Using the Si/SiGe layer grown by solid source molecular beam epitaxy(SSMBE) on the LOCOS-patterned wafers, an emitter-base self-aligned hterojunction biplar transistor(HBT) with the polysilicon-emitter and the silicon germanium(SiGe) base has been fabricated. Trech isolation process, planarization process using a chemical-mechanical poliching, and the selectively implanted collector(SIC) process were performed. A titanium disilicide (TiSi$_{2}$), as a base electrode, was used to reduce an extrinsic base resistance. To prevent the strain relaxation of the SiGe epitaxial layer, low temperature (820${^\circ}C$) annealing process was applied for the emitter-base junction formation and the dopant activation in the arsenic-implanted polysilicon. For the self-aligned Si/SiGe HBT of 0.9${\times}3.8{\mu}m^{2}$ emitter size, a cut-off requency (f$_{T}$) of 17GHz, a maximum oscillation frequency (f$_{max}$) of 10GHz, a current gian (h$_{FE}$) of 140, and an emitter-collector breakdown voltage (BV$_{CEO}$) of 3.2V have been typically achieved.

자기자비가 부적응적 완벽주의와 삶의 만족, 우울간의 관계에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self-compassion on the relationships between maladaptive perfectionism, life satisfaction and depression in college students. The data was collected from 350 undergraduate students, using various measurements including Multidimensional perfectionism scale (FMPS), Korean version Self-compassion scale, Satisfaction with life scale and selected SCR-90 scale for Depression. In order to analyze the data, correlation analysis was conducted to confirm correlations between variables and structural equation model analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect. The results showed that maladaptive perfectionism showed a negative correlations with self-compassion and life satisfaction whereas a positive correlations appeared between maladaptive perfectionism and depression. Self-compassion showed a positive correlations with life satisfaction, a negative correlations with depression. Also, life satisfaction showed a negative correlation with depression. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of self-compassion in relation to maladaptive perfectionism, life satisfaction, depression, results showed a full mediation in both paths. This indicate that self compassion is a core variable for helping maladaptive perfectionists, supporting the clinical utility of self compassion. Based on the results of this study, we discussed implications and limitations of this study as well as suggestions for future research. 본 연구는 부적응적 완벽주의를 가진 대학생들의 삶의 만족과 우울과의 관계에서 자기자비의 역할을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 350명을 대상으로 다차원적 완벽주의 척도(FMPS), 한국판 자기자비 척도, 삶의 만족 척도, SCR-90의 우울 척도로 설문을 실시하였다. 이들 중 불성실한 응답자의 자료를 제외하고 309명의 자료가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 자료 분석을 위해서는 변인들 간 상관분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식모형 검증을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 부적응적 완벽주의와 자기자비, 삶의 만족은 부적 상관을 보였으며 우울과는 정적 상관을 보였고 자기자비와 삶의 만족은 정적 상관을, 우울과는 부적상관을 보였다 또한, 삶의 만족과 우울은 부적상관을 보였다. 부적응적 완벽주의와 삶의 만족, 우울과의 관계에서 자기자비의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 부적응적 완벽주의가 삶의 만족과 우울로 가는 경로에서 자기자비는완전매개효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구를 통해 부적응적 완벽주의 성향을 가진 대학생들에게 자기자비를 향상시키는 것은 삶의 만족을 높이고 우울에 미치는효과를 경감시키는데 도움이 되는 강력한 변인임을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과에따라 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

Two Cases of Single-fingernail Fungal Leukonychia with Varying Manifestations

Leukonychia is the white discoloration of the nail, and it is a common chromatic abnormality of the nail. Leukonychia can be caused by various systemic conditions; however, a fungal infection is also a probable cause. Herein, we report two cases that presented with varying patterns of single-nail leukonychia and were diagnosed with fungal leukonychia based on potassium hydroxide (KOH) examination and fungal culture. A 59-year-old man presented with asymptomatic complete whitish discoloration of the right fourth fingernail. KOH examination revealed many septate hyphae, and Trichophyton rubrum was identified through fungal culture and 18S rRNA sequencing. A 32-year-old man presented with asymptomatic longitudinal ridges and pitting with partial whitish discoloration of the second left fingernail persistent for 5 years. KOH examination revealed many short hyphae, and Scedosporium species was identified on fungal culture.

구성주의 관점에서 스토리텔링을 활용한 초등 수학 수업 자료 분석

New teaching and learning theory on various aspects about class is needed to implement education which reflects constructivism, ideally. For an ideal learner-centered mathematics class, tangible and intangible elements related to education(view of knowledge, view of leaner, teacher's role, evaluation, the form of class, learning, teaching material, etc.) should be integrated from a constructive perspective and especially, teaching material has to be premised on that learners have intellectual abilities to construct knowledge themselves, and reflect integrity of knowledge, diversity and others, and contain open attributes. In addition to this, teaching material should have characteristics different from those when objective epistemology applies, so there is a need to analyze whether teaching material has those characteristics. For this, this study compared and analyzed <1. Three-Digit Numbers> which belongs to the domain of numbers and operations out of the units of mathematics(3) textbook of the 2009 revised curriculum for the first and second grade that first introduced story-telling, and <3. Understanding of Place Values> for the second grade of constructive math class used in the U.S. 구성주의를 반영한 대표적인 교수 학습 이론인 학습자 중심 수학 수업이 이상적으로 실천되기 위해서는 구성주의 관점에 따른 교육과 관련된 유무형의 제 요소들(지식관, 학습자관, 교사의 역할, 평가, 수업 형식, 학습, 수업 자료 등)이 융합되어야 한다. 그 중 수업 자료는 학습자들이 스스로 지식을 구성할 수 있는 지적 능력이 있음을 전제로 개발되어야 하고, 지식의 통합성, 다양성 등이 반영되어야 할 것이며 개방형 속성을 지닌 자료이어야 한다. 이외에도 객관적 인식론을 적용할 때 갖던 특징과는 다른 특징들을 지녀야 하므로, 수업 자료가 그러한 특징들을 가지고 있는지 분석해 볼 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 2009 개정 교육과정 1-2 학년군 수학(3) 교과서의 스토리텔링이 처음 도입된 단원 중 수와 연산 영역에 해당되는 <1. 세 자리수>와 미국에서 사용되고 있는 구성주의 수학교실 2학년의 <3. 자릿값의 이해>를 비교하여 분석하였다.

This study examines the site and erection of the Government Complex Seoul which was a project attempted to assemble dispersed government buildings in a certain place. The study focuses on the fact that the project is situated between the 1960s' making of capital Seoul and Seoul urban planning, and the way how the project achieved symbolism in capital Seoul. The project, one of the 1960s' Major Government Buildings, led both plan of capital Seoul and transforming city Seoul. The 1960s' Major Government Building Plan had identical drive with the 1950's Major Government Building Plan, however the 1960s' had additional layer: Seoul urban planning. After restoration of the Capital building, Sejongro the capital street was planned to the site arranging government offices. The Government Complex Seoul was set to be a modern building on a site with historical context according to the plan. Because of the site, the Government Complex Seoul was constructed in aware of other buildings that represented a competitive high-rise atmosphere in the late 1960s, including the Capital building nearby. PAE International's plan was completed through a series of design modification, and it boasted a vertical aspect, unlike the horizontal-looking plan that was already won after the design competition. The Government Complex Seoul tried to acquire the symbolism in the central space of the capital Seoul and high-rised city Seoul. "The new construction method" was a requirement to achieve the height.
