        Dynamics in the workplace and in society have contributed to the paradigm shift to outcome-based education. This study was performed to develop the curriculum based on assessment of existing program for the baccalaureate nursing program at Cheongju University. We used three steps-Analysis, Design, and Development-in ADDIE model for developing curriculum. The subjects were 18 graduate nurses, 41 nursing students, 38 parents, and 2 nursing team leaders for analysis of core competence. In conclusion, developing an outcome-based curriculum might be used to facilitate the students' development and evaluate the competence of the student during and on completion of the nursing baccalaureate program at Cheongju University.

        Low-Z Particle Electron Probe X-ray Microanalysis법을 이용한 2001년 ACE-Asia 집중 측정 기간 중 제주도 고산에서의 입자상 물질의 특성분석

        Low-Z particle electron probe X-ray microanalysis (low-Z particle EPMA) was applied to characterize aerosol particles collected at Gosan in Jeju island during an IOP(intensive observation period) for an international ACE-Asia project In April, 2001. Various types of atmospheric particles such as organics, carbon-rich, aluminosilicates, silicon oxide, sodium nitrate, sodium chloride, and ammonium sulfate were observed The reacted sea salt particles such as sodium nitrate were the most abundantly encountered, but original sea salt particles were rarely observed Since the Low-Z particle EPMA can provide quantitative information on the chemical composition of aerosol particles many different particle types on the basis of their chemical compositions were observed and identified In this study, It is demonstrated that the Low-Z particle EPMA can provide detailed information on the chemical compositions for the aerosol particles collected for six consecutive days in April, 2001, at Gosan super-site

        Recent social and economic changes have forced many middle-class people to change their life styles to be adapted to the new environment. The enlargement of womens role has also caused many changes in the style of housing life. Since World War Ⅱ, the prolongation of human life span and the decrease of deadly diseases and natural disasters have created the increase of the population of the aged. Accordingly, the provision against an aging society is on rise through analysis and study of the housing characteristics of the aged people. The aim of this study is to make an active provision against the change of the modern society, regarding the consumption propensity and to establish a foundation for house planning and design through the analysis and materialization of the concrete patterns of consumption. This study consists of two stages ; the first stage deals with the analysis of the housing environment and its lifestyles, the second stage analyzes the characteristics of housing patterns of the aged, apart from the first stage. This study analyzes the characteristics of housing life and ,especially regarding the aged. It summarizes as follows ; Firstly, the Koreans' housing type hierarchically includes owning, leasing, and monthly renting- based on the family income. The increase of income alone makes it difficult for lower income class people to own their houses. Therefore, it is necessary to give them a financial assistance. Secondly, to increase the number of families who have their own houses, the housing financial loan system should be changed. Thirdly, it would be more efficient to stabilize the policy of rent and low the rent to ease overcrowded housing. Lastly, it is required to improve the quality of housing life for the aged, including the size and type of housing.

      • A₂O 공정을 이용한 저 C/N 비 하수의 질소·인 제거에 관한 연구

        In this study, a pilot-scale A₂O process was applied to remove organics, suspended solids, nitrogen from municipal wastewater with low C/N ratio, and to investigate the treatment efficiency of pilot plant as well as the nitrogen removal characteristics of pilot plant. As a result of studying BOD_(5) and COD removal efficiencies were increase for HRT increase and effluent concentration were to decrease. T-N removal efficiency and concentration of effluent were shown as 60 ~ 80% and below 15mg/L. In aerobic basin, removal efficiency of NH₄-N was shown over 97% with NH₄-N volume load 0.l6kgNH₄-N /㎡·d and in anoxic basin, denitrification efficiency was indicated over 80% with return sludge rate 0.5Q and internal recirculation rate 2.5Q. Removal efficiency and effluent concentration of phosphorus mere shown over 80% and below 2mg/L with return sludge rate 0.5Q.

