With the increasingly strict demands on accuracy position control of the production line, the modelling and control of the activated process have become a subject of great interest. Much efforts have been made in understanding and modelling of this process in the last decade. This thesis concentrates on the position control of Pneumatic cylinder under parameter variation. An adaptive control is proposed to design the defferent controllers(P, PI, PID, PD controller) in order to choose the best controller based on the fast and accurate control of the system. It is shown that the adaptive control algorithm is robust and effective in attaining the fast and accurate position control of system under time-dependent parameter variation. Experimental results showed that PD controller law is effective to obtain the fast response and to increase the stability of the system. The method is a useful control algorithm which always automatically adjusts the position control in accordance with the error, using carrier wave of triangle type regardless of changes on the operating condition and physical differences between components.

남매에서 발생한 심한 용혈성 빈혈과 간경변증을 동반한 Wilson 병 2례

We experienced two case of Wilson's disease in female and male sibling. The first case was a 10 year-old female who showed jaundice. pancytopenia and cirrhotic change in liver biopsy. She died 10 days after diagnosis. The second case of 7 year-old male showed specific symptoms and revealed increased AST/ALT, low serun copper level and increased 24 hour urinary copper excretion level He is being treated with D-penicillamine and follow up examinations.

AutoCAD 프로그램을 이용한 자동 펌프설계 시스템 개발

Recently, industry has moved towards automated operations with the goal of achieving better product quality, greater productivity and reliability. The pump design is characterized by extensive utilization of the related database which contains performance data. The inputs to the system are through interactive dialogue sessions and the basic input consist of flow rate, head of fluid, efficiency and the customer special requirements. These basic inputs along with the numerous rules in the knowledge bases and the mathematical modelling enable the effective design of the pump industry. This paper represents the development of an automatic pump design system that was composed of a main program, the data input module, the drawing module, the drawing edit module, and was programed y the AutoLISP language under the AutoCAD program. The developed system ultimately generates the design for a pump through the AutoCAD language.

홍도항의 방파제 배치에 따른 정온도에 관한 실험적 연구

Through a study as hydraulic model test that applied a calmness test to the coast of Hongdo harbor as an optimal surface arrangement we could reach the following conclusion 1. In case of proposal 1, if an invaded wave is H₁/₃=8.46m, T₁/₃=13.0sec of an each wave direction the harbor calmness is as follows. The wave height ratio is about 0.6 at the entrance of a harbor 0.2∼0.3 anchor area in general and the value under 0.1 when the wave(H₁/₃=2.0m) is invaded as usual. 2. The calmness effect is more favorable by breakwater extension as proposal 2 & 3, but if the high wave is assaulted the wave height ratio of anchor area is 0.1∼0.2 owing to the diffraction wave at a SSE, SE direction. 3. In case of proposal 4 the harbor calmness is considerable satisfactory at ail direction and the wave height ratio of harbor under 0.1 when the high wave is invaded. Thereafter, a study that analyze and compare with the hydraulic model test by numerical analysis about the problem of harbor calmness that a short period wave has superiority will be continued

전자동 자반건조기 제작에 이용할 Water Jet의 유동해석 모델

This paper concentrates on the development of a computational design program to determine nozzle size in water jet, combing the numerical optimization technique with the flow analysis code. To achieve the above objective, a two-dimensional model was developed for investigating the fluid flow in water jet and calculating the velocity and pressure distributions. The mathematical formulation as a standard R-ε model was solved employing a general thermofluid-mechanics computer program. PHOENICS code, which is based on the Semi-Implicit Method Pressure Linked Equations (SIMPLE) algorithm. The developed code was applied to water jet design to determine the nozzle size, and investigated the effect of the change of nozzle location. Calculated results showed that the flow pattern is not changed as the change of nozzle location.

VATER Association 1예

We have experienced a case of VATER association in a newborn infant who presented with typical anomalies. The diagnosis was made with physical and autopsy findings consisted of anal atresia, tracheoesophageal fistula with esophageal atresia, left radial dysplasia with limb anomalies, right renal agenesis, cardiac anomalies, vesicoperineal fistula, and vesicorectal fistula. Brief review of the related literatures is also presented.

열사병에 관한 임상적 고찰

Heat stroke is a medical emergency and the most important environmental heat illness. It is a disease of high fever, dry warm skin without sweating, and mental disturbances. It commonly involves several organs including the liver, kidney, heart, brain, and the coagulation system. Recently, we experienced 10 cases of heat stroke. The clinical findings of those were as follows: 1) At the time of admission, body temperature in all patients were higher than 39.4℃, and especially in 4 cases, higher than 41.4℃ : pulse rates in all patients were more than 140/min: and systolic blood pressure were less than 100 ㎜Hg except in one case. 2) The clinical manifestations were CNS symptoms including 6 cases of coma, variable skin lesions, G-I hemorrhage, muscle swelling with tenderness and oliguria. 3) On blood chemistry, there were markedly decreased levels of protein, albumin and calcium: markedly inceased level of SGOT, SGPT, CPK, LDH, BUN, and creatinine: one case of hypokalemia and two cases of hyperkalemia: and 4 cases of hyperbilirubinemia greater than 2㎎/㎗. 4) Two cases of myoglobinuria, 3 cases of proteinuria nd 1 cases of hematuria were observed. 5) Complications, such as uremia, ventricular tachycardia, D.I.C., pulmonary edema, pleural effusion, jaundice and acute pancreatitis were observed. 6) Four cases out of 10 were died. The causes of death were pulmonary edema, cerebral edema, D.I.C., hepatic failure and cardiac failure.

파종시기가 다른 일미찰의 등숙 중 호화 특성 비교

This study was conducted to investigate the pasting properties of waxy corn ‘Ilmichal’ during ripening with different sowing date. Starch content of Ilmichal was increased as matured (p<0.05). Analysis of pasting properties with waxy corn starch using a rapid visco analyser (RVA) showed linear changes in peak viscosity, trough viscosity, final viscosity, breakdown and consistency according to ripening. There were significantly positive correlation between starch content of Ilmichal and peak viscosity (0.39*), trough viscosity (0.58***), final viscosity (0.58***), and consistency (0.57**). Differential scanning calorimerty (DSC). The enthalpy of gelatinization was increased as ripening. But onset and peak temperature were decreased. There were significantly positive correlation between starch content of Ilmichal and onset temperature (0.44*), peak temperature (0.38*), and completion temperature (0.59***), on the other hand, crude protein content presented significantly negative correlation between completion temperature (-0.41*).
