      • 한센병 환자의 족저궤양과 최대 족저압력과의 관계

        Foot ulceration results in substantial morbidity in patients with peripheral neuropathy. The purpose of this study was to find the relationship of plantar foot pressures during walking to plantar ulceration in patients with Hansen's disease. The subjects were recuruited from two Welfare Clinic for Hansen's disease in Wonju and Uiwang city. Ten subjects (5 females, 5 males) with plantar ulceration and a mean age of 63 years were evaluated in this study. The mean duration of Hansen's disease in these subjects was 30 years. Plantar pressures were measured during self-selected comfortable walking speed by using MatScan system. Three subjects had plantar ulceration under the first metatarsal head. Five subjects had plantar ulceration under the second and third metatarsal head. Two subjects had plantar ulcers under the fifth metatarsal head. Eight of 10 subjects had plantar ulceration at highest pressure point that measured during walking. This result suggests that the abnormal high plantar pressure could be related factor to plantar ulceration in patients with Hansen's disease. Also the foot pressure measurement may be useful to evaluate the risk of plantar ulceration in patients with Hansen's disease.

        항공기 자동착륙시스템을 위한 제어기법에 관한 연구

        최근 항공기 착륙시스템을 자동화하려는 노력이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 제어이론의 발달에 따라 최적제어, 적응제어, 지능제어와 같은 최신제어이론을 적용하여 Blind Landing System의 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ILS로부터 나오는 신호를 받아 정해진 Glide Path를 추종하고 또한 일정고도에 도달하면 플래어하여 안전하게 접지할 수 있도록 하는 제어시스템을 개발하고자 항공기의 자동착륙시스템을 위한 제어기법들을 연구하였다.

        This study was conducted to have basic and applied informations to establish the cultivation method and to improve the cultivation techniques of Angelica gigas Nakai through investigating the rates of germination and seedling establishment with treatment of plant growth regulator and seed priming. The germination rates of round shape seed were about 0.3~12% higher than those of parallel shape. The germination rates with different storage durations were increased at the level of 25oC and 4oC with the storage days, while they were clearly higher at -20oC compared to those at 4oC and 25oC without the storage durations. With the results of germination rates with treating of plant growth regulator and seed priming, their rates with the round shape seeds were comparatively higher about 6% than those with parallel shape seed and they were increased with increasing of the storage durations. The germination rates were generally appeared higher with GA3 than did those with seed priming. The highest germination rate was appeared at 50 ppm GA3 of plant growth regulator and at -0.5 MPa PEG6000 of seed priming. The germination rates?ㅤ ?ㅤ of Angelica gigas were different with different temperature, storage durations and the treatments of plant growth regulator and seed priming. These results could be used according to different cultivating conditions.

