        급성 납중독된 흰쥐의 이물질 대사효소의 활성도에 관한 연구

        In rats treated with lead nitrate and/or red ginseng extract mixture we observed a change in the level of hepatic cytochrome P-450 and electron transport system for P-450 dependent reaction, and a content of zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP) and hemoglobin (Hb) in whole blood. The contents of cytochrome P-450 and b_5, and the activity of ECDEase, AHHase and NADPH-cytochrome C (P-450) reductase were slowly decreased according to the dosage of lead nitrate. On the other hand, the activity of NADH-bs reductase was increased according to the dosage of lead nitrate, but in case of treatment with red ginseng mixture, this enzyme activity was slightly decreased. In whole blood, the contents of hemoglobin and ZPP were not shown any critical change but lead content increased according to dosage of lead nitrate. These results suggest that content and activity of cytochrome P-450-dependent monooxygenase may be dependent on specificity of substrates and exposure duration.

        중소기업의 성장 관점에서 사내 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 실증분석

        Entrepreneurship is an important factor not only for start-ups, but also for scale-up of businesses. In other words, the two aspects of establishment and growth of businesses must be balanced through entrepreneurship. However, it is true that entrepreneurship has been biased toward the former in previous researches and government policies. Here in this research, the causal relationships between the entrepreneurial characteristics of Korean firms and the performance of the company, which is measured by proposal, activity, and business performance are examined as a growth perspective. Based on these relationships, a model describing the operating mechanism of corporate entrepreneurship is derived and policy implications are provided. In conducting research, the hypotheses on the interrelationship of variables are builded using '2016 Entrepreneurship Situation Survey(Corporate)' data from Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation and analyzed by structural equation modeling. In addition, the moderating effect according to the firm size and the mediating effect between entrepreneurship and business performance are analyzed. As a result of this research, the fact that entrepreneurship affects business performance is identified and it is necessary to prioritize corporate vision and strategy for enhancement of entrepreneurship. In particular, necessity of operating system for SMEs is confirmed considering SMEs' entrepreneurship level. The implications of this research are expected to be applied by the government in establishing policy direction to enhance corporate entrepreneurship of SMEs in the future.

        혈장(血漿) MHPG와 HVA 농도(濃度)의 24시간(時間) 주기성(週期性) 변화(變化)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        We invesigated whether the circadian rhythms of plasma MHPG and HVA concentrations exist in 11 healthy young adults, and analyzed the patterns of their circadian rhythms. The results were as follows : 1) The change in the mean plasma MHPG concentrations analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA was not statistically significant. Five subjects showed significant circadian rhythms of plasma MHPG concentrations of each individual, and 4 of those had the acrophases between 17PM and 24PM. 2) The change in the mean plasma HVA concentrations analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA was not statistically significant. Six subjects showed significant circadian rhythms of plasma HVA concentrations of each individual, and 4 of those had the acrophases between 21PM and 6AM. In conclusion, the circadian rhythm pattern of plasma HVA concentrations in our result is consistent with the previous study. It was suggested that plasma MHPG and HVA concentrations should be measured more frequently, and the physical activities of subjects be controlled more strictly for the following study.

        Ethanol이 Trichloroethylene 대사효소의 활성도와 유도성에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to find out the influences of ethanol on the metabolism of trichloroethylene(TRI) in rats. TRI in corn oil at the dosage of 150, 300, 600 mg/kg was injected peritoneally once a day for two days to two groups. In one group ethanol(4 g/kg) was taken orally 30 minutes before TRI injection, and the other group ethanol was not. The results of experiments are as follows: 1. The contents of cytochrome P-450 and $b_5$ had inverse relationship with in-jected TRI amounts in both groups. 2. The activity of NADPH P-450 reductase was decreased slowly in TRI injected group related with TRI amount, but decreased drastically in the group pretreated with ethanol. 3. The activity of NADH $b_5$ reductase had relationship with injected nt amount , but the statistical significance was found only in the groups of 300 and 600 mg/kg of TRI injected without relevance to ethanol when compared with the group that was not injected. 4. The activity of ADH was more decreased and ALDH activity was more increased in groups that TRI injected and ethanol was pretreated with ethanol groups than in group without any treatment. These results suggest that ethanol may inhibit epoxide formulation, the first step of TRI metabolism, and change from TCE-OH to TCA also.

