        자살시도자를 대면하는 사회복지사의 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구: 응급실 기반 자살시도자 사후관리 사업을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to present the policy direction for social workers in charge of suicide prevention projects based on exposure to suicide attempts of social workers, participating in the Emergency Room Suicide Treatment Program. We performed a qualitative analysis and Giorgi’s phenomenological research method with snowball sampling was used to conduct in-depth interviews with eight social workers participating in the Program. With the consent of the participants, whole process of the interview was recorded, and the corresponding transcript was analyzed using ATLAS TI 9.0. As a results, four topics were derived including 1) Psychological difficulties in dealing with suicide 2) limitations of the working environment. 3) adaptation to suicide exposure 4) power to move forward. Social workers engaged in emergency room suicide prevention projects were doing their best to fulfill their original duties while experiencing difficulties with suicide exposure and the secondary social welfare practice site. Based on the research results, suggestions were made to ‘provide education to improve professional competence’, ‘establish a peer support system’, and ‘increase opportunities to participate in project-related policies’ to improve the work environment and quality of life of social workers engaged in the project.

        연구보문 : 꿀풀과 허브 식물의 항산화, 항암 및 Tyrosinase 저해활성 검정

        The objective of this study was to investigate worth of Labiatae herb plants for biomedicinal materials and functional foods. It was focused on antioxidant, anticancer and tyrosinase inhibition activities of 12 species herb methanol extracts. Various herb extracts of total polyphenol, flavonoid contents showed that leaves of lemon balm the highest total polyphenol contents and whole of rosemary revealed the highest total flavonoid contents. Methanolic extracts of 11 accessions among them showed in the 40~60 μg/ml antioxidant activities. Especially, whole of rosemary(21.79±0.68 μg/ml) extract showed highest activity. In cytotoxicity test against three cancer cell lines, SK-Hep-1(liver), HeLa(uterus) and YD-15(oral), the whole of sage showed the highest toxicity with IC50 values of 79.32~165.54 μg/ml. Also, whole(56.23±0.21 μg/ml) and root(63.36±0.69 μg/ml) of sage extracts showed similar with arbutin used in control of the tyrosinase inhibitory experiment.

        꿀풀과 허브 식물의 항산화, 항암 및 Tyrosinase 저해활성 검정

        꿀풀과 허브의 부위별 메탄올 추출물에 대한 항산화, 항암, tyrosinase 저해활성을 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 총 폴리페놀과 플라보노이드 함량을 검정한 결과, lemon balm의 leaves 추출물에서 629.48±0.90 mg GAE/g DW로 가장 높은 폴리페놀 함량을 확인하였고, rosemary의 whole 추출물에서 22.45±0.81 mg CE/g DW 로 가장 높은 플라보노이드 함량을 나타내었다. Rosemary(whole) 추출물은 항산화 활성이21.78±0.68 μg/ml로 대조구인 ascorbic acid(66.49±0.56 μg/ml)보다 3배 정도 강한 활성을 나타내었다. Sage의 whole로부터 얻은 메탄올 추출물은 암세포에 세포독성을 가지고 있었으며, 치은섬유아세포에서는 독성이 거의 없는 것을 확인할 수있었다. Tyrosinase 저해활성을 검정한 결과, sage의 whole (56.23±0.21 μg/ml)과 root(63.36±0.69 μg/ml)로부터 얻은 추출물은 대조구인 arbutin(69.56±0.15 μg/ml)보다 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 이에 이들 식물들에 대해 추출용매 및 추출온도 등추출조건에 따른 최적 추출효율을 검토하고, in vivo 실험을 통해 생리활성 능력을 검정하는 등 보다 정밀한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.         음향광학 파장선택 필터 기반 파장훑음 레이저를 이용한 시간-인코딩 된 근적외선 흡광도 측정 비교 연구

        Time-encoded near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) system is proposed, based on a near-infrared (NIR) swept laser source, forcomparison to the conventional NIRS method using a detector-type spectrometer. The cavity of the NIR swept laser sourceconsists of a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) with a gain region around 800 nm, and several fiber-optic components. Tochange the output wavelength in time using an applied electric radio-frequency signal, an acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) isintroduced in the fiber ring cavity configuration. To demonstrate the feasibility of an NIR swept laser source for NIRS imaging,the spectroscopic comparison of two kinds of absorbance-measuring systems a detector-type spectrometer using a white lightsource, and a source-type spectrometer using an NIR swept laser is successfully performed with an NIR-absorbing dye.