      • 탈냉전 시대 유엔의 강제적 인권레짐의 형성배경과 실태

        본 논문에서는 잭 도넬리의 인권레짐 분석을 기초로 탈냉전 시대 유엔의 강제적 인권레짐의 형성배경과 실태에 대해 연구하였다. 잭 도넬리는 『국제인권 : 레짐분석』이라는 논문에서 국제인권레짐을 선언적 레짐, 장려적 레짐, 실행적 레짐, 그리고 강제적 레짐으로 분류하여 서술하고 있다. 그러나 그는 유엔에 의한 강제적인 인권레짐의 형성은 불가능한 것으로 보고 있으며 강제적 인권레짐이 형성되기 위해 「국제적인 의사결정」과 「국제적인 감시체제」가 형성되어야함을 설명하고 있다. 이러한 분석의 기준에 덧붙여 본 논문에서는 「국가주권에 대한 제한」 및 「국제법의 주체로 인식된 개인」을 강제적 인권레짐이 형성될 수 있는 기준으로 설정하고 그 시대적인 요인을 네 가지로 분석했다. 첫째, 구 소련과 구 동구권 공산국가들, 그리고 제 3세계 국가들의 민주화의 실패로 야기된 대규모 인권침해사태, 둘째, 세계화의 확대에 따른 정치적, 경제적, 사회적 측면에서의 인권침해 현상, 셋째, 저강도 분쟁으로 불리는 새로운 국제분쟁의 유형과 국내분쟁의 급증으로 인한 집단학살이나 대규모 살육과 같은 인권침해사태의 증가, 마지막으로, 인간안보를 중심으로 새롭게 대두된 신안보개념의 등장 등이 유엔에 의한 강제적 인권레짐의 가능성을 담보해낼 시대적인 요인이라고 보았다. 이러한 현실적인 유엔의 강제적 인권레짐 실태로는 심각한 인권침해를 저지르는 국가에 대한 유엔안보리의 인도주의적인 군사적 · 경제적 제재조치, 인도주의적인 관점에서 탈냉전 시대 변화해 가는 유엔의 평화유지활동, 전 세계적인 감시체제를 가동하면서 유엔의 인권정책을 통합한 유엔 인권고등판문관 활동, 그리고 심각한 인권침해를 저지른 각 국의 개인범죄자들을 처벌할 수 있는 국제형사재판소 활동 등을 들 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze on the background and the realities of the United Nations' enforcement regime for human rights in post-cold war era. In 1986, Jack Donnelly presented the most prominent paper in the international human rights field called "International Human Right : A Regime Analysis." In the paper, he regarded international human rights activities as human rights regime and arranged the international human rights regime into four categories, declaratory regime, promotional regime, implementation regime, and enforcement regime. There are two major problems in his international human rights regime analysis. First of all, he insists that enforcement regime would be hard to be realized in the international society because of nation states sovereignty. Secondly. he ignores the important role of human rights Non-Government Organizations at the level of international politics. Because of the date of his thesis, he couldn't focus on human rights regime in the post-cold war era. This thesis gives the major reasons for the United Nations' enforcement regime for human rights. Why is United Nations' enforcement regime for human rights necessary in the world? First, the side-effect of democratization is more serious human rights violations in former Soviet Union and the Third World. Second, globalization has had a negative effect on human rights on the political, economic, and social level. Third, low-intensity conflict throughout the world has caused more death and injury than it did during the cold war and civil was has also broken out more frequently than interstate conflict since cold war. This means the United Nations peace-keeping operations have suddenly had to increase due to the increase of low-intensity conflict or civil war. Finally, a new security concept has replaced the traditional security concept. It mainly focuses on human security including social, economic, environmental security. This thesis mainly presents four major categories of the United Nations' human rights enforcement regime. These are the United Nations Security Council, the United Nations Peace-keeping Operations, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and the United Nations International Criminal Courts.

        동결온도가 진공포장 동결육의 품질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 진공포장 동결육의 품질에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 수행하였다. 해동드립은 -3℃와 -20℃ 동결이 60일째 각각 5.23% 및 5.17%로 동결기간이 경과함에 따라 현저하게 증가하였다. 가열감량은 water bath와 pan에서 가열한 것이 모두 동결초기보다 동결기간이 경과함에 따라 현저하게 증가하였다. 그러나 -3℃와 -20℃ 사이에는 현저한 차이가 없었다. 염용성 단백질의 추출성은 동결기간이 지남에 따라 감소하였고, -20℃ 동결이 -3℃보다 추출성이 더 높았다. 수용성 단백질의 추출성은 동결기간이 경과하면서 증가하였고 -3℃ 동결이 -20℃보다 현저하게 높았다. 그리고 L, a 및 b값은 저장초기가 동결저장 중보다 높다. Myoglobin의 변성율은 -3℃ 동결이 -20℃보다 비교적 높게 나타났는데, -3℃ 동결의 15일째가 96.0%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 전단력가는 동결저장 중 현저한 변화가 없었고, 근원섬유의 소편화도는 동결초기보다 동결저장이 더 높았지만 동결저장 중에는 변화가 없었다. pH는 -3℃와 -20℃ 동결저장 모두 45일까지 감소하다가 그 이후에는 증가하는 경향이었다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of freezing temperature on quality of vacuum packaging freezed beef. In case of thaw drip loss, the freezing of -3℃ and -20℃ were 5.23% and 5.17% to 60 days respectively, were increased significantly during freezing. The cooking loss of water bath and pan were increased significantly during freezing than the beginning of freezing, but were no different between -3℃ and -20℃. The salt soluble protein extractability was decreased during freezing, the -20℃ freezing was higher than -3℃ freezing. The water soluble protein extractability was increased during freezing, the -3℃ freezing was higher than -20℃ freezing. The L, a and b value of the beginning of freezing higher than during freezing. The myoglobin denatured percentage of the -3℃ freezing was higher than -20℃ freezing, the 15 days storage of -3℃ freezing was highest to 96%. The shear force value was not change during freezing, the myofibrillar fragmentation index during freezing was higher than the beginning of freezing, but was not change during freezing. The pH was decreased to freezing 45 days, after that increased.

