These are the conculusons by investigation and analysis of the confronting problems occurring in primary school science curriculum objecting the 424 primary school teach ers in 36 primary schools in Chung Nam province. 1. Teachers are interested in natural science but they feel new science curriculum difficult, especially the concept of energy. 2. Most of the teachers teach the pupils without any pre-plan and preparation. 3. The guidance of new science curriculum is difficult to teachers. The first reason of the difficulty is for lack of experimental materials, the second reason is that that the level of new science currciulum is too high to the intellectual capacity of student and third is that teachers are diffident how to guide the student to for m the concepts. 4. Most of teachers respons that they teach lessons by experiment But when we com pare with other responses, it is suspicious whether they have the true methods of experiments. 5. Most of thachers tend to believe that only following the way of text book of pupil is utmost guidance method. 6. They prefer the guidance of the professors of the college to that of supervisor.. 7. Many science rooms are provided, but few science experimental materials. 8. The in-service education of teachers is more efficient in the junior teachers' coll- ege. 9. The disapponiting answers are 61% that under the present circumstances the aim of new curriculm can’t be achieved.

A fault detecting method of ternary logic is proposed by using the spectral coefficients of the Chrestenson function. Fault detecting conditions are derived for a stuck-at fault in case of single input, multiple inputs and internal lines in the ternary logic. The detecting conditions for min/max bridging faults are also considered. When using this fault analysis method, it is possible to detect faults without the test vector and minimize high volume memory for storing the vector and response data. Thus, the computational complexity for the test vector can be decreased.

Study design: Clinical results were retrospectively analyzed in 11 patients with fractures of talar neck who were treated in our department from Jan. 1994 to Dec. 1999. Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the short-term results and to assess the prognostic factors of talar neck fractures. Material and Method: 11 cases with fractures of talar neck were reviewed retrospectively with minimum 1 year follow-up. There were 8 men & 3 women, and the average age was 25. The most common cause was traffic accident. According to the modified Hawkins classification, type I was in 4 cases, type II in 5, type III in 2, and type IV was none. All type I fractures were treated conservatively, and others were treated operatively. Results: According to Hawkins criteria, there was excellent result in 7 cases(64%), good in 2(18%), and fair in 2(18%). Post-traumatic arthritis occurred in 2 cases, but there was no avascular necrosis. Conclusion: Careful selection of method of treatment and urgent management are important prognostic factors in talar neck fractures. The longer follow-up in more cases is necessary to evaluate the long-term clinical results and complications more accurately.
Cherstenson 함수를 이용한 MVL 회로의 스펙트럴 분석에 관한 연구

The analysis of logic function is performed by the spectral coefficients which transform the function domain data into the spectral domain data. By using the spectral techniques, analysis of MVL circuits is performaed, and the fault analysis and detecting methods of multiple-valued logic circuits are proposed in this paper.
