인터넷 및 통신 기술의 발달에 따라 원격 회의 시스템이나 원격 교육, 가상 대학과 같은 응용에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이와 판은 시스템에 기존의 중앙 집중 방식을 사용할 경우에는 서버측의 부하가 모두 집중되어 전체 시스템에 영향을 미치게 될 수 있으므로 분산 시스템을 이용한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이미지나 텍스트-파일과 같은 자료를 필요로 하는 원격 회의 시스템을 설계하고 Factory 객체와 관계형 통합 데이터 베이스를 이용하여 동적 부하 분산과 동적 결함 허용을 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. As the technigues of the Interned and Communication are developed, the study about its applications such as Remote Conference system, Remote Education and Cyber University are lively progressing. When the centralized method is applied to those kinds of system mentioned above, the load is mostly occurred in the server side anaitcauas bad effect to the whole system. So the Study about an application such as Remote Conference system, Remote Education and Cyber University is considering using the distributed system. In this paper I would like design a Remote Conference System is soogetled, which needs sub data like images, text files and givers dynamic load balance and dynamic fault tolerance using Factory object and Relational Integrated Data Base.

Objectives : Abnormalities of cognitive responses to verbal and visual distracter in schizophrenia have been demonstrated in numerous studies but little is known about three dimensional visuospatial-motor distracter processing. The purpose of this study was to investigate the vulnerability of patients with schizophrenia to three dimensional visuospatial-motor distracter. Methods : 14 patients with schizophrenia and 14 normal volunteers were assessed on three dimensional maze tasks requiring on working memory and reasoning ability in the virtual reality environment. Performances were compared according to with- or without-distracter conditions. Results : Patients with schizophrenia showed significantly lower performances than normal control group on cognitive flexibility, simple motor function or motor control and motor coordination, working memory span and delayed performance times. The performance index tended to be more deteriorated, but not significantly, in with-distracter condition than in Without-distracter condition in schizophrenia. Conclusions : Patients with schizophrenia tend to be vulnerable to visuospatial-motor distracter which simulate the real world of three dimensional environment.

<P>Vacancy dynamics and ordering underpin the electrochemical functionality of complex oxides and strongly couple to their physical properties. In the field of the epitaxial thin films, where connection between chemistry and film properties can be most clearly revealed, the effects related to oxygen vacancies are attracting increasing attention. In this article, we report a direct, real-time, atomic level observation of the formation of oxygen vacancies in the epitaxial LaCoO3 thin films and heterostructures under the influence of the electron beam utilizing scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM). In the case of LaCoO3/SrTiO3 superlattice, the formation of the oxygen vacancies is shown to produce quantifiable changes in the interatomic distances, as well as qualitative changes in the symmetry of the Co sites manifested as off-center displacements. The onset of these changes was observed in both the [100](pc) and [110](pc) orientations in real time. Additionally, annular bright field images directly show the formation of oxygen vacancy channels along [110](pc) direction. In the case of 15 u.c. LaCoO3 thin film, we observe the sequence of events during beam-induced formation of oxygen vacancy ordered phases and find them consistent with similar processes in the bulk. Moreover, we record the dynamics of the nucleation, growth, and defect interaction at the atomic scale as these transformations happen. These results demonstrate that we can track dynamic oxygen vacancy behavior with STEM, generating atomic-level quantitative information on phase transformation and oxygen diffusion.</P>
Occipital nerve stimulation in a patient with an intractable chronic headache -A case report-

Occipital nerve stimulation (ONS) is a form of peripheral nerve stimulation used to treat refractory headaches. The trial of ONS was carried with the midline incision C1-2 level, inserted electrical lead subcutaneously to oblique and cephalad direction followed by trajectory of blunt dissection. We used 8 pole electrical lead to cover lesser occipital nerve, greater occipital nerve, third occipital nerve and great auricular nerve. We anchored the lead at the midline insertion site after confirming the stimulation of the patient. And then we looped and tightened the lead loosely, connected the lead and the extension under right supraspinatus muscle region. After 1 week trial period, we performed the permanent implantation of occipital nerve stimulator. We inserted internal pulse generator under a pocket located at right infraclavicular region. The VAS score dropped from 8/10 to 1-2/10. No serious complications were detected during 1 month follow-up. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2011; 60: 298-301)

