureate Degree withing Unive-rsities. Afterwards 27 schools were established on pf December 31,1983 Due to this FSA movement, the accounting profession in U.S. has achieved the often-cited Characteristics of a well-established Profession. The Changing role of Accountants, expanding body of Knowledge, Increased supply of accounting stu-dents, and Changing environment in business schools of America have been inten-sified Importance of Accountiog schools in university, and now firmly positioned a post-baccalaureate degree in university. Regulation of Standards for schools of Accounting has been developed and will be developed the Accounting Movement.

박인환 시『아메리카 詩抄』에 대하여

This article explores the characteristics of In-whan Park's America's Selected Poetry represented by 12 poems. These poems deal with poet's experiences of traveling a big city in America, but we can find the effort of searching for Korean's identity more than his mere sightseeing about traveling. When the poet experienced the civilization of the city, he must have felt multiple complex about America as well as criticizing civilization of America. The focus I emphasize in this article is his ambivalent attitude toward American civilization. The discrepancy between the reality he saw in America and his existence made his consciousness suffer the disorder of identity. I can find ambivalent images in his America's Selected Poetry represented by 12 poems, which are disappointment, frustration, a sense of estrangement but some admiration in his mind. The previous study on In-whan Park's America's Selected Poetry has focused on the negative aspects of America civilization and the absence of awareness of reality in his poetry, but this article reveals the unifying images of his conflict reality of two civilization, which make his poetry great, I think.

Pelvic actinomycosis is a chronic granulomatous suppurative disease caused by an anaerobic grampositive organism Actinomyces israelii. It is com-monly associated with an intrauterine device(IUD) and can mimick pelvic or intra-abdominal malignant neoplasm. Ureteral obstruction leading to hydronephrosis is a rare complication of tubo-ovarian abscess. We experienced a case of hydronephrosis as a complication of pelvic actinomycotic abscess. The patient was a 46-year-old women presenting with fever and right flank pain. Leukocytosis and pyuria were present and a hydronephrosis was diagnosed by intravenous pyelography. Ultrasonography and a computerised tomography revealed a mass in right adnexum compressing the right ureter. Removal of retroperitoneal abscess and salphingo-oophorectomy were done and the diagnosis of actinomycosis was made by pathologic finding of resected mass. Postoperatively, the patient was treated with second-generation cephalosporin successfully. (Korean J Nephrol 2002;21(2):337-340)

네트웍 데이타베이스에서의 주제별 디렉토리와 키워드 검색엔진의 검색효율에 관한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 주제별 디렉토리인 Yohoo와 키워드 검색엔진인 Alta Vista가 대학도서관 이용자들에 의해 제기된 탐색질문에 대해 얼마나 적합한 문헌을 탐색해 내는지 알아보기 위하여 탐색적 연구의 형태로 진행되었다. 탐색결과는 검색된 문헌의 양, 검색된 적합문헌의 양, 재현율, 정확률의 특정기준에 의해 평가되었다. 특히 Alta Vista는 특정적이고 전문적인 용어의 탐색에 적합한 반면 Yahoo는 일반적이며 추상적인 용어의 탐색에 적합한 것으로 드러났다 The study measured whether two search engines retrieve different Web documents for 6 queries. Two different search engines, Alta Vista in terms of keyword search engines and Yahoo in terms of subject directory engines were measured using as criteria, total number of documents retrieved, total number of relevant documents retrieved, recall and precision ratios. In addition, Alta Vista was suitable for specific and technical terms, while Yahoo was effective for general and plain terms. However, more elaborate research needs to be tested in terms of query characteristics

Tourism English Education Based on Students' Beliefs on Foreign Language Learning

The purpose of this study is to investigate what beliefs Korean college students majoring in tourism English hold about learning foreign languages, particularly on English and to suggest the desirable directions of English teaching for them. To achieve this, one hundred and fourteen students at Seoul Health College participated in the study. A 30 item questionnaire(15 open-ended and 15 closed) about subjects` beliefs on language learning was grouped together into three categories. They included (1) beliefs on the nature of foreign language learning, (2) beliefs on the learners` own English learning, (3) beliefs on the learners' own language learning environment. The main findings and suggestions are provided.

인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래를 통한 DVD(Digital Video Disk)쇼핑몰로서, DVD는 전 세계적으로 계속적인 성장을 보일 것으로 예상되며, DVD의 지속적인 개발에 따른 서비스는 전자상거래를 통한 전문 DVD쇼핑몰 증가와 고객들의 소비가 폭팔적으로 증가할 것이다. 전문적인DVD쇼핑몰은 인터넷을 통하여 가정이나 사무실에서 편안하게 영화에 관한 정보 검색 및 관람과 DVD판매, 대여 등을 고객들에게 서비스를 제공함과 동시에, 보다나은 고화질, 고음질의 영상매체를 전달 및 실시간으로 서비스를 제공하여 자료를 전송한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래 연구와 이러한 서비스를 바탕으로 제공하는 쇼핑몰 시스템을 설계하여 실제적으로 사용할 수 있게 구현하였다. Electronic commerce is possibly the most promising information technology application that enterprises have seen in recent uears. Internet technology offers five to ten times improvement in reaching new customers, increasing the speed at which business is conducted. The DVD shopping malls are needed for our daily life. This paper is meant to show the design and implementation of a DVD shopping mall for internet users. The first part of our paper is that introduces the design of the mall and its databases, and then processes information between web and internet data.

Tourism English Teaching Techniques Converged from Two Different Angles

This paper aims to provide some techniques converged from two different angles(learners and tourism English features)for effective tourism English teaching in junior college in Korea. For this, comprehensive methods were undertaken: a questionnaire for learners` needs analysis, an instrument designed by Xiao-hua and Naerssen (1987) for learners` strategies for oral communication, a small-scale classroom study for learners`preference of teaching techniques; interviews for the feature of tourism English teaching. It is suggested that the specific knowledge of the content and the basic expressions of the content be first identified, and then, interaction, an essential factor, be focised on provoking learners` stategies for communication, and be placed on a continuum from predictable interaction to language parctice, along with various groupings, supports of grammar knowledge when necessary.
