      • 植物群落 構造의 分析方法에 관한 硏究

        경기도 광능의 식물군락의 구조를 Agnew의 식물종간의 유사도 측정방법, Williams and lambert의 계급분류, Bray and Curtis의 ordination 방법 등을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 아물러 분석된 식생의 동형 Group과 토양의 제반 성질 (수분향향, pH, 유기물, 치환성 양이온, 유효인상, 질소)을 결부하여 설명하고자 시도하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 1. Agnew의 식물종간의 유사도 측정방법으로 출현종을 연관성있는 종들고 구성된 3개의 동형 Group으로 나눌 수 있었다. 즉, GroupⅠ은 가락지나물, 고만이, 물봉선화, 미꾸리낚시, 자랭이, 졸방제비꽃. GroupⅡ는 마, 복분자딸기, 사위질빵, 으름덩굴, GroupⅢ는 남산제비꽃, 노랑제비꽃, 참꽃말이 등으로 이루어져있다. 또한, 위와 같은 3개의 동형 group을 토양의 제반 성질과 결부하여 설명할 수는 없었다. 2. Williams and Lambert의 계급분류 방법으로 전 방형구를 2개의 group으로 나눌 수 있으며, groupⅠ은 미꾸리낚시는 출현하나 마는 출현하지 않는 방형구이며, GroupⅡ는 미꾸리낚시가 출현하지 않는 방형구들이다. 또한 위의 2개의 group을 토양의 제반 성질과 결부하여 설명할 수는 없었다. 3. Bray ans Curtis의 ordination 방법으로 25 Relev'를 좌표상에 도시하였으며, 토양의 제반 성질 중 유기물, 총 질소, 유효인산의 양과 결부하여 설명할 수 있었다. 4. 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 결과에 의하여 식물군락의 구조를 분석하는데 Bray and Curtis의 ordination 방법이 가장 바람직하다고 할 수 있다. A plant Community in Kwangneung was investigated by the orthodox Braun-Blanquet recording technique, subquadrat method, and point quardrat method and analyzed by the method of Agnew's interspecific association, Bray & curtis'polar ordinition, Williams & lambert's normal association analysis. Also the characteristics of soil in study areas (water content, pH, orgnaic matters, exchangeable action = K, Ca, Na, available phosphorus, total nitrogen) were analyzed. As a result of analyses, the plant community invetigated was divided into several groups. At the same time the measurement of the interrelationship between these groups and soil characteristics was attempted and there were correlations by the method Bray & Curtis, but no correlations by the method of Angew and Williams & lambert. Therefore the bray & Curtis' polar ordination method was the best in this study.

        Choroid plexus papilloma(CPP) is a rare intraventricular neoplasm occuring primarily in the lateral ventricle of children and the 4th ventricle of adults. The 3rd ventricle is a extremely rare site of CPP. The authors report a case of choroid plexus papilloma of the 3rd ventricle in a 2-month-old girl. Magnetic resonance inaging(MRI), a noninvasive diagnostic tool, demonstrated the intraventricular location, surrounding anatomy and feeding artery, more effectively than angiography and computed tomography scanning.

        태양전지 변환 효율 향상을 위한 근적외선 파장 변환 필름에 관한 연구

        The amount of electric power for photovoltaic power generation depends on the location of the power plant and the direction of solar cell. The solar cell controls the generation of solar power plants. Therefore, the structure of solar cell, manufacturing method, and optic technology were factors contributing to increased solar cell efficiency; however, the technical limit has been reached. Herein, we propose a new method to increase the solar cell efficiency using a wavelength conversion technology that converts ultraviolet and infrared rays, which are not effectively used in solar cells, into effective wavelength of solar cell. We used fluoride $Na(Ca)YF_4$ phosphor for wavelength conversion. Then, a wavelength-conversion fluorescent paste, prepared using an organic-silicon binder, was used to prepare a film that was applied to Si solar cells. It was confirmed that conversion efficiency improved by 5% or more.

