Freckle is defined that it is one sort of dermatoses which appears in face, neck and the back of the hand et and is due to excess pigmentation. Likewise, Vitiligo and Cloasma belongs to dyspigmentation. Although dermatitis it self is a s1ight illness, the extent of studying dermatitis is quite extensive because it is connected direct1y with the patient's appearance. However there has not been a certain way yet. After taking into consideration of previous orienta1 medical doctor's views about freckle by refering to ten kinds of books inc1uding "Je-Bung-Won-Hu-Ron(諸病源候論)", it obtained some opinions which is about a synthetic views, and the difference in disease to discriminate about several different names, cause of disease, symptom and treatment. So it is report.

통합교육의 의미 다시 생각하기 -모든 이들을 위한 통합교육과 보편적 학습설계의 원리를 중심으로-

통합교육에 대한 의미 해석과 구체적인 접근방식에 대한 다양한 견해가 존재하지만, 통합교육으로의 지향성과 그로 인한 교육현장의 변화는 더욱 확대될 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 특수교육대상 유아만을 위한 통합교육이 아니라 'inclusion'이라는 단어가 상징하는 모든 이들을 위한 교육으로서의 통합교육에 대한 의미를 다시 생각하고 통합교육을 실제 교육현장에 구현할 수 있는 새로운 패러다임으로서 보편적 학습설계의 개념과 원리를 구체적으로 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 전 세계적으로 통합교육을 지향하는 정책의 기반이 된 살라만카선언문에 나타난 모든 이들을 위한 교육으로서의 통합교육의 의미가 서구사회에 적용되는 과정에서 경험한 통합교육의 이상과 실제의 간극에 대해 살펴보고, 모든 이들을 위한 교육을 실천하기 위한 방안으로서 보편적 학습 설계 원리의 개념과 원리를 구체적으로 설명하였다. Despite different interpretations and approaches toward inclusion, the idea of including students with special needs into general education classrooms has been supported by many parts of the world. Especially after the Salamanca Statement, there was a shift of policy focus, from special education to responding to the diversity within a general education environment, as part of human rights agenda demanding access to, and equity in, education. However, interpreting the ideology of inclusion for real life practices is not an easy task. The purpose of this article was to disentangle different notions of inclusion and to suggest an alternative framework of Universal Design of Learning(UDL) for implementing the idea of inclusion. Overall, it is important to understand inclusion as "Education for All" and UDL as the principles that guide the development of educational tools to accommodate the diverse needs of all students, including those with special needs.

Three Stories of Immigrant Korean Families of Children with Special Needsduring Their Children’s Transition to Preschool Special Education Programs

The purpose of this qualitative multi-case study was to examine how three immigrant Korean families of children with disabilities dealt with entry into the special education system. Through direct observations, interviews, and document analysis, each family’s transition experiences as well as cross-case analysis among the three families were described in detail. The findings indicate the salient issues of early childhood special education programs, the unique challenges faced in meeting the needs of children’s disabilities and the bilingual and cultural needs of immigrant Korean families. The stories of each family in this study provided different perspectives on Asian American families whose voices have not been heard due to the notion of Asian Americans as “model minorities” with high academic achievement in the U.S. Although the three immigrant Korean families in this study cannot represent all Asian American or minority families in the U.S., their voices and stories will contribute to an understanding of the challenges faced in dealing with entry into the special education system with limited English proficiency and a lack of cultural understanding, which many families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds may share. 알렉산드로 미켈레의 작품에 표현된 맥시멀리즘 디자인의 특징적 요소와 조형성