        한국과 영국의 학교장자격 연수과정 비교

        이 연구는 우리나라의 현행 교장자격연수 실상을 분석하기 위해 공식적인 교장양성프로그램이 가장 발달되어 있는 영국의 사례와 비교ㆍ분석하였다. 구체적으로 양국의 교장자격연수 배경, 자격요건 및 선발, 연수프로그램의 구성 및 내용, 연수평가 및 결과활용, 연수기관 평가 등의 제 영역에서 공통점과 차이점을 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 우리나라의 교장자격연수제도의 개선을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국은 개방형 공모교장의 경우를 제외하고 경력 등에 근거한 평정점수, 영국에서는 지원서 및 추천서 평가에 따라 자격자를 선발하여 연수 대상자를 선정하였다. 둘째, 연수과정의 구성에 있어서 우리나라의 자격연수는 정책연수, 시도연수와 본연수의 총 192시간으로 이루어지는데 비해서, 영국의 NPQH는 총 4가지 단계로 구성되어 교육기간만 4~12개월 정도가 걸린다. 셋째, 연수과정의 내용은 양국이 모두 다양한 과정을 제공하지만, 영국의 경우 개별화 맞춤프로그램이 가능해서 연수자의 필요에 부응하여 이루어지고 있다. 마지막으로 평가 및 결과 활용을 보면, 우리나라의 경우 자격연수를 이수하면 자격증이 주어지고 교장 임용시 순위를 정하는 척도로 활용되지만, 영국은 엄격한 질적 평가를 통해서 자격증 수여 여부를 평가자가 결정할 수 있다. 연구결과를 통해 도출한 주요 시사점은 다음과 같다. 교장자격 연수의 목표로서 성공적인 학교경영을 위해 필수적인 학교장의 역량이 명확하게 제시되어야 하며, 연수과정 또한 이와 유기적으로 연계하여 설계되어야 한다. 교육과정은 개인의 개발 요구를 고려한 맞춤형 프로그램이 되어야 한다. 마지막으로 연수 평가는 연수자의 전문성 개발에 관해 양적ㆍ질적으로 평가할 수 있는 방식으로 수행되어야 하며, 연수기관의 효과성 향상과 지속적인 개선을 위해서 연수기관평가체제가 구축되어야 한다. This study analyzes the current status of the principal qualification system in Korea, and compares it with the system in England. Different aspects of the systems in the two countries are analyzed, including the overview, requirements and the candidate selection process, as well as curriculum, assessment, and the certification process. The results are as follows. First, the pre-service education system in Korea works out to a total of 192 hours, comprising pre-training and main training sessions. On the other hand, NPQH in England has four different levels lasting about 4 - 12 months. Both systems provide various curricula, but NPQH can be customized according to the trainee’s needs. Upon completion of the curriculum, candidates in Korea are assessed quantitatively before being certified and assigned to individual schools, while the ones in England are assessed rigorously and qualitatively in order to be certified. The findings of this study suggest the followings. First, the required competencies of school principals should be clearly stated as the goal of the pre-service education system of school principals. Second, curricula should be customized according to the individual’s needs. Third, the assessment should be done in both quantitative and qualitative ways for a proper perspective of the candidate’s development.

        외상성 관절원판 전위에 의한 청각장애: 증례보고 : 증례 보고 A CASE REPORT

        Fifty nine year-old male patient was referred for the correction of external auditory canal impatency according to anterior bony wall fracture of canal during the otolaryngologic treatment for hearing disorder. At clinical examination there are both temporomandibular joint(TMJ) pain, tenderness and left TMJ noise. We could find that if mouth was opened, external auditory canal impateted, and if closed, patented through otoscopy. We planned exploratory TMJ open surgery under clinical diagnosis of traumatic TMJ meniscus displacement and external auditory canal bony wall fracture, of under clinical diagnosis. During arthroplasty we found that posterior displaced meniscus pressured the fractured external auditory canal so we prepositioned meniscus anteriorly. After arthroplasty, TMJ noise disappeared and hearing funtion recovered. We experienced hearing disorder due to TMJ meniscus posterior displacement, so we present a case report with literature review.

        열처리 시 소금첨가에 의한 풋콩의 색과 Chlorophyll 함량 변화

        풋콩의 열처리 시 소금의 영향을 알아보기 위해 이전의 실험에서 비슷한 수치를 나타낸 80℃-30min. 90℃-20min, 100℃-10min의 조건에서 color와 chlorophyll 함량을 측정하였다. 녹색과 깊은 관련이 있는 -α값(colorimeter parameter)과 chloropyll α의 두 수치만을 비교해 보았을 때, -α값은 100℃-10min이 높게 나온 반면, chlorophyll 함량의 경우 소금을 첨가한 군이 비 첨가군보다 높은 값을 나타내었다. 온도와 시간이 color와 chlorophyll 함량 파괴에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 반응속도상수(reaction rate constant)와 활성화 에너지(activation energy)값을 구해보았다. 그 결과 반응속도 상수는 온도가 10℃증가함에 따라 2배 가량 증가하는 것을 볼 수 있었고 이는 Arrhenius 이론과 일치하였다. 소금의 첨가는 seed의 색(greenness)만을 제외하고 전체적으로 chlorophyll과 color의 파괴속도를 저하시키는 역할을 하였다. Pod에서 chlorophyll α감소를 위한 활성화 에너지는 146.63㎉/㏖(소금군)로 비소금군의 138.02㎉/㏖ 보다 높은 값을 나타내었고 이는 소금이 색소저하 반응의 속도를 낮춤을 의미하였다. 결과적으로 풋콩의 열처리 시 소금의 첨가는 단순히 맛의 변화뿐만 아니라 chloropyll 잔량을 높여 풋콩의 색소를 안정화시키는 역할을 하였다. Vegetable soybeans were blanched at 80, 90 and 100℃ for 30, 20 and 10min, respectively. NaCl (3%) was also used to measure the protective effect of soybean color. The color of vegetable soybeans was measured by colorimeter, -a value (greenness) was highest at 100℃-10min. However, the chlorophyll contents was highest at 80℃-30min. NaCl (3%) decreased the loss of chlorophyll in blanched vegetable soybeans. The reaction rate constant for the thermal degradation of chlorophyll and greenness doubled per 10℃. The activation energy chlorophyll a of pod for thermal degradation of chlorophyll a in pods were 138.02 (unsalted), 146.63 (salted) ㎉/㏖, respectively.
