        텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 매스 미디어와 소셜 미디어 의제 분석 : ‘마스크 5부제’를 중심으로

        This study analyzes online news articles and cafe articles on the '5-day Rotation Mask Distribution System', which is emerging as a recent issue due to the COVID-19 incident, to identify the mass media and social media agendas containing media and public reactions. This study figured out the difference between mass media and social media. For analysis, we collected 2,096 full text articles from Naver and 1,840 posts from Naver Cafe, and conducted word frequency analysis, word cloud, and LDA topic modeling analysis through data preprocessing and refinement. As a result of analysis, social media showed real-life topics such as ‘family members’ purchase’, ‘the postponement of school opening’, ‘ mask usage’, and ‘mask purchase’, reflecting the characteristics of personal media. Social media was found to play a role of exchanging personal opinions, emotions, and information rather than delivering information. With the application of the research method applied to this study, social issues can be publicized through various media analysis and used as a reference in the process of establishing a policy agenda that evolves into a government agenda. 본 연구는 코로나19 사태로 인하여 최근 이슈로 떠오르는 ‘마스크 5부제’에 대한 온라인 뉴스 기사와 카페글을 분석하여 언론과 대중들의 반응을 담고 있는 매스 미디어와 소셜 미디어 의제를 파악하고, 그 차이점을 알아보았다. 분석을 위해 네이버 뉴스 기사 전문 2,096건과 카페글 1,840건을 수집하고 데이터 전처리 과정과 정제과정을 거쳐 단어 빈도분석, 워드 클라우드, LDA 토픽모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 매스 미디어에 비해 소셜 미디어는 ‘대리 구매’, ‘개학 연기’, ‘마스크 사용’, ‘마스크 구입’과 같이 실생활 관련 토픽이 나타나 개인 미디어의 특성이 반영되어 정보 전달의 기능 보다는 개인의 의견, 감정, 정보를 교류하는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에 적용된 연구방법의 적용으로 다양한 미디어 분석을 통해 사회이슈가 공중의제화 되고, 정부의제로 진화하는 정책의제설정 과정에서 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

        Body fat distribution and insulin resistance among Korean middle-aged women: a Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey

        ObjectiveTo evaluate menopause-related changes in body fat distribution and their relationship with insulin resistance in middleagedKorean women. MethodsWe analyzed women aged 40-60 years using data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey conductedfrom 2008 to 2011. Body fat was measured using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Insulin resistance was assessed usingthe homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR). ResultsAmong 3,468 participants, menopausal women (n=1,489) had a higher body mass index (BMI) and higher trunk, arm,and head fat percentages than premenopausal women (n=1,979). However, no significant difference was found in theleg fat percentage according to menopausal status. Multivariable regression analysis for HOMA-IR showed that trunk fatpercentage, BMI, and waist circumference positively correlated with insulin resistance and leg fat percentage negativelycorrelated after adjusting for several confounding factors, whereas menopausal status was not associated with HOMAIR. ConclusionMiddle-aged women not only have different body weights and BMI but also have different body fat distributionsaccording to menopausal status. Each fat percentage change in the trunk and leg is differently associated with metabolichealth, particularly insulin resistance. To evaluate the metabolic health of middle-aged women, BMI is generally noted;however, body fat distribution, which can be easily assessed using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, should also beconsidered.

        Clinical Usefulness of Monitoring Cytomegalovirus-Specific Immunity by Quantiferon-CMV in Pediatric Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Recipients

        Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is a well-established cause of morbidity and mortality in pediatric recipients of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). CD8+ T-cells are important for controlling CMV infection. We conducted a prospective pilot study to investigate the clinical utility of measuring the CMV-specific T-cell immune response using the QuantiFERON-CMV assay (QF-CMV) in pediatric allo-HSCT recipients. Overall, 16 of 25 (64%) patients developed CMV infection. QF-CMV was evaluated in these 16 patients during the early and late phases of the first CMV infection post allo-HSCT. Whereas the initial QF-CMV results during the early phase of CMV infection did not correlate with the course of the corresponding infection, the QF-CMV results post resolution of the first CMV infection correlated with the recurrence of CMV infection until 12 months post allo-HSCT; no recurrent infections occurred in the four QF-CMV-positive patients, while recurrent infections manifested in five of eight QF-CMV-negative (62.5%) and all three QF-CMV-indeterminate patients (P=0.019). In spite of the small number of patients examined, this study supports the potential application of monitoring CMV-specific T-cell immunity using the QF-CMV assay to predict the recurrence of CMV infection in pediatric allo-HSCT recipients.

        군집 비행 드론의 충돌 방지를 위한 UWB 레이다의 속도 감응형 CFAR 최적화 연구

        In this paper, Ultra Wide-Band(UWB) radar sensor is employed to detect flying drones and avoid collision in dense clutter environments. UWB signal is preferred when high resolution range measurement is required for moving targets. However, the time varying motion of flying drones may increase clutter noises in return signals and deteriorates the target detection performance, which lead to the performance degradation of anti-collision radars. We adopt a dynamic clutter suppression algorithm to estimate the time-varying distances to the moving drones with enhanced accuracy. A modified Constant False Alarm Rate(CFAR) is developed using an adaptive filter algorithm to suppress clutter while the false detection performance is well maintained. For this purpose, a velocity dependent CFAR algorithm is implemented to eliminate the clutter noise against dynamic target motions. Experiments are performed against flying drones having arbitrary trajectories to verify the performance improvement. 본 연구에서는 군집 드론 시스템에서 이동 드론의 충돌방지를 위해 레이다를 도입하였다. 드론은 비행 중 불규칙한 속도 변화로 인해 반사파의 클러터가 증가되어 탐지 성능이 저하되고 이로 인해 충돌 방지 레이다의 성능에 영향을 준다. 본 논문에서는 UWB(Ultra Wide-Band) 레이다를 적용하여 비행하는 드론을 탐지하고, 반사파 신호 분석을 통해 획득한 거리 및 속도 정보의 정확도를 개선하는 방안을 제시한다. 이동 드론의 속도 변화에 따른 속도 감응형 CFAR(Constant False Alarm Rate)를 구현하여 오경보율을 일정하게 유지하면서 클러터를 효과적으로 제거하는 방안을 구현한다. 알고리즘의 검증을 위해 실제 상용 드론에 대한 레이다 관측 실험을 수행하고 불규칙하게 비행하는 드론의 탐지 성능이 개선됨을 보인다.

