1971년 -2001년을 대상으로 우리 경제, 전체 산업 및 제조업 중 9개 군의 주요 업종별 성장에 대한 은행, 주식, 채권 및 증권 시장중개발전도의 연관성을 밝혀 보기 위한 회귀분석을 위주로 한 실증분석 주요결과에 의하면 ① 기계, 전자 및 전기기기 일인당 실질GDP성장률 (MACH)은 주식시장중개발전도 및 증권시장중개발전도와 유의적 정의 관계에 있고 ② 섬유 및 가죽 일인당 실질GDP성장률(TEXT), 목재, 종이, 출판 및 인쇄 일인당 실질GDP성장률(WOOD), 비금속광물제품 일인당 실질GDP성장률(NONMET)은 채권시장중개발전도의 유의적 정의 관계에 있으며 ③ 가구 및 기타 제조업 일인당 실질GDP성장률(FURN)은 은행중개발전도와 유의적 부의 관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. ④ 아울러, 이들 5개군 업종은 모두 ‘고성장업종’이라고 보기는 어렵고, 오히려 ‘성장불확실성’이 다소 높은 업종이라는 공통점을 가지고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 이들을 종합하면, 양자간의 유기적 연관성이 일부 업종에만 국한하여 관찰되고 있다는 제약점이 있기는 하지만, 향후 우리나라 제조업 업종별 성장을 지원하기 위한 금융체제로서, 은행중심체제는 부정적 내지 비효율적인 반면, 시장중심체제는 긍정적임을 시사하고 있다. 이러한 연구결과는, 우리 경제나 전체산업 뿐만 아니라 주요 근간 산업인 제조업의 육성을 위한 전략적 금융지원 차원에서도 시장중심금융체제(market-oriented financial system)가 은행중심금융체제(bank-oriented financial system) 보다 바람직함을 시사한 기존의 연구결과들과도 맥을 같이 하고 있다. A comparative investigation of the relationship between the financial system and manufacturing growth is implemented using empirical data between 1971 and 2001 from 9 key Korean manufacturing branch sectors. The result shows that securities financing is positively related to manufacturing growth in 4 groups of Manufacturing Product Lines (Machinery and equipment; Textiles and leather; Wood, paper, publishing and printing; Non-metallic mineral products except petroleum and coal), and bank financing is negatively related in 1 Manufacturing product line (Furniture and other manufacturing industries) More specifically; 1) the securities market intermediation is positively related to the growth of Machinery and Equipment; 2) The stock market intermediation is also positively related to the growth of Machinery and Equipment; and 3) The bond market intermediation has positive correlation to the growth of 3 groups of manufacturing lines (Textiles and leather; Wood, paper, publishing and printing; Non-metallic mineral products except petroleum and coal). However Bank intermediation shows significant negative correlation to the growth of (Machinery and equipment).The investigation further finds that the securities market financial system plays a positive role in the growth of manufacturing lines, particularly in the ’ high-fluctuation of growth rate' lines, but not in the ’ high-growth ’ lines, as was hypothesized in the previous industry-level research (Soh, Jae-Hwan, 2003b).From these findings, one can hypothesize that the market-oriented financial system plays a more efficient role than the bank-oriented financial system does, in the growth of manufacturing lines in Korea.
한우, 칡소 및 제주 흑우 Calpain-Calpastatin 유전자 다양성

