The puposes of this study were first, to invesgate the type of mainstreaming for hearing-impaired students. second, to invesgate the way of adjustment of H-I students to normal hearing schools, and third, to study kind of follow up services for the H-I students. The subjects of this study were 56 H-I students who were enrolled in elemently school, junior and senior high schools, and 56 parents of them. The summary of the results are followings. 1. Mothers with H-I students had mostly influenced the dicison on their children's teacher made compromised opinion with children's mainstreaming. 2. The intergrated H-I students often had troubled to understand what their teachers said, and they matually felt difficultes to communicate. The reasons for it were that the H-I studens couldn't hear their teachers well, and the contents of teachers speech were too difficult for them. 3. They showed positive thoughts on the relationship with their normal hearing peers because they felt their hearing peers were very kinds to them. in relation-ship with H-I friends, although they like H-I friends helped them better than H-I peers did. 4. The mainstreamed students attended in the meeting in H-I school if no special reasons because were able to meet their old H-I friends. 5. The parent with mainstreamed children showed high degree on satisfaction with their children's adjustment to normal hearing school. The benefit of mainstreaming they felt was that their children have had positive posonality.

Porous materials were manufactured by hydrothermal treatment of waste bottle glass without foam agent. Factorial design was applied to analyze data by statistical methods and deal with the important factors for a process. The largest effect for porosity was for temperature of hydrothermal treatment. Amount of water and temperature-water interaction appeared to have little effect. The particle size of raw material was also identified as a major factor by one-way ANOVA and the porosity decreased as the size increased. The sintering temperature was not statistically significant for the porosity but was significant for the pore size. The porous material had compressive strength and thermal conductivity comparing with those of ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete), although it has higher porosity than for ALC.

To manufacture a good organic fertilizer through rapid composting process, cow dung was mixed with bulking materials such as rice straws, shredded bark, wood chips, and saw dust. The mixing ratio of the cow dung and bulking material was two to one on volume basis and moisture content was adjusted to 60 to 70 percent, C/N ratio 25 to 30 and aeration forced with suction during the aerated pile fermentation. Aerated pile was established outdoors and curing pile was in vinylhouse and the experiment was conducted for 3 years from '88 to '90. After pilling, temperature in aerated pile was reached to the maximum level at 7 to 9 days and the temperatures of cow dung + shredded bark, cow dung + wood chips, and cow dung + rice straws were higher than that of cow dung, and cow dung + saw dust. Total carbon, and C/N ratio in aerated pile fermentation period were increased in the middle stage and then they were decreased with the process of days, and nutrient contents in curing pile period had the same tendency as in the aerated pile.
