        오류 분석을 통한 한국어 목적 표현 ‘-을 겸’의 교육 방안 연구

        This study aims to present implications for foreign Korean learners in order to effectively teach -eul gyeom through the analysis of error in usage. First, it examines how Korean textbooks and teachers’ guidebooks present the target grammar -eul gyeom. The investigation includes: the level at which this grammar is taught, the type of presentation, the explanation, and whether exercises can be used. In addition, the error patterns of -eul gyeom were analyzed in the Korean learners’ corpus of the National Institute of the Korean Language. The results of the error analysis suggest that learners should be more clearly aware of the meaning of the previous clause and the subsequent clause when learning -eul gyeom.

        New polymorphic microsatellite markers in the Korean mi-iuy croaker, $Miichthys$ $miiuy$, and their application to the genetic characterization of wild and farmed populations

        Eighteen new polymorphic microsatellite markers were developed for the Korean mi-iuy croaker ($Miichthys$ $miiuy$, Perciformes, Sciaenidae), and allelic variability was compared between a wild population in Mokpo, Korea, and a hatchery population in Tongyeong, Korea. All loci were amplified readily and demonstrated allelic variability, with the number of alleles ranging from 5 to 37 in the wild population, and from 4 to 12 in the farmed population. The average observed and expected heterozygosities were estimated, respectively, to be 0.74 and 0.78 in the hatchery population samples, and 0.79 and 0.86 in the wild samples. These results indicate lower genetic variability in the hatchery population compared with the wild population, and significant genetic differentiation between the wild population and the hatchery samples ($F_{ST}$=0.058, P<0.001). These microsatellite loci may be valuable for future population genetic studies, monitoring changes in the genetic variation within stocks in a commercial breeding program, conservation genetics, and molecular assisted selective breeding of the mi-iuy croaker in the future.

        메를로 퐁티의 몸 현상학 관점을 통한 감각경험 연구: -한정미의 작품 <움큼>을 중심으로-

        Humans perceive the world through their embodied experience. The perceiving subject weaves subjective sensations and personal experiences to judge objects from a unique perspective. Rather than instant judgment, the human recognizes the object by directly engaging all senses. This study takes a phenomenological approach to the dance performance Handful(움 큼), analyzing the intrinsic meanings through the lived experiences of space, movement, and medium(clay). Merleau-Ponty's perspective reveals the body as the perceiving subject generates diverse meanings in the artwork. The work's space becomes a realm of total experience where sensations, knowledge, and language intersect. The relationships between dancers, clay, and audience demonstrate an intentionality that connects the internal and external. The clay is encouraged to form active exchanges, challenging traditional hierarchies. The dancers' movements innately seek play, imagination, and freedom, while also expressing textures of pain and loneliness. The body that pursues joy and liberation can be seen as an open embodiment with a positive worldview. Applying the phenomenological lens to dance creation and evaluation can help organize deeper layers of meaning and offer transformative experiences for the audience.

        낙동강 원수의 생물활성탄 및 오존처리공정에 따른 수질 변화 및 폴리오바이러스의 제거특성

        오존처리는 음용수중의 유해한 미생물을 소독하는 처리기술로 주로 이용되고 있으며, 생물활성탄 처리기술 역시 오염물질 제거를 포함한 음용수 제조과정에 여러 가지 이점을 제공한다. 이글의 병행처리는 원수중의 여러 물질을 제거하는데 효과적인 공정으로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 낙동강 하류의 매리취수장 원수를 사용하여 생물활성탄 정수처리공정 및 오존에 의한 수질 변화와 함께 폴리오바이러스 제거 효율을 조사하였다. 수질인자들은 BAC 여과를 거치면서 $NH^{+}_{4}-N$등을 포함한 모든 항목들은 거의 제거되는 것으로 나타났다. Pilot-plant를 이용한 정수처리공정별 폴리오바이러스 제거실험에서는 전오존 접촉에 의해 $96.8\%$, 침전단계에서$99.3\%$, 여과단계에서 $99.6\%$의 바이러스가 제거되었으며, 후오존을 거친 BAC 여과수 시료에서는 세포배양법과 ICC-PCR 방법에서 바이러스가 $100\%$ 제거되어짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 오존농도에 의한 폴리오바이러스 제거실험 결과 0.4mg/1에서 5분간 접촉되었을 때는 약 $61.1\%$ 이상이, 0.8mg/1에서 10분 이상 접촉시킨 후에는 바이러스의 $100\% $가 불활성화 되어졌음을 알 수 있었다. Ozonation is a disinfection technique of harmful mi-crobes commonly used in the treatment of drinking water. And Biological Activated Carbon (BAC) treatment also provides numerous benefits for drinking water utilities, including removal of micro- pollutants, improved treatment processes. The multiful-stage ozonation and BAC play roles as effective methods for removing several materials in raw water. Water quality variation in Nak dong river and the removal efficiency of viruses by ozonation-BAC process were investigated on pilot scale. During the period of survey, most of water quality parameters including $NH_{4}^{+}-N$ were highly improved after passing through the BAC. The removal efficiency of poliovirus type III in water treatment process using pilot-plant,$ 99.6\% $ of viruses were removed by pre-ozonation, sedimentation and sand filteration process, $ 100\% $ were removed after in BAC filteration step. In the removal survey of viruses by ozonation, ap-proximately $ 61.1\% $ or polioviruses were inactivated by ozone of 0.4 mg/l within 5 min. and $ 100\% $ were inactivated by ozone of 0.8 mg/l over 10 min.

