        이 논문에서, 제시된 감마(r)라인 시스템은 해당 공식에 의해 만들어진 비선형 감마 곡선과 하드웨어로 구현된 결과 사이의 오차를 최소화하기 위해 만들어 졌다. 제시된 알고리즘과 시스템은 특정 감마값이 2.2, 즉 {0,1}^(2.2)에 의해 생성되는 공식과 입, 출력 데이터 크기가 10bit를 기반으로 한다. 오차를 최소화하기 위해, 시스템은 데이터 점들 사이를 지나 적합한 다항식을 만드는 수치해석 방법, 최소 자승 다항식을 사용하였다. 제한된 감마 라인은, 정밀도를 높이기 위해, 서로 각각의 중첩된 범위를 가지는 2차 다항식 9개로 구성되어 있다. MATLAB^(TM)7.0으로 검증된 알고리즘을 바탕으로, 제한된 시스템은 Verilog-HDL으로 구현되었다. 시스템은 2 클럭 지연을 가지며 1 클럭마다 결과가 생성된다. 오차 범위 (LSB)는 -4에서 +3이다. 표준편차는 1.287956238을 가진다. 시스템의 전체 게이트 값은 2,083이며, 최대 타이밍은 15.56[ns] 이다.

      • 박막 크로멜-알루멜 열전퇴형 교류-직류 변환기

        A planar chromel-alumel multijunction ac-dc converter was fabricated on a LPCVD Si_(3)N_(4)/SiO_(2)/Si_(3)N_(4)-diaphragm, prepared by silicon bulk micromachining, which thermally isolated a bifilar evanohm-heater and the hot junctions of a chromel-alumel thermopile from the silicon substrate. The voltage responsivity, the ac-dc transfer error, and the fluctuation of the output thermoelectric voltage of the converter were investigated. The respective voltage responsivities in air and in a vacuum of the converter were about 3.16 mV/mW and 9.41 mV/mW. The ac-dc voltage and the current transfer errors in air were about ±1.5 ppm and ±0.7 ppm in a frequency range from 10 Hz to 10 kHz, respectively. The fluctuation of the output thermoelectric voltage from 5 seconds to 120 seconds after preheating in air for 5 seconds was about 0.06 % for a heater input of dc 1 V.

        An electrical accident such as mishap electricity institution occurs frequently because of the increase of demand for electricity, complexity of electricity institution. The techniques that discovered a mishap to electricity institution are electric signal method and supersonic waves method, thermal sensing method by infrared rays. The IRR-camera which is effective monitoring method of electricity institution is diffused in industrial field. Specially, infrared rays monitoring can perceive heat which was visually poor observed objection. Also, infrared rays monitoring can monitor an area of difficulty of access of work human power. In this study, infrared rays monitoring of a transformer substation is periodically performed. The connection between possibility of application and operation, blazing fire occurrence and progress process of body and bushing of large capacity transformer are performed by IRR-camera.

      • Para형 다단맥동 추출탑의 유동특성과 물질전달

        The dynamic characteristics and mass transfer effects in Para-type plate pulsed column was investigated. The axial dispersion coefficient of continuous phase was constant in the range above that continuous phase flow rate was 200ml/min, and was more influnced by amplitude than by frequency. The hold-up of continuous phase was more influnced by amplitude and saunter mean diameter was more influnced by frequency. As the experimental results of acetone extraction, the column efficiency was slightly decreased with the pulse velocity increased, but was stabilized in the range of 80~90%. The acetone concentration profiles with the change of column height at steady state more approached to the backflow model than the diffusion model.

        주정중독 환자에 있어서 우울에 관한 예비적 연구

        The present study purported to explore the relationships between alcoholism and depression in 26 chronic alcoholics who were admitted to National Seoul Mental Hospital. Each of these patients was assessed by Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory, Self-Rating Depression Scale at least 2 weeks after admission, and by dexamethasone suppression test at least 3 weeks after admission according to the medical exclusion criteria(except abnormal hepatic enzyme). The results are summarized as follows: The prevalences of depression in chronic alcoholics are 15% on clinical impression, 23% on self rating depression scale, 53% on Hamilton depression rating scale, 0% on Depression scale of MMPI, 16.7% on Mania scale of MMPI, and 61.5% totally. No significant difference between the normal and the abnormal hepatic enzyme groups was found in 2 serum cortisol levels suppressed by dexamethasone. The two of 26 patients(7.8%) were found to be nonsuppressor by the dexamethasone suppression test. These two patients were converted to suppressor 4 weeks after elavil medication.

