남서대서양 오징어채낚기어업에서 달빛이 어획에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study is to investigate influence of moon light to the fishing of squid jigging fishery in the southwest Atlantic Ocean based on analyses of date taken from 127 vessels in Falkland fishing ground by squid jigging fishery from 2010 to 2015. Catch and CPUE were analyzed between the new moon and full moon phases. Catches of the new moon phase were higher than those of the full moon phase by 7.6% and CPUE expressed in mt/day-vessels and mt/line-day were also higher by 18.2%, 18.2% respectively. However, as a result of statistical analysis at a significance level of p > 0.05, no significant statistical differences in catch, mt/day-vessels and mt/line-day were found between the new moon and the full moon as a result of statistical analysis at a significance level of p > 0.05. 남서대서양 오징어채낚기어업에서 달빛과 어획과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 2010∼2015년 남서대서양 포클랜드어장에서 조업한 우리나라 원양 오징어채낚기어선 총 127척의 어획실적보고서에 기재된 자료를 이용하여 그믐기와 월명기의 어획량, CPUE인 조업일당어획량 (mt/day-vessels)과 물레당어획량 (mt/line-day)을 연도별, 월별로 비교 및 분석한 결과, 평균 어획량은 그믐기가 월명기보다 7.6% 높게 나타났다. 평균 조업일당어획량 및 평균 물레당어획량은 그믐기가 월명기에 비해 각각 18.2% 및 18.2% 높았다. 그러나 그믐기와 월명기의 어획량, 조업일당어획량 및 물레당어획량을 통계 분석한 결과 p > 0.05 수준에서 모두 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 분석되었다.

The development of 2-cell mouse embryos to the blastocyst stage in vitro has been used as a quality control for the media empolyed for human in vitro fertilization. There was a comparison between the quality control data of the culture medium as ascertained by 2-cell mouse embryos development and sperm motility and the data from fertilization and cleavage of human oocytes. However, there was no obvious association between fertilization and cleavage of human oocytes and the quality of the medium ascertained by mouse embryo development and sperm motility.
