        3차원 모델 기반의 미적 교각 설계 및 시공 기술 개발

        Bridge piers typically have circular or rectangular shapes without decorative design. Prefabrication for accelerated construction has been widely adopted in bridge structures. Cost for steel formwork is a main restriction of creative irregular shapes. 3D modelling techniques allow creative design of columns and 3D printing provides possibility to minimize the fabrication cost. In this paper, 3D design process of bridge piers was suggested by converting 2D picture into 3D decorative shape. Formwork design using 3D printed panels was also proposed and mock-up tests were conducted. Precast columns need accurate geometry control from fabrication to assembly. Laser scanning and geometry control devices were adopted. Through the digitalized process of design, fabrication and assembly, creative design of structures can be realized in reasonable cost range.

        당귀약침(當歸藥鍼)이 흰쥐의 갑상선기능(甲狀腺機能)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        In order to study the effect of aqua-acupuncture with Radix Angelicae gigantis extract solution by acuncture point. Radix Angelicae gigantis aqua-acupuncture was carried on every day for 3 days and 5 days 7 days respectively on the corresponding loci of Chondol(CV22) and non-acupuncture points (loci at the root of tail), after inducing hypothyroidism by thiourea administration and thereafter the contents of serum triiodothyronine$(T_3)$, thyroxine$(T_4)$, triiodothyronine uptake, free $T_3$, free $T_4$, total protein, albumin, creatinine, creatine, BUN, cholesterol, triglyceride, and total lipid were measured in hypothyroidism rats. The following results have been obtained : 1. $T_3$ was increased with statistical significance by Radix Angelicae gigantis aquq-acupuncture for 3 days, 5 days and 7 days Chondol(CV22) and non-acupuncture points as compared with the control group. 2. $T_3$ uptake was increased with statistical significance by Radix Angelicae gigantis aquq-acupuncture for 3 days, 5 days and 7 days to Chondol(CV22) as compared with the control group. 3. Free $T_4$ was increased with statistical significance by Radix angelicae gigantis aqua-acupuncture for 3 days, 5 days and 7 days to Chondol(CV22), and non-acupuncture points respectively as compared with the control group. 4. Albumin was decreased with statistical significance by Radix Angelicae gigantis aqua-acupuncture for 3 days, and 5 days and 7 days to Chondol(CV22), and non-acupuncture points respectively as compared with the control group. 5. Creatine was decreased with statistical significance by Radix Angelicae gigantis aqua-acupuncture for 3 days, and 5 days and 7 days to Chondol(CV22), and non-acupuncture points respectively as compared with the control group. 6. Cholesterol was decreased with statistical significance by Radix Angelicae gigantis aqua-acupuncture for 3 days, and 5 days and 7 days to Chondol(CV22) and non-acupuncture points respectively as compared with the control group. 7. Triglyceride was decreased with statistical significance by Radix Angelicae gigantis aqua-acupuncture for 3 days, and 5 days and 7 days to Chondol(CV22) and non-acupuncture points respectively as compared with the control group. 8. Total lipid was decreased with statistical significance by Radix Angelicae gigantis aqua-acupuncture for 3 days, and 5 days and 7 days to Chondol(CV22) and non-acupuncture points respectively as compared with the control group.

        The present study was undertaken to investigate the ulcerogenic eKect of various fruits in rats. Various fruits incluciing peach, apple, apricot, plum and tomato were administerecl to Sha; rat. \Ve observed gastric v.lcerations ancl deterniinecl the gastric acidity, total protein, rnncoprotein and pepsin concentration of gastric juice Z4 hours after aclrninistration. I'he following results ivere obtained. The ulcer inciex. And volume of gastric group. Juice in friiit groups ivere higher than control The total and free acidity of gastric juice in frit groiips showed Jow valiies in comparision ivith control group. 3. The total protein and nnicoprotein of gastric juice in fruit groups were lower than contro} groups. 4. The pepsin activity of gastric juice in fruit grov.p were also lower than control group.