Background Maximalism has become the main stream to lead a fashion trend, because modernization leads to emphasis on personality and one’s bold self-expression. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristic factors and formativeness of Maximalism in the works of Alessandro Michele who has developed his unique fashion on the basis of Maximalism sensibility. Methods Literature review and case study were conducted. First, the concepts and characteristics of Maximalism fashion were looked into, and the design characteristics of Alessandro Michele, a typical designer of Maximalism fashion, were analyzed. Second, the scope of this study was the works that had been introduced from 2015 F/W to 2020 F/W, and the characteristic factors and formativeness of Maximalism design were analyzed. Result As for Alessandro Michele’s fashion design, firstly, straight silhouette scored 339, strong color contrast 341, natural patterns 125, hard materials 127, and decoration of pearls, crystals, beads, and spangles 97. Secondly, the most found formativeness of Maximalism expressed in the works of Alessandro Michele was decoration, followed by exaggeration and fusion. Conclusion This study revealed that Alessandro Michele expressed Maximalism by using his free sentiments, his re-interpretation of the times and cultures, and parodies as his creative means. As such, it is considered that his approach is capable of expanding the spectrum of Maximalism fashion and giving ideas and inspirations to designers. 연구배경 맥시멀리즘은 현대화로 인한 개성을 중시하는 현상과 함께 과감한 자기표현 현상으로 패션 트렌드를 선도하는 주류가 되었다. 연구 목적은 맥시멀리즘 감성으로 독창적인 패션을 전개한 알렉산드로 미켈레(Alessandro Michele)의 작품에 나타난 맥시멀리즘의 특징적 요소를 분석하고 그 조형성을 파악하는 것이다연구방법 문헌 고찰과 사례연구로 진행하였다. 첫째, 맥시멀리즘 패션의 개념과 특징을 살펴보고, 맥시멀리즘 패션의 대표적인 디자이너인 알렉산드로 미켈레의 디자인 특성을 분석하였다. 둘째, 연구범위는 2015 F/W부터 2020 F/W까지 작품을 범위로 맥시멀리즘 디자인의 특징적 요소와 조형성을 분석하였다. 연구결과 알렉산드로 미켈레의 패션은 첫째, 스트레이트 실루엣 339점, 강렬한 색채 대비 341점, 자연 문양 125점, 하드 소재 127점, 진주, 크리스탈, 비즈, 스팽글 장식 97점으로 가장 많이 나타났다. 둘째, 알렉산드로 미켈레 작품에 표현된 맥시멀리즘의 조형성은 장식성이 가장 많이 나타났고 과장성, 혼합성 순으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 알렉산드로 미켈레는 자유로운 감성과 시대와 문화에 대한 재해석과 패러디를 창조 수단으로 활용하여 맥시멀리즘을 표현하였다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 그의 접근방식은 맥시멀리즘 패션의 스펙트럼을 확장하고 디자이너에게 발상과 영감을 제공할 수 있다고 생각한다.

구술기록관리시스템 제안사항에 관한 연구

As research of oral history improved, not only public institutions but also private sectors actively collected and managed too. Despite these demands, however, there was not enough systematic analysis of systems targeted at oral archives. In this study, which started from this problem equation, the characteristics of oral archives and systems were analyzed and the institution that manages and serves current oral archives was selected to derive problems. It also analyzed the information required by the Presidential Archives, which collects oral archives but plans to build a system design. I will present suggestions for the establishment of a systematic oral archives management system focusing on problems and improvement measures that arise in the process. 구술사 연구가 증가하며 구술 기록은 공공기관뿐만 아니라 민간영역에서도 활발하게 수집·관리되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 수요가 있음에도 불구하고 구술 기록을 대상으로 하는 시스템에 대한 체계적인 분석은 충분하지 못했다. 이러한 문제의식에서 시작된 본 연구에서는 구술 기록의 특성, 시스템의 구술기록관리 구성요소를 분석하고 현재 구술 기록을 관리·서비스하는 기관을 선택하여 문제점을 도출하였다. 또한 구술 기록을 수집하고는 있지만 시스템 설계 구축을 계획 중인 대통령기록관에서 요구하는 정보들을 분석했다. 이렇게 도출된 분석 내용 및 문제점을 참고하여 구술기록관리시스템의 구술 데이터 구성요소와 엔티티 관계도를 설계하고자 하였다. 그리고 이 과정에서 나타나는 문제점과 개선방안을 중심으로 체계적인 구술기록관리시스템 구축을 위한 제안사항을 제시하고자 한다.