        산 혹은 알칼리 음독시 상부 위장관의 주 손상 부위

        Background: It is generally known that while alkali ingestion injures principally the esophagus, acid usually spares the esophagus and damages the stomach mainly. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the most common site of upper gastrointestinal tract injury in acid/alkali ingestion based on endoscopic findings. Methods: We retrospectively evaluated 40 patients who ingested acid/alkali for types and amounts of product ingested, time required to undergo endoscopy, and initial endoscopic findings. Endoscopic lesions were graded according to the criteria suggested by Zagar and were graded at the authors' discretion to compare acid injury and alkali injury. Results: In the acrid ingestion group(n=27), the esophagus injury score was 2.55±1.18, the stomach injury score was 2.62±1.78, and the difference was -0.07±1.13, therefore, no significant difference was present(p=0.939). In the alkali ingestion group(n=10), the esophagus injury score was 1.63 ± 1.50 and the stomach injury score was 2.63 ± 1.20. Stomach injury was significantly more severe than esophageal injury(difference : -1.00± 1.18, p=0.026, Wilcoxon signed ranks test). Conclusion: While no difference exists between injuries of the esophagus and the stomach due to acid ingestion, the stomach was the most common site in alkali injury.

      • 무선 전력 전송을 위한 고조파를 제거한 H모양 안테나 설계

        본 논문에서는 2.45GHz 무선 전력 전송에 사용되는 H형태의 고조파 제거용 패치 안테나를 설계하였다. 제안된 안테나의 세부적인 설계와 측정결과를 설명하였고 논의하였다. 제안된 안테나는 유전율이 4.5이고 두께가 0.762mm인 TMM4 기판을 사용하였다. 제안된 안테나는 시뮬레이션 결과 2차, 3차 고조파 성분은 제거되었다. In this paper, we have designed a harmonic suppression H-shaped antenna using wireless power transmission system for 2.45GHz. Details of the proposed antenna designed and measured results are presented and discussed. It is designed to work an a substrate TMM4 of thickness 0.762mm and relative permittivity 4.5. From the simulation results, the second and third harmonics were eliminated.

        치성감염후 발생한 급성 종격동염의 치험례

        Acute mediastinitis is almost always secondary to some other condition, and most cases are due to esophageal perforation. Although acute mediastinitis from odontogenic infection is extremely rare in the era antibiotic drugs, some more fulminant odontogenic infections can produce complications including airway obstruction, necrotizing fascitis and extension of the infection to thorax. Irrespective of the changing incidence of etiologic factors, unless the pathophysiology of acute mediastinitis and its causes are understood and the conditions promptly recognized and properly treated, the result may be prolonged illness and even death. We experienced a case of odontogenic infection followed by acute mediastinitis and present review of literature.

      • 정상인과 체육인의 교합상태에 대한 정성적·정량적 비교 연구

        This study was accompolished to analyze and compare the number and area of the occlusal contact points in healthy volunteers and athletes with nonrial occlusion. For this study, 15 athletes(13 amles and 2 females with average age 20) and 21 healthy volunteers(14 mles and 7 females with average age 20.09) were selected. The visual display acquired by scanning of occlusal record in maximal intercuspation was converted into 16 gray value image. Then, using computer program(] & Lee Occlusal Analyser), the pixel which was in definite range of the gray value was recognized, and the numbers of recognized pixel were calculated to area. The results were as follows ; 1. The average numbers of total alusal contact points were 31.05 in control group, and 34.67 in athlete group. The average area of total occlusal contacts was 100.25mm2 in control group, and 127.78mrn in athlete group. 2. In control group, the average numbers of occlusal contact points were revealed in order as follows the first molar(8.48). the secondmolar(8.24), the second premolar(4.71), the lateral incisor(2.90), the first premor(2.43), the central incisor(2.19), and the canine(2.1). The least average in canine(2.1) was similar to the average(2.19) in central incisor and (2.09) in lateral incisor. In athlete group, the average numbers of occlusal contact points were revealed in order as follows ; the first molar(8.87), the secondmolar(8.47), the second premolar(5.60), the canine(3.80), the lateral incisor(3.33), the first premnolar(2.67), and the central incisor(1.93). 3. In ' control group, the average areas of occlusal contact surface were revealed in order as follows ; the first molar(39.47mm'), the second molar(37.54mu>'), the second premolar(9.541d) the first premolar(6.18mm'), canine(3.49mn?), the central incisor(2.76mn?), and the lateral incisor(1.28mm'). In athlete group, the average areas of occlusal contact surface were revealed in order as follows ; the first molar(44.l1mm'), the second molar(40.69mm'), the second premolar(16.50mm'), the first premolar(9.39mm'), the canine(5.08 mm'), the lateral incisor(3.7mni), and the central incisor(2.25mmT 4. With aging in both control and athlete group, there was a decreasing tendancy in average number of occlusal contact point, and was an increasing tendancy in average area of occlusal contact surface. In comparison at each age, both the numbers and area of occlusal contact were greater in athlete group than in control group. It was not significant in the numbers of occlusal contact points beween athlete and control group(p>0.1), but significant in the area of occlusal contact surface(p<0.05). 5. In comparision as to the kind of sports(Gymnastics : 2, Rugby : 3, Soccor : 5, Ice hocky : 5), the numbers Of occlusal contact points were the most in ice hocky, and the area of occlusal contact surface was the greatest in gymnastics. With increasing a career in athlete group, there was a decreasing tendancy in average numbers of occlusal contact points and was an increasing tendancy in average area of occlusal contact surface. By 'I'-scan analyzing, the contact numbers on the anterior teeth were greater in control group than in athlete group, and on the posterior teeth were greater in athlete group than in control group. And the results aquaired by T-scan were lesser than that aquaired by the silicone bite records. It was not significant in the posterior teeth, but significant in the anterior teeth. In T-scan records, the numbers of occlusal contact points on second molar were the greatest, but rn the silicone records, the numbers on first molar were the greatest.