        Zr-Sn-Fe-Cr 및 Zr-Nb-Sn-Fe 합금 피복관의 기계적 특성 및 Creep 거동

        Since the 1990s, the second generation of Zirconium alloys containing main alloy compositions of Nb, Sn and Fe have been used as a replacement of Zircaloy-4 (Zr-Sn-Fe-Cr), a first-generation Zirconium alloy, to meet severe and rigorous reactor operating conditions characterized by high-burn-up, high-power and high-pH operations. In this study, the mechanical properties and creep behaviors of Zr-Sn-Fe-Cr and Zr-Nb-Sn-Fe alloys were investigated in a temperature range of $450{\sim}500^{\circ}C$ and in a stress range of $80{\sim}150\;MPa$. The mechanical testing results indicate that the yield and tensile strengths of the Zr-Nb-Sn-Fe alloy are slightly higher compared to those of Zr-Sn-Fe-Cr. This can be explained by the second phase strengthening of the $\beta$-Nb precipitates. The creep test results indicate that the stress exponent for the steady-state creep rate decreases with the increase in the applied stress. However, the stress exponent of the Zr-Sn-Fe-Cr alloy is lower than that of the Zr-Nb-Sn-Fe alloy in a relatively high stress range, whereas the creep activation energy of the former is slightly higher than that of the latter. This can be explained by the dynamic deformation aging effect caused by the interaction of dislocations with Sn substitutional atoms. A higher Sn content leads to a lower stress exponent value and higher creep activation energy.

        발의 회내 $\cdot$ 회외 변화에 따른 슬개대퇴골각과 종경골각 측정

        An excessive Q-angle has been implicated in the development of knee injuries by altering the lower-extremity locomotion kinematics. The purpose of this study was measured the Q-angle and the CTA when the foot moves pronation and supination of the foot in the standing status. The participants of this examination were 60 adult(30 men and 30 women) who had no orthopaedic and neurological impairment, aged between 20 and 40years. The foot tilt(FT 1)is made of acrylic plate and the slope of the suface is altered as $0^{\circ}$, pronation ($10^{\circ},20^{\circ},30^{\circ}$)and supination($10^{\circ},20^{\circ},30^{\circ}$). The results were as follows : 1. The result about the left/right Q-angle and the left/right CAT There was no statistical significant difference between the left and the right side of the Q-angle with different position of the foot(P > 0.05). While significant difference in the left CTA at the $0^{\circ}$, pronation($10^{\circ},20^{\circ},30^{\circ}$) and supination($10^{\circ},20^{\circ}$) has been observed(P < 0.05). 2. The result about the Q-angle and the CTA between male and female There was significant difference in the Q-angle between male and female with different position of the foot(P < 0.05). while significant different in the right CTA at the $0^{\circ}$ pronation ($20^{\circ}$)(P < 0.05), no significant difference in the left CTA have been observed(P > 0.05). 3. The result about correlation between the left/right Q-angle and the left/right CAT There was statistical significant positive correlation between the left/right Q-angle and the left/right CAT with the different position of the foot(P < 0.01).

        The Musculoskeletal Disease has been ignored or turned away due to the difficulty of diagnosis and the vagueness of judgement up to now. Contrary to other diseases, there were many cases where the character of the Musculoskeletal Disease wasn't revealed through the objective inspection. And that's because the Musculoskeletal Disease appears for the most part due to muscular defect so it is impossible to diagnose the muscle by X-ray diagnosing the bone and it is also impossible to diagnose the fine damage of the muscle or tendon even by advanced device like MRI. As the nervous blood vessels or acupunctures pass through or are next to the muscle, the tension of the muscle put pressure on these so can become the direct or indirect causes of various kinds of pains or intern diseases. But in spite of that, for lack of proper equipment diagnosing the state of the muscle(Shortened.. Relaxed... or Hardened...) the muscle has been disregarded or neglected intentionally or unintentionally. While many people think themselves to be a muscular expert, if they don't see the shape of the muscle, that is just like blind treatment. But as now the equipment diagnosing the state of the muscle is developed, it seems that this problem can be settled. It was attempted in this study that the muscle or skeleton of the Musculoskeletal disease patients was diagno the treatment order and method were decided by a questionnaire survey and simple inspection, and the Musculoskeletal correction exercise using the muscle management and sling system made them escape from the Musculoskeletal disease, turning their muscle into more flexible and stronger muscle. As a result notwithstanding the limited treatment period '12 times', the improvement rate was as high as 74%, which showed that the muscle management and Musculoskeletal correction exercise had a great effect on the symptom improvement of the patients. If the treatment times had increased, the improvement rate also would have increased more.