        디저트카페 품질과 친환경 행동이 고객 신뢰와 충성도에 미치는 영향: MZ세대를 중심으로

        Purpose: Recently, it is common to see cases where an amount similar to the cost of a meal is spent on dessert, or an amount greater than the cost of a meal is spent on dessert. The generation MZ is showing a tendency of 'value consumption' by consuming values and beliefs in consideration of the recent impact on society and the environment. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of dessert cafe quality and eco-friendly behavior on customer trust and loyalty targeting the generation MZ who have visited desert cafés. This study examined the mediating role of customer trust in the relationships between desert café quality, eco-friendly behavior and customer loyalty, and also the moderating effect of and eco-friendly behavior on customer trust and customer loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology: To achieve purposes of this study, 229 data were collected from respondents who visited desert café and analyzed using measurement model (reliability test and correlation analysis), Fornell-Larcker Criterion and Heterotrait-Monotrait Ratio (HTMT) assessment, and structural equation model (PLS-SEM) with SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.3.7. Results: The research results are as follows. First, desert cafes’ quality positively influenced customer trust but did not customer loyalty. Second, desert cafes’ eco-friendly behavior positively influenced customer trust and customer loyalty. Fourth, the interaction term of dessert cafe quality and eco-friendly behavior did not influence customer trust and customer loyalty. Conclusions: This study emphasized the necessity of service quality and eco-friendly behavior of dessert cafes by examining the relationship between the quality of dessert cafes and eco-friendly behaviors, customer trust and loyalty. It also found the importance of the role of trust in securing loyal customers. In order to secure and retain loyal customers, the owners of dessert cafes should make efforts to improve the quality of the cafes’ products and services so that customers can feel a sense of trust, and actively publicize that they are practicing eco-friendly management. As a result of this study, it is intended to provide practical implications for the management of dessert cafes by understand ing the effects of product and service quality and eco-friendly behaviors of companies to bakery industry workers and start-ups.

        First Report of Yokenella regensburgei Isolated from the Wound Exudate after Disarticulation Due to Diabetic Foot Infection in Korea

        Yokenella regensburgei, a member of the family Enterobacteriaceae, is rarely isolated in humans. Here, we report a 71-year-old man with diabetic foot infection from which Y. regensburgei was isolated. Following debridement and disarticulation of the foot, an exudate specimen was obtained, from which Gram- negative bacilli were recovered. The organism was identified as Y. regensburgei using the Vitek 2 system (bioMérieux, USA) and 16S rRNA and gyrB gene sequencing. To our knowledge, this is the first case of Y. regensburgei isolation in Korea. (Ann Clin Microbiol 2015;18:-139)

        류헝 소설 속 존재의 운명 — 소설 ≪黑的雪≫를 중심으로

        In Liu Heng’s novel world, it is often found that human survival bears the weight of reality. His work shows various aspects of human life, but in his work, human desire, instinct, and obsession with survival and death stand out, especially this aspect of life hovers within the boundary of “fate.” Among them, the novel Black Snow shows his obsession with the fate of main character, and from this point, it can be seen that the main character’s sense of existence occurs in various branches. In this work, where the absurdity of life and the description of the inner consciousness of human existence occupy an absolute proportion, you can get a glimpse of the solitude, alienation, and despair and hope caused by fate of low-class people living a miserable life. This author’s perception in the novel Black Snow creates the power of the main character to support his life by relying on the power of fate, but as a result, it also causes the ending that fate does not save him. This is because fate can only comfort the character, but it has not overcome the harsh social reality.

        Macromolecules Isolated from Phellinus pini Fruiting Body: Chemical Characterization and Antiviral Activity

        Two major polymers, EP-AV1 and EP-AV2, were purified from the hot-water extract of the Porodaedalea pini (Brot.) Murrill (syn. Phellinus pini) fruiting body by 75% ethanol precipitation and size-exclusion chromatography. These polymers were shown to be polysaccharides consisting of glucose as the main sugar residue as well as other minor sugars, such as galactose, xylose and mannose, and are variants of β-1,3-glucans, with high molecular masses,1,006 and 100 kDa, respectively. Fourier-transform infrared and elemental analysis suggested that these polymers contained certain level (~10% in dry mass) of phenolic compounds. Both polymers inhibited plaque formation in Vero cells caused by herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) by 91% and 93% at 5 g/mL, and by the coxsackie virus B3 (CVB3) in HeLa cells by 32% and 84% at 1 mg/mL, respectively. On the other hand, their cytotoxicity to both cells was negligible. Their selectivity indices (ratio CC50/EC50) against the HSV-1 virus were quite high, >25,000 (EP-AV1) and >16,670 (EPAV2),respectively. These polysaccharides also inhibited the neuraminidase activity in a dose-dependent manner but only at relatively higher concentrations. These results suggest that these water-soluble polysaccharides are promising agents for the treatment of HSV-1 infections.