        Comparative transcriptome analysis between long- and short-term survival after pig-to-monkey cardiac xenotransplantation reveals differential heart failure development

        Cardiac xenotransplantation is the potential treatment for end-stage heart failure, but the allogenicorgan supply needs to catch up to clinical demand. Therefore, genetically-modified porcine heartxenotransplantation could be a potential alternative. So far, pig-to-monkey heart xenografts havebeen studied using multi-transgenic pigs, indicating various survival periods. However, functionalmechanisms based on survival period-related gene expression are unclear. This study aimed toidentify the differential mechanisms between pig-to-monkey post-xenotransplantation longandshort-term survivals. Heterotopic abdominal transplantation was performed using a donorCD46-expressing GTKO pig and a recipient cynomolgus monkey. RNA-seq was performed usingsamples from POD60 XH from monkey and NH from age-matched pigs, D35 and D95. GeneannotatedDEGs for POD60 XH were compared with those for POD9 XH (Park et al. 2021). DEGswere identified by comparing gene expression levels in POD60 XH versus either D35 or D95 NH. 1,804 and 1,655 DEGs were identified in POD60 XH versus D35 NH and POD60 XH versus D95NH, respectively. Overlapped 1,148 DEGs were annotated and compared with 1,348 DEGs forPOD9 XH. Transcriptomic features for heart failure and inhibition of T cell activation wereobserved in both long (POD60)- and short (POD9)-term survived monkeys. Only short-termsurvived monkey showed heart remodeling and regeneration features, while long-term survivedmonkey indicated multi-organ failure by neural and hormonal signaling as well as suppressionof B cell activation. Our results reveal differential heart failure development and survival at thetranscriptome level and suggest candidate genes for specific signals to control adverse cardiacxenotransplantation effects.

        중년의 가구형태와 우울의 관계에서 소득 만족도와 직업 유무의 다중가산조절효과

        Recently, the number of middle-aged single-person households is increasing, and they are complaining of difficulties with mental health such as depression. Middle-aged single- person households account for a large proportion of the entire generation, and depression has also emerged as an important social problem. The type of household that emerged as a singleperson household had a negative effect on depression, and among them, it was confirmed that various socio-economic factors were influencing middle-aged depression. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of middle-aged household type on depression. Also, in the relationship between household type and depression in middle-aged people, this study focused on income and occupation, which are socioeconomic factors, and tried to examine the effect of multiple addition adjustments of subjective income, income satisfaction, and job presence. For this, data from the 15th year (2020) of the Korea Welfare Panel of the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs was used, and the multi-addition control effect was verified using SPSS Process Macro v3.3. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that middle-aged single-person households were a statistically significant factor that increased the level of depression, and that income satisfaction and occupational status of middle-aged people had a multi-addition control effect, a buffering role in the relationship between household type and depression. Based on the results of this study, we discussed how the influence of middleaged household type on depression level changes when income satisfaction and job status are controlled respectively. As a measure to alleviate depression caused by middle-aged household types, this study raised income satisfaction and emphasized the need for re-employmentrelated programs in the case of unemployed people. This study provides socioeconomic information for the promotion of mental health for middle-aged people, and it is expected that it will be usefully utilized in subsequent research.

        산형과(Apiaceae)식물의 항산화 활성 및 Tyrosinase 저해활성

        The present study was conducted to estimate the antioxidant and tyrosianse inhibition activities in different species of Apiaceae family. Total fifteen two species of Apiaceae family were used as experimental material and a great variation amid species for antioxidant and tyrosinase inhibition activities was noted. Methanol extracts of Bupleurum falcatum L. and Torilis japonica D. C. exhibited higher total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents, respectively while Foeniculum vulgare Gaeriner exhibited higher antioxidant and tyrosinase inhibition activities. Nonetheless, species under study exhibited a strong negative correlation between antioxidant activities and total polyphenol and negative correlation between antioxidant activities and total flavonoid contents; whereas non-significant correlation between tyrosinase inhibition activities and total polyphenol and flavonoid contents were noted. Species under study also exhibited a strong positive correlation between total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents whereas non-significant correlation between antioxidant activities and tyrosinase inhibition activities. In conclusion, Foeniculum vulgare was found better due to its higher antioxidant and tyrosinase inhibition activities.

        허브 식물 4종의 1,1-Diphenyl-2-Picrylhydrazyl 라디칼 소거능, 세포 독성 및 tyrosinase 저해활성 검정

        Abstract The present study was conducted to evaluate of the 1,1-Diphenyl-2-Picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging effect, cytotoxicity and tyrosinase inhibition activities using methanol extracts from different parts of four herb plants. The results showed that whole and root extracts of yarrow the highest total polyphenol and flavonoid contents as well as whole of yarrow revealed the highest DPPH radical scavenging effect. In cytotoxicity test against three cancer cell lines, HeLa (uterus), SK-Hep-1 (liver), and YD-15 (oral), the whole extract of feverfew showed the highest toxicity with IC50 values of 102.58-138.68 μg/mL. Also, mallow root extract (71.24 μg/mL) exhibited potent tyrosinase inhibitory activity comparable to arbutin (69.56 μg/mL), which was used as the control.