      • 대구지역에서 꿀벌이 수집한 화분의 동정

        Pollens gathered by bees at an apiary at Daegu district were identified with light microscope and scanning electro microscope for effective establishment of honey plant plantations for year-round honey production. Pollen loads were collected from bees from March to October at one week interval, ten loads at each collecting time, a load from a colony. Pollens from fifty-four species were collected and 34 species were identified and 20 species unidentified, which would be identified later. Most of the pollen loads were composed with one species. However, a few loads were composed with up to four species. Pollens of 37 species were collected just one time. Pollens from just one species were not collected at any time. In July pollens from many species, up to six species at July 15 and 20, were collected. Pollens of four species, Erigeron annuus, Lagerstroemia indica, Koelreuteria paniculata, Evodia daniellii, were collected up to one month. As the latter two species were known as good honey producing plants, these two species proved to be good pollen producing plants. The former two species were known as poor honey producing plants, the importance of these two species should be reevaluated.

      • HBsAg양성 원발성간암에 있어서 HBV-DNA표지자의 PCR성적

        목적 : HBV-DNA를 정성적 그리고 정량적으로 검출함으로써 강한 전염성과 높은 유병율로 인해 사회적으로 문제가 되는 B형 간염과 원발성간암의 연관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : B형 간염 표면항원(HBsAg)이 양성을 보이는 원발성간암 환자 38명을 대상으로 하였으며 HBV-DNA 중합효소연쇄반응법을 이용하여 정성적 검출 그리고 luminometry법을 이용하여 정량적 검출을 하였다. 결과 : HBV-DNA 중합효소연쇄반응법과 luminometry법의 양성율은 각각 57.9%, 39.5%를 보였다. 그리고 HBsAg과 HBeAg가 동시에 양성을 보인 11명에서는 HBV-DNA 양성율이 81.8%를 보였다. 결론: HBV-DNA 중합효소연쇄반응법의 양성율이 luminometry법에 의한 양성율보다 높은 결과를 보였고 HBV-DNA 검사는 B형 간염을 조기 발견하고 치료하여 만성간질환으로의 진행을 예방하고 특히 원발성간암의 병율을 낮추는데 많이 기여할 것으로 사료되었다. Background : Primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHCC) is the most common malignant neoplasm in most countries of Asia and Africa. Hepatitis B virus is known to be strongly related to the pathogenesis of PHCC. HBV-DNA PCR and HBV-DNA quantitation assay were attempted to apply to 38 cases of HBsAg positive PHCC. Methods : The ordinary HBV markers(HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti-HBc(Ig-G and -M), HBeAg and anti-HBe) were examined with ELISA. Qualitative screening of HBV-DNA PCR and HBV-DNA quantitation-luminometric measurement were performed. Results : Among 38 cases of HBsAg positive PHCC, positive rates for HBV DNA-PCR and HBV DNA-quantitation were 57.9% and 39.5%, respectively. And 11 cases which were positive for both HBsAg and HBeAg showed 81.8% positive rate in HBV-DNA PCR. Conclusion : For 38 cases of HBsAg positive PHCC, the positive rate for HBV DNA-PCR was higher than HBV-DNA quantitation-luminometry. In HBV-DNA PCR, both HBsAg and HBeAg positive cases showed high positive rate.

      • 비목별 분포 분석을 통한 공사비 투입 곡선 예측 모델

        Recently, feasibility study in Korean construction industry becomes important with the increasing development projects. Especially, economical efficiency study of feasibility study is an important step that decides feasibility, and accurate cash flow analysis is needed in this step. However, in Korean construction industry, research about this field is poor. In most construction company, they use total cost by informal calculation and cost distribution method using standard normal distribution, but this method has a low accuracy. In this study, we found weaknesses of existing methodology through literature review and case-study of 23 projects that carried by a large construction company of korea during recent 7 years. Also, we propose a forecasting model of cost flow curve using triangular distribution and investment curve classified by items of expenditure.

      • 2차 전지용 포장 소재에 관한 연구

        The package of secondary battery is made of material, which stands acid-resistivity because it contains strong acid electrolyte in it. The characteristics of package in secondary battery have been investigated using peel strength test and electrolyte dipping test. When designing the battery cell package, three layer(Nylon66, aluminum, PP + PE copolymer) are used. In peel strength test, experiment results of Crome surface treatment have a superior advantage of adhesives force and anti-leakage characteristics. Also, it is found that polyolefin and polypropylene have good quality in electrolyte dipping test.
