        In this paper, we analyze customers' working electric energy (kWh) which is served pole-transformer in order to reduce peak load current error which is generated in application load correlation equation. The characteristic of electric load which customers are using is classified by customer's working electric energy (kWh) and ratio of cooling equipment possession. For the input data of fuzzy model, we used to kWh on April which represents basic load and kWh which is increased from April to August. The April kWh is used to classify into large, medium, small customer. Also, the increased kWh is used to know information of cooling equipment possession. For the output value of fuzzy model, we can determined peak load current limit in application load correlation equation.

        Dynamics in the workplace and in society have contributed to the paradigm shift to outcome-based education. This study was performed to develop the curriculum based on assessment of existing program for the baccalaureate nursing program at Cheongju University. We used three steps-Analysis, Design, and Development-in ADDIE model for developing curriculum. The subjects were 18 graduate nurses, 41 nursing students, 38 parents, and 2 nursing team leaders for analysis of core competence. In conclusion, developing an outcome-based curriculum might be used to facilitate the students' development and evaluate the competence of the student during and on completion of the nursing baccalaureate program at Cheongju University.

      • 음낭외상시 고환파열에 대한 초음파 검사의 진단적 유용성

        Purpose: We determined the use of scrotal ultrasonography in the initial diagnosis and management of testicular injuries due to blunt scrotal trauma. Mateiials and Methods: We reviewed 54 patients of scrotal trauma in the last 8 years. Forty patients were evaluated by ultrasonography preoperatively. A heterogeneous echo pattern of the testicular parenchyma with loss of oval shape, contour definition was the basis for diagnosis of testicular rupture. Among them, 33 cases underwent scrotal exploration and 7 cases were managed conservatively. The remaining 14 patients were evaluated only by physical examination, 8 patients of them were explored immediately because of suspicious testicular mpture. The accuracy of ultrasonography were determined by comparing radiographic interpretations with intraoperative findings. Results: Among the 33 patients who were evaluated by ultrasonography and explored immediately, there were 26 suspected testicular ruptures on ultrasonography. Surgical exploration revealed testicular rupture in 23 and simple hematoma in 10. The testicular rupture was correctly diagnosed by ultrasonography in the 22 cases, and there were 4 false-positive and 1 false-negative diagnoses of testicular rupture. The sensivity and specificity for the diagnosis of testicular rupture are 96% and 60%, and the positive and negative predictive values are 85% and 86%, respectively, Conclusions: Scrotal ultrasonography, with the main radiographic finding of a heterogeneous echo pattern of the testicular parenchyma with loss of oval shape, contour definition, is highly sensitive on the diagnosis of testicular rupture. And it increases the salvage rate for testicular rupture with preservation of the testicular function and prevents delayed complications of chronic pain, atrophy and orchiectomy associated with missed testicular rupture.

        Effect of some process variables such as area reduction, stroke advance, materials on the extrusion load, plastic flow and height ratio of upper to lower extruded parts in the backward-forward extrusion of socket shaped parts are experimentally investigated and analyzed. Deformed pattern is visualized by photo-etching technique using half-cut billets splitted. The influence of using split and original specimen on the extrusion load and height ratio is examined by experiment. Aluminum 2024 and commercial pure copper are employed as working materials. Die setup is installed on the UTM and experiments are carried out at room temperature.

