본 연구의 목적은 ‘생태문해력(ecoliteracy)’의 의미를 고찰하여 그것이 갖는 사회과교육적 의미를 탐색하고, 현 사회과교육에서 생태문해력이 반영되고 있는 정도를 파악해보는데 있다. 이를 위해 II장에서는 생태문해력 개념의 발생 배경과 정의를 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 생태문해력의 특징을 지속가능 패러다임, 장소감, 시스템 사고로 도출하였다. 생태문해력의 특징을 살펴본 결과 생태문해력의 본질을 관계성이라고 판단하였고, 이에 기반하여 연구자는 생태문해력을 우리의 삶의 모습인 상호의존적인 관계망 속에 내 자신이 포함되어 있음을 자각하고, 그 관계망을 유지하기 위해 자신의 삶을 윤리적으로 성찰할 수 있는 능력으로 조작적으로 정의하였다. 또한, 사회과교육에서 생태문해력을 길러준다는 것은 생태 시민이 가진 먼 거리에서 배려할 수 있는 삶의자세를 길러주는 것이라 규정하였다. III장에서는 생태문해력 관점에서 사회교과서를 분석할 수 있는 틀을 구안하여 이를 바탕으로 2007 개정 초등학교 사회 교과서와 2009 개정 초등학교 사회 교과서의 지리·일반사회영역의 내용을 문장단위로 분석하였다. 두 교과서 모두 학습자들의 직접적인 삶 속에서 먼 거리의 배려 대상과의 연결망을 볼 수 있도록 하는 내용 서술이 부족했기에 이를 보강할 필요가 있겠다. This study aims to understand the concept of ‘ecoliteracy’ and thus will explore the significance and reflection degree of ecoliteracy in social studies education. For that, this study, based on understanding of meaning and features of ecoliteracy, extracted characteristics of ecoliteracy; sustainable paradigm, sense of place, and system thinking which based on the relationship. Through this, the researcher defines operational ecoliteracy as an awareness of including oneself in an interdependent network, our image of life, and the ability to reflect on their lives and ethically maintain a network. cultivating ecoliteracy in social studies education means being able to recognize as them; spatially distant others, interspecific distant biological and non-biological being, distant future generations and reflecting on their lives to consider them. The researcher analyzed social studies textbook by using analysis framework that I designed. Based on the analysis results, the contents to understand life and consideration of the subject of the learner in the relationship network is insufficient. It needs to increase the content description to make possible to see the connection network.
6LoWPAN에서 딕스트라 알고리즘을 이용한 에너지 효율적인 라우팅 프로토콜

최근에 IEEE 802.15.4 프로토콜은 데이터 전송 속도가 낮은 무선 통신을 위한 표준 프로토콜로 채택되었다. 서비스의 이용 확산과 센서 네트워크의 관리를 용이하기 위해 IETF 6LoWPAN(IPv6 over Low power WPAN) WG에서는 IEEE 802.15.4 MAC/PHY 상위 계층에 IPv6를 기존 인터넷에서 사용가능 한 무선통신 프로토콜에 대한 표준화 작업을 진행하고 있다. 센서 네트워크에서 노드간의 통신을 위한 라우팅 프로토콜은 AODV, LOAD, DYMO-low 등을 사용하고 있는데, 이러한 라우팅 프로토콜들은 에너지를 고려하지 않기 때문에 센서 네트워크에 그대로 적용하면 에너지 효율적 측면에서 문제점이 발생한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 에너지 효율적인 라우팅 프로토콜로 DAODV을 제안하고자 한다. 이 방법에서는 노드 에너지 잔량 값을 이용하여 그 라우팅 경로비용이 결정되면 딕스트라 알고리즘을 적용하여 각 노드의 에너지에 대한 최단경로를 선택한다. The IEEE 802.15.4 protocol in the wireless communications technology, which is defined low-data-rate in a wireless personal area network. In order to expand the services and facilitate the management of sensor networks, IETF 6LoWPAN(IPv6 over Low power WPAN) WG by integrating IPv6 with Low-Rate Wireless Personal Area Newtork, which in the IEEE 802.15.4 MAC/PHY upper layer of IPv6, in order to used in the benchmark Internet, is being a standardized wireless communication protocol. For the communication between nodes in sensor network there are AODV, LOAD, DYMO-low routing protocols. However, these routing protocols do not consider the energy, the same problem occurs in terms of energy efficient. For these reasons, energy efficient routing protocol in this research to have suggested DAODV. Using nodes remanent energy, and if the cost of the routing path is determined, each node on the energy of the shortest path by applying the Dijkstra algorithm should calculate and communications.
온경탕을 포함한 한방치료로 호전된 섬유근육통 환자의 치험 1례