      • 소아에서의 encapsulated enteric-coated pellet form of erythromycin(Eryc^(�))의 임상경험

        The authors assessed the clinical efficacy and safety of Eryc^(??) in the pediatric outpatients. Among sixty-four patients, clinical efficacy was evaluated for thirteen patients who were presumed to have bacterial infections. Overall clinical efficacy was 84.6%, and that for acute pharyngitis, 100%; pneumonia, 100%; and sinusitis, 33.3%. Untoward drug reactions were noted in three patients (4.7%); gastrointestinal troubles in two and skin rash in one. But any serious side effects were not observed. We consider that Eryc^(??) is safe and effective antibiotic agent in the treatment of respiratory infections for children in the outpatient setting.

        중증 두부 외상 환자의 혈중 Catecholamine치와 예후

        계명대학교 동산의료원 신경외과에 입원 가료한 중증 두부 외산 환자 26례를 대상으로 입원 당시 혈중 catecholamine을 측정하여 외상 정도와 예후와의 관계를 조사한 바 채혈 당시 GCS가 낮은 환자에서 GCS가 높은 환자보다 NE이 유의하게 높았으며 GCS 3~4군 13례중 NE이 750 pg/㎖이상인 11례중 10례가 1주일후 모두 사망하여 GCS 3~4군에서 1주일후 예후를 예측할 수 있었으며 퇴원시 사망한 군에서 사망하지 않은 군보다 NE이 유의하게 높았다. 그러므로 중증 두부 외상 환자에서의 외상 정도와 예후 예측에 혈중 NE의 측정이 좋은 내인성지표가 될 것으로 사료된다. Activation of the sympathetic nervous system in mediating the stress response attends traumatic brain injury. Plasma dopamine(DA), epinephrine(E), norepinephrine(NE) levels were measured in 26 severe traumatically brain injured patients to determine whether catecholamine levels obtained within 24 hours after injury provide reliable prognostic endogenous markers of outcome. Patient outcome was determined at 1 week using the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS) and at the time of discharge the Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS). 7 patients with diseases except those with a severe traumatic brain injury were selected as a control group. Firstly, we analyzed the difference of the average DA, E, and NE between the control group and severe traumatic brain injury patients. Secondly, we analyzed the difference of the average catecholamine levels in the 3 groups according to admission GCS scores(respectively 3∼4, 5∼7, 8∼9). Third, we analyzed the difference of the average catecholamine levels in the 5 groups according to GCS scores at 1 week(respectively dead. 3∼4. 5∼7.8∼11, >11). Finally, we analyzed the difference of the average catecholamine levels in the 5 groups according to GOS at the time of discharge. As a result, there was no statical difference between the level of DA in the control grop and those of the severe brain injury patients. But the level of E an NE in the experimental group were higher than the control group(respectively p<0.03. p<0.04). The admission GCS score correlated highly with the catecholamine levels(NE : r= 0.69, p<0.001 : E : r=0.42. p<0.03 ; DA ; r= 0.42. p<0.03). In patients with admission GCS of 3 to 4, NE levels increased fourfold above other group(p<0.005). In the 13 patients with GCS scores of 3 or 4 on admission. NE levels predicted outcome at 1 week. All two patients with NE levels less then 750 pg/㎖ were survived, while 10 of 11 with NE levels greater than 750 pg/㎖ were died(p<0.02). The levels of NE was significantly higher in patients who died than in those with better outcome(p<0.02). Therefore, these findings indicated that the level of circulating NE is an excellent endogenous marker that appear to reflect the extent of brain injury and that may predict the likelihood of recovery.

      • 都市內 住居地域에 對한 魅力度 指數 硏究

        The cost defactuation of urban land value and the over-consiusness of childeren's education has brought not only deep caos of individual urban quality of life of residents but also destroying the housing supply market ond cost. This research has tried to reset the order of residential environmental factors and develop the Satisfaction Index by the analysis of their shares through questionaires to the residents including the two factors as above mentioned out of six items. The results of the study are ; (1) the order of importance of residential environmental factors in the urban area is land values, commutting convenience, high-rise residential type, educational condition, water supply, location of commerical and industrial facilities ; (2) the linear formula for the calculation of Satisfacton Index for each subject area is di=∑{a(T)+b(S)+c(T)+d(H)+e(P)+f(E)…+n(X)} a, b, c, d, e, f : constant value of distribution ; (3) the calculated Satisfaction Index would be able to contribute to establish the balancible spatial plan for the urban areas ; and (4) further study should consider the more speciefic factors of residential environments.
