The communication system is implemented using RS232C communication standard to connect measurement unit with data association system for resistance selector. And in the data association system measurement data can be processed and stored for improving manufacturing process. The implemented system digital multimeter for measuring resistance, RS232C controller for data acquisition, Bluetooth unit for wireless communication between measuring unit and data association system. The implemented system is used for 4 unit of measuring system, and show good process over 50000 resistances.

Under a rapidly changing environment, firms have attempted to co-operate with organizations that possess high technologies to improve their technical capabilities. Most countries have worked towards developing a suitable strategy for international technology co-operation based on the diagnostic results of their technological capabilities and indices. These diagnostic results indicate the level and degree of international technology co-operation that have been developed in academia. However, identifying the overall conditions of international technology co-operation based on existing indices is a difficult task. Hence, to address this problem, indices that can measure diverse perspectives of core technology co-operation activities need to be developed. This research aims to develop a framework for identifying the current state of international technology co-operation in diverse perspectives at the national level. We develop indices based on relevant literature and formulate an analytical framework for international technology co-operation in diverse perspectives using DEA analysis. The results are expected to contribute to effective technology planning at the national level by diagnosing capabilities for international technology co-operation from diverse perspectives.

This study aimed to determine the optimal combination of three anti-inflammatory materials [i.e., Cervus nippon Temminck (CT), Angelica gigas Nakai (AN), and Rehmannia glutinosa (RG)] for the strongest anti-inflammatory potential. Eighteen combinations of the three materials were tested in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells via assessing nitric oxide (NO). The best combination from in vitro studies was administered to LPS-treated C57BL/6J mice for five days. Subsequently, plasma metabolites were profiled by bioinformatics analyses and validations. As results, 2, 20, and 50 µg/mL of CT, AN, and RG (TM) were the most effective combination suppressing inflammation. In mice, TM mitigated hepatic inflammatory markers. Similarly, the metabolomics indicated that TM may suppress NF-κB signaling pathway, thereby alleviating hepatic inflammation. TM also decreased systemic and hepatic pro-inflammatory cytokines. Collectively, we found the optimal combination of TM for mitigating inflammation; thus further studies on safety, mechanisms, and clinical models are warranted for human applications.
DS/BPSK을 적용한 디지털 음성 송신 시스템 구현에 관한 연구

The spread spectrum system is applying to various applications such as CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access), PCN(Personal Communication Network), WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network), WPBX(Wireless Private Branch Exchanges), wireless inventory control system and building defense system. In this paper, a digital voice transmitter system is fabricated with technology of DS/BPSK. This system is stronger than other systems about interference and jamming signals which were generated in wireless channels. From the experimentation with the digital voice transmitter system, it showed that the differences between measured results and theoretical values are very closed. However, there were BPSK phase shift delay and ripple-noise cause of the impedance mismatching between each circuits in the real circuit board and the electromagnetic emissions generated by PCB components.
