        MZ세대 골프참여자의 지각된 가치와 골프태도 및 지속참여의도의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the perceived value of golf participants in the MZ generation, golf atti- tude, and intention to participate continuously. To achieve the purpose of the study, golf participants who had participated in golf round- ing among the MZ generation born from the early 1980s to the early 2000s were selected as the target population, and a survey was con- ducted by the research firm Embrain, targeting a total of 493 participants.. Samples were extracted through the convenience sampling method, and data analysis was conducted on a total of 309 people from the collected data. For the result analysis, we utilized SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 and conducted frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability analysis using Cronbach's ɑ value, corre- lation analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, first, the perceived value of golf participants in the MZ generation had a positive (+) effect on social attitudes and emotional attitudes. Second, the social attitudes and emotional attitudes of golf participants in the MZ generation had a positive (+) effect on the intention to continue participation. Third, the perceived value of golf participants in the MZ generation had a positive (+) effect on the intention to continue participation. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the perceived value of golf participants in the MZ generation and establish effective marketing strategies based on this to form favorable social attitudes and emotional attitudes, and maintain continuous relationships.

        관절가동술과 스트레칭이 어깨후방뻣뻣함을 가진 충돌증후군의 어깨관절 근활성도와 안쪽돌림에 미치는 영향

        Background: Posterior shoulder tightness, which is a problem mainly seen in patients with shoulder impingement syndrome, disrupts the scapulohumeral rhythm between the humerus and scapulae. Objects: The aim of this study was to compare the effects of joint mobilization and stretching on shoulder muscle activity and internal rotation range of motion (ROM) of the glenohumeral joint in patients with impingement syndrome with posterior shoulder tightness. Methods: The research subjects included 22 in-patients with impingement syndrome with posterior shoulder tightness. They were randomly divided into two groups: one group (12 patients) was treated with joint mobilization and the other group (10 patients) was treated with stretching for the posterior shoulder tightness. Each treatment was performed five times a week for two weeks, and there were 15 sessions for each treatment. The ROM of the internal rotation and muscle activities of shoulder joint were evaluated pretest and posttest in each group. Electromyography data were collected from the upper, middle, and lower trapezius and serratus anterior during shoulder abduction of 90°, 120°, and 150°. Results: Both the joint mobilization and stretching groups showed significant decreases in muscle activity in the upper, middle, and lower trapezius on the posttest (p < 0.05). There was a significant difference in serratus anterior at 150° (p < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between group in post-hoc analysis (p > 0.025). The internal rotation ROM was significantly increased in the stretching group compared to that in the joint mobilization group (p < 0.025). Conclusion: This study found that both joint mobilization and stretching for posterior shoulder tightness were effective in muscle activity during arm abduction, also in order to increase internal rotation ROM of shoulder joint, stretching was effective in patients with impingement syndrome with posterior tightness.

        저온저장에 의한 햄버거의 품질 및 저장 안전성

        This study was conducted to investigate the storage period and quality characteristics. The L- and b-value of hamburger patty added significantly during storage, but the color of hamburger bread was not changed. The springiness, cohesiveness, gumminess and chewiness of hamburger patty added significantly during storage. The cohesiveness of hamburger bread was added but the chewiness decreased significantly during storage. The pH of hamburger showed 5.66∼5.69 during storage. The TBA of hamburger patty added from 0.19 to 0.36 malonaldehyde mg/kg, and the VBN added from 3.58 to 7.83mg% during storage. The viable bacteria to 8 days storage was 5.1${\times}$105 CFU/g. The coliform group, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus was not detected during storage. The taste, aroma, color and texture was not changed, and was not appearance of mold and slime during storage.

        Gas Chromatography - Electron Capture Detector 를 이용한 산분해간장중의 3 - Monochloro - 1 , 2 - propanediol 분석법에 관한 연구

        To investigate the optimum condition of 3-monochloro-l,2-propanediol(MCPD) analysis, gas chromatography with electron capture detector was-used. Determination of MCPD derivatized with phenylboric acid was more effective than that of underivatized MCPD. In derivatization of MCPD with phenyl boric acid, there were no significantly different between boiling for 2min at 90℃ and vortexing for Smin at room temperature. Extrelut column was suitable for extraction of MCPD diluted in 20% NaCl solution and recovery rates were higher than direct extraction of MCPD with ethyl acetate. But, the method of direct extraction of MCPD with ethyl acetate was useful for rapid and qualitative analysis. The sample extracted in soysauce(ganjang) was derivatized with phenylboric acid and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass selective detector. That was confirmed as MCPD-phenylboronate.