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effects of Korean medicine treatment, including Onkyung-tang, on fibromyalgia. Methods: The patient was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, and chuna manual therapy for 13 days. To evaluate the improvements, we used a numeric rating scale (NRS), the American College of Rheumatology Preliminary Diagnostic Criteria (ACR), the neck disability index (NDI), and the Oswestry disability index (ODI). Results: After treatment, the scores for the NRS, ACR, NDI, and ODI all decreased compared with baseline. Conclusion: This study suggests that Korean medicine treatment that includes Onkyung-tang can be effective in reducing pain and increasing ability to function in patients with fibromyalgia.
Bacillus velezensis MWS28을 이용한 포도 흰얼룩병의 생물적 방제

The white stain symptom on grape vine (Vitis vinifera L.) was recorded as one of new disease in Korea. Two fungal pathogens of Tricothecium roseum and Acremonium acutatum are casual organisms for the disease development of white stain symptom. In this study, Bacillus strain MWS28 was selected as one among the biocontrol agents based on antibiosis screening against A. acutatum and T. roseum. The selected strain was identified as B. velezensis MWS28 by 16s RNA sequencing data analysis. The strain MWS28 inhibits the mycelial growth and spore germination against two pathogens strongly. The leaf disc assay displayed, control values as 73.1%, 80.3% against A. acutatum and T. roseum, respectively when treated with MWS28 suspensions. When grape fruits were treated synergistically combination of MWS28 suspension with 0.3% sodium alginate solution, there was a greater suppressive effect than treatment with MWS28 cell suspension alone in field condition. Thus, this study indicated that the biocontrol of white stain symptoms is possible by treatment with MWS28 suspensions under field conditions for eco-friendly farming.

Genetic engineering is a potential approach to improve secondary metabolism in plants. In order to elucidate the effect of production of anthocyanin pigment 1 (PAP1) overexpression on the bioactivity of ginseng, we analyzed its antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-elastase activities in this study. Our results showed that PAP1 overexpression increased the production of polyphenolic compounds including anthocyanins. The antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-elastase activities were stronger in anthocyanin-overproducing ginseng hairy roots (AOX) than in wild ginseng hairy roots. Using a different solvent system (0, 30, 70, and 100% (v/v) EtOH), we revealed that variations in the contents of the polyphenolic compounds were highly correlated with changes in the antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of AOX. The antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-elastase effects of AOX highlight genetic engineering as a powerful approach to enhance the therapeutic properties of plants. Our results show that AOX could potentially have various functional applications in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries

This study is to investigate on the antioxidant efficacy of the natural plant extracts, and was intended to confirm the possibility of development of antioxidant and anti-aging as a functional cosmetic material. The hot water extract of Camellia sinensis (CS), Chrysanthemum morifolium (CM) and Artemisia capillaris (AC) were generally measured high in total flavonoid and phenolic content. CM contained the highest level of flavonoid content (6.86 ± 0.12 μg QE/mg of D.W), however CS was the most in phenolic content (39.83 ± 1.12 μg GAE/mg of D.W). The antioxidant activities of three extracts were tested by performing DPPH free radical scavenging and reducing power assay. According to the result of reducing power assay, CS exhibited the highest antioxidant activity, followed by CM and AC in a decreasing order. In case of DPPH free-radical scavenging assay, all three were high, but CS was found to be the most effective. Additionally, CS showed the strongest anti-elastase activity compared to the other extract. Together, these findings suggest
