웹 데이터베이스 기반 홈페이지 저작 시스템

본 논문에서는 웹 프로그래밍 기술이 없이도 일반 사용자가 웹 데이터베이스 구축과 함께 멀티미디어 홈페이지를 작성하도록 해주는 시스템 개발을 기술한다. 본 시스템은 페이지 에디터, 웹 데이터베이스를 자동 구축해주는 데이터베이스 마법사와, 웹 데이터베이스의 생성 및 수정을 지원하는 데이터베이스 관리자로 구성되어 있다. 데이터베이스 마법사는 홈페이지 템플릿과 연동되는 데이터베이스를 자동적으로 구축하는 기능을 갖는다. 페이지 에디터는 DHTML(Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language) 컴포넌트를 기반으로 구현되었으며 멀티미디어 홈페이지를 대화형으로 쉽게 지작할 수 있게 한다. 데이터베이스 관리자는 웹 데이터베이스를 생성, 수정 및 유지보수하는 기능을 제공한다. 본 시스템은 웹 데이터베이스 프로그래밍 기술이 없이도 웹 데이터베이스와 연동되는 홈페이지 작성을 쉽게 구축하도록 하는 특징을 갖는다. In this paper, we present the development of a system that helps end-users to generate home pages with the construction of their corresponding web databases without the web programming technique. It consists of a page editor, a database wizard and a database manager. The page editor creates and modifies multimedia home pages. The database wizard generates databases operated with home pages automatically, and the database manager maintains the database related to the home pages. The page editor has been made based on the DHTML(Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language) and lets users generate multimedia home pages interactively. The database manager creates, updates and manages web databases. The system has the advantage which end-users can create multimedia home pages containing databases without requiring web database programming.

대장균내에서 발현된 가용성 IL-6의 정제 및 Alanine-Scanning Mutagenesis에 의한 IL-6 Mutant의 제조

Interleukin-6(IL-6) is a multifunctional cytokine that acts on various target cells to induce a diversity of biological responses. Studies were performed on the purification of soluble and functional IL-6 expressed in the periplasm of Escherichia coli. The coding region of the IL-6 gene was fused to the pe1B secretion signal sequence and the expression was under the control of T7 promotor. Upon cell induction under 26 C, recombinant IL-6 was overexpressed in the periplasmic soluble fraction. The periplasmic soluble extract was already 50% pure and was further purified to homogeneity by gel filtration and Mono-Q column chromatography. About 1.5 mg pure protein was obtained from 11 cultured cells. The recombinant IL-6 had a specific activity_ of 1 x 108 U/mg in B9 bioassay, which is eqivalent to that of the natural IL-6. To understand the structure-functional relationship of IL-6, twenty two alanine substitutions of IL-6 have been generated in helix B and surrounding loop regions (amino acid residues 51-109). Most of the mutant proteins were soluble, but those having alanine substitution at Asp7l, G1u93, Phe 94, G1u95, Tyr97, and Arg104 showed little expression or the reduced yield, suggesting that these residues may involve in the folding process or the stability of IL-6 tertiary structure.

The principle of dietary modification in the diabetes is controling total calorie control, and take orderly meals, and should restrict ingestion of the saturated fat acid, and the simple sugar, and by taking green yellow veritable, seaweed, and fruit as sufficiency and take care of the ingestion of vitamin "B" type which would expedite metabolism, and it is better way to avoid the ingestion the salty food and alcoholic beverages. General exercise guidance will vecommend to take precedence over the medical diagnosis and an case history test before exercise begins, and the beginning of exercise, it start with light exercise, and gradually enhause intensity. Actual exercise program, will elevate an lungs function by the oxygenic exercise, and it is desirable exercise items that can consumable proper energy, and suitable for doing proper exercise by doing walk, stroll, jogging, go up &own the stairs, swimming, badminton, and mountain climbing etc. Exercise intensity is suitable with 30~65 of Vo<아래첨자>2</아래첨자> max, and actual exercise intensity decision is preferable for criterion of subjective symptoms, such as, a condition of sweating brow, sweating on the clothes, and the breathing is hard condition. The exercise intensity may be changeable according to the, pattern of diabetes, in case of pattern Ⅰ, the first step is 30% of Vo<아래첨자>2</아래첨자> max and about 10minutes; the second step is 40% of Vo<아래첨자>2</아래첨자> max and about 20 minutes; the third step is 40% of Vo<아래첨자>2</아래첨자> max and about 30 minutes; the fourth step is 50% of Vo<아래첨자>2 </아래첨자>max and about 30 minutes, and in case of pattern Ⅱ, it perform the first step is 40% of Vo<아래첨자>2</아래첨자> max and about 30 minutes, the second step is 50% of Vo<아래첨자>2</아래첨자> max and about 40 minutes, the third step is 65% of Vo<아래첨자>2</아래첨자> max and about 60 minutes, and the duration time per each step is about one week and both Ⅰ and Ⅱ type together, it is desirable to perform 5~7days. Above duration of exercise and its frequency determination will determine by the relation with the exercise intensity. Take snack that contains carbohydrate during exercise, and will discontinue the exercise when insuline activity is reach on high peak, and it is proper way taking 15~20g’s carbohydrate contained food against possibility of the low blood sugar occurrence after exercise. At last, it is much effective the exercise therapy is combined with the diet therapy for best diabetes treatment.

