In order to evaluate the anti-tumor and synergic effect of Bojungikkeehapdaechilkitang with doxorubicin, the inhibitory concentration(IC), $IC_{50}\;and\;IC_{90}$ of single use of doxorubicin and Bojungikkeehapdaechilkitang with their concomitant treatment against 3LL(Lewis lung carcinoma) was observed using MTT(Microculture Tetrazolium test) assay. In addition, their anti-tumor effects were also observed in the xenograft nude mice models agianst to 3LL cell lines. Bojungikkeehapdaechilkitang has only mimic direct anti-tumor effect against to 3LL cell lines but they were decreased general depressed signs induced by implantation of tumor cell lines and increased the total WBC and lymphocyte numbers. So, it is considered or expected that Bojungikkeehapdaechilkitang extracts were reduced the critical toxicity of doxorubicin and shows favorable synergic effect with doxorubicin and Bojungikkeehapdaechilkitang extracts.
PWR 사용후핵연료의 Li 환원과정 모사 프로그램 개발

In this paper a computer program was developed, which simulates the Li reduction process of PWR spent fuel, and the amount of a produced metal or chloride compound was calculated at the various amount of Li with the program. It establishes a database, which is composed of some characteristics related to a chemical reaction equation and thermodynamic data, and it calculates the transformed rate of PWR spent fuel oxide at the certain amount of Li by using the database as input data. As the results of the performance test of the program, it was validated that the transformed values of oxides, except for $Eu_2O_3$ and $Sm_2O_3$, were almost the same to within about a 6 % error with those calculated by the previous code and that the calculated amount of Li was also exactly consistent with the theoretical one, which is used for a complete reaction of each oxide in a single chemical reaction. A relationship between Li and the transformed metal of each oxide was analyzed on the basis of the quantities calculated with the verified development program. Of the results, when the amount of Li was given to be 250 mole, the 83.73 percentage of $UO_2$ was transformed into U while the remainder was still to be $UO_2$. In addition, it was appeared that the 297 mole of Li was needed to completely convert $UO_2$ into U.

본 논문에서는 변이계수에 대한 영향함수를 유도한다. 경험적 영향함수와 표본영향함수를 이용하여 유도된 영향함수의 타당성을 입증하고 이를 위하여 정규분포 $N(20,1^2)$와 $N(20,5^2)$에서 각각 확률표본을 추출하여 시뮬레이션을 수행한다. 시뮬레이션 결과로부터, 유도된 변이계수에 대한 영향함수가 한 개의 관찰치가 제거되었을 때 변이계수의 변화량을 매우 정확히 추정하는 것을 확인하였다. We derive the influence function on the coefficient of variation. Empirical influence function and Sample influence function are used to verify the validity of the derived influence function. To show the validity of the influence function, we carry out simulations with random samples from normal distribution $N(20,1^2)$ and $N(20,5^2)$, respectively. The simulation result proves that the derived influence function is very accurate in estimating changes in the coefficient of variation when an observation is deleted.

In the modernization process of the city, urbanization raised a variety of social issues. Urbanization brought noticeable changes in dwelling patterns, such as drastic changes in the housing lifestyle, that revolved around the metropolitan areas of Seoul and Busan etc. before and after the expansion of economic growth. Especially in 1985, when 23.8% of the country's population was concentrated in Seoul, the imbalance of housing supply and demand caused a vast range of housing shortage. The shortage, that resulted from public sector mishandling of natural housing demand, lead to the occurrence of private sector rental housing. The occurrence of this abnormal rental housing supply, became a major cause of Korea's typical lease system called 'Co-dwelling', where the leaseholder and tenant physically lives in the same residence. The leaseholder and tenant's 'Co-dwelling' started from partial renting of traditional Korean-style housing and transformed with the transition of dwelling form and time. However, after 1985, legalization of multi-family housing, Korean rental housing started to be planned in the beginning of it's housing construction and to be produced as an independent space with separate circulation. Also in terms of facility, it changed from partial renting of a space within the residence to an assembly of small individual spaces. However, the background of this deep-rooted 'Co-dwelling' lease system, in different forms and periods of residence, is still based on the lack of public sector rental housing supply and private sector supply of rental space to utilize extra space, 'Jeonsei' payment.

