      • KS H ISO 1242 표준의 평가 : 라반딘 정유의 산값 측정

        The acid value (AV) as well as the ester value of essential oil is an important index to evaluate quality of essential oil. The official standard analytical method of KS H ISO 1242 dealing with “Essential oils - Determination of acid value” was assessed experimentally using two lavandin essential oils obtained in France as an example. One French lavandin oil sample showed the results of AV= 0.9 by both indicator method and potentiometry. Another sample showed AV = 1.9 by indicator method and AV = 1.6 by potentiometry. Latter lavandin oil sample exhibited significantly higher acid value than maximum value of 1 described in the standard. This result suggests that latter lavandin oil was contaminated, because this oil was contained in an orange juice bottle. Results of this study proved that KS H ISO 1242 could be used as a suitable scientific standard for the determination of acid value of essential oils.

        미술 속의 인터페이스 : 르네상스 이후 미술에서 스크린과 프레임 개념의 변용

        The Interface is a border-face between two different systems, or is a kind of nod that machine-users inter-communicate their information. It is, as well, a surface which can provide efficient communication between two spheres. In this essay, I study the picture-planes as interfaces that artists, especially painters, have used for seeing, experiencing and representing the world. It is a two dimensional surface, that is a screen in or on which the representation is put into operation. For this purpose, I surveyed the concepts of window, mirror, and frame. In the history of art, they have been used metaphorically by artists for providing various meanings of screens. However, they are divided into two categories. The first is the function of ‘transparent window’ that is based on perspective, and the other is the function of ‘opaque surface’ that is characteristic of modern painting in the 20th century. Recently, in new media art, electronic screens and digital interfaces can function as places that make it possible for artists to show experiences of space and time concretely. Therefore, we need a kind of new aesthetic for new screen interfaces. There are points which attract our attention. The points are our body's role as the foremost media of perception and the relation of our body to new media. Our bodies as subjects of immersion have become frames that are receiving all kinds of information perceptively in digital convergence cultures. In this way, we shall be able to think about bodies as interfaces.

        유아교육환경으로 컴퓨터 테크놀로지 통합에 대한 예비 유아교사의 인식 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate competence in computer, attitudes, and perceptions of prospective teachers in relation to integrating computer technology into early childhood education, and to identify factors that affect their perceptions about this integration. The subject of this study was 312 prospective teachers of early childhood education and care. Survey was made to collect necessary data by asking them to complete a demographic questionnaire consisted of technology competence, attitude toward computer technologies and perception about integrating the technologies. Results indicated as follows: 1) Study participants had high competence in computer and relatively positive attitudes toward computer and reported positive perceptions about integrating technologies into early childhood education. 2) Significant differences were found between groups categorized based on individual backgrounds in computer competence, attitude toward computer technology and perception about integrating technology. 3) The important factors which affect prospective teachers' perception of integrating technology into the education were 'usefulness' and 'comfort' in computer attitude and 'competence' in word processing and internet in respect to computer skills. Implications for university faculty involved in pre-service education are discussed. These results will offer useful information to university faculty when they establish efficient instruction strategies and curriculum.

        Micronucleus test를 이용한 수종 결합용레진과 상아질결합제의 돌연변이 유발에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the mutagenicity of the bonding resins of dental composites and the dentin bonding agents. Eight bonding resins, six dentin bonding agents and distilled water (negative control) were administered orally and cyclophosphamide (positive control) was administered intraperitoneally to the mice. The mice were killed by cervical dislocation at 24 hours after administration and the femurs were removed and dissected. The bone marrow cells were collected and smeared on glass slides and stained with haematoxylin-eosin staining method and were observed with light microscope(X450). The following results can be drawn: 1. The bonding resins of dental composites and the dentin bonding agents were tested in this study seemed to be non-mutagenic. 2. The numbers of micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes were similar both in the bonding resins of dental composites and the dentin bonding agents. 3. In the case of some products(AP, SC' and AA), the number of micronucleated polychromatic erythrocs was high beyond other products.

