스마트시티와 공간지능에 관점에서 표준화 범위 논의

Although it has been pointed out that the use of geo-spatial information is important in the development process of smart cities, building DB and visualization of urban features has overwhelmed solving and analyses of urban problems. GIS database had been developed with limits for spatial analyses. In addition, for planning the next smart cities, it is intended to enhance the satisfaction of citizens who experience smart city services. We aim to clarify and to suggest issues in discussing and exploring directions in determining the scopes of standardization among various complex technologies and policies. 우리나라의 스마트시티 개발과정에 공간정보의 활용이 중요하다는 것을 지적해왔음에도 불구하고 실제 수행과정에서 도시 지형지물의 DB 구축과 가시화를 강조하였고, 공간분석이 가능하도록 DB를 구축하지 못하여 스마트시티를 구축하고자 하는 사람들의 요구를 만족시킬 수가 없었다. 한편으로 스마트시티를 기획할 때, 시민들이 스마트시티 서비스를 경험에 대한 만족도를 제고해야 한다는 요구를 받고 있다. 다른 한편으로, 표준의 목표는 상호호환성의 확보에 있으며 표준화 범위와 필요성에 대한 논의 역시 복잡한 기술과 정책 방향에 달려 있기에, 본 고에서는 스마트시티에서 공간지능을 인간지능의 확장 차원에서 검토하고, 표준화 범위에 상반된 이견을 구체화하여 제시하여, 향후 스마트시티 로드맵을 결정하는 과정에서 고려할 여러 이슈를 드러내고자 하였다.

여성들의 놀이터, 일상의 경험이 공유되는 새로운 방식: 팟캐스트 <송은이&김숙 비밀보장>을 중심으로

This study focuses on the recent shift of young women from old media to new media. Since the ‘Feminism Reboot’ in 2015, women in their 20s and 30s who have been actively engaged in popular culture, have criticized the gender representation of existing media and started to produce their own stories in new media spaces such as YouTube and Podcasts. <Secrecy of Song Eun Yi & Kim Sook>, the subject of this study, is a podcast program launched in 2015 by Song Eun Yi and Kim Sook. <Secrecy>, a low-budget internet radio broadcast, have attracted many listeners and become one of the most popular podcasts in Korea. This study attempts to explore the possibility of feminist cultural practice by analyzing the success factors and meanings of <Secrecy> in terms of media characteristics of podcasts, content production, and interaction with listeners. As a result, Song Eun Yi and Kim Sook, who were less-successful comedians in the Korean entertainment industry, produced their own content through podcasts with low entry barriers, and built up a sense of intimacy with listeners through a unique program format: counseling. Additionally, in the process of advising listeners on their daily worries, they drew laughter with their own chemistry and sense of entertainment as female comedians and emotionally approached women’s daily worries based on their minority status. Finally, the two comedians and their female listeners have created a venue for women’s solidarity through intimate interactions that have mutual recognition, empathy, and comfort. 이 연구는 최근 젊은 세대 여성들이 올드 미디어에서 이탈하여 새로운 미디어로 옮겨간 현상에 주목한다. 2015년 ‘페미니즘 리부트’ 이후 자신의 일상 속에서 대중문화와 적극적으로 관계를 맺고 있는 2030 여성들은 기존 미디어의 젠더 재현을 비판하며 유튜브, 팟캐스트 등 새로운 미디어 공간에서 그들의 이야기를 생산하고 있다. 본 연구의 분석대상인 <송은이&김숙 비밀보장>은 2015년, 예능계에서 주변부로 밀려나던 송은이와 김숙이 ‘막막한 현실’을 타개하고자 ‘벼랑 끝’에서 시작한 팟캐스트 프로그램이다. 그러나 ‘저예산’ 인터넷 라디오 방송이었던 <비보>는 많은 청취자를 불러 모으며 가장 인기 있는 팟캐스트 중 하나가 되었다. 본 연구는 <비보>의 이러한 성공 요인과 의미를 팟캐스트의 매체적 특성, 콘텐츠 생산의 측면 그리고 청취자와의 상호작용의 측면에서 분석하면서 여성주의 문화 실천의 가능성을 살펴보고자 했다. 분석 결과, 주변부 개그우먼이었던 송은이와 김숙은 진입장벽이 낮은 팟캐스트를 이용해 직접 콘텐츠를 제작하고, 고민상담이라는 독특한 프로그램 형식을 통해 청취자들과 친밀감을 형성했다. 다음으로, 청취자의 고민을 해결하는 과정에서 그들은 여성 코미디언의 케미와 예능감으로 웃음을 유발하고 오랜 무명의 주변적 위치성에 기반해 여성들의 일상적 고민에 정서적으로 다가갔다. 마지막으로, 이 과정에서 두 개그우먼과 여성 청취자들은 서로를 알아보고 공감하며 위로하는 친밀한 상호작용을 통해 여성 연대의 장을 만들어 오고 있었다.