Objectives : 'Pi Wei Lun' is the principal medical work of Li Dongyuan's writings, which contains most of his medical theories. There are sixty-three prescriptions in 'Pi Wei Lun', and fifty-two of them were originated from him. This study was planned to present assistance to those who apply Dongyuan's theory clinically. Methods : We investigated those fifty-two prescriptions literary, and studied them from a viewpoint of the principle and method of treatment. Results : Dongyuan's fifty-two prescriptions can be classified into eight groups from the viewpoint of the principles and methods of treatment which are composed of 'tonify the spleen and stomach & elevate the spleen Yang', 'elevate the spleen Yang & expel fire', 'elevate the spleen Yang & relieve dampness', 'promote blood flow to eliminate blood stasis', 'invigorate the spleen', 'replenish Ki & and dispel phlegm', 'purgation with drugs warm in nature', and 'the other' eight methods. Conclusions : From above, we concluded that Dongyuan considered 'the primordial energy of the spleen and stomach' as the most important when making up prescriptions, but, at the same time, he used diverse methods of treatment on the ground of differentiation of syndromes.
나노 압입곡선의 이론적 분석을 통한 박막의 잔류응력 평가

Residual stress is a dominant obstacle to efficient production and safe usage of device by deteriorating the mechanical strength and failure properties. Therefore, we proposed a new thin film stress-analyzing technique using a nanoindentation method. For this aim, the shape change in the indentation load-depth curve during the stress-relief in film was theoretically modeled. The change in indentation depth by load-controlled stress relaxation process was related to the increase or decrease in the applied load using the elastic flat punch theory. Finally, the residual stress in thin film was calculated from the changed applied load based on the equivalent stress interaction model. The evaluated stresses for diamond-like carbon films from this nanoindentation analysis were consistent with the results from the conventional curvature method.
코로나19 시대 관람객과 소통하기 - 관람객 중심 전시해설 실천 사례 -

코로나19 팬데믹과 함께 미술관에서 전시해설의 방향은 달라져야 했다. 집합이 금지되고, 대화를 최소화해야 하는 상황에서 관람객 중심의 전시해설을 위해 각 기관의 주요 관람객을 분석하여 요구를 파악하였다. 이를 반영하여 소규모의 대면 해설에서는 해설할 작품을 관람객이 직접 선택하게 하였으며, 비대면 온라인 전시해설에서는 작품에 대한 관람객의 실제 반응을 바탕으로 대화 형식의 전시 해설을 영상으로 제작‧운영 하였다. 각각의 전시해설에서 관람객의 감상은 공유되었고, 이는 공감으로 혹은 다양성으로 포용되었다. Under the COVID-19 Pandemic, the direction of exhibit explanation had to be changed. Group gathering was prohibited and the conversation between people had to be minimized. With these circumstances, I analysed the demand from main visitors in an organization for visitor-oriented exhibit explanation. For the explanation facing a small group of people, I let the visitors choose the exhibits I need to explain. On the other hand, I arranged a conversation video based on the actual reaction from the visitors for the untact online exhibit explanation. Visitors’ impression for each exhibit explanation was shared and this has been embraced with sympathy or diversity.
초등학생을 위한 친환경디자인 STEAM 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 적용 연구

Recently, ‘Eco-friendly’ and ‘Sustainable’ issues are very important moral to save the future environment of the earth. Especially, Global warming led the climate change such as abnormal weather and temperature. In Korea, the researchers found out that the most influence thing for the change is the living space like human activity. Now, for reducing the problem, Korean government is planned that the action plans for the eco-friendly design building and energy saving mechanism. But the eco-friendly professionals are small in number. That is the point of the study about the eco-friendly design STEAM education program as a 1st pilot program. So, aim of the this study is about the development of the 1st pilot learning package for Eco-friendly design based on the various scientific principles applying building design. The development was performed by professionals from the spatial design and science education fields. And they implemented the program with children who are in elementary school. After that, the analyze the program outputs and investigation about learners’s satisfaction of the program. Therefore, the study results lead the following study that we can the systematically development of the STEAM education programs in the environmental fields for the students who interested in the eco-friendly design.
