전치부 임플란트의 심미적 수복

오늘날 단일치 임플란트의 식립은 현재 시행되고 있는 가장 일반적인 임플란트 술식 중 하나이며, 상악 전치부는 이중 가장 흔하게 시행되는 식립 부위 중하나이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 상악 전치부 단일 상실치에 대한 치료 계획은 구강 내 다른 어떤 부위보다 복잡하며 고도로 심미성을 요구하는 부위로서 아무리 경험이 많고 기술이 뛰어난 치과의사라 할지라도 시술할 때마다 큰 도전으로 여겨지는 경우가 대부분일 것이다. 상악 전치부에서 임플란트 보철의 심미적 성공을 이루기 위해서는 모든 구성 요소 하나하나에서 심미적 결과를 이룩하여야 하고 이 결과들이 완벽하게 조화를 이루게 하여야 하며 이는 결코 쉬운 일이 아닐 것이다. 시술 시 교과서의 그림처럼, 모형에 식립해 본 것처럼 쉽게 되지 않는 것은 물론 구강 내 환경이 모형과 다를 리 만무한 것이 당연한 첫 번째 이유이며 뿐만 아니라 환자 대부분의 경우 모형처럼 완벽한 경 연조직이 갖추어진 상태에서 치아만 상실된 경우는 거의 찾아볼 수 없기 때문인 이유도 크다. 즉, 원하는 위치에 식립을 하고 장기간의 심미적 유지를 위해서는 경 연조직에 대한 처치가 필수적인 경우가 대부분이라는 이야기이다. 이를 간과하고 식립한 경우 추후 심각한 bone의 resorption, 그에 따르는 gingiva의 끔찍한 recession, 용납할 수 없는 비심미적 보철물의 제작은 불을 보듯 뻔한 결과가 될 것이다. 따라서 상악 전치부 식립 치료계획 시 치과의사는 성공적 결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 모든 요소에 촉각을 곤두세우고 이들의 완벽한 처치에 최선을 다 해야할 것이다.

일본의 노인주거정책에 관한 연구

In recent study, we are referencing the necessity by examining the environment for housing policies for elderly Koreans. In reality, Japan, who is ahead of our country, has already experienced and is currently in progress for the aging society. They have developed a profound housing policy under all circumstances with the change of aging society. There forth, we are in progress of examining the series of helpful characteristics being presented by Japan, and how they have expanded and improved their housing support services. Our country must clearly ensure a resolution for investigating a new direction in housing policy and housing support services by learning through the development process of Japan's housing support services for the aging society. For instance, Japan have provided housing policy in both housing and welfare for senior citizens. Recently, the reason they are well adjusted for housing and welfare linked with special care and supportive living services and being skillfully focused on the maintenance policy is because they have great implications on how to successively organize housing policies for the aged society. Recent studies show preferred living arrangement and housing policy of the elderly for stabilization in the aging society. First, must be aware of the leading factors for housing in later life, organize dwelling patterns for diverse characteristics and give consideration for future life plans. Second, must continuously maintain an accessible environment in all community levels without changing the required services in their livelihood by adjusting to diverse changes for the aged. In addition, must organize flexibility in choice following these housing-support services for the elderly's desire and self reliance which raises profound questions on cultural policy.

무선 데이터 통신 서비스 동향

본 고에서는 고도 정보 사회의 발달에 따라 업무의 신속성, 사용의 편리성, 설치의 융통성 그리고 사용자의 이동성 등의 필요에 의해 급격한 수요 증가가 예상되는 무선 데이터 통신 서비스의 현황에 대해 개괄적으로 정리하였다. 무선 데이터 통신 서비스 분야로는 패킷무선(packet radio), trunked 시스팀, 셀룰러(cellular) 시스팀 그리고 무선 LAN(Local Area Network) 등을 중심으로 하였으며, 미국, 일본 그리고 유럽을 검토 대상국가로 하였다.

아시혈의 의미와 특성의 이해

Objectives : Acupoints are divided into three categories: classical acupoints, extra-acupoints, and Ashi points. The aim of this study was to understand the meaning and features of Ashi points. Methods : We examined the original meaning of Ashi points from the classical medical texts, including the Beijiqianjinyaofang, the Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold for Emergencies, and the Huangdi Neijing, the Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine. Results : First, the Ashi method is to locate the points for the acupuncture and moxibustion based on the patients' reactions mainly manifested by sensations of comfort and pain, which can help identify not only Ashi points but also classical and extra-acupoints. Thus, Ashi points may or may not match to classical or extra-acupoints, and we propose that Ashi points should not be classified mutually exclusive to classical or extra-acupoints. Second, there are several similarities between Ashi points and myofascial trigger points. They are located by palpation and have no fixed anatomical positions. Patients experience painful but pleasant feeling when Ashi and myofascial trigger points are pressed, and stimulation of these points have treatment effects. Conclusions : We suggest that Ashi method be used to identify the acupoints based on how patients react when these points are pressed. Ashi points may or may not correspond to classical or extra-acupoints, and share traits with myofascial trigger points.