A Case of Successful Selective Abortion Using Radio-frequency Ablation in Twin Pregnancy Suffering from Severe Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome

Twin to twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) is one of the major complication of monochorionic twin pregnancy which is mainly understood by placental vascular anastomosis. Perinatal mortality and morbidity is high as 80-100% if untreated and even higher if the disease is developed at early stage. Variety of methods of isolating or intercepting placental vascular anastomosis are introduced, but they are only available in centers where all the required equipments are prepared. We report here a case of TTTS complicated with severe polyhydroamnios during the second trimester. The blood supply to donor twin was interrupted successfully at 19+2 weeks of gestation by minimally invasive radio-frequency cord ablation, under ultrasound guidance. The normal recipient twin was delivered successfully at 35 weeks of gestation and had no eventful neonatal course.

A Necessary Condition for A Happy Family: Propositions for Parent Safety Training of Infants and Toddlers

This study has focused on the transfer of infants and Toddlers-protecting responsibilities from families to infants and Toddlers education agencies due to an increase of a double-income family and nuclear family. It is because there is insufficient safe play space from the moment when infants and Toddlers return from infants and Toddlers education agencies to home due to a high crowding of housing and increase of vehicle, and there can be difficulties to take responsibilities of infants and Toddlers safety with a mere recognition and effort of parent. Thus, to suggest a safety education through mutual contact between the communities and agencies supporting parent role in a level of social welfare, its potential has been identified through a frequency analysis on 60 participants of experimental group who have trained a safety education and 60 participants of control group who have not trained a safety education. As a result of frequency analysis, the increase in safety condition in Korea, safety and development of infants and Toddlers, safety of play materials, and safety knowledge on general part of facility safety has detected and the practice of safety and safety consciousness has also identified to be more effective. The results of this study has shown a potential to verify its efficacy if it is verified through an elaborative model of safety education based on parents of young infants and Toddlers family.

문학연구에 정보통신기술 적용이 약이 되는가? 독이 되는가?

Both Literary studies and information technologies are varied and have wide range of topics, so studies on the relationship between them have focused on the individual cases. This article aims to show the matrix from the categories of each domain and place previous cases in research and systems, based on the categories suggested by associations or experts from each domain. Also we place potential expectation to use information technologies for literary studies. The degrees of application may be varied so we tried to grade potentiality of relationship. Furthermore, we hope that this article may be one of the basic framework for the further discussions how to use information technologies and how to widen the contents of cultural technologies via literary studies. 문학연구와 정보통신분야 양 분야의 범위가 방대하고 다양한 이유로 상호연관성에 대한 연구는 주로 개별 사례 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 본고는 사례를 담아낼 수 있는 틀로서 문학연구와 정보통신에 대한 기존 분류체계를 가져와 매트릭스를 만들고 기존연구사례와, 향후 기술변화에 따른 활용가능성의 사례를 배치하여 보았다. 문학연구에 도움이 되는 정도를 상대적 정도로 표시하여 봄으로써 문학연구자들이 정보기술을 적극적으로 활용하면서, 도움을 받을 수 있고 정보통신분야의 연구구자들 문학연구에서 풍부한 콘텐츠를 받아 상호 시너지가 날 수 있는 토대를 만들고자 하였다.

GIS기법을 이용한 다도해국립공원의 수달 서식가능지 분석과 지역개발 정책에 관하여

Hongdo and Huksando belong to the Dadohae national park parks in Korea and are famous sightseeing spots in Shinahn-gun. One of the keystone species in this area is otter (Lutra lutra). We accomplished field works for finding its present habitat and condition analyses for the potential habitat in the area via spatial analyses with digital elevation model and satellite imagery. Isolated condition with coastal cliffs was one of the superior conditions over habitat in the main land, but the road kills of small animals were also observed. Three underground eco-corridors were suggested for the protection of otter habitat in the Shinahn-gun area. Regional development strategies of Shinahn-gun should be focused on the protection of safe and pristine habitat for otter population. 홍도와 흑산도는 다도해해상국립공원과 신안군의 주요 관광지이다. 이들 지역에서 생태계에서 상위계층인 수달의 서식지 조건을 현지조사, 공간분석을 통하여 잠재적 서식처를 도출하였으며, 해안지역에 지하 eco-corridor의 설치를 제언하였다. 지리정보시스템의 분석기능과 위성사진을 이용한 식생 및 서식 조건 분석, 실제 야외조사와 탐문을 통한 조사를 수행하였다. 해식애와 격리된 지형조건과 수문조건을 포함하여 도로로 인한 이동통로의 단절 등의 문제가 관찰되었다. 바다에 의한 격리조건으로 육지의 수달서식처보다 안전성 면에서 우위적 위치를 점할 수 있으므로 세부적인 서식처 보호를 기반으로 한 지역개발정책은 도서로 구성된 신안군의 차별화된 전략으로 추진될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