비만의 원인과 치료에 대한 동서의학적 고찰

The purpose of this study was to investigate efficient treatment in obesity. In order to help clinical application in obesity treatment, this study was performed to investigate the cavse and treatment in obesity. The main finding of this study were an follows. 1. In the cause of oriental medicine in obesity, that were moisture(濕), phlegm(痰), gore(瘀), the productive heat(積熱), overeating, supernutrition, underaction, heredity and habitude, psychologic factor(stress) etc. 2. In the western medicine, the cause of obesity were genetic cause, endocrine disorder, hypothalamic extraodinary and secondary effect of drug. But simple obesity is the greater part. Also there were psychologic and environmental causes. 3. Ear acupuncture of wide application were Naebunbi, Sinmun, Taejang ijo˘m. Pyejo˘m, Bijo˘m etc. 4. Body acupuncture of application were Naejo˘ng, Sanggo˘ho˘, Pungnyung, Kokchi, Samo˘mgyo, Umno˘ngcho˘n etc. 5. In oriental medical treatment of obesity, Bangpungtongs ngsan(防風通聖散), Daesihotang(大柴胡湯), Seungkitang(承氣湯), Bangkihwangkitang(防己黃??湯), Richulsaryeungtang(二朮四??湯), Taeksatang(澤瀟湯), Opieum(五皮飮), Gongyundan(控涎丹) etc were wide applicated. 6. The western medical treatment in obesity encourage the dietary cure, exercise cure and behavior adjustment than medical therapy or operation. In treatment of obesity the dietary cure and Herb-drug therapy, ear acupuncture and body acupuncture are effective. But weight maintenance after treating is more important. After all, the continuous dietary cure, behavior adjusting cure and exercise cure are necessary.

정보통신 표준화 지수측정 모형 개발 연구

The standard issue in the information and telecommunication industry is increasingly important with the rapid development of technology. This paper proposes an index model which can measure the degree of standardrzation in the Korean information and telecommunication field We first classified ICT sector into 14 sub-sectors. Then for each sub-sector, we considered a Set of important determinants to measure the level of standardization, and constructed a linear equation using this set of determinants Finally we estimated the relative degree of importance of each determinant using the AHP methodology The proposed model found that overall level of standardization In the Korean ICT industry is relatively low, and "IMT-2000 technology" and "computer network technology" among 14 sub-sectors are highly standardized sub-sectors The validity of the proposed model was also partially proved using two different methods, holistic and historical approach.

λ₂ 기법을 이용한 자동차 후류 3차원 와구조의 가시화

Three-dimensional vortical structures in the wake behind a road vehicle has been visualized with the help of two-dimensional PIV measurement data. A three-dimensional velocity field has been reconstructed from several sectional measurement data in the x-y, y-z and z-x planes. Isovorticity surface observed by stacking only the sectional data in each plane, does not show the vortical structures within the recirculation region but represents only the strong shear flows. Thus, in the present study, the velocity component normal to the x-y plane is obtained by interpolating those velocities in the z-x plane. Then, a λ₂ -definition which captures the local pressure minimum or vortex core, is applied to visualize the vortices in the recirculation region. The final results represent a successful configuration for the three -dimensional vortices.