장기간의 한의 치료를 시행한 전신성 건선 환자 치험 1례

1. 만성염증 질환인 전신성 건선 환자를 대상으로 437일간 단독 한방 치료를 진행하였다. 2. 침구치료는 환부 및 환부주위와 ST36(족삼리(足三里)), LI11(곡지(曲池)), LI4(합곡(合谷)), LR3(태충(太衝))을 기본 혈위(穴位)로 선정하고, 한약치료는 가미소요산(加味逍遙散), 육미지황탕(六味地黃湯)(환(丸))을 주 처방으로 삼았으며, 환자의 상태에 따라 혈위(穴位)와 약재를 가감(加減)하여 치료를 시행하였다. 3. 그 결과 PASI score가 28.2에서 0으로 감소하였다. Objectives: The aim of this study is to present one case report on the treatment of psoriasis. Methods: We did retrospective study for one psoriasis patient who had been treated by herbal medicine and acupuncture for more than one year. The patient was treated with Bojungikgi-tang hap Gamisoyo-san, Yukmijihuang-tang hap Gamisoyo-san, Saengmaek-san hap Gamisoyo-san, Gamisoyo-san hap Samul-tang and Gamisoyo-san hap Yukmijihwang-tang. Evaluation was done by PASI score and pictures. Results: After the treatment, the patient showed improvements in PASI. PASI of the patient changed from 28.2 to 0. Conclusions: This study suggests the clinical use of Korean medical treatment in systemic psoriasis.

What Makes People use Facebook? Focusing on Effect of Upward Comparison and Social Support on Life Satisfaction Mediated by Self-esteem

This study investigates an association among Facebook users' upward comparison (e.g., envy), social support (e.g., favorable comments and like), and life satisfaction, putting their self-esteem as a mediating variable. For this analysis, 1,332 female and male Facebook users in Seoul and other four cities in South Korea were surveyed. Structural equation modeling including confirmative factor analysis were employed as quantitative analysis methods. Results show that Facebook users' upward comparison with other users and social support significantly impact their satisfaction mediated by their self-esteem. Specifically, when users feel envious of other users, this emotion lowers their self-esteem, and subsequently, the self-esteem reduces their satisfaction. On the other hand, sufficient social support for users positively affects their self-esteem, which leads to the increase of their satisfaction. The present study is differentiated from previous studies in that it focuses on Facebook users' emotional changes in the process of sharing massive amounts of posts and finds a stepwise relationship among their feelings, including self-esteem as a mediating variable. Additionally, this study is the first to verify a situation when Facebook users' envy of other users' posts affects the decline in their satisfaction through the mediation of their self-esteem.

신도시 개발 컨셉으로서 정원도시 구현 전략 - 영암·해남 관광레저형 기업도시 솔라시도를 대상으로 -

본 연구는 영암·해남 관광레저형 기업도시 솔라시도를 대상으로, 정원도시 구현을 위한 신도시 개발 개념을 제시하고 계획 전략을 수립한 연구이다. 본 연구는 먼저, 도시에서 정원의 개념을 땅의 가치를 존중하면서 도시의 자원으로 활용하는 과정적 차원으로 확장하고, 이를 바탕으로 솔라시도에서 정원도시의 의미를 "도시 조성의 태도와 과정", "도시구축체계", "도시슬로건"이라는 세 차원에서 각각 "도시를 만드는 틀로서 정원의 개념과 정신을 차용하는 도시", "오픈스페이스 네트워크가 곧 도시 구조의 기반이 되는 도시", "경관을 통해 정원도시의 상징성을 드러내는 도시"로 제시하였다. 나아가, 도시 축의 설정, 축의 결합과 망의 조성, 오픈스페이스 위계와 체계 구성이라는 공원녹지체계의 기본방향을 설정함으로써, 각 차원에 대한 구체적인 정원도시 구현 전략과 개별공간 설계안을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 신도시 개발의 대안적 모델로서 정원도시의 개념을 확장하고, 대상지의 고유한 경관적 가치를 계획 전략으로 활용했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한, 정원도시 개발 컨셉을 통해 관광레저형 기업도시의 경관계획과 공원녹지체계를 제시했다는 점 역시 의의가 있다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the needling depth of five-phase acupoints and discuss the association with the depth of meridian qi. Methods : DongUiBoGam was used to determine the depth of five-phase acupoints. The depth of needling at 60 five-phase acupoints was compared between well, spring, stream, river, and sea acupoints. Results : The proximal part of the extremities had deeper needling depth than the distal part of the extremities. The targeted deqi sensation can be related to the needling depth. Conclusions : The depth of the meridian qi is related to the distinct patterns of needling depth of five-phase acupoints.

대장암 세포에서 5-FU(Fluorouracil)의 세포독성과 관련된 단백체 분석

We evaluated cytotoxic effect based on the MTT assay and identified altered proteins in 5-FU(fluorouracil) treated HT29 cells using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and MALDI-TOF/TOF-MS. As proteins inducing apoptosis, siah binding protein 1 and p47 protein isoform a were up-regulated and tumor protein translationally-controlled 1 was down-regulated by 5-FU treatment. And mannose 6 phosphate receptor binding protein 1 controls DNA mismatch repair system was increased. We suggest 5-FU promotes a cytotoxicity under the action of these proteins in colon cancer cells.
