The transition boiling of a liquid droplet on a heated flat surface was studied utilizing Kotake's model with the effects of viscosity of a thin vapor layer between the droplet and the hot plate taken into account. This problem was analyzed considering the process of the droplet evaporation which resulted in hydrodynamic instability at the liquid-vapor interface. The results of the study are as follows; (1)The effect of the viscosity in the vapor layer at the interface appears as a dimensionless number N, namely .sigma. .delta.$_{0}$ /.rho.nu.$^{2}$ (2)The time required for evaporation at the transitional region increases with the temperature difference ratio .DELTA. T$_{r}$. The rate of increase of the total evaporation time becomes larger as increasing of N$_{m}$(N number at maximum heat flux) increases.s.

노인보호를 위한 경찰의 역할제고: 지역사회 네트워크를 중심으로

The securing of the social safety net of the elderly due to the increase of the elderly population is an urgent social problem that Korea should solve in the future. If the social safety net for the elderly is not provided, the social activity of the elderly population will increase and the national loss will be considerable. Especially, the occurrence of infringement on the elderly causes unrecoverable damage and it is important to prevent the problems beforehand. For the victims of crimes against the elderly, they should be actively involved in legislating the protection of the elderly and proactively engaging in police activities with the characteristics and prior knowledge of the elderly. In the analysis of this study, first, it is necessary to establish the "Elderly Protection Act" in order to secure the social safety nets of elderly people and to protect the elderly people safely. Second, the aggressive activities of the police should prevent the elderly from being prosecuted in advance. Third, it is necessary to increase the interest of the elderly through police activities. In addition, by introducing an elder professional police officer to the police agency, the ONE-STOP service for the elderly protection should be implemented to secure the elderly person's protection. Finally, the police should implement the ONE-STOP service for the protection of the elderly. Therefore, it is necessary to confirm the activities and roles of the police in terms of providing police 's security services to further develop the safety of the socially vulnerable elderly people.

미래 모빌리티 시대의 교통복지 포용정책에 관한 연구: 교통 약자의 대중교통 불평등을 중심으로

본 연구는 교통약자의 교통장애인의 대중교통 불평등 현상들을 살펴보고 교통복지 측면에서 문제점과개선방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구의 방법은 장애인 관련된 시설에 대한 법률은 ‘장애인 ․ 노인․ 임산부 등의 편의증진에 관한 법률’(이하 장애인등편의법)과‘교통약자의 이동편의증진법’(이하 교통약자법) 등과 관련법과 문헌자료를 통해 제도 및 현실적 문제점을 제시하였다. 교통복지 포용정책에 있어서교통장애인의 이동권 강화에 대한 개선 요구사항, 교통약자의 대중교통 접근성 증진, 교통약자의 대중교통 이용을 지원하는 기술적 솔루션의 정책적 방안이 제시되었다. 결론적으로 교통약자의 대중교통 이용을 보다 편리하고 안전하게 만들어주며, 이동권을 보장하는 데 중요한 역할을 보완될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to examine the phenomenon of inequality in public transportation for the transportation disadvantaged and to explore problems and improvement measures in terms of transportation welfare. The research methodology was based on the Act on the Accessibility of Facilities for the Disabled, the Elderly, and Pregnant Women (hereinafter referred to as the Act on the Accessibility of Facilities for the Disabled) and the Act on the Mobility of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the Act on the Mobility of Persons with Disabilities), which are laws related to facilities for the disabled, and the literature. Policy suggestions for improving the mobility rights of people with disabilities in transportation welfare inclusion policies, promoting accessibility of public transportation for people with disabilities, and technological solutions to support the use of public transportation for people with disabilities were presented. In conclusion, it is expected to make the use of public transportation more convenient and safe for people with disabilities and complement its important role in ensuring the right to mobility.

치유농업 활성화를 위한 정책플랫폼 구축에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 델파이방법을 적용 -

본 연구의 목적은 치유농업 정책플랫폼의 구축에 대한 중요성 제시하고, 구체적인 실천프로그램을 찾기 위해 델파이분석을 통해 도출하여 제시하자는 데 있다. 분석결과 첫째, 치유농업 비즈니스 모델 및 산업화를 개선해야 한다, 둘째, 치유농업인프라의 제고로 이어질 수 있도록 활용도를 강화해야 한다, 셋째, 홍보 및 공감대 확산 등의 치유농업의 프로그램의 연계성을 강화해야 한다. 결과적으로 치유농업 플랫폼 구축의 중요성에 대해 강조하며, 미래산업으로 성장가능하다는 것으로 인식되는 경향이 있음을 지적하면서 적극적인 후속조치와 치유농업의 연계 등을 위해 생산적인 정책플랫폼으로 활성화되어야 한다는 점을 강조하였다.

상용화제가 도입된 Poly(lactic acid)/Poly(3HB-co-4HB) 블렌드의기계적 물성 및 결정화 거동 연구

본 연구에서는 생분해성 poly(lactic acid)/P(3HB-co-4HB) 블렌드에 상용화제를 함량별로 첨가하여 twinscrew extruder로 제조하였다. PHA-g-MA 상용화제는 생분해성 수지인 poly(3HB-co-4HB)에 maleic anhydride와 개시제 그리고 가교제를 함께 도입하여 twin screw extruder에서 반응 압출하여 제작하였다. 제작된 poly(lactic acid)/poly(3HB-co-4HB)블렌드에 상용화제의 함량이 높아질수록 인장강도가 낮아지는 반면, 연신율과 충격강도는 향상되었다. 이러한 기계적 물성의 영향을 확인하고자 다양한 등온 온도에서 결정화 거동을 분석하고 Avrami model을 적용하여 결정화도, 결정화 크기, 결정화 속도 등을 확인하였다. 이를 통해, PLA/PHA 블렌드에서 상용화제의 함량 증가는 poly(lactic acid)/poly(3HB-co-4HB) 블렌드의 결정핵 성장을 방해하여 결정화도를 감소시켜 기계적 물성에 밀접하게 영향을 준 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 결정핵 성장의 방해는 결정화 속도를 늦춰 결정화 크기가 커져 투명성을크게 증가시켰다.