      • 음향 컨벡션 오븐의 성능평가

        Fan convection ovens have been widely used for home and industry applications. Conventional fan convection ovens generate a unidirectional flow, which results in non-uniform temperature distribution inside the oven. In the present study, we aim to measure the performance of an acoustic convection oven which uses an vibrating membrane instead of a fan. The acoustic convection oven substantially decreases system noise and improves temperature distribution inside the oven. Oven performance has been measured for the acoustic convection oven as well as the fan convection oven. Interior temperature uniformity is evaluated by adopting the value of SD (standard deviation). The values of SD for the acoustic convection oven have been compared with those of the fan convection electric oven. Experimental results show that SD for the fan convection oven is about 7.99 in the upper portion and 3.33 in the lower portion. For the acoustic convection oven, SD is about 2.50 in the upper portion and 2.86 in the lower portion at the frequency of 14 ㎐ and the amplitude of 6.0 Vpp. Consequently, the temperature uniformity is enhanced about 68 % in the upper portion and 14 % in the lower portion. Performance for the acoustic convection oven is measured according to the operating frequency and amplitude of the vibrating membrane.

        The main research purpose of this paper is developed to Fusion Management System Model that is competition advantage and excellence airport for the airport authorities. Fusion Management System Model is developed to fuse and convert how is consist of creativity management and management quality system. Fusion management system structure is as follow. Firstly, part of foundation configured to philosophy and intention of CEO, company as like university and value-based creative corporate culture. Secondly, part of body is applied that is process by 6sigma, system by ISO9001. Thirdly, part of head is applied that is strategy and evaluation by Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award of U.S.A. Also, System connected to synergy line that is creativity management, fusion & convergence and trust. Finally, this system has been presented to the practical perspective in order to realize for airport authorities.

        물질안전보건자료 교육에 대한 안전보건관리자와 근로자의 인식

        Objectives: This study was conducted to survey the viewpoints on the material safety data sheets(MSDS) training for safety and health managers(SHMs) and workers. Subjects aanndd Methods: A surveillance was made using a self-reported questionnaire for 78 SHMs and 122 workers to survey their viewpoints on the MSDS training. Survey results were analyzed using the SPSS program(Version 12.0 SPSS Inc., USA). Results: The result of the study shows that there are contrasts with the cognition of SHMs` and workers` on the education of MSDS and the program preference for education efficiency of MSDS. Workers were significantly more interested in the MSDS education than the SHMs did. Workers preferred the education program which is easily to be understood, to voluntarily participate on MSDS education, but SHMs did the quiz program. Also we found that the SHMs wanted to learn the education program via the expert(37.3%) rather than education resources(33.3%) which were served by government or relevant agency. In contrast, workers wanted the audio-visual education program, which is mainly consisted of accident cases (33.3%), rather than periodical education program(22.1%). Conclusions: This study showed that effectiveness of MSDS education was associated with the program served by company, and the education program for the voluntary participation of the workers should be made practical and attractive.

        산업안전보건관리자 특성과 화학물질 유해성 정보전달의 관련성

        Objectives: The aim of the present study was undertaken to investigate the association between communication for chemical hazard information and characteristics of occupational safety and health managers. Subjects and Methods: We surveyed 78 occupational safety and health managers (64 male and 14 female) in 78 chemical manufacturing plants. Data were obtained using a self-reported questionnaire about size and type of company, products, communication system for chemicals and work-related characteristics of occupational safety and health managers. All analyses in this study were performed using SPSS program 12.0. Results: 64.1% of the study participants were occupational health managers aged 39.3 years on average and were graduated from college and university around 90%. 30.0% and of them were majoring in chemistry (engineering chemistry), 18.0% occupational health, 16% nursing and 30.0% others. Occupational safety managers were aged 39.4 years on average, 42.9% of them were majoring in chemistry (engineering chemistry), 21.4% environmental engineering, 10.7% occupational safety and 25% others. 86% of occupational health managers and 71.4% of occupational safety managers were classified as office job. Over 94% of the hazards information for chemicals were delivered by occupational safety and health managers, but about 28.2% workers preferred outside experts who have a profound knowledge about occupational safety and health and understandable, Occupational safety and health managers and workers had difficulties in understanding toxicological information, hazards identification, stability/reactivity, composition/information on ingredients, physical/chemical properties and ecological information. On multiple logistic regression analysis for the 16 heading of material safety data sheet, content of material safety data sheet was significantly associated with education level (odds ratio=0.286, 95% confidence interval=0.105-0.780). The hazard identification (odds ratio=3.947, 95% confidence interval=1.092-14.271) and toxicological information (odds ratio=0.841, 95% confidence interval=0.705-0.998) were significantly associated with type of occupation. Conclusions: This finding implies that the education level, type of occupation and speciality of occupational safety and health managers may affects hazards information delivery.
