섬괴불나무(Lonicera insularis Nakai) 추출물의 면역자극 및 항비만 활성

In this study, we investigated in vitro immuno-stimulatory and anti-obesity activity of fruit (LIF), leaves (LIL) and stems (LIS) from Lonicera insularis Nakai in mouse macrophages RAW264.7 cells and mouse pre-adipocytes 3T3-L1 cells. LIF, LIL and LIS increased the production of immunostimulatory factors such as nitric oxide (NO), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and activated phagocytosis in RAW264.7 cells. Inhibition of toll-like receptor 2/4 (TLR2/4) partly blocked LIF, LIL and LIS mediated production of immunostimulatory factors. In addition, inhibition of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) signaling attenuated the production of immunostimulatory factors induced by LIF, LIL and LIS. Based on these results of this study, LIF, LIL and LIS is thought to activate macrophages the production of immunostimulatory factors and phagocytosis through toll-like receptor 2/4 (TLR2/4) and MAPKs signaling pathway. In anti-obesity study, LIF reduced the lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 cells. LIF increased the protein phosphorylation expressions such as AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), hormone sensitive lipase (HSL), adipose triglyceride lipase (ATGL) related to the lipolysis of the adipocytes. In addition, LIF increased the expression of proteins involved in energy metabolism and brown adipose tissues differentiation such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coativator 1α (PGC-1α) and PR domain-containing16 (PRDM16). These results suggest that LIF is involved in lipid accumulation inhibition through expressing the proteins such as lipolysis and differentiation of white adipocytes to brown adipocytes. 본 연구에서는 섬괴불나무 열매(LIF), 잎(LIL) 그리고 줄기(LIS) 추출물의 면역증진 활성과 섬괴불나무 열매(LIF) 추출물의 항비만 활성을 평가하였다. 섬괴불나무 열매(LIF), 잎(LIL) 그리고 줄기(LIS) 추출물은 RAW264.7 세포에서 NO, iNOS, COX-2, IL-1β, TNF-α와 같은 면역증진인자의 생성을 증가시켰으며, IL-1β의 발현은 NO생성과 관련된 것으로 보여진다. 면역증진인자은 TLR2/4를 통해 MAPKs중 p38 그리고 JNK를 자극하여 발현이 유도되는 것으로 판단된다. 항비만 실험에서, 섬괴불나무 열매(LIF) 추출물은 AMPK, HSL, ATGL의 발현 증가와 perilipin-1 발현 억제를통해 지질분해를 유도하여 세포 내지질축적을 억제하는 것으로 나타났으며, 갈색지방세포로의분화유도와 에너지 대사에 관여하는 인자인 PRDM16, PGC-1 α의 발현유도를 통해서도 지질축적을 억제하는 것으로 판단된다. 향후 섬괴불나무 추출물은 건강 보조제 및 기능성 식품으로의 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단되지만, 섬괴물나무 추출물의 어떠한 성분이 면역과 항비만 활성에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 성분분석이 필요하다. 또한, 본 연구는 세포를 이용한 실험으로정확한 분석을 위해서는 동물모델을 이용한 섬괴불나무 추출물의 면역증진 및 항비만 활성에 관한 추가적인 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다

농기구(쟁기)의 획기적발달이 생긴 시대는 18세기 근대자본주의의 발달의 결과 근대 대공업과 과학의 급속한 발달에 영향으로 수다한 과학자나 발명가들이 고대 봉건시대의 농민들이 상상도 할수없었던 농기구를 발명한 것이다. 기본적 농기구의 하나인(쟁기)에 관하여 관찰하면 (쟁기)의발달을 역사적으로 추적해서 서기2000년전에 애급에서는 꾸부러진 목기를 사용하였다. 이것이쟁기의 기원적 형태라 하겠고 동양에서는 서기3300년전경에 축력을 이용하여 쟁기를 사용한 것이 문헌에 나타나있다.

Purpose: To evaluate the efficiency of fibular groove deepening and superior retinacular reconstruction for peroneal tendon subluxation. Materials and Methods: Six patients who were treated by fibular groove deepening and superior retinacular reconstruction for peroneal tendon subluxation from March 2000 to August 2004 were reviewed retrospectively. Results: No recurrent subluxation of peroneal tendons had occurred. All patients were return to sports by 4 months after surgery and also gained nearly normal range of motion. Five patients were completely pain free, but one patient had mild occasional pain that limit his sports activities. Conclusion: Fibular groove deepening and superior retinacular reconstruction was believed to be a reliable procedure for peroneal tendon subluxation in spite of some minor complications.

Purpose: To evaluate the minimum 5-year mid-term clinical and radiological results of minimally invasive surgery total knee arthroplasty (MIS-TKA) using a mini-keel modular tibia component.Materials and Methods: We retrospectively evaluated 254 patients (361 cases) who underwent MIS-TKA between 2005 and 2006. The latest clinical and radiological assessments were done in 168 cases that had been followed on an outpatient basis for more than 5 postoperative years. Clinical results were assessed using the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) score and Knee Society score. Radiological evaluation included measurements of knee alignment.Results: The average postoperative knee range of motion and HSS score were 134.3o±12.4o and 92.7o±7.0o, respectively. The average postoperative femorotibial angle and tibial component alignment angle were 5.2o±1.7o valgus and 90.2o±1.6o, respectively. The average tibial component posterior inclination was 4.8o±2.1o. The percentage of cases with tibial component alignment angle of 90o±3o was 96.1%, and that with the femorotibial angle of 6o±3o valgus was 94.0%. Radiolucent lines were observed in 20 cases (12.0%): around the femur, tibia, and patella in 14 cases, 10 cases, and 1 case, respectively. However, they were less than 2 mm and non-progressive in all cases. The survival rate was 99.4% and there was no implant-related revision.Conclusions: MIS-TKA using a mini-keel modular tibial plate showed satisfactory results, a high survival rate, and excellent clinical and radiological results in the mid-term follow-up.
PHEMT를 이용한 750MHz CATV증폭 모듈 개발

알루미나 기판에 PHEMT 칩을 이용하여 750MHz CATV 증폭모듈을 설계 및 제작하였다. 와이어 본딩된 PHEMT 칩을 이용하여 개발된 2단 푸쉬풀 증폭기는 50~750MHz 대역에서 19dB 이득, 15dB 이상의 입출력 반사손실 4.2dB 이하의 잡음지수 특성을 나타내었다. 이 결과는 상용의 750MHz 증폭기모듈의 특성보다 우수하다. 본 논문에서는 증폭기 설계, 회로 구성 및 측정 결과 등을 제시하였다. A 750 MHz CATV amplifier module has been designed and fabricated using PHEMT chips on alumina board. Developed 2-stage push-pull amplifier using wire bounded PHEMT chips shows 19dB gain, 15dB return loss and 4. 2dB noise figure over 50-750MHz frequency range. These results are superior to the characteristics of the commer-cially abailable 750MHz amplifier module. In this paper, brief background of the amplifier design, the circuit diagram and the test result have been presented.