Purpose: Crushing injuries by car tires result from a combination of friction, shearing, and compression forces and the severity of injury is influenced by the acceleration. Because car-tire injuries of the lower leg in children are common these days but they have received little attention; thus, our purpose was to look closely into this problem. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted of data from children under 15 years old age who visited an emergency department because of a car-tire-related crushing injury to the lower leg in pedestrian traffic accident from January 2008 to September 2012. The patient`s age, sex, site of injury, degree of injury, associated injuries, type of surgery, and complications were reviewed. Results: There were 39 children, the mean age was 8.0 years, and 71.8% were boys. The dorsal part of the leg was involved most frequently. According to the severity classification, 15 children were grade I, 6 were grade II, and 18 were grade III. Among 24 patients, 13 were treated with skin graft and 3 were treated using a sural flap. Twelve patients developed complications, such as hypertrophic scarring, contractures, and deformities with significant bone loss. Conclusion: Various degrees of skin or soft tissue defects were caused in children by car tires. In this study, patients were often also had tendon or bone damage. Proper and timely initial treatments are needed to reduce the incidence of infection, the number of operative procedures, and the hospital stay.

The General Rules for the Study of Primary Liver Cancer was published in June 2001 as the first edition. Since then, the 5th edition of the General Rules for the Study of Primary Liver Cancer was published by the 17th Committee of the Korean Liver Cancer Association based on the most recent data. The 5th edition of the General Rules for the Study of Primary Liver Cancer ranged over numerous topics such as anatomy, medical assessment of the patients, staging of hepatocellular carcinoma, description of the image findings, summary of hepatic resection, description of the surgical specimens, liver transplantation, reporting the pathological findings, pathological examinations of liver specimen, non-surgical treatment, radiotherapy, and assessment of tumor response after non-surgical treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. The 5th General Rules for the Study of Primary Liver Cancer will not only become the basis of academic development for liver cancer studies in Korea, but also serve as the primary form of national liver cancer data accumulation based on standardized rules. Scleral Lens Applications Focused on Korean Patients with Various Corneal Disorders

Purpose: We aimed to report on the clinical outcomes of scleral lens applications in Korean patients with various corneal disorders. Methods: This retrospective review was conducted for 62 eyes of 47 patients who had been fitted with scleral lenses for variouscorneal disorders. The patients were referred for inadequate spectacle-corrected visual acuity and rigid gas permeable(RGP) or soft contact lens intolerance. Uncorrected visual acuity, habitually corrected visual acuity, best lens-corrected visualacuity, topographic indices, keratometry indices, and lens parameters were evaluated. Results: Twenty-six eyes of 19 patients with keratoconus were enrolled. Other conditions included corneal scar (13 eyes of12 patients), phlyctenules (three eyes), laceration (four eyes), chemical burn (one eye), keratitis (one eye), Peters’ anomaly (oneeye), fibrous dysplasia (one eye), ocular graft-versus-host disease (two eyes of one patient), irregular astigmatism (18 eyes of12 patients), and corneal transplant status (five eyes of four patients). The mean topographic values of the eyes include flatkeratometric value (43.0 ± 6.1 diopters [D]), steep keratometric value (48.0 ± 7.4 D), and astigmatism (4.9 ± 3.6 D). Of the eyesfitted with scleral lenses, best lens-corrected visual acuity (0.10 ± 0.22 logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution [logMAR])was significantly better than the habitually corrected visual acuity (0.59 ± 0.62 logMAR, p < 0.001). Conclusions: Scleral contact lenses are a good alternative for patients with corneal abnormalities and those who are intolerableto RGP contact lenses, resulting in both successful visual outcomes and patient satisfaction, especially concerning keratoconus,corneal scar, and corneal transplant status.
