Objective This study aimed to introduce a method to remove huge ovarian tumors (≥15 cm) intact with single-port laparoscopic surgery (SPLS) using SW Kim`s technique and to compare the surgical outcomes with those of laparotomy. Methods Medical records were retrospectively reviewed for patients who underwent either SPLS (n=21) with SW Kim`s technique using a specially designed 30×30-cm2-sized 3XL LapBag or laparotomy (n=22) for a huge ovarian tumor from December 2008 to May 2016. Perioperative surgical outcomes were compared. Results In 19/21 (90.5%) patients, SPLS was successfully performed without any tumor spillage or conversion to multi-port laparoscopy or laparotomy. There was no significant difference in patient characteristics, including tumor diameter and total operation time, between both groups. The postoperative hospital stay was significantly shorter for the SPLS group than for the laparotomy group (median, 2 [1 to 5] vs. 4 [3 to 17] days; P<0.001). The number of postoperative general diet build-up days was also significantly shorter for the SPLS group (median, 1 [1 to 4] vs. 3 [2 to 16] days; P<0.001). Immediate post-operative pain score was lower in the SPLS group (median, 2.0 [0 to 8] vs. 4.0 [0 to 8]; P=0.045). Patient-controlled anesthesia was used less in the SPLS group (61.9% vs. 100%). Conclusion SPLS was successful in removing most large ovarian tumors without rupture and showed quicker recovery and less immediate post-operative pain in comparison to laparotomy. SPLS using SW Kim`s technique could be a feasible solution to removing huge ovarian tumors.
창의융합 교과목 개발을 위한 대학생의 창의융합역량 차이 비교 및 분석

최근 대학생 창의융합역량의 중요성을 인식하고 창의융합역량을 강화하기 위한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 한편, 선행연구들은 창의역량에 융합을 포함시키거나 융합역량에 창의역량을 통합해 창의융합역량을 개념화 하였다. 그러나 이러한 견해들은 창의성과 융합을 별개의 구인으로 접근하기 때문에, 창의융합역량에 대한 총체적 이해를 바탕으로 창의융합을 실현하기 위한 능력과 태도, 사고방식 등을 촉진시키는데 한계가 있을 수 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 김정연(2016)이 개발하고 타당화한 창의융합역량 측정도구를 활용하여, 대학생의 창의융합역량을 비교 및 분석하였다. 구체적으로 대학생의 성, 학년, 전공 및 소속대학의 소재 지역에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는지를 조사하여, 대학생을 위한 창의융합 교과목 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 결과로, 첫째, 남학생의 평균점수가 여학생보다 높았으며, 창의적 능력, 융합적 가치 창출 및 창의융합역량에서만 성별의 차이가 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 학년에 따라 창의융합역량의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 3학년과 4학년이 1학년과 2학년에 비해 유의미하게 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 전공에 따라 창의융합역량의 차이가 있었으며, 공학 및 예체능계열의 대학생들이 인문, 사회, 상경, 자연계열의 학생들에 비해 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지역별로 창의융합역량의 차이는 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 성, 학년 및 전공의 차이를 고려하여 차별화된 창의융합 교과목이 구안될 필요성을 시사한다. Recently, studies are increasing to recognize the importance of creativity convergence competency of university students and strengthen it. On the other hand, previous researches have conceptualized creativity convergence competency by incorporating convergence into creativity competency or integrating creativity competency into convergence competency. However, since these perspectives regard creativity and convergence as each separate construct, there is a limit to promoting the ability, attitude, and a way of thinking to realize creativity convergence based on the overall understanding of the creativity convergence competency. Therefore, this study compared and analyzed creativity convergence competency of university students, using a creativity convergence competency test developed and validated by Kim, Chung-Yun(2016). The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of creativity convergence competency by students' gender, grade, major, and area of a university, and to provide basic data for developing creativity convergence instructions for university students. As a result of this study, first, it was found that an average grade of male students was statistically meaningfully higher than that of female students in creative ability, convergent value creation and creativity convergence competency. Second, there was a difference according to the grade and creativity convergence competency of the third and fourth graders was statistically meaningfully higher than that of the first and second graders. Third, there was a difference according to major and creativity convergence competency of university students who specialized in engineering and arts was significantly higher than that of students whose major was humanities, society, business, and natural science. Fourth, the difference of creativity convergence competency by region was not statistically significant. There is an implication that differentiated creativity convergence instructions should be developed, considering gender, grade, and major based on this result.

This study was performed to investigate the water quality of some natural mineral springs in Busan. Samples for this study were collected at fifty sites during a year. from March 2000 to February 2001. The overall tendency of mineral was Na>Ca>Mg>K, and the seasonal variation of each components were like this - Ca: Win>Spr>Sum>Aut, Mg: Spr>Win>Sum>Aut, Na: Sum>Aut> Spr>Win, K: Aut>Sum>Spr>Win The K and O index suggested by Hashimoto was followed : delicious water(58%) > not belong to any group(34%) > healthy and delicious water(6%) > healthy water(2%).
흰쥐 시상하부에서의 Neuropeptide Y 신경분포에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

The distributions of neuropeptideY(NPY) in the hypothalamus of the adult rat was investigated using indirect immunohistochemistry. The method was showed that neuropeptide Y had a widespread distributions and was present in extremely high concentration in the hypothalamic nuclei of the rat. A few number of NPY-containing perikarya was found in the paraventricular nucleus, medial to the fornix and the dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus, also relatively many numbers was found in the arcuate nucleus in colchicine pretreated rat. Neuropeptide Y-immunoreactive axons and terminals in the hypothalamus were found in most hypothalamic nuclei. The highest concentrations of neuropeptide Y containing fibers were found in the arcuate nucleus, paraventricular nucleus, and also the supraoptic nucleus, dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus, preoptic area showed relatively high concentration of neuropeptide Y-immunoreactive fibers. The extremely high concentations of neuro-peptide Y in the hypothalamus indicate important role in many brain functions.
흰쥐의 척수에 분포하는 Substance P 양성 신경섬유에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

An immunohistochemical study was performed using the specific monoclonal antibody against substance P to demonstrate the substance P immunoreactive nerve fibers in the spinal cord of the rats. 1. In the rat spinal cord using immunofluorence method, substance P immunoreactive cell bodies were not found, but their fibers with beaded appearance were observed in all spinal segments. 2. SP immunoreactive nerve fibers were found with the highest concentration especially in the lumbosacral segments. 3. SP immunoreactive nerve fibers could be seen in the Lamina Ⅰ,Ⅱ, X and a great number of substance P immunoreactive nerve fibers appeared in the IML. 4. A smaller number of nerve fibers were observed in the Lamina Ⅸ of ventral region and in the white matter.
