Background : The purpose of study in to grasp the level of perception of hospital workers on the patient safety culture, consider the difference in perception of patients safety culture according to medical service and finally find out a way to establish patient safety culture in hospital. Methods : As for the data, the analysis on frequency, t-test, ANOVA and tukey test were carried out by using SPSS 12.0. Result : The results of comparison among the positive response ratios on the patients culture of hospital workers showed that the subjects had perceived the teamwork within units most positively(74.1%), and perceived most negatively on the non-punitive response to error(16.2%)and the staffing(26.2%). 68.6% of subjects answered that the medical error were mostly of always reported. when daytime working hours are longer, perception of patient safety culture ranked low. In general, departments for direct medical service than departments for indirect medical service assessed patient safety culture high. Conclusion : Organizational learning and teamwork within units, communication openness, active support of hospital management for patient safety, and cooperation across the units would be crucial to promote the overall perceptions of patients safety of hospital workers and the level of patients safety in the units and to improve the quality of the event reporting system.
외상후 스트레스 장애 이외의 정신 장애에 대한 EMDR 전후의 치료 반응 및 증상 변화

Objective : Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) has been established as an effective treatment for patients with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). However, the literature is unclear as to whether EMDR is effective in the treatment of other psychiatric disorders. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the potential use of EMDR in the treatment of psychiatric disorders other than PTSD by using a clinician's impression of patient response and a subjective symptom evaluation. Methods : Seventeen diagnostically heterogenous patients without PTSD underwent an average of 4.3 sessions of EMDR. Symptom severity was assessed by the Clinical Global Impression-Change Scale (CGIC), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), and Symptom Checklist-90- Revised (SCL-90-R) before and after EMDR. Those whose CGI-C scores were 'very much improved' and 'much improved' after EMDR were classified as 'responders.' The patients' before and after treatment scores of symptom severity and group differences were compared. Results : Twelve of the 17 participants (12/17, 71%) were classified as 'responders.' The patients' scores on all of the scales, with the exception of the trait anxiety scale and obsession-compulsion scale of the SCL- 90-R, significantly decreased after treatment. There was no difference in sociodemographic and clinical variables between the responders and non-responders. Conclusion : The results of our study suggest that EMDR can be a promising candidate for the treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders other than PTSD, and thus further controlled studies are needed to determine whether EMDR can be applied to various psychiatric populations.

연구목적: 본 연구는 최근의 국내 학위논문 및 등재 학술논문을 중심으로 ‘PBL 무용교육’을 주제어로 한 연구들의 동향을 고찰한다. 연구방법: 문헌 연구 및 기존 선행연구물을 통해 RISS에서 최근 10여 년간의 연구들을 고찰하여 학위논문과 등재학술지로 나누어 연구주제를 살펴보았다. 연구결과: 첫째, 학위논문에서는 2010년부터 2023년까지 무용교육에서 PBL관련 연구는 대부분이 석사학위 논문이었고 주제도 프로그램개발을 중심으로 수행되었다. 이는 박사학위 논문도 유사한바 PBL의 교육적 의의를 돌아볼 때 보다 다양한 연구가 이뤄지지 못한 연구현실이 안타깝다. 둘째, 2011년부터 최근까지 학술지의 연구 주제는 무용과 PBL의 연관성 속에서 수업모형설계나 프로그램개발에서 PBL의 이론적 고찰로 중심이 이동하는 경향을 보여 학술적으로는 바람직한 현상이라 할 수 있겠다. 결론: 다만 연구의 대부분이 수업설계나 프로그램 구안에 치중되어 있어 PBL 무용교육과 관련해서 다양한 영역으로 연구가 확장될 필요성이 제기된다. ‘PBL 무용교육’의 연구동향을 살펴보는 것은 무용교육을 정립하는데 있어 매우 중대한 일이다. 이 연구를 토대로 연구동향을 고찰하고 분석하는 후속연구를 기대한다. Purpose: This study examines the trend of studies with the theme of ‘PBL Dance Education’, focusing on recent domestic thesis. Methods: Research topics of the last 10 years at RISS were reviewed and divided into dissertations and registered journals. Result: First, in the thesis, most of the PBL-related studies in dance education from 2010 to 2023 were master’s thesis, and the thesis was also conducted centering on program development. This is similar to the doctoral dissertation, so it is regrettable that more diverse research has not been conducted when looking back at the educational significance of PBL. Second, from 2011 to recent years, the research topics of academic journals tended to shift from instructional model design or program development to theoretical consideration of PBL in the relationship between dance and PBL, which is an academically desirable phenomenon. Conclusion: However, since most of the research is focused on class design or program design, the need to expand research into various areas in relation to PBL dance education is raised. Examining the research trend of ‘PBL dance education’ is very important in establishing dance education. Based on this study, we expect follow-up studies to consider and analyze research trends.