        The purpose of this work is to develop a transurethral suppository containing prostaglandin E₁(PGE₁), which stabilizes the drug, gives no irritation to physiological body and enhances the erectile response of PGE₁. PGE₁ transurethral suppositories were prepared with various amounts of compositions such as saturated polyglycolysed glyceride(Suppocire^(?) AP, SAP), polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil (HCO-50) and ethanol. The melting points, viscosities and PGE₁ release of the suppositories were investigated. Ocular irritation test was carried out after application of PGE₁ suppository to rabbit's eye. The intracavemous pressure(ICP), penile length and duration of erectile response were determined after transurethral administration of PGE₁ suppository and compared with those after intracavemosal injection of PGE₁ solution to cats. HCO-50 hardly affected the melting points and viscosities of PGE₁ suppositories. Additionally, PGE₁ transurethral suppositories, whose melting point ranges was 34-35℃, was speedily melted in physiological body. HCO-50 significantly decreased the dissolution rates of PGE₁ from the suppositories. Dissolution mechanism analysis showed the release of PGE₁ was pro-portional to the square root of time, indicating that PGE₁ might be released from the suppositories by Fickian diffusion. The release rate of PGE₁ from PGE₁ suppository [PGE₁/SAP/HCO-50/ethanol (1/94.5/2.5/2%)] was about 80% within 2h. This PGE₁ suppository gave no irritation to the urethral tissue less sensive than ocular tissue. Furthermore, PGE₁ in this suppository was stable at 4℃ for 2 years. This suppository increased the ICP and penile erection similar to those of injuctable PGE₁ solution. However, it gave 2.5-fold increased dura-tion of erectile response than injectable PGE₁ solution. Our results suggested that it gave more effective erectile response than injectable PGE₁ solution in cats. It is concluded that this PGE₁ suppository with good safety, excellent stability and enhanced erectile response, could be a more effective and convenient transurethal delivery system of PGE₁.

        Corynebacterium sp. K-199가 생산하는 단백질성 생물용집제

        미생물응집제를 개발하기 위하여 자연계로부터 방선균 600여 균주와 보관균주를 대상으로 응집활성이 우수한 균주를 선별하고 동정한 결과 corynebacteium 속으로 동정되었다. 응집제 생산을 위한 최적조건은 2% glycerol, 0.4% peptone, 0.1% yeast extract, 0.3% K_2HPO_4, 0.1% CaCO_3, 0.05% NaCl, 0.1% MgSO_4·7H_2O, pH 7.5의 배지 100 ml을 500ml baffle flask에 넣고 96시간 회전진탕배양할 때였으며 상기의 조건으로 jar fermentor 배양시 96시간에서 780 units/ml의 응집활성을 나타내었다. 응집물질은 pronase 처리와 periodate 산화에 의해 각각 무처리구와 13%와 106%의 활성을 나타냄으로써 응집활성은 주로 단백질에 기이함을 알 수 있다. About 600 microorganisms isolated form soil, marsh, compost, etc. were examined for their flocculating ability in the kaolin suspension and swine wastewater. Among them, K-199 was the best producer of flocculant and was identified to be a species belong to the genus corynebacteium. The maximum production of the flocculant from Corynebacterium sp. K-199 was observed in culture medium containing 2% glycerol, 0.4% peptone, 0.3% K_2HPO_4, 0.1% CaCO_3, 0.05% NaCl, 0.1% yeast extract, 0.1% MgSO_4·7H_2O and initial pH 7.5 when cultured with rotary shaker controlled at 25℃ and 150 rpm. Under the optimal culture condition with jar fermentor, the maximum production was reached to flocculating activity of 780 units/ml after 4 days. From the results of the activity be fully maintained by periodate oxidization, it suggests that the activity is due to the protein.

        Intellectual property right security system is thing which establish security right in debtor's intellectual property right security creditor secures own security bond. And in case debtor does not fulfil debt, creditor can receive priority payment security disposing of conversion. Problem about securitize of intellectual property was happened with venture capital at 1990. Venture business is not traditional security asset such as real estate and securities, but superior brain is property. It is not easy that intellectual property right security system evaluates intellectual property. That evaluate value of technique becomes that evaluate inflict mortgage, but much problems remain in case is evaluated by technique itself. That is, there is difference with do practical technology although evaluated inflict mortgage about technology. Value estimation of intellectual property right may have to consist with other intellectual property right may have to consist with other intellectual property right or business equipment. That is, we may have to invent method to offer material things and intellectual property right by mortgage together to evaluate value of intellectual property right. We can think put in good order so that may take current law at real concretely, and real estate security system on American law or Japan's induction of floating charge system. But, intellectual property right can not apply general fundamental of civil law just as it is because urea that is industrial policy enemy is strong. Therefore, present system can not protect rightful person who do not register. We must put in good order registration system degree so that effect of security right may reach to improved intellectual property to protect rightful person who do not register.