        유아특수교육 기관의 개별화교육프로그램 운영실태 및 개선 방안

        본 연구에서는 유아특수교육교사 8명과의 심층면담과 30개의 IEP 문서 분석을 통해, 특수교육진흥법 상의 규정과 유아특수교육 추천 실제에 따른 IEP의 질적 수준을 알아보았다. 연구결과 특수학급 교사의 경우 유치원 교육과정과의 연계가 부족한 IEP를 작성하여 운영하고 있으며, 개별화교육운영위원회는 실질적으로 소집되지 못하고 있고, IEP의과정에 보호자의 참여 정도는 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 대부분의 IEP 내용은 유아의 현 수행수준에 근거한 장 · 단기 목표의 기술을 제외하고는 상당히 형식적이고 제한적이어서 IEP 운영에 도움을 주지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 특수교육진흥법 상에 규정되어 있지는 않지만 실제 현장에서는 가족지원이 다양한 방식으로 이루어지고 있으며, 다학문적 팀의 구성과 구성원들 간의 협력은 교사에 따라, 또는 기관에 따라 큰 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일반 유치원 프로그램의 일일 계획안과 IEP와의 연계, 발달적 교육과정과 유치원 교육과정과의 연계, 목표의 수정, 개별화교육운영위원회의 협력적 참여, 객관성 있는 수행 평가 면에서 유아특수교육교사들은 어려움을 나타내 보였으며, IEP 작성과 운영에 따른 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 표준화된 IEP 양식 또는 구조화된 IEP와 평가준거의 예가 제시된 IEP 모델이 필요한 것으로 교사들은 제안하고 있다. Various research has identified a number of problems with individualized education program (IEP) development and implementation among schools, including a lack of adequate teacher training, poorly developed team processes, minimal coordination with general education, and failure to develop measurable goals and objectives to evaluate child achievements. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality levels of IEPs implemented in early childhood special education (ECSE) settings based on recommended ECSE practices and requirements of the Korean Special Education Enhancement Act. Through an in-depth focus group interview with eight ECSE teachers from eight different programs and an analysis of 30 IEPs, the study investigated: 1) how regulations on IEP development and implementation of the Special Education Enhancement Act, specifically regulations on IEP team organization and implementation, parent participation, and IEP contents, are interpreted in ECSE programs; 2) how ECSE program professionals collaborate with families and how family supports are provided; 3) how a multidisciplinary approach is put into practice and effective levels of collaboration among IEP team members; 4) ECSE teacher suggestions for solving problems with IEP development and implementation, and for improving practices. The results indicate that special education classroom teachers of regular kindergarten programs develop and implement IEPs that are irrelevant to their curricular. IEP procedural deficits were found in the area of team process. It was found that the ECSE programs lack a multidisciplinary team approach when developing and implementing IEPs. Overall, parental participation was not ensured even though regulations require IEP teams to include parental requests in IEPs and implement their signed IEPs. Key personnel such as regular early childhood education teachers and therapists were found to be absent from IEP meetings. However, differences were found among the programs in the team process. Programs specialized only for young children with disabilities demonstrated higher levels of team approaches than those of ECSE programs in special schools and regular kindergartens. In this study, limited content of IEPs were found to be developed for young children with disabilities. IEP goals and objectives analyzed in this study were shown to be generally adequate, showing that children's levels of performance information and annual goals were congruent and that measurable goals and objectives were developed. During the in-depth interview, it was learned that ECSE teachers provide support to children and families, coordinating services in the community for children with disabilities. The results of this study also show that ECSE teachers in regular kindergarten programs have difficulties in linking IEP goals with their daily instructional plans as well as linking their general curriculum with developmental goals for young children with disabilities. Overall, teachers in this study demonstrated difficulties with modification of IEP goals, facilitating collaborative IEP team participation, and objective monitoring of IEP goals. They suggest that standards for IEP and structured IEP forms be developed. They also suggest that model IEPs be introduced by school districts. The findings of this study suggest that: 1) specific IEP procedures need to be mandated through special education laws and regulations in order to facilitate and monitor team approaches when developing and implementing IEPs in ECSE settings; 2) a coordinated service system is needed to provide comprehensive services to young children with special needs and their families; 3) there is an urgent need for comprehensive curriculum-based assessment tools that reflect various developmental aspects as well as diverse special needs and suggest assessment guidelines; 4) it is important to provide strong pre-service teacher education programs as well as in-service work shops for teachers in order to develope skills in developing meaningful IEP goals and objectives linked to curriculum and daily classroom routines; and 5) IEP model development research should be facilitated.

        旣成服 製作에 필요한 우리나라 女性의 體型分類를 目的으로 1,108名의 25세~60세 이상의 旣婚女性을 對象으로 11部位의 値數를 計側하여 그 分布를 究明하였다. 옷의 種類에 따라 體型을 分類하였고, 옷의 種類에 따라 부위의 치수를 측정하여 年齡別 平均置와 標準偏差를 구하고 相關關係를 구하였다. 본문의 <표 17,18,19>에서 옷의 종류별, 體型別 衣服製作 個數를 表示하면 <표21>과 같다. This study is done as one of the serials of "Study on the Distribution of size Korean Woman for Ready-made Clothes." 11items of 1,108 Korean married women from 25 to 60 years of ages that were grouped in 7 classes were maesured. In results of Analysis of the measureing data, the grading and distribution of cloth size obtaioned as follows.