        수분함량, 상대습도 및 pH가 냉장 우육의 색도 및 색소에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 냉장우육의 수분함량, 상대습도, pH, 색도 및 색소의 상관관계를 검토하였다. 등심과 사태의 표면 및 내부의 수분함량과 상대습도는 저장 중 일률적인 변화를 보이지 않았고, pH는 저장기간에 따라 높아지는 경향이었다. L값은 저장말기로 갈수록 높아졌고, b값은 표면이 내부보다 낮았다. 등심과 사태의 표면 및 내부에 공통적으로 myoglobin과 metmyoglobin이 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 그리고 등심의 표면과 내부는 oxymyoglobin과 metmyglobin이 음의 상관관계가 있고, 사태의 표면과 내부는 myoglobin과 L 값이 양의 상관관게가 있으며, myoglobin과 oxymyoglobin이 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 그러나 수분함량, 상대습도 및 pH는 색의 변화와 일률적인 상관관계는 없었다. This study was investigate correlation of moisture content, relative humidity, pH, color difference, myoglobin(Myo), oxymyoglobin(Oxy) and metmyoglobin(Met). The moisture content, relative humidity of loin and shank were not changed uniformly during storage, the pH was raised according to storage period. The L value was raised at the closing stage of the storage period, the surface of the b value was higher than interior. Between Myo and Met were positive correlation in common with loin and shank. The surface and interior of loin were negative correlation between Oxy and Met, the surface and interior shank were positive correlation between Myo and L value and were negative correlation between Myo and Oxy. The moisture content, relative humidity, pH and color were not correlation uniformly.

      • Microwave를 이용한 생약제 잔류농약의 추출방법에 관한 연구

        현행 생약의 잔류농약 허용기준 및 시험방법에 의한 잔류농약 추출방범은 다량의 유기용매의 사용과 더불어 추출시 장시간이 소요.되므로 다량의 시료를 분석하는 데는 비경꼭작 및 비효율적인 점 등이 지적되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 잔류농약 추출법에 비해 친환경적 · 경제적 장점이 있는 ndcrowave 에너지의 선택적 가열 추출 특성을 이용하여 추출조건을 예측, 그 가능성을 조사하였으며 현행 진랑 추출법과 추출효율을 비교 검로하였다. 수집한 당귀 등 10종의 생약재 중 농약잔류가 확인된 인삼(BHC, 9.6ppal)과 재배면적과 사용량이 비교적 높은 천궁을 모델시료로 선택하여 microwave 추출 최적조건을 예측한 결과 인삼의 경우 용매는 acetone 47.j~8o%, 츤출시간은 32~54.8초, 천궁의 경우 용매는 acetone 68.B~BOO%, 추출시간은 23.3~38.6초로 조사되었다. 인삼과 천궁의 추출조건을 바탕으로 생약재 잔류농약의 최적추출 조건을 예측한 결과 아세톤 농도 69~80%, 마이크로파 응량 (60w 이상), 추출시간 32~39초로 나타났다. 또한 예측회귀식의 신뢰성을 확인하기 위하여 예측된 추출 최적조건 임의최적점(ac티one/hexane75/2s(%), microwave power 100w, 추출시간 35초)을 선택하여 실제 추출실험을 실시 한 결과, 각 반응변수들의 예측값은 실제값과 유사하여 그 신뢰성이 확인되었다. 마지막으로 현행 진탕추출법과 microwave를 이용한 추출법의 추출효을을 비교 분석한 결과 용매 사용량, 추출시간, 회수율 면에서 microwave 추출법이 우수하였다. Much time and solvent was wasted for extraction of pesticide in natural medicines by the currently used analysis method(shaking method). In this study, microwave-assisted extraction(MAE), known as a more environmental, practical and economic in terms of less time, less solvent, less energy and less waste, was investigated to analysis of pesticide. Solvent ratio(acetone/hexane(%)), microwave power(W) and extraction time(sec.) were chosen as three factors, and the optimal conditions of pesticide extraction in ginseng(BHC was detected) and chungung(more use and cultivated and others) were determined by response surface methodology. The optimized conditions for pesticide extraction from ginseng and chungung were 45.5-80% acetone/hexane, 32-54.8 sec. extraction time and 68.8-100% acetone/hexane, 23.3-38.6 sec. extraction time, respectively. The predicted values at the optimum conditions(75% acetone/hexane, 100W microwave power and 35 sec. extraction time) were agree with experimental values. The results of optimal conditions of microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) were compared with the currently used method. The recoveries, extraction time and amount of solvent were significantly reduced in comparing with shaking method.