The aim of study was to investigate genetic diversity for the calpain/calpastatin gene in three Hanwoo breeds [(Brown (n=62), Brindle (n=81) and Jeju Black (n=30)]. Random samples from three breeds of Hanwoo were selected and genotyped for the 7 SNPs of calpain/calpastatin using TaqMan method. Allele frequencies were investigated for CAPN1/CAST gene. Allele frequency of CAST2 SNP was 0.75, 0.59 and 0.22 for Brown, Brindle and Jeju black, respectively. The CAST3 revealed allele frequency of 0.59 and 0.57 in Brown and Jeju Black, while it showed very low allele frequency (0.07) in Brindle. In particular, favorable allele (G allele) for the CAPN1-2 SNP which was shown a strong association with tenderness in Taurine and Indicine cattle revealed 16% and 17% higher allele frequency in Brown Hanwoo (0.82) comparing Brindle (0.66) and Jeju Black Hanwoo (0.65). AMOVA demonstrated that among population variance occupied only 10% of total variance and among individual variance was 0%, while within individual variance was 90% of total variance. This result showed that population effect contributed very small portion of genetic to these three Hanwoo breeds, while within individual variance contributed large portion of genetic diversity within these Hanwoo breeds. In conclusion, three Hanwoo breeds (Brown, Brindle and Jeju black) showed a genetically homogeneous based on the 7 SNPs of CAPN1/CAST gene and it came from same ancestor to form modern Hanwoo breed.
A Genealogical Approach to the Incoterms Rules and Revised Incoterms 2010

Incoterms have provided a set of rules that the global trade community can use for the interpretation of shipping terms. Always viewed from the perspective of the seller’s delivery obligation, Incoterms focus on the responsibility for the risk of loss or damage to the goods sold, division of transportation and customs‐related costs between the seller and buyer, and the obligation to execute certain functional activities related to the movement of the goods. The ICC has consistently attempted to update Incoterms in a way that keeps pace with the evolution of business practices. The ICC recently published the new listing of terms, which hints at some of the significant changes ahead in the new publication. It is not certain how the Incoterms 2010 have been used in practice, so it is difficult to find out related problems. Therefore, those who are unwilling to use Incoterms 2010 are free to choose Incoterms 2000 or other trade terms. However, this kind of practice can cause a conflict because of differences in the interpretation of trade terms in international trade. It would be desirable to use Incoterms 2010 based on the revised Incoterms 2000. It is still unclear how predominantly Incoterms 2010 will be used in international trade. Of course, it is necessary to keep updating trade terms based on a deeper analysis on the matters associated with the Incoterms rules, and maintain an understanding of contemporary changes. Electron Cyclotron Resonance O_2 Plasma에서 증착한 규소 산화 박막의 특성

규소 산화막을 ECR-CVD(electron cyclotron resonance-chemical vapor deposition) 증착방법으로 5인치 기판위에 상온에서 증착하고, 증착공정조건인 증착율, 기판온도, 마이크로파의 세기변화 및 플라즈마 혼합기체의 비에 따른 규소 산화막의 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 산화막의 구조적인 특성을 비교하기 위해 FTIR을 이용하여 ECR-CVD 증착한 산화막, RPE-CVD(remote plasma enhanced-CVD) 증착한 산화막 및 열 산화막의 stretching frequency를 측정하였다. 측정된 결과 ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막이 구조적인 면에서 열 산화막과 거의 같음을 보였다. ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막의 전기적인 특성을 전류-전압 및 축전-전압 측정에의하여 분석하였다. 축전된 산화막의 전기적인 특성은 산화막의 전하 밀도는 1×10 exp (11)/㎠이였고, 평균 절연 파괴 전압은 약 6 MV/㎝이다. We have grown thin films of SiO_2 at room temperature by using an ECR-CVD system and have investigated the changes in the properties of the deposited films with changes in the processing conditions such as the deposition rate, the substrate temperature, the microwave power and the plasma gas mixing ratio. We also measured the stretching frequency of three kinds of oxides, and ECR-CVD-grown oxide, a PECVD-grown oxide, and a thermally grown oxide, using FTIR analysis to compare their structural properties. The result shows that the structural properties of the ECR-grown oxide are similar to those of the thermally grown oxide. Additionally, the electrical properties of the ECR-grown oxide were investigated by using current-voltage and capacitance-voltage measurements. These electrical results indicate that the oxide charge density and the average breakdown voltage are 1×10 exp (11) ㎝^-2 and 6 MV/㎝, respectively.