        수수실의 간호조직특성, 조직문화 유형 및 팀 효과성과의 관계

        Purpose: This study was a literary investigation in the development of an effective team-raised and cultural nursing organization targeting operating room nurses. This was done by grasping organizational features, different types of nursing organizational culture and team effectiveness, and by analyzing the relationships among variables. Method: The participators were 373 nurses. The data was collected between March 10th and April 28th, 2004. SPSS Win 11.0 program was used for data analysis. Results: Results of this study were as follows: A nursing organization at operating rooms was found to have an organizational culture with the characteristic of a centralized power and hierarchy-oriented organizational culture. With respect to a relationship between operating room organizational characteristics and the types of nursing organizational culture, there was a significant correlation in relationship-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture. In the relation between the types of operating room organizational culture and team-effectiveness, it showed a significant correlation in team-devotion, Peer-group-satisfactional perception of a team's outcome in decreasing order. Conclusion: The organizational characteristic at operating rooms was power centralization and the culture type was hierarchy-oriented. These are factors that have a negative effect on a team-effectiveness-affecting relationship-oriented culture, innovation-oriented culture and work-oriented culture.

        First complete mitogenome sequence of Korean Gloydius ussuriensis (Viperidae: Crotalinae)

        The first complete mitogenome sequence of the Red-tongue Pit Viper (Gloydius ussuriensis) from Korea was characterized using next-generation sequencing. The mitogenome is a circular molecule (17,209 bp) with a typical vertebrate mitogenome arrangement, which consists of 2 ribosomal RNA genes (rRNA), 22 transfer RNA genes (tRNA), two non-coding regions (D-loop), and 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs). The base composition of the mitogenome is 32.7% of A, 27.5% of C, 13.9% of G, and 25.9% of T, with a slight AT bias(58.6%). This phylogenetic analysis infers that G. ussuriensis is in the same group as the Chinese G. ussuriensis (Accession No. KP262412) and is closely related to G. blomhoffi and other species of the genus Gloydius. In our study, the complete mitogenome sequence of Korean G. ussuriensis was characterized and we provided basic genetic information on this species.

        인간 및 생명개념의 변화를 중심으로 본인류세 시대 미술의 특징

        본 논문은 21세기 교육 및 미술교육의 중요한 철학적 근거 중 하나인 인간 삶의 변화와 그에 따른 자연, 생명, 기술 등의 상호변화 양상을 고찰함으로써 인류세를 살아가는 학문후속세대들이 인간과 생명에 대해 철학적으로 사유할 수 있는 능력을 함양하도록 하며, 더 나아가 이러한 변화를 바탕으로 이루어지고 있는 최근 미술 들에 대한 폭넓은 이해와 비평의 기회를 갖게 하는 데 목적을 둔다. 본 논문에서는 계몽주의적 휴머니즘의 근대적 주체를 벗어나 ʻ포스트휴먼ʼ으로 이해되고 있는 인간개념의 변화와, 정보 혹은 창발성으로 설명되는 생명에 대한 새로운 이해, ʻ포스트네이처ʼ와 ʻ자본세ʼ 개념을 통한 인간, 자연, 경제, 문화 등이 얽힌 복잡한 양상 등을 살펴본다. 로봇으로 대변되는 기술과 인간의 관계를 다룬 영상미술, 인간과 박테리아의 관계를 다룬 미생물바이오아트, 미술작업의 미학적 입장과 생태윤리 사이의 갈등 등, 인류세 시대의 변화양상에 근거한 몇몇 작품들에 대한 분석은 그것들이 지닌 시대적 함의와 탈경계적, 다학제적 의미를 통해 인류세 미술의 특징을 포착하게 할 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. The one of purposes of this paper is to provide for academic future generation who are living in Anthropocene, with the new concepts of human, life, technology and ecology of the turning point of 21st century. And the other purpose is to make students be able to speculate philosophically about humans and life, and to have a broad understanding and critique of recent arts based on these changes. This paper examines the new concept human in 21 st Century as posthuman, and the new understanding of life explained by information and emergence, and the meaning of PostNature and Capitalocene. This study will be meaningful in that it reveals the implications of trans-boundary or multidisciplinary meanings of artworks that explore the changing aspects in the Anthropocene, such as video arts dealing with the technology represented by the relations of robots and human, the execution of microbiome-bioart, and the installation that deals with conflict between aesthetic position and ecological ethics.