        ISP의 BcN 투자 및 요금체계 평가모형 : 실물옵션과 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션의 응용

        모든 정보통신서비스가 All-IP 통합 인프라로 제공되는 BcN 구축은 우리나라의 핵심 국책사업 중의 하나로, 인터넷 강국으로서의 글로벌 입지를 굳히는데 결정적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 BcN 기술의 성숙에도 불구하고, 제도적 측면에서 이의 성공을 뒷받침하는 연구는 드물다. 특히 BcN 요금체계와 같은 정책적 문제에 대해서는 별다른 진전이 없다. 본 연구에서는 요금정책이 BcN 투자에 미치는 영향을, 실물옵션과 Monte Carlo 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 분석하였다. 실험결과, BcN 수요의 불확실성뿐만 아니라, 요금체계와 관련된 정책대안이 사업자의 수익구조와 투자동기에 중요하게 작용하였다. 또한 수익과 투자시점은 밀접한 관계를 가지며, 트래픽 규모가 수입에 직접 반영되는 요금체계에서 BcN 투자가 앞당겨짐을 알수 있다. 특히 ISP와 CP간의 요금체계가 투자 의사결정에 보다 크게 작용하는 것으로 파악된다. 이러한 결과는, 사업자의 자발적인 첨단 인프라 및 서비스 개발이 국민경제에 긍정적으로 작용하는 동태적 효과를 보다 전향적으로 검토할 것을 요청한다.

      • 스쿠버다이빙장비 구매결정요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate opportunities in the scuba diving market and examine the factors influencing the customer's purchase decision in scuba diving equipment in order to provide guidelines for planning effective marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty, The subjects were scuba diving customers at scuba diving resorts or scuba diving pro shops in the Republic of Korea Eight hundred forty-three customers voluntarily participated in this study by completing a survey. The statistical analyses were performed by using the SPSS 10.0 software, The statistical techniques used for analysis were factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's post hoc test, Statistical significance was accepted at an alpha Level of p<.05. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, female customers in the study indicated that its quality was the most important element of their purchase decision when considering equipment, followed by design, price, brand name, rarity, and fashion. The females ranked these factors significantly higher than their male counterparts. Second, people in their 20s thought that quality was the most important factor that influenced their purchase decision, followed by price, design, rarity, brand name, and fashion, They rated these factors significantly higher than the rest of the subjects, Third, people with high incomes (monthly income l,500,000won) felt that price and rarity were the most important factors for their purchase decision, while people with high incomes (monthly income 3,500,000won) indicated that quality was the most important factor. Forth, people with high education (bachelor degree) thought that function was the most important factor for their purchase decision, followed by quality, convenience, price, and design, Fifth, people who participated in scuba diving between one and three times a week believed that design was the most important factor for their purchase decision making, followed by rarity, brand name, advertisement, fashion, and the location of the store, Sixth, people with less than three years of scuba diving experience indicated that price was the most important factor for their purchase decision, followed by the design, brand name, rarity, fashion, and advertisement, Seventh, scuba diving beginners tended to believe that design was the most important factor for their purchase decision followed by brand name, and fashion.

      • 흰쥐 腦의 中心扁桃核에서의 Substance P 및 Enkephalin 함유구조의 형태학적 특징

        흰쥐 뇌의 중심편도핵에서의 substance P (SP) 및 Enkephalin (ENK) 함유신경세포 및 축삭종말의 분포를 관찰하기 위하여 peroxidase antiperoxidase법을 행하여 다음의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. SP함유신경세포는 중심편도핵의 medial zone에 분포하였고 SP함유축삭종말은 lateral capsular zone에서 고밀도로 관찰되었다. SP함유신경세포는 원형 내지는 타원형이었고 2∼3개의 근위수상돌기(proximal dendrite)를 가졌다. ENK함유신경세포 및 축삭종말은 공히 central 및 lateral capsular zone에 존재하였다. ENK함유 신경세포는 직경이 약 17-24㎛ 정도였고 3∼4개의 근위수상돌기를 관찰할 수 있었다. The central amygdaloid nucleus is rich in a number of neuropoptides. The present study examines the distribution and morphological characteristics of substance P (SP) and leucine-enkephalin (ENK) containing neurons in this nucleus. The results obtained were as follows: SP immunoreactive cells were observed within the medial zone and SP immunoreactive axon terminals were heaviest within the lateral capsular zone. The immunoreactive cells were round or oval shape (diameter, 15-20㎛) and had two or three proximal dendrites. ENK immunoreactive cells and axon terminals located within central and capsular zones. The immunoreactive cells were round or oval shape (diameter, 17-24㎛) and had three or four proximal dendrites.

Therefore, For solving the problems we apply to a packing method for using dried materials. That is to say it is a kind of making into an instant. In this study, There is a purpose to present fundamental data, comparing and analyzing a phenomenon about aggregate's absorption following the rate of adding water, for using existing materials.

In this study, There is a purpose to present fundamental data, comparing and analyzing a phenomenon of aggregate's absorption following the rate of adding water, for using existing materials.
